I baught 1 handset micromax 2 months back and it is showing charging related problem..
so i went to micromax service centre since my cell is new and in garranty period they hv taken my charger for replacement
but since 1 month am running to the" MS SRINVASA MOBILE CARE 16/2 9TH MAIN ROAD JAYANAGAR 3RD BLOCK
OPPOSITE TO JOS ALUKKAS....BANGLORE 560011..
They are not gving my new charger or atleast the old one and they have sent fake msgs to me
and when i go there to recieve the charger they misbehave with me badly..

I am facing similar problem with my Micromax model X265, the charger was deposited with service centre in Bhopal (M/s Trisha Enterprises) on
25. 8.2011 and I have already visited them thrice only to be returned back empty handed. The hand set was purchased on 22.06.2011 and is in guarantee period.

    I had bought a GC256 Micromax mobile on 02.08.2011.On using the set,i felt the battery back up is very poor.That'why I took that mobile to the Asok Nagar Micromax service center.They told that some sorts of board problem was there.They had commited me to repair the mobile within 25 days.They provide a job card no-2594145.On that day the date was 11.08.2011.But,they unable to give my mobile till now.Their commitment has been changing till now.

    I had submitted my tablet funbook(P300) in service center on dated 28/jan/2013. But after 4 month service center not provided my tablet. when i meet service provider he always give date. I am totaly distrub about his service. so i requested you to plz give me solution.
    I have submitted my Micromax Canvas HD A116, IMEI no. [protected] to the service centre, UG-8, Jyoti Shikhar Tower, District Centre, Janakpuri under Request No. N[protected] and Jobsheet No. R1309FDLI5706159 for repair.

    They asked me to wait for 1 week and now even after 10 days they had not repaired it. Whenever i call their service centre, they don&#039;t give any satisfactory reply.

    Feeling aggrieved i am writing this complaint to you. Please take proper action against them regarding this matter.

    i am the user of your phone (unite 2). i got some some problems in my phone its not the big problem. my power switch button was not working so i dropped my phone at micromax centre, bilaspur C.G. they took more than a week to fix my problem and then i came back to home i found the same problem with my phone. The service at rajeev plaza micromax servivce certre is pathetic. they take long time to fix problem but actually they dont fix problem. they are just making us fool. my sister had also bought the same phone after the 10 days its was not working then we dropped the phone to the same centre and they took almost 60 days to fix the problem. its not the story of me and my sister. there are lots of people who are facing such a bad service given by your service centres. people in bilaspur are now afraid to buy micromax phones because of the service provided by the service centres.
    so its my request to you please do something regarding this.i&#039;ll be waiting for your reply.
    my canvas doodle 3 in warranty i m order for battaery on 31/08/2014 and total 11 days go but my Battery not replace. My mobile is off 11 days.

    I have done a great mistake to buy a micromax phone. Now I&#039;m facing some problems such as memory card is removed by itself, phone gets switched off automatically, and sim is also removed by itself. Also the light in the touch buttons not working. When i went to service centre they updated my phone&#039; software 2 times still I&#039;m facing the same problem and for the light on the touch pads they asked me to leave my phone for 15 days and not providing me another phone for use during this tume. So next time I&#039;m not buying a micromax phone at all and also asking my known people not to buy a micromax.

    my phone as described above is in warranty as i purchased it on 3/11/14. In just 4 months I am having a excess heat problem and then not charging and shutting on. After going to service center twice in sector-18, noida. First executive returns the phone in just one day and said that the problem is solved and I faced the same problem next day. After that I gave them back and they said that the phone will go to company&#039;s service center and it will be returned in minimum 15 days, after 16 days when I got my phone back, I am facing the same problem again in just 2 days. I want to complain about the service center in sector- 18, noida and as well as the Phone. The Phone is in warranty period so you must take some action against the service center and for the phone too. Sir, Please Solve my problem and tell me what to do for the Phone.

    I am Dhineshkumar and im writing this to complaint about your customer repair service at pollachi. i bought a micromax canvas a350 on 3months ago. I gave it to an authorized service center at POLLACHI due to battery and charging problem. they gave me a slip with no 216 dt[protected]. I used to call them every week to ask about my mobile and they didn&#039;t response me properly. I agree that the service time will take maximum45 days. I called them after 30days and they told me on phone &#039;will check and revert back&#039; . I&#039;m sure that they NEVER CALL back to me. I dissatisfied their service and one day they ask me to come in person. When i went there they told me that mobile wasn&#039;t ready. I was shocked and i demanded a reason that i Drove 50km away. They promise me that they will inform me with in three days. tat was not happend. I called them and asked about my mobile. When i received the mobile phone i was shocked that; they gave me a mobile with Black colour and the back cover was not proberly closed and it may cause dust problem inside the circuit. I shoowed this to him and they said &quot; you want mobile or not??&quot; . I am very disappointed about your bad service and they didn&#039;t gave any bill or receipt for changed mobile.

    I had given my micromax elanza 2 on 18th may for repairment to laxmi nagar service center but have not received my phone yet... the problem in my phone was defect in motherboard... Everytime they say it will take another 10 days...And this is not the first time.Before it got repaired 3 times since i bought it(5 august 2014).       My micromax Q5 mobile was not working properly, actually it was having some issues with trackpad, and my mobile is in warranty. It has been more than 20 days and I have visited their service point more than 5 times. And now they are offering me another used micromax Q5 mobile, which is not in good condition. I am not getting my own mobile back.

        This refers to the above subject details that following problems has been found from very first day from the date of purchase.



        1. Very Low battery backup

        2. Network Problem with GSM,CDMA

        3. Bad Chager Connector


        Sir, Due to this, Company has replaced following accessories a) Battery 2 times , b) Charger 1 time . (As per Job sheet No[protected] Dated 06.09.11.),

        After regress followups with Service Centre and getting fedup I also lodge complaint to Micromax Company my complaing number is MMX-[protected] on dated 17.09.2011, but the problem has been remain same, At last I have submitted my Micromax- GC360 hand set on 06.09.11 to the service center (M/s Simran Communication, Shop No.53,Neelam Flyover Neelam Chowk N.I.T. Faridabad) but till date after regress follow ups I have not received my hand set and due to passing of more than 1 month my Battery warrantee has been over on dated (27.09.2011) .



        Company reply :- The hand set you will get on 10.10.2011, and due to expire of warranty of your battery now you will not get it changed free of cost.



        My reply :- I replied that because you have took long time(approx 39 days) to repair my hand set due to this the my battery warranty has been over for that I should not be liable for this.



        Company reply:- They are not able to change new battery due to company policy.



        Sir,

        I request you to please help me to get replace my battery along with my new handset with extended Warrantee from the company and also help me to get some reimbursement in the form of the money (Rs.5000) cause of not able to use my mobile numbers for 1 month .

          Very Bad customer support. I only telephoning the company. Last week i.e. 8th and today I talked to Mr. Chitranjan. The answer is same. Every week they say wait for further 15 days.

          After my 2nd phone mr. Chitranjan told me to wait for 24 hours response from the concerned depart.

            i purchess micromx pike handset for my cosine Rugweda at 14/06/2011.when i was giffted her same, in few days she complaint me about mobile touchpad is not working.I was contact the shop where i was buy this , they said that you go to micromax service center at pimpri. I was go there they saw the handset & told that touchpad is not available here, you go to pune at camp aria, when i was go there, they told me the smae thing & send me at micromax service center in deccan (pune).They saw handset and received it and give me receipt for the same, and told me that 8-10 day require for the same work.I got receipt at 20/09/2011. when i was enqired today i.e.30/09/2011 the concern person said that i dont know when handset is repaired. I am very much taired & think that it's my mistek to buy micromax handset.

              Micromax is a brand as well as symbol of trust and Micromax(nothing like anything) do not have any definition to tell about himself.

              I trust on Micromax and buy a trust as a model no. Q-75 for my younger brother which is working in Bangalore but within warranty it’s only Track Ball is not working properly, Display and other component was working properly i.e. only track ball problem I face, hence im give my mobile to your service centre Tirupati Infotech G-37, Ganpati Plaza, M.I. Road Jaipur-302015 on dated 19/08/2011 vaid Job Sheet No. W[protected] and Work Order No. R1108FRAJ0199426, at the time taken my mobile by the service centre they are properly check with the open the handset for physically damage but they did not found any physically damage, hence they taken it under warranty.

              Micromax service center tell me the said problem with rectify with in 10 Days then after 10 Days they tell me it is sent for repair to company service centre they are not able to rectify the same and it will comes from company after 10 Days.

              Now after said period when I talk with him Micromax service center tell me your mobile is come without repair from company due to it’s display track is broken and part missing, hence it is not cover under the warranty.

              First when they taken the mobile they are check properly there is no physically damage then how can it possible??

              After that when I check the mobile it is totally dad now it is not even start, I don’t believe can it possible?

              If Micromax service centre treat there customers like i.e. every time I call them again and again but they did not give me good response. It is harmful to Micromax goodwill and trust.

              I know Micromax is a trust of brand and continue make a grip on electronic market and I think very soon it will be comes on number one position.

              I humbly request you please help me to short out my problem im mentally so disturb for my mobile because it is symbol of trust on me of my younger brother and my trust on Micromax.

              Trust is not countable in money.

                  i have bought micromax x260, the box shows that mobile supports bluetooth with A2DP support(stereo) but mobile does not even detect the bluetooth audio device.

                  i had called their customer care many times, according to them mobile does not support stereo bluetooth.

                  Would request everybody.. don't go for micromax brand.. they are cheap chinese mobile with a worst customer care support.

                      I bought micromaxM2 handset on 9th august 2011 from sangeetha PVT LMT.The charging point got broken soon after that for which i gave to repair to service center(shasvath solution,1st floor,D.D.URS Road,mysore,ph no.[protected])on 26th august 2011.They told me to come after 4days.they were able to repair it (the cost of which came around rs470), but they misplaced few of its parts(one of which was rubber pad).for which they again told me to come after 1week.when i tried contacting them after 1week they asked me for few more days to replace the parts.By this this time i got frustrated and i called the shop from where i bought the handset.they gave me mr.firoz number who is the manager of sangeetha.I complain the same to him.After 2days i got call from miromax company (ph no.[protected])asking few more days to replace some board of handset.Till now i am yet to get my handset in whole and nobody is picking up my call from micromax company.please can somebody look into the matter and let me know what to do.or else i would have no other option but seek consumer court s help.

                        Hi,

                        I went to repair my mobile at MSN communication. This is the worst kind of service center you can expect for any kind of repair work. They have 3 girls sitting at the reception who do not anything and they are very young to take up this job.
                        If you ask them about anything they will shamelessly say that they do not know. They know only one thing when any one comes with problem they just keep cunning smile and laugh among themselves. There is a person Gopi who is not a technician but he only repairs the mobile. The owner of the shop Mr. Jaffer Shariff is a bossy kind of person. He talks very rudely to the customers.
                        These people change the batteries/charge and memory card of the customers and they do not even mention the battery no. on their Job sheet.
                        They will repair the mobile like they are doing favour on you.My serious advise is avoid this service center.
                        Their mobile and landline numbers are either switched off or out of service.

                          I send my mobile model no X510 to micromax authorized service center on 01/07/2011 for rearing its touch panel.I purchase my mobile on 02/01/2011 and its under warranty.When i give it to service center they told me that maximum 10 days take to repair it. After 10 days they told me the parts not available so its takes more 30 days. I also complain to micromax customer care complain no MMX[protected].But till today they don't repair my mobile and told me its will takes more time and approx 30/09/2011 it will delivered. Previously the told me same thing on 15/08/2011 that your phone delivered on 30/08/2011. Now what can i do now? My mobile already three months passed, if after use only six months its laying service center three months then why i purchase this mobile. If micromax don't repair it or it takes more than three months its better to me that they give me new mobile phone to me.
                          I am also facing almost same problem with A57

                            We have bought Bling Micromax mobile phone, From AL PHA Store mumbai, since we have used only two month and mobile phone Battery was dead. As we call first their Care center they have advise us to take this to service center. which have taken to their Vakala site Care center but they Lore us two week and finnally said now we are not support service than again we call their call Care center and again received new services center address in mumbai center which again we have take that phone to new servcice center. they also saying same that battery is not available for under warrenty phone if you need to buy new battery than buy. I mean to or All Conclude that Micromax mobile service Not provided honest services, I will suggest all micromax user please do not buy again this phone, because my Bad experience of their products services.

                              I purchase micromax mobile on 6/07/2010. my name is jitendra chaudhary.i have micromax q7 mobile.
                              This mobile not working properly then i contact with Balaji telicom service center of Micromax jaipur office on 20/06/2011
                              There i meet mr jitender garg . he make me a false commitment . he make me sure that he will resolve my complaint till 24/07/2011. on 24 /7/2011 Balaji telicom was closed. and i meet Mr vinay jain in Micromax service center jaipur. He also assured me that he take care of my complaint.
                              Mr vinay jain change my imei number without my knowledge. But my mobile not properly working.
                              then I meet mr akash chauhan He assure me that i am a jaipur office head and i will extended your mobile warranty . after that he told me to go ganpati plaza ( tirupati infotech) g37 ganpati plaza Mi road new service center to meet Mr mohsin khan he issue new job card and number is w[protected]. he also mentioned old job card number also w[protected]. after 15 days service center manager return my hand set and told me that he is unable to resolve My complaint. and use abusive language with me and others

                              Pls request you to resolve my quaries otherwise i take legal action againt micromax

                                I have micromax q7 mobile.I purched it 1.5 years ago my mobile's glass was broke 1.5 month ago because of some reason. i went to micromax service centre and asked for a new glass for my mobile bt they said they dont have glass right there bt they will bring the glass for me whithin 1 week i agree. bt even after 1 month they told me that the glass is not in stock ..please help me about this my email id id [protected]@gmail.com

                                    I have very bad experience in poorvika mobile center at salem branch people, i'd bought cg360 micromax mobile at poorvika mobile shop on 4/11/2010, but few month, set has so many issue and i went service center also i went " poorvika shop at salem, but their response and dealing customer is really bad, they not even care the customer when its come any issue on hadset,
                                    I have been contacted chennai branch office mrs. asha and also i have contacted salem brance rajesh / balamurali, but all are in same state they not even given replacment not any new handset which is less thean price, due to this i have lost my client and mentel stress..
                                    Hence that reason i just make awarness to all our customer to avoid dealing with such kind shops.

                                    my self nayeem here, i went to poorvika store an asked the executive to suggest a good mobile on my budget, he gave me micromax X102, to make his sale on micromax he gave me this mobile, this is the worst mobile ever seen my life, i gave twice to serive in one week . i ave to screw that person an that showroom, please do help me... i don blame on micromax but i point on tat executive.
