IF YOU CAN DO SOMETHING PLEASE CANCEL THE LICENCE OF MICROMAX MOBILES. THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND THEY ONLY KNOW TO MINT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. MY HANDSET Q55 (BLING HAS GOT A PROBLEM SINCE PURCHASE THAT ITS BACKLIGHT REMAINS ON WHEN THE PHONE IS NOT IN USE WHICH LEAD TO THE BATTERY DRAIN. i m very much disappointed with the services of MICROMAX MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint but no action...

bought Micromax Q5 a year befor i am facing repeated problem in handset i had submitted handset twice with micromax service center at noida in sec 22 but problem was not solved also i paid rs 800 in two times this service is worst and of no use now i am going to throgh that phone and will do negative publicity for company i want to say this is worst company with worst customer service.

MY micromax ear phone is not working and my handset is under warranty.Please tell me,servicing will be in chargeable base or free ? if after servicing earphone, issue will not be rectify so can u replace that earphone?

This mobile was sent to micromax care firstly for charging problem which was solved in 1.5 months.
After 5 days it was dead and again sent to micromax care before 2 months but till now no action has been taken in this respect.
You are requested to take initiative in this respect.

I've purchased a Micromax Gravity X600 in January 2011, Within 3 months the touch has gone, I went to Micromax check point at Apollo dubai Plaza, chennai for on warranty service, They even accepted its manufacturing defect and committed me to repair within 7 to 10 days.
Its already 1 month, I am keep running towards the service centre and they are just showing a plea that the parts has not been delivered by the company...
