Res Sir,
I just want to inform you that, i puchased a micromax G4 mobile on dated 13/02/2011 from Gurgaon. after using approx two months my cell phone got dead. i visited micromax service centre on dated 13/02/2011 and submit my phone to service centre along with original bill, before received, my phone checked by your micromax mobile engineer, is there any kind of damage & water damage or not. he open the mobile and check each and every part of mobile and after checking he provide me a customer job card[protected] and says we will infom you after 3 days if repaireble in service centre other wise your cell phone send to be company and will be back after 25 days.

after approx 10 days there was no any response from them so i called the service centre, 1st days he says due to power cut we are not able to get status of you phone.
2nd days he says our server is down we are not able to monitor your mobile status. i told him when you have any information about my phone please inform me. but they didn't call me.
at last i called on 1st june 2011 after pick the call he put me on hold for a long time and then disconnect the phone. i called him again but same, disconnect the phone.

i called him once again then she told me your phone has been repaired please come here to collect it.
when he submit the mobile phone was dead he charge the bettery and start the phone but display was missing and phone is working. he again open phone and after checking he shout at me and say there is an liquied problem we will not repair your phone.
he is going to slap me but another person stop him. without any reasion.
after that he say, take your phone we will not repair your phone. i told him sir when i submit the phone there was not any kind of liquied damage then how can you says that we will not repaire your phone and you have already repair my half phone (phone is working but dispaly not working).

i told him i have proof that when i submit the phone to you there was not any damage mention in customer job card.
he throw the job card from my side and says YE LE JOB CARD KARLE JO KARNA HAI.


now sir please tell me what to do please help me.

please help me last one month i called the service centre in daily basis but they have only one answer WE WILL TELL YOU TOMMORROW
I had similar experience of bad service. I find that there is manufacturing defect or else quality has been compromised. My expereince with LG and Nokia servicers is very satisfactory

    Hello,

    My Micromax mobile (X505 Psych) is under warranty and there was an issue
    with the TouchPad which was not functioning.Hence i gave the phone at the service centre i.e Cell’Q Communications Pvt. Ltd. located at G-187 & G-336, Upper Ground Floor, Dreams Mall, Off. L.B.S. Marg for the repair work.
    The official did not give me the jobsheet number as well as the order number saying that he had stamped the back of the bill which would be sufficient when i come to collect the phone.He gave me the xerox copy of the bill and when recently i called up asking him for the order number,the representatives refused to give me the order date as well as the order number.i had given the phone on 28/05/2011 and i have the stamp of Cell'Q at the back of the bill as a proof of the matter.
    Now it has been around 22 days and still the phone is not repaired.The official at Cell'Q informed me that the touch pad hasn't arrived.What is the use of buying a new phone from Micromax if the phone doesn't work?
    i visited the office of Cell’Q Communications Pvt. Ltd. thrice yet they say that the touchpad hasn't arrived. Also when i contacted the customer care center of Micromax(Phone number :--[protected]) ,they asked me to send a mail regarding the same.I tried to contact the manager of customer care
    but the customer care executives refused my request.One of them,a girl called Anu who is one of the customer care associates in Micromax head office even dropped the call after saying that they cannot transfer the call to the manager.
    They gave me a complaint number for reference i.e MMX[protected].When i gave the complaint in writing to them on [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, i haven't received a response from them regarding the same.
    When i told the service centre associates as well as the customer care associates at the Micromax customer care that i will take this issue with the consumer court,they rudely replied saying that "Do whatever you want,we don't care."
    Please assist me in this matter.I personally feel that i have not been treated properly and should get a new phone as a replacement for all the trouble i had to undergo due to Micromax

    Micromax — FRAUD HANDSET X505

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased X505 handset M_IMEI [protected] in Jan.2011. its display is faulty so i contacted their call center on 10th march 13:11 IST . they asked me to contact service center at VASHI . Service center told me that they do not have display so wait. I waited but that service center closed down. I contacted another service center at PANVEL but again got reply to wait NO job no. issued. Finally I got my complaint registered vide job no.1610195 at Dynamic Enterprizes at Chembur Mumbai on 14th April. Call center {[protected]} on 18th April at 15:11 IST assured that display will be available latest by 22nd April. But display has not reached service center. Now I am told to wait at least three months.

    This means they are not going to replace/ repair my handset even in warrant

    Let me share with you the Bad Experience with me while purchasing Micromax Mobile

    Phone, I have purchased 1 Micromax Mobile x-395 Phone from Near By Dealer UNIVERCELL MOBILE EXPERT Mangalore

    and very same day i Couired To My Uncle mangalore to bhatkala its 250 km so far and its village place after they recieved and open and download songs and when they on speakers then sound not clear but they infirmed but they cant send us return after 20 days they send us back.

    when today when we went dealer shop they peoples telling us they cant help while purchasing only they told us micromax mobiles r not good mobile dont purchase after our int they gave its means we feel so bad abt micro max mobile company when mobile dealer only when tell there mobile not good then its shows abt mobile company .

    after that I contacted Dealer he told to go service center they give with in 5 to 1o min when they went there they r telling speaker not there in stock its take ten days time... for we gave there mobile and come. but we decide in future we never take micro max mobile and we also suggest or advice our friends or anyone dont take or purchase micro max any product.

    i already gave bill all will see what happen...

    Subjust - Notification for consumer Cort (complait id -N[protected]
    Micromax A70 mobile tech phone issue.

      I purchased a micromax handset Model micromax GC360 .This handset is 3 sim -- 2GSM and 1 CDMA .Often it starts searching while operting any menu or even if it is in simple standby mode resulting into loss of functions like calls , phonebook not ready , no message fuctions etc. and one is unable to use set for functions provided. Due to uncertain on and off or reset fuctions (all uncalled for ) battery is also soon discharged . What to say set becomes useless at any point of time .
      I purchased this set from a retailor SHIV MOBILES G-25,26 Shriram Tower, 13 Ashok marg Lucknow on 23/11/2010 who on complaints ultimately suggested me to go to the authorized service centre of the company .Cosequently I visited autorised mobile service centre of Micromax namely Prince Communication Ahluwalia building Lalbagh Lucknow Ph.[protected] , a centre full of manry disgusted complainants .They as per complaint no/Job no. 4697 took roughly a weeks time name of renewal of fresh software but all in vain .it was again submitted on 30/5/2011 as complaint/job no. 5157 which after a long exercise of repairs ultimately was sent to Service Head quarter at Gurgaon as they told me .After a series of enquiries it was ultimately told that the set has come back after full repair (changing board ) . I collected it today . But unfotunately problem remains same Now I am fed up. What should I do?

      Hello sir/madam,

      I, Ankur Varshney, bought a micromax mobile GC360 before 3 months. there is some problem in handfree of this set and i went to service center situated at sasni gate, agra road, Aligarh, u.p., india. but there is no good response towards my complain. there is 1 month spent to this complain and today i talked to agra service center but also there is no good response of my complain, even they did not talked 1 min to me and not want to discuss regarding this.

      i feel that i did a huge mistake by bought micromax mobile.

      there is no value of customer here.

      if you feel some responsibilities toward your customers then plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

        I had purchased from all my savings,a micromax Q50 phone .... and within 15 days it was giving me charging problem....when i took it to the moblie shop...they said me that the charging pin of my mobile was damaged....and it will be repaired in more 450 rupees. i paid the amount and got it repaired ....but again that very same day it wasn't working. i took the mobile again to the shop....now this time they had some new reason for the problem. and then they sent my handset to Delhi for repair and said that i would be getting gmy mobile back within 20 working days.... but now it has been 40 working days already over, may be more than that....and i still dint get my mobile back. now i'm facing a lot of problem without a phone.
        i want my money back or my mobile as soon as possible, please help.

        i agree with the same . i have also purchjase a q50 handset of micromax . after three weeks only it started giving me problem of getting off while talking . i took it to the service center RAPID COMMUNICATIOn in vikas puri. they kept my handset for 20 days and then they returnbed it with same problem . i again had to re submit after 20 more days wo maa ke chodo ne kaha ki handset faulty hai and they will have to change the motherboard . when i got my cell afte 15 more days it has a problem of auto off . mene un behan ke chod ke muh pe maraa . mother fukers dont give any backup phone and niether they have sense to work. aise chutiyta service center khle hai raand company ne . I WILL NEVER BUY THAT CHUTIA HANDSET AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE FOR NOT to buy

        Micromax Q50 — Cheated in warranty time

        Hi

        I am a user of micromax Q50 phone mobile is good in terms of facility however when it comes to battery and charging its worst now. First time I faced problem as its not connecting with the charger. Tried all wall sockets. There is a manufacture fault in the unit. I Shown it to the service center in Noida he only adjusted that charging jack I think because when I tried to charge it was not going smoothly you have to push it unnecessary . It means engineer did not perform his job well . He is teaching me that I did not push it properly. I using cellophane since 1999 . You will update me how to charge it when you don’t have good quality . One thing is proved I will only 250rs charge as asked but trust me you will be in big loss. Will never Guide anyone to choose micromax as worst service. My friends and colleague will not be referred after this Most of them know this rest will be done via Face book and websites .
        Feel like make a big mistake of buying micromax phones . Otther brands are far better and good services . Your service center are like a local engineer shop who runs in local areas & market . you donthave your own identity

            ENTERPRISES B-18 GURUDEV APARTMENT CHEMBUR-71) on 03/12/2010. But As on
            date i am not receiving my phone from last 7 months my warranty against
            phone is goes in repairing period.Every time they are giving excuses
            about the phone.
            Please i request u to look in to this matter and u had any solution
            about it then please reolve it.I also made complaint to micomax
            customer care center but they are also giveing excusess.i very much fed
            up of this this matter.Please see attached mail for the conversion with
            micomax customer care center.

              Adverting to above I bought above model mobile from Kabir Communication on 25/09/2010. My mobile became non-functional on 18/05/2011, when I approached retailer I was told that your battery has become non-functional and guaranty period of 6 months is expired. He doesn,t have neither battery nor phone no. of Service Centre, I was told to enquir at other places of Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad but everything is in vain. It is not available anywhere.
              It is really strange to know that a model of a reputed co. doesn’t have batteries which have only 6 months guaranty. Now what is to be done, is it to be thrown and money paid is useless in less than a year.
              Now please help to get my money back so that I don’t have this fuss again.
              Hope you understand how a housewife like me suffers in such a traumatic situation.
              I need your intervention in this matter to resolve the matter at your earliest.

                  service centre delaying to return the mobile phone from one month

                  Dear sir,
                  i have purchased a handset of micromax x600 bought in may 2011, went completely dead all of a sudden in june 2011. So, I gave the handset for repair to M/S Micromax service centre, kalyani, shukala complex Dist.Muzaffarpur, bihar.
                  When i submitted my handset to micromax service centre they take 6 days to solve my problem.
                  After 10 days, i went to recover my handset, they take 10 days to return, again they take few days. Now it has become more 127 days then
                  cervice centre did not return my handset. My handset is in WARRANTY. Also, they do not give me proper DELIVERY DATE.

                    I am a Q5 user and was facing the following problems
                    1: Decrease in volume of speaker and ear piece.
                    2: Track ball problem

                    I submitted my phone to micromax service center
                    B-31, Near Koutions Showroom, Gopal Pura Baipas, Jaipur, Rajasthan
                    on 13th may 2011, Job sheet No. 1697016 and they told me that they will get it repaired by 16th. I called them on 16th they said the phone is not repaired. when i went their I found out that they have changed the trackball. but there is still problem with the volume of speakers. and in addition to that, some of the keys were also not responding. I brought up this matter to the person concerned. He took back my phone and told me that it will be repaired by 20th may. when i called on 20th may they told me that they don`t have spare of IC available. they started delaying the delivery by 5 days, 25th, then 30th then 5th and now they are saying to deliver it on 15th.

                    On 30th I called the customer care office. and there I registered a complain no.MMX[protected]
                    they asked me to wait for 7 days for the. when I called them today they are asking me to wait for 10 more days to get my phone. i cannot keep on waiting for it. i want my phone back asap. and if you are not able to do it send me a new one.

                      this is complain about mobile set damage , i have a mobile set of micromax Q7 , facing some problem in charging port of mobile set i had given the handset to the micromax service centre
                      (add-shop no.10/16 ,GDA market ,G-block,pratap vihar ,near rilif hospital, ghaziabad mob. no- [protected]) .
                      this service centre service executive given treatment to mobile charging port two or three time and afterall braking the charging print of mobile handset . and told me micromax service centre not given treatment about the charging print damazing .
                      so sir this is the fault of service centre executive please tell me appropriate solution about solve my handset problem

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am chandan lal patro from sanath nagar (hyderabad), given a complain of my micromax (cube model) handset for replacement of battery dated on [protected], Job code No - 410207 at Srinivas Mobile care, (Ameerpet brach Micromax servicing centre) they have taken the old battery for replacement of new battery but till now 6th june 2011 they are not able to replace the new battery. I called so many times to customer care (complaint no -[protected]) they are also telling sorry it will take some more days but not giving any confirmation date. As it is almost nearly 2 months over i am unable to use that mobile so i thought to write to DC about this. so kindly consider this complain and do the needfull.

                          Dear micromax,

                          I purchased a micromax mobile Q7 on 25th June 2010 of Original Invoice No.1842/79 and Item No.[protected] and i have been facing problems of charging jack in the handset with the low voice.i took it to my nearest service centre thrice but it could not be solved. At last they certified that the charging jack of handset is damage and could not be repaired in warranty period.

                            MICROMAX 3G MODEM SERVICE PROBLEM

                            I have purchased micromax modem no.MMX 310G on 7/07/2010 after some months modem became dead, I contacted local service center at K.MOBILE SERVICES (FFD-12, Somdutt Plaza, Kanpur) they refused to accept the modem because they were having a lot of pending complaints after complaining at company service support no. they accepted the modem on "5/4/2011 job order no. 226".It has been two months since then. When i contacted service center several times they replied that have not yet received the modem from the company. I have already complained to micromax company complaint no.mmx [protected].Company service support keep on saying that they will return call within 24hrs but i have not yet received any call. It is pertinent to mention here that I have contacted 10 to 12 times your customer care but no satisfactory replay is yet received.

                            Kindly resolve my problem, and replace my modem as soon as possible.

                                I want to complain about fraud service centre in pune hadapsar [B]./s Tech Telecome. J R Gupta. Shop No-k.116,mega centre Pune Solapur Road,[/B] Hadapsar. Pune. I am giving you the address so that you can be ware.

                                I had a problem with the touch pad of my micromax cell. When i went to this service centre i found that to every customer who is coming they were telling that its due to your personal damage and it will not be covered under warrenty. They told the same to me. I fought with them and went to the shop from where i bought the cell phone . That person told that its all politics here in pune . He called the serice centre and told him to take the phone as the touch pad is under warrenty of 1 yr. When i went to him again, he took my cell, but told me to come after a week. when i went after a week he told me to cme next day like this he made me roam for 3 days and after that he replaced the touchpad with some old touchpad which was not working.I called the customer care but there was no good response from them. So in all MICOMAX SERVICE CENTRE AT HADAPSAR ARE FRAUD and as the COMPANY DOESNT TAKE ANY ACTION ON THEN THE COMPANY DOESNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND IS A FAUD. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVERY GOT. WILL NEVER BUY MICROMAX PHONE AGAIN IN LIFE.

I fought with them and went to the shop from where i bought the cell phone . That person told that its all politics here in pune. I called the customer care but there was no good response from them.                                   I ahd purchased MICROMAX mobile from HI TECH shoppee, PUNE on 31/10/2010. Since purchase this handset is having problem of display getting blank anytime.Mobile is working but no display. I had surrendered the mobile to the CAMP area sevice center ,they kept it for 21 days & no solution was provided.I again submitted this mobile to INFINITY solutions,PUNE (RAMANBAUG CHOWK).The job order no is 1640196 on 21 March 2011. Today after 2 & half months I am not getting this mobile back due to nonavailability of spare parts at the Service centre.

                                  I have had the same problem with the service center Infinity solutions and I am still awaiting the replaced product. They are burglars and even the Micromaax team is supporting them by not listening to customers grievances. I had recently received a call saying they will look to this and asked me my Job sheet number, but when I provided the job card number they said it was incorrect. Are they joking around, I urge all the customers to submit a joint petition against Micromax Service Centers to the consumer forum so that this will end once in for all.
                                  I am attaching my Job sheet which I've preserved for about 4 years.

It stopped working within two days. when I went to service center and they told it need replacement (job card no. 2012530: date: 16.04.11), they also told it will take 20 days. it is more than a month but they are making excuses.
