Hello,

My Micromax mobile (X505 Psych) is under warranty and there was an issue
with the TouchPad which was not functioning.Hence i gave the phone at the service centre i.e Cell’Q Communications Pvt. Ltd. located at G-187 & G-336, Upper Ground Floor, Dreams Mall, Off. L.B.S. Marg for the repair work.
The official did not give me the jobsheet number as well as the order number saying that he had stamped...

I purchased a micromax handset Model micromax GC360 .This handset is 3 sim -- 2GSM and 1 CDMA .Often it starts searching while operting any menu or even if it is in simple standby mode resulting into loss of functions like calls , phonebook not ready , no message fuctions etc. and one is unable to use set for functions provided. Due to uncertain on and off or reset fuctions (all uncalled for ) battery is also soon discharged . What to say...
