i regret to buy a micromax G4 mobile, its battery was defective, while mobile is purchased on 18.11.2010.although under warranty period i have given this battery for replacement on 21.06.2011 at [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com (micromax service centre)but till date no responce or replace the battery.the detail of which is as under:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m manjunath from Bangalore. who is one of those sufferers who has purchased micromax mobile.
Let me start with, I purchased your Micromax Mobile Q7 model as a part of anniversary gift to my wife on sep 23rd at The Mobile Store( Bill no:41628, Associate Afzal ,KH Rd, Bangalore). Several colleagues of mine told us to why I had purchased your mobile as I never ever purchased other than nokia, but inspite of it I neglected every one & still went with it. Very first month my mobile had a software problem & went to your authorized service centre to check the same & got it rectified. But when I visited their service centre I was shocked to see too many people only cursing the brand for very very pathetic service. Im not blaming the mobile but to maintain a good relationship I feel giving service to customer is priority or else will be very difficult to grab the customers as people like us go for different brand only when others suggest that it is good brand.
Now for the 2nd time on 1st of February my mobile had a problem as it was getting switched off even after charging for an hour & again reluctantly had been to your authorized service centre to service the same. I submitted the purchase invoice to them on 2nd of February & after nearly 3 days they came back telling that battery was not functioning. As it is with in 6 months that I would get the battery replacement & till now they say the stock has not yet come. I’m really surprised that if any one would wants to buy the battery for their mobile & it is not available almost a month, then why do they even sell the product. The service center representative says easily putting blame on you saying the company does not supply us & what can we do. I’m not having enough patients to go & wait for an hour & fight with them for my battery replacement.
I’m giving you the service centre number & request you to kindly take the necessary steps so that i would get my battery replaced after making me wait almost a month. I have had enough of waiting & tolerated all those fake commitments given by the authorized dealer.
on today when i went back to service centre they gave the new battery telling that they are replacing the same only to know that i was again folled by giving back the same old battery.
I would request you to suggest me to take legal action against both the company & service centre.

        I have micromax x505 purches on date[protected]kolhapur).
        I hade promblem with the touch panel screen & i have given this phone for repaire on[protected] to SUKIR MOBILES 415/1 e ward station road, KOLHAPUR Authorised mobiles repaire center micromax. Everyday i am doing the followup of my phone for repaire but iam not getting any responce. Kindly do the need full.

          i had purchased i micromax mobile hand set on 7/8/2010 from shanti communications 316 rajinder nagar industrial area mohan nagar ghaziabad and given to the companys service centre for repairing for around 5 times in the last 3 months,they always assure me that they are sending it to company and it will either replaced otherwise repaired properly but after 3 months and around my 40 visits and 500 phone calls(because they dont pick the phone normally)its still not working so i am left with no option to initiate legally through consumer court

                Hi,

                I have bough mixromax X550 in the month of september2010. it is still in warranty period

                It had worked for first couple of months properly then later on started charging problem.

                Problems:
                1. Battery is not getting chnarged when I put it for charging,even after buying the new battery and charger. It gives a beep sound and will not get charged.
                2. Battery back up is very poor
                I have visited the Micromax service center 3 times and bought a new charger and battery but there is no imporvement.

                Please suggest me to benefit of the warranty still valid.

                micromax Mobile battery — not getting charging

                i buought a micromax mobile battery form a shopkeeper his shop is located in sec-45 burail chandigarh. but when i check the batter it didn't chage it show fully chage but after few minutes it show batter low. when i told to shopkeeper regarding this he refused to take any responsibility

IMEI no.is [protected]. first week it work properly bt after some time battery not working properly in a day it gown twicesy,thrisly.recived call voice craking and unable to hearing. i complain many time they took my call for 2/3 or many day for repairing purpose and then return me. it work 2/3 day ok and again same problem came out.now gaurentee period also cross due to long time it having for repairing.
                please do something ,help me to change my cell or return my mony.4850 rupees

                There is no use going to MICROMAX service centres. They take a lot of time and you will end up with your problems not getting solved. Switch to some other decent handset like SAMSUNG or NOKIA. All these companies like MICROMAX are really hopeless. They won't even respond to your complaints.

                  I was purchase a New Duel Sim MICROMAX X510 model S.No. ONX[protected] from shop MOBILE HUB-BHILWARA (RAJ) Bill No. 232 dated 09/05/2011, but hacking problem I leave my phone at MOBILE HUB shop dated 11/05/2011. He said me its software problem so we update its software.
                  After one day he gives me my phone & says its ok, then I check my phone at shop but problem was not solved then shopkeeper send it again Micromax service center-Bhilwara but problem was not solved then shopkeeper & Micromax service center-Bhilwara Person say we send it service center-Delhi. But I have no time so I say I leave my phone after some time.
                  In this period my phone charging/USB port was not work properly, when I push charger /USB then it charge another it not work. Then I leave my phone 24/06/2011 at MOBILE HUB shop & says all problem about this phone. He gives me time 10-15 days & sends my phone Micromax service center job card no. W[protected] dated 29/06/2011. After 15 days I went mobile shop he says Phone was not send by Jaipur Service center. After I talk shopkeeper, Service center Person & Dealer Person but any person not give proper answer about my phone. After then 15/07/2011 I received my phone at Micromax service center-Bhilwara & say me that these Duel SIM MICROMAX X510 models not support Tata Docomo SIM with BSNL SIM so your phone is hacking. So Chang e any one Network. And about Charging/USB Port he says we repaired it now it’s ok. Then I received it.
                  But at home when I charge/USB It was not work properly. Then 18/07/2011 I went Micromax service center-Bhilwara & say about this matter he reply me that you broken it now it’s Warranty is lapse & Repairing Charge 200/- rupees.
                  Sir I was Purchase a Fresh New MICROMAX X510 model & Problem was still from purchasing Phone. I don’t want Repaired Piece. Please replaced my Phone & give me a New Phone.
                  Please look into this matter & replace my Phone.

                    i had online purchased Micromax Q5C mobile from Infibeam on[protected] , but this mobile was having hanging problem , but in may first week mobile gone dead on[protected]. submitted in service center for repair , i got that mobile on[protected], but again on[protected] , for that i tried to write mail to Micromax customer service center , they played game till[protected] told me to redeposit mobile in service center , then i deposited mobile on[protected] , on[protected] i sent mail to them attaching the invioce copy , they asked me 1 week time to solve the problem , but after 1 week i called to customer care again asked me 24 hour time but when i called today[protected] they are telling to wait for one more week . from last month i am getting my mobile back , after getting also mobile will have problem and infibeem people just raised there hand and told me that they cant do anything , i need to contact directly to micromax.

                    Kindly take action over Micromax and Infibeam , that they both are cheeting customer and looting money with customer.

                    Kindly Take serious action over those company.

                      I am in possession of a micromax Q7 handset purchased from Balasore in the month of July 2010. I am working in Indian Air Force. Just after purchase of Handset I got transferred from Allahabad to Suratgarh (Rajasthan) where I found the handset of my set is hanging now and than. Since than I have deposited my set thrice with micromax customer care (once in suratgarh and twice in Balasore) for repair but in vein. Just a few days ago I received the set back from Balasore micromax customer care stating that they have replaced the key pad totally and it will not create any problem but those words were found just a word of talk. Still now I am running on this problem and only one option is left over with me to throw out the set because I am not in one year warranty also. I shall request the micromax company to resolve my problem to stand on their goodwill and provide me a solution on my e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

                        I purchased a mobile handset Micromax Model X - 510 from "Ayush Electronics 484, Cannaught Road, Mhow, Indore M.P. bill no. 4955 dated 15 /04/2011 for an amount of Rs. 5500/- but after 1st day handset charging socket was not working so I traced out their service book which was provided by the company address. And I went to service center Akhil Traders 33/2, Chhoti Gwaltoli, Sadar Patel bridge Indore M.P. They kept mobile. After 10 days they returned hand set damaged without repairing. I show my handset again to the service center (above said address), they told me its charging socket is tampered so you have to bearer of Rs . 350 /- for it. I accepted for it but now they are saying to it is not repairable. I also try to contact to dealer [protected] but now he is not pick up my phone. I am very disappointed with the company satisfaction please give me a suitable suggestion what I do ?

                          I Purchase a micromax mobile X 500 From Mobile Store Ulhasnagar and i use mobile only 4 months and it got blank screen then i submited my mobile to micromax service centre at kalyan but nighter they repaire my mobile nor they replaced my handset from last 4 month i following them they are telling me that they send my mobile to company for replacement but how many month they take for replacement please give the time otherwiswe i will go to the consumer court for the same.

                            I am Sarvajeet kumar bought a micromax A60 mobile on 05/03/11 from Poorvika mobiles pvt ltd. After one month mobile started showing problem of microphone and unable to access internet and android application... to check and solve these problem i went to service centre " U.COM TECHNOLOGY, g-7, apollo dubai plaza ,#100, mahalingapuram, nugambakkam, chennai-34" on 2/06/11. they took my mobile and kept for more than one month. within this period they called me 4 to 5 times. but today they handed me my mobile in same condition and told me not to come to this service centre again we cant repair it... at first they misplaced mobile and changed my pcb 2 to 3 times showing assurity to repair mobile but couldn't do that and handed me other handset... please consider my problem and try to check it out. these service centre are making us fool.. we as common people facing a lots of problem and are helpless to get justice..

                              I purchased a Micromax mobile within 1 month i got a battery problem & as well as charging problem its been almost 4 months since they have taken they keeping on giving the dates i have spent more than 2000 rs for a petrol which is almost half the money of the mobile cost still they are telling the stories they did not solve my problem the service center Address:numeric communication micromax authorized service center

                              the person who bluffed me and kept me roaming 50 km when ever i go to service center was Mr.Umesh he is very irresponsible his Mobile number is:[protected]

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This is to inform that I have given my mobile handset to Service Centre of Micromax at Vikas Puri, New Delhi on Saturday 9/7/11. they checked the handset & told us that the same will be repaired by thursday 14/7/11.

                                  To my surprise i got a call from them that the hand set can not be repaired as the display is not working. I have purchased the handset on 21/9/10 with a warranty of one year. please solve this issue.

                                  It is to inform you that i have purchase a micromax mobile GC360 on 16.06.2011. But that is not working from 26.06.2011. while going through his service centre, he conveyed the message mobile making is process of 3 months. How can i survive without mobile,. I have no any option except purchase of new mobile.

                                    I HAVE BOUGHT A MICROMAX MOBILE MODEL NO C350 AND IMEI NO - A[protected]D ON DATE 28/01/2011.

                                    SOME PROBLEM HAS OCCURED IN MY HAND SET BY JUST AFTER 04 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. I HAVE GIVEN IT FOR SERVICE IN THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER OF MICROMAX MOBILE NAMED - DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CENTER, SEC IV, IN MY CITY BOKARO ON DATE 14/06/2011.

                                    NOW TODAY ITS 12/07/2011 BUT I HAVE NOT GOT ANY SATISFACTORY INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE CENTER. WHENEVER I HAVE ASKED FOR MY HANDSET THEY HAVE REPLIED WAIT & WAIT.

                                    ITS ABOUT ONE MONTH PASSED AND I STILL WAITING FOR MY HANDSET. ITS A VERY POOR SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY SO I REQUEST TO CONCERN DEPARTMENT TO TAKE ACTION TO THESE COMPANIES BECAUSE THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF TIME OF THE CUSTOMER.

                                      I have purchased Micromax A60(Andro) in Feb2011. After purchased i didnt found auto-focus function in the handset which is mentioned on the website and as well as on the box provided with handset.
                                      After three month i am facing charging problem in handset. Handset stop and start charging automatically. It took 10-15hr to charge but even after this large time it not charged fully.
                                      My handset faces service center 3 times in 1 month for this charging problem.
                                      1. At first time they return my handset just by reinstalling the software
                                      2. Second time they check the motherboard but problem is not solved
                                      3. Third time they changed my charger but even though i m facing same problem.

                                        my micromax mobile(x235 model no) has a lcd blank problem.i submit my phone on 04/06/11 at the micromax service center,lalbagh,lucknow.then they told me that after 2weeks i'll handover your phone.after one month of submission,they says your phone sent to the delhi head office for repairing..i have a problem with his careless duty..
