From POORVIKA MOBILE WORLD ,90/B, pondy bazzar,next to naidu hall,T.Nagar,Chennai 600017, we bought the captioned mobile phone for Rs.5999/- with the recommendations from showroom executives viz. P.KARTHIK and one Mr.VINOD with joy and excitements but in less than 2 weeks time the set has developed problems one after the other viz.poor touch sensitivity , non-acceptance of memory card,phone getting stuck while touched whereby totally taking away our expectations besides a deep sense of SORROW for having spent money for purchase of a HEAVY DOSE OF HEADACHE.From then onwards i had to run around from PILLAR TO POST (ie)to POORVIKA SHOWROOM from where i bought the piece and to their service station as directed by them,but all in vain.Now it is more than 4 months my plea is yet to be heard by the seller and so far i spent a lot on conveyance for commuting to their shop and service center etc.It is indeed heartening to note that off late,during my recent visits to POORVIKA SHOWROOM i feel so much reduced when the aforesaid so called executives made me a laugh stock making gesticulation and exchanging their code language of communication just to handle me by their non committal and irresponsible dialogues.

I strongly believe that my AGONY will receive due response from your office towards immediate redressel of my complaint/plea- which richly deserves REPLACEMENT of the DEFECTIVE INSTRUMENT with a new one of any brand which may even be Rs.1000 less than the money I spent for the subject mobile phone.

I request an immediate action from your office, as I have endured with my mental
agoney and physical exersions(I am a heart patient-Open heart surgery done tome)
recently)- i have to suffer to mover around because of my wrong purchase.

You may verify the facts as stated above from Poorvika Mobile World, Chennai 17
as to, since when I am made to run behind them, for no fault of mine and also for
no use till date. Also I whish to submit that the STYLUS whith which they have
admitted my mobile for repair works, is missing today under the pretext that
it was not there, when they took the mobile from me, 2 months ago.

Any individual in my position will appreciate the fact that POORVIKA are taking a
genuine customer for a ride and making fun of me. Kindly look in to my problem
in the light of the facts and do justice to my problem at an early date.

I have initiated this and loudly and clearly expressed their folly before three
months by no one is listening to it. Please protect my interest and get me
some relief.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased a Micromax mobile model no x111, IMEI-[protected] on 30-Dec-2010. But with in some days it shown problem hence i went the service center. But they are giving me back the mobile with a temporary solution. Then next day it is showing same problem. When i asked for permanent solution of that problem. They are telling talk to them who sold you the handset. We can not bear that expeces etc etc.. Even they used slangs when i went today.

    For a customer such behaviours and harrasment in service from the vendor is unexpected. Please help me in knowing the process of repiring my handset.

      I submitted my Micromax Q7 device for Keypand "w" key problem to Unique Mobile, Nagpur on 10th May 2011 and they sent it to Company for repairing.
      Even after not getting any updates for device I locked new complaint directly in Company on number[protected] two months back compaint no is "[protected]", everytime I call on call center they say u will get the device in 10 days.
      Its almost 4 months, still company is not able to solve the problem and return the device to me. I am fed up with this pathetic service of Micromax. If they can't manage to solve this minor problem why they are running the company.

        this i s a comlain against micromax mobile service centre, rewa road satna mp(HEERA MOBILE SHOP).
        Dear sir i have purchased a hand set micromax x510 from "The Mobile Store" on 5-7-2011. but after 4 DAYS there is an error occured on the display in my hand set.and it is not working in proper way.
        Even first i have shown my phone to "The Mobile Store" .and they suggest me to show this set in the service centre of Micromax mobile which is mentioned above.but they told me that the display of your mobile will have to change, and they given me a time for SEVEN DAYS to solve my problem , but it is nearly TWO MONTHS past ,even my problem is same here.
        Also my mobile phone is in ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD.
        SO,please take any tight action against the MICROMAX MOBILE SERVICE CENTRE ,REWA ROAD SATNA,

          We bought a Micromax X550 mobile set from M/s Sekhri & Sons, Meerut vide Cash Memo No. 28/1353 dt. 02.01.2011 for Rs. 4400/-

          In June 2011 it stopped charging the battery. I took it to the company service centre and they deposited the battery with a promise to replace the same within a week. After rigrous follow up of a month they gave me a old battery in July.

          Again in Aug 2011 the same problem cropped up and I took the set to service centre[protected] on 07.08.2011 vide Job Order No. CCM-9998. This time I was told that they need to repair the set and deposited my hand set. I am regularly following with them for the set but even after almost a month I have not recieved the set. Every time I call the service centre they say that it will be delivered after 10 days.

          I believe they want to lapse the so called warranty period and get absolved of the responsibility.

            I have a Micromax Q3+ Handset, Due to accident its broken and i sent it to Tech Telecom which is a Micromax's Authorized Service Center in Hadapsar,Pune on 12th Aug 2011, on that day they told me that it will get repaired in next 4 days.Since then there executives are not replying to my phone calls properly and they are telling me wrong information every time. Every time i call them they told me that it will get repaired in next two days but its almost 21 Days they wont be able to get it repaired. As that handset is important to me i am calling them regularly but they are not at all serious about my mobile. Its a cheating with me as well as i feared if they had done anything wrong with my handset. Please help me.

              Dear Sir,
              I purchased a Micromax phone on 10/12/2010. there are some problems in the phone so I gave the phone to the service center in Mira Road on 23/07/2011. Its now more than 1 month my cell phone is still not repaired and given to me. The Local service center says that the cell phone is sent to Delhi head office to get repaired but the call center people says that phone is sent back to the service center in Mira Road. and if the mira road service center refused to give back the phone call from there and ask them to speak to cal center. I called service center in mira road spoke to Shailesh Shetty he says that they have not recived the phone from the Delhi head office
              Its almost a month and still my phone is not repaired and i have not recieved.

              I also spoke to Rahul Maini & Lalt Jotwani they refused to connect me to supervisor stating that supervisor are not available.
              I also spoke to Priya Kohli at the head office she said that cell phone is repaired and sent to service center but service center person Sailesh Sheety they said that they have not recieved the phone from Delhi Service center.

              I have come across the most useless customer care people ever.
              Spoke to some by the name RAHUL MAINI..He even doesn't know the customer center in Kalkaji is closed.
              He does not know the correct number of customer center in Lajpat nagar.Above all arguing that the info he has is correct.Surprised, how these people have been hired.
              Worst ever experience

                  micromax q50 mobile phone — poore service center

                  . i have also purchjase a q50 handset of micromax . after three weeks only it started giving me problem of getting off while talking . i took it to the service center RAPID COMMUNICATIOn in vikas puri. they kept my handset for 20 days and then they returnbed it with same problem . i again had to re submit after 20 more days wo maa ke chodo ne kaha ki handset faulty hai and they will have to change the motherboard . when i got my cell afte 15 more days it has a problem of auto off . mene un behan ke chod ke muh pe maraa . mother fukers dont give any backup phone and niether they have sense to work. aise chutiyta service center khle hai raand company ne . I WILL NEVER BUY THAT CHUTIA HANDSET AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE FOR NOT to buy

                    I have purchased a Micormax Q7 mobile on 15 February 2011. I am facing a lot of problem with that mobile like
                    1) the mobile is getting switched off in every 15 minutes
                    2) the battery gets discharged very soon
                    3) SIM 2 portion is not working for the last 4 months
                    4) Radio FM doesnot work well
                    5) Data cable is also not working on it

                    I have purchased micro max mobile phone on[protected] from Fun world Mobiles,Isanpur,Ahmadabad.It is not working properly since[protected]. I am regularly going to service center but not give service properly if one problem clear then another is ready and service center member not give answer properly they say if you have any problem then come any were from Gujarat but you give your mobile only this one center.I am coming from small town of Gujarat and a service center 150 km from my village.I also give my mobile 4(four) time for repairing but only two times my problems sole so i request you to sole my critical problem. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
                    Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                        i bought the micromax mobile x600(full touch screen) in october 2010, now i realize it was my money wastage, several times it's touch screen hangs , i did the complaint in service center a negative answer was given to me that the touch screen part of this mobile is not available it will come after some days , when i strongly complaint to the micromax customer care no. after two months when mobile stopped working totally. then my miobile was submitted to be repaired, after about 45 days touch screen part was repaired or changed, now on july 2011 it was again hanging, then i went to service center where they told no part of touch screen is available, after 10 days it will be available i have called several times to micromax call center to be repaired that set he told after 15 days it will be repaired, now now twenty eight days have been spent out service center is telling that no part has come while micromax customer complain is telling that your set is ready , you can take it.

                        what i have to do?
                        this set has the problem of touch screen from beginning but no replacement.

                          i am bought micromax handset Q75 20 spet 2010 and next few months it's software corrupted, network fail, sim 2 not working , facebook shortcut function not working many problems. after 2 times service center my handset repair but still these are problems in my handset and 3 times I am goming again service center. 2 service center service during i have faced many problem by micromax service center because they are not help full person for any customer and not serious not my problems. i am go to 4 times at service center so they are give me some excuse and 26 days after give my handset and after using this handset working properly some days then still these are in it. please help me soon.

                            I've handed over my Micro-max Q5C as on July 23, 2011 to local S.S.Telecom (Authorized service point of Micro-max mobile) Shop No - 102, 1st floor, Kaushalya Estate Bander Bagicha, Dak Banglow Road, Patna - 800001, for the purpose of software installation and as you know that today we're on August 24, 2011 but the thing is still I've not received my handset. This is the work performance of Micro-max mobile service center.

                                  I am very much desappointed with the service of micromax mobile. The camera of this mobile is very ruph. it creat colour flad and sport so I can not make Photo and vidio. The phone is not saport Hindi language and hindi font. I can not see Hindi text, sms, pdf file and other office file. when I select Hindi language The text and file carector of words convert in Box Box. I have registered many complent in Pilibhit service center. where told me the camera will be change. I sent your complent to compney. but no action has been taken.                                       Dear sir,

                                      I (Ajay Kumar Challa), purchased a micromax X510 pike mobile in the month of 25/04/2011.After one month the touch and keypad was not working,I have been contacted the service center in hyderabad,they said we dont have stock try in other centers,i do the same but answer was same.after one month i deposited my handset at secunderabad service center(Job sheet no.2369386).they said it will be repaired by one week.after one week i contacted them they said wait for some more days,they are simply saying company is not sending the parts so we cant do anything.such a irresponsible answer from service center and Micromax head office too.Micromax call center people said handset will be delivered in a week,but it was not done till today.

                                      If a company holds handset like this for 2months,what is the use of mobile.Please take necessary action about this.

                                        The Manager in product greviance cell,
                                        Micromax India.

                                        I bought a Micromax Q2+ product for Rs.2000/- but it is not working ok with gprs so that I can check email. It shows there no memory and other issues with non network and coverage and discconting.

                                        I am also not able to use battery for more than few hours a day, even I do not call and received on this handset.

                                        Pls. help and resolve my issue with my this purchase at one of your retail store, at Kalayan-W, opp. KDMC bldg., nr. Swami Mandir.
