Hi,
My name Rohit Gulati,I have purchase Micromax a60 mobile last month since then I am facing problem with the phone, I notice that the battery does not hold the charge and the camera of the phone does not work some time and I also get a error message sd card not found, I went to Micromax mobile service center they told me that headset is faulty and it will take 10 to 15 days to repair it or you can return this phone back to the shopkeeper and get a new,I went to shopkeeper from where I bought this mobile,they told me it will take 15 to 20 days to get replacement mobile, I decided to return the faulty handset and get a new one, after 20 days last week I got replacement mobile still I am facing the same problem battery of the phone does not hold the charge, I have to charge my phone after every 4 hours,camara of the phone does not work and some time phone turns off automatically I was told that you have to submit your phone at the service station for repair and it will take 8 to 10 days for repair,after 12 days I got my phone back after repair still I am facing the same problem, I was fud up with the phone I went to shopkeeper to return phone to get my money refunded which I have paid, he told me that micomax will not take mobile back and refund your money.
It is very frustrating to have a mobile phone which is not working,I wrote a letter to Micromax company but got no satisfactory response and I have also called their customer service no they want me to again submit phone at their service station for repair, that is why now I have decided to register a formal complaint against micromax mobile for their poor quality products and customer service now I don’t want to use Micromax mobile I want my money back which I have paid..
Your early action will me highly appreciated.

Micromax — Sold faulty Handset Not Customer Service

Purchased Micormax Mobile Q55 on 6/12/2010.

Handset started showing weak signal and poor voice quality on 7/12/2010.

Went to Micomax Care Huda Complex,Rohtak (Haryana)Office to get it repair with Service repair number.1421811.


Service center took the pop photocopy and took the handset after 2 hours they told me that set can not be repaired and returned the DEAD handset.

They told me that return to the dealer from where you have purchased.
Dealer told that only service repair will return the handset.
4800 Rs. Fraud . No one is taking responsibility of repairing or replacing the handset.

Low network problem ended up in DEAD handset. Please let me know how can handset be replaced as there is only one service center in city which says it can not repair a handset in warranty with just purchased 1 month back.(This seems to be a big fraud.)

Micromax senior management please help.

A210 micromax in service enter dani industries Vasai west thane from first week of March not able to find the solution.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have purchased this Micromax mobile model A106 untie 2 on 06.09.2014. IMEI [protected], [protected]
Now within 1 month my handset is creating below problems.
1.) Memory loss in phone storage (0.89mb). Suddenly memory was showing as (0.70mb) only. I took this phone to nearby service center. They formatted my phone and all my data was lost.
2.) WIFI problem. Wifi is not connecting. I took to service center and they said some software issue is there and they rectify the problem. Now again after 3 days same problem my wifi is not connecting.
3.) After I gave my handset to service center for above problems I don’t know what they did to my battery now my battery is draining very fast.

Comeon apart from Micromax I m using Samsung and nokia too. But I never came such problems.

It’s my humble request to pls arrange the replacement for the same.

Looking forward for your immediate response in the matter.

Sir/Madam,
I bought Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 (Product no : A102) from Reliance Retail Limited, Thrissur. Unfortunately your product has not performed well due to its malfunctions. I'm completely disappointed because your product does not even work properly at least for a month. Before a couple of week, I have gone to Micromax service center, Thrissur and submitted my handset. After a week, they returned me the handset with same faulty conditions. When I contacted them again they told me that they are unable to identify the reason for faults.

Currently the problems are :-
(1) Power Off
(2) Main Camera & Front Camera
(3) LCD/Display
(4) Touch
(5) Speaker
(6) Ringer
(7) Incoming/Outgoing voice

SInce I have a 1 year warranty, I would appreciate your replacement of this handset. I look forward to your resolution for my problem and will wait for a couple of weeks before seeking help from consumer protection agency. Please contact me for further details

    I have Purchased a Micromax X260 mobile and also mobile is under wrranty.Mobile creating an problem (when bluetooth on then Screen is white and Software problem) .I submitted my moblie toservice centre Daealer name is The mobile Care Job sheet no. 1165798 on 02/02/2011 for reparing.Service centre person told me that he will take 21 days for repair my mobile.He call me again & again but he did not repair my mobile till date.



    I have called to Micro Max Customer Care Service Center on 20th April to Mr. Avish Malik ( Customer Care Ph no is[protected] and he told me that register your compliant no is Request No. MMX [protected] with in 1 day resolver you problem and again i am call to customer care service centre on 2nd May 2011 to Mr. Loga And he told me that your mobile set is delivered to you but i am sorry to say that till yet mobile set is not recd

    I am suffering from past 3 Months also I have 17-18 time visited in service centre but no body guide me

    Kindly help Please do the needful

      i am Raymond Arokiyadass... I would like to share my most horrible experience with Micromax, I bought 2 Micromax mobiles Q2+ model, within 3 month it became faulty, it kept switching off and finally got dead when I approached the service center they didint give a proper responses.. anyhow i gave my mobile for a service at before a month but still they didnt repair tat.. They are blaming HEAD OFFICE... pls tell for this irresponsible service to whom i ve to contact..

        Micromax/x550 qube mobile Complaints - Battry bakup problem

        Any update regarding below Complain

        my be contact service center the people inform be to collect phone sunday(08/05/11), but service center was closed that day, than i have contact again support center than they people say to collect your handset on Tuesday(10/05/11) than i have visit to service center but they people not recived handset.

          I had purchased a new micromax Q75 mobile handset in the month of FEB 2011. But stated giving problems in charging in in 2 months of time . & now after getting serviced from service center of micromax, it is giving more problems like not reading of memory card, not reading of sim card. phone working only for 10-15 minutes aftter charging it for 2-3 hours. tempreature of handset is getting increased.
          I want to replace this mobile & i want new handset but company is not ready to provide me th same. kindly help.

            Before 10 months I have purchased a Micromax X360 dual sim mobile.

            Before one week there is a big problem in the earphone mode in the phone, now I could not able to talk with out ear phone and the phone is always in headset mode(user profile is not also changed in this mode).



            Could you kindly know me that, is this problem is repairable or not and where is the authorized service center in Tamilnadu.

            If not then how can I claim for this as it is in the warranty period.

              Dear Sir / Madam

              I have teken Micromax Window touch screen mobile with model no W900 in last july (2010) With Rs 7700/-
              After 1 month its speaker will not work, so I have given it to Micromax service station (Dandiabazar, vadodara) and they send it to company at Ahmedabad.
              It will come back after 1 month.

              Second time it hase software problem and MMC is not detecting, again I have given it to Micromax service station (Dandiabazaer, vadodara) and and after 15 days they tell me that we have to send it to ahmedabad.

              I have taken back and given it to another service station (Sayagijung, Vadodara)they send it to company at Ahmedabad.

              Today its 18 days pass still my mobile is not get me back

              In this last almost 10 month I have to repair it three times. And in 10 month almost 2 month It is in companys service station

              My mobile is still in warrenty period.

              I have mail 4-5 times and they informing me that your complain is under process.
              i have bill and all communication made with micromax.

              Sir pl. help and interefer in this matter.

                I bought the Handset of Micomax Qub 550 from Shop OM Vibhuti Communication, Shop No. 4, Anand Bhutda
                Bhuvan Bytco Point, Nashik Road 422 101. two months back. After one month the handset first of-all showed blur picture and then it unable to show anything so I admitted it to Micromax authorized Service Center at Samarth Enterprises, Punnaynagri Office, Opp
                Panchavati Hotel, wakilwadi, Nashik 422001, under Job Order No. : 011543 Dt[protected], mentioning about it's screen problem and no any physical damage. But when Service center deliver me the mobile handset on 30/04/2011 sceen problem was resolved but the handset was physically damaged in such a way that I can't identify it is my handsetthat I bought two month back. I return back to the service center but those people not even paying attention to me.
                It is Shamefull for a Multinational Company they are providing such a cheetable service.

                  I have purchased a Mobile Handset Micromax X-266 from M/s Parasnath telecom, Assandh Road, Near Red Light Chowk, Panipat, Haryana India vide Bill No.728 dated 13th March, 2011.
                  On the very next day, it arose a problem of Non detecting the Memory card No.2(out side insert). I rushed to the Dealer for the solution of the complaint. Dealer checked the Handset from its local Mechanic and said when handset not detects the memory card, please re-insert the same and it will detect.
                  After some days, handset arose new problem of Low Battery-Not dialing but even charging it for 1 to 2 hours, it works only for 15 minutes and again wants charging showing Low battery Indication. I am frustrated due this problem and my friends and collagues saying, kya bakwas phone le liya hai.
                  In the mean time I have to go out of station for three months.
                  Now, my wife pursued the case with the dealer but dealer is harrasing to us and saying that the Service centre at Panipat will order for the same. She contacted the Service Centre, but no satisfactory solution received.
                  The dealer and the company is requested to please replace this defective mobile hanset immediately otherwise I have no option to Move into the consumer court.

                  Hello sir/madam,

                  I, Ankur Varshney, bought a micromax mobile GC360 before 3 months. there is some problem in handfree of this set and i went to service center situated at sasni gate, agra road, Aligarh, u.p., india. but there is no good response towards my complain. there is 1 month spent to this complain and today i talked to agra service center but also there is no good response of my complain, even they did not talked 1 min to me and not want to discuss regarding this.

                  i feel that i did a huge mistake by bought micromax mobile.

                  there is no value of customer here.

                  if you feel some responsibilities toward your customers then plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      my mobile has some damage so i went to service center of micromax opp mansi tower, opp gwalior sweets, satellite ahmedabad - 380 015, and i gave mobile on[protected] and till today they don't have any answer and also not pick up the phone, my previous mail on[protected] is as under

                      "as per telephonic talk to your head office delhi customer executive my complained number is MMX [protected], till query not short out and also your Ahmedabad service station number[protected] not pick up the phones so what to do is that your good service? so kindly revert back immediately and resolve my query i also attached the job card scan copy to you for your ready reference"

                        First Touch Screen Was Not Working So I have given to the service center they have Repaired and made it.
                        After few days again touch screen was not working again i have given the phone to service center and they made it again.

                        Now the sim card Is not recorgnising it display INVALID IMEI NO.

                        Micromax X600 Mobile — delay in replacement due to net purchase

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had purchase Micromax X600 Mobile Handset on Internet on 11/08/2010 by COD Basis. I received handset on 16/08/2010, and on 27/08/2010 handset giving problem of keypad. I reach to Micromax Service Center (Samarth Telecomp Shopee, Balwant Plaza, 1st Floor, Vakil Wadi, Nashik) on 28/08/2010. Person told me that you have make mistake by purchasing hndset on net, so it will take time. I submitted Handset w/o battery and cover (Job Card No. 452970 dtd. 28/08/2010). For status i visited on 01/09/2010 attendant person told me that work done, but by inserting battery it wont worked. Reason given by perosn they dont have battery with them, so not able to test. On the spot i gave him Battery and cover for testing.

                        On 03/09/2010 i again ask the person for status, he repeated that i make mistake by purchase it on net. It will again take time.

                        My expectation from you to give him knowledge that any product purchase from any where service center duty is to give him service in warranty and not to shows the mistakes of customer. (Specially not to promote the local distributor ot dealer).

                        I want immediate new one replaced handset from Service Center.

                        micro max x600 — mobile touch screen not working again and again

                        i have bought micromax gravity handset at poorvika for 4500/- included 4gb micro sd card & mobile insurance for 200/- on nov 2010 after 4 months that is on march the touch screen not working compleately so i have took the handset to service center at t.nagar but there i have experianced very badly as well as then some what the handset got repaired and its recived by me after one month of the service and again after 2 & 1/2 month now the touch screen not working what should i do now i can take it to service center again after one month i will get back my hanset again after 2 months i will not work and no warranty then i have to pay the amount for getting ready the handset please give me some good advice what should i do at this time pleas give me one time solution so that at least i will not get any problem with my handset for not below 15 months from here

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I purchased Micromax A60 on 05/01/2011. I found mobile not charged during charging on 18/03/2001 and also hanging problem faced during the date of buy. I launched complaint of this mobile to service center on 19/03/2011 and center was confirmed me to rectify it within a week. Now till date I am not getting my mobile, then I launched complaint number : MM[protected] dated:04/04/2011 regarding the poor services provided by your service center. Customer executive confirmed me regarding my mobile that they will provide me on 11/04/2011. I went to service center daily but they always bluff me by saying that “your handset ready and we will give tomorrow”. On dated 15/04/2011 hot discussed with service center representative and they confirmed me that Handset not ready due to PCB on in stock. I called Customer Care on 16/04/2011 and they give next date 23/04/2011 for the same commitment.
                            Can your give answer:-1. Why Your Service Representative not give any updating when I meet personally daily basis.

                            2. Why Micromax not fulfill there commitment.

                            I am waiting for my handset last month but till date no confirmation/ updation comes at your end.

                            Also may I request you’re please extended my handset warranty upto 05/02/2012 because the delay are at your end.

                            May I request you please look into the matter otherwise I will have no choice left but to complaint to the Consumer Forum and they will take action against Micromax.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam,
                            As telephonic discussed with Micromax Customer Care on 26/04/2011 again they not clear information regarding my handset. They ask wait for 48 hrs more for information your handset. Also on 25/04/2011 Micromax confirmed me that my handset status closed at service center end. When I called service center regarding the same they told Handset not ready because on the bases of your handset complaint they closed the status but still issue pending.

                            PLEASE HELP ME FOR THIS SITUATION.

                            I have my micromax Q5 which is lying in service center for last 4 months. The service center name is TECHNOCARE based at New Delhi, Lajpat Nagar. I resubmit my phone thrice and it did not worked even for 1 day when got it back from service center.
                            They always commit 1 week for resolution but it takes more than a month every time.
                            Firstly i submitted my phone on 2nd of Dec 2010. They took 24 days to repair but it was not repair at all. It did not work. I resubmitted my phone and got it back after a month. This time it worked for 1 day and again got switched off and never turned on with no display and other error.
                            Lastly i submitted my phone on 7th of March and still haven't got it back while they confirmed one week for resolution. I visited the service center more than 10 times but still they keep on ignoring request and give fake commitments every time.
                            I'm really frustrated as CCE also behave carelessly and no-one has yet replied to my complaint number [protected] and gave call back as it was confirmed by CCE.
                            I am absolutely a betrayed & hopeless customer Micromax and spend more than Rs. 1000 on travel to service center.
                            I would request you to please look into my request and get my issue resolved as early as possible. My phone needs Motherboard change as none of their troubleshooting steps worked yet. Also I would not accept it if its not changed. If you can’t troubleshoot my phone then kindly provide me a new hand set as my phone is still under warranty.

                            Looking forward to get prompt & favorable response from you.

                              Micromax X510 — Delay in serving (more than 45 days)

                              Sir,
                              I have submitted my Micromax mobile (model X-510) at their srvice center Lalbagh, Lucknow on 17th jun 2011 due to touch of my mobile was not working. My job order number is 5991. But till date they have not returned my mobile after repairing. Their service is very poor.
                              I have also contacted Mr Sudama (Micromax service head [protected]), Mr Jaisawal (Micromax NE region service head [protected]) and mail to Micromax company but I have not get my repaired mobile.

At the time of deposit yours service engineer had told me its a touch problem, As my knowledge its need to repair within 1 to 2 days. Several time I make phone call your service station but no body pick up the phone its happen 20 to 24 times, last Saturday day 17.09.11 your representative told me today your hand set we will send factory for reparing, so that day[protected] to[protected] what they are doing with hand set.else see this matter as a serious basis

                                I am also facing the problem of not detecting the device. when i uninstall the program and connect the USB. MMX 310G. It gets connected. but once i remove and connect again it shows no device. i got irritated. simply my 2400/- got wasted
                                and it shows just connectng.. but it never gets connected
                                So plz call me and help me for chaning the device

                                  Hi, I bought a new Micromax mobile "MODU-T" on 25th Nov,2010. In Dec i checked that its multimedia hands free is not working. Submitted that to service center on 21st Dec,2010 with complaint# MMX [protected] and Job sheet # 1378625. Then in month of feb got problem within the phone as well. Submitted phone to service center on 23rd Feb,2011 with complaint# MMX[protected] and Job sheet# 1463360. Nothing has been received back till yet. No one is taking responsibility of anything. No one is giving any kind of call or email. Frequently giving them call and email but no reply is coming. Just giving fake promises.

                                  Now Service center is saying that issue still not resolved in the phone and customer service center saying that the complaint is in closed status (both the complaints) and issue has been resolved. I don't know what to do now..!! please help me.. i bought the phone of 10K and now its with service center .. i have a copy of bill and all the complaints Job sheet and have 2 reply mails from the MMX support...please do something

Panchla, PIN- 711301, have purchased a mobile handset of MICROMAX MOBILE with Bearing No. G.C.-360 Model, IEMI-1-[protected] and IEMI-2-[protected] from S. H. Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd, 171A/B, Lenin Sarani, Kolkata-700013, against Bill no. R9295 spending Rs. 3,525/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Five only) on 29/10/2010.

                                    The main problem is I've just used the Handset freely for 1month only. Although having in guarantee period it started disturbing by being short circuited. So, I've shown it at the Authorized Customer Care of MICROMAX MOBILE, Durga Infotech, P-II, CIT Road, Kolkata-700014 with Job Card No. 837429 and Job Order No. 159, dated 29/11/2010. That time they repaired it but charged Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only). It astonished me that within guarantee period how they can charged although it wasn't my fault.

                                    Again within three months I've found that the battery is out of order and I've shown it to the aforesaid customare care but still now the problem isn't solved by them. So, for my own necessity I've bought a new battery. But the old case born again i.e. short-circuit. This time I'm fully fade up with it. I've again complained for it at the same customer care with job card no 4873 dated. 21.04.2011.I've verbally asked them to replace the handset but they ignored with my proposal.

                                    Now, please say why should I've to suffer for it while I've already spent much? Please do the needfuls so that I can get a new and fit handset or get my money back with compensation.

                                    recently i buy ANDROID A60 MODEL from info beam site, this phone have sound system is very poor, when the out call ringing is very low volume, of course you cannot hear, also songs volume is like that.osther features still not yet find .thanks

                                        MY SELF ACHAL MISHRA HAS BOUGHT THE NEW MOBILE OF MICROMAX X226 FROM RAM TRADERS BHILAI ON 24TH JANUARY 2011. ON 25TH JANUARY 2011 I FOUND MY MOBILE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. SO THAT I DID A COMPLAINT FOR THAT IN SERVICE CENTER OF MICROMAX LOCATED AT AKASHGANGA BHILAI. THEY ONLY CHANGED MY CHARGER I SAID THAT YOUR MOTHER BOARD AS WELL AS BATTERY ARE REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED. BUT TILL NOW THEY DIDN'T CHANGED MOTHER BOARD. AND NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION. THEY ARE EVEN NOT RECEIVING MY CALL.
