I purchased micromax nitro E455 on 31Jan16. since then this is third time i'm facing the same problem of no cellular network. your kanpur nagar service centre has got no answer about that. As a defence personnel we don't have that much time to visit your service centre again & again for the same reason. please intervene and give me some solution by replacing the obsolete one or replace it with good one micromax smartphone for which difference amount will be incurred by me.     Sir, i have submitted my micromax YU5010 monile to micromax service centre in gurgaon(Best Tech Services) as it got problem in booting. i have submitted on 25/10/2016 and next day i got my mobile i paid 1260/- and same day it starts behaving same. Next day i submitted my mobile again and they provided a acknowledgement slip to me instead of job sheet as there is some electricity problem. After that i have called and visit many times the micromax service center they always extend the date i have called them 5 times they always tell different date for the return of the phone i am tierd of calling them many times they even not listen just cut the call, they told that they submit my phone back to upper level customer care and told that wait for again 20-days. Now they are saying that they are unable to trace my mobile. They either giving me a new handset nor giving my money back please resolve this.

      I have bought Q324 model mobile last year November month (11/2015). From that I am facing lot of promblem with that mobile as below. I have not used that mobile continuously for 1 week.

      1. Speaker problem
      2.Sofware problem
      3.Baterry problem
      4.Power on problem

      For all those issues i have gone to service center and they replaced another model of Q335. This too not new one.This mobile once switch off, then didnot power on again.

      Again i submitted this to service center on June, 6, 2016. But till i didnot received response from that service center and i didnot get the mobile.
      I have contacted them in direct and by phone. But always they saying mobile not get ready yet.

      This is so irresponsible and irritating service provided from them.

      I need all reply and compensation for all those activities and replacement of that mobile. Otherwise i need to go for consumer court for those actions.

I dont know then what is the use of services providing by micromax? I am very frustred regarding service of micromax.

          Micromax led tc icture not coming properly although sound comes...in between picture flashes and goes off..it blinks and goes off but picture quality is very dark even after settings...it has happened first time since 10months almost no complaints about 49 inch micromax tv, i thought to promote indian products so bought the tv but it seems to be not good .so kindly do resolve the problem as soon as possible..

            Dear sir,
            I have tried to replace my damaged power button of my A114 Micromax mobile from nearest service center supela, Bhilai in Chhattisgarh.Firstly, they took my enquiry for repair and told that as soon as the power button comes in their service center, they will contact on my given mobile no within 15 days.I waited till the time for 20-21 days and went there for the enquiry but they replied the same thing as previously. Then after I waited for one month and asked for the same but didn't get any positive response from them.So pls help me to get the material bcz I am not able to use my Micromax mobile frequently.

                  I am Kartick Gorai from Bankura I have a issue, I bought a micromax bolt q339 mobile from Flipkart, starting 7_8 months it was fine then I have taken to M/S Joy Guru Enterprise service centre for board replacement but now the company not respond, my Jobsheet no E[protected],
                  Whenever I call to customer care and service centre but they don't respond properly and my problem not resolve yet, so request to you please take an appropriate action to this company and please consider my complaint seriously and resolve my problem.

                    I would like to inform you that i am very worried about your service. I had submiited my mobile at your service center 3 time in a month. First time when my mobile was returned to me. It was damaged by your service center back panel not paste properly. After one week its mike not worked then i had to re submmit to your service center on dated 05th nov 2016 for the mike and back panel pasting problem. When i was called by your company for pick the mobile on dated 26 nov 2016. I observed that back panel not pasted mike not working and maximum area scratched on mobile. Mor dents on mobile. What the hell is this. I am very shocked fot this issue. Same day and same time i submmit mobile for the above issues. On dated 03/12/2016 when i was re called for pick my phone. I observe that mobile is maximum scrateches on mobile, it is dent on mobile. Mobile back panel not proper fix. Same issues found third time.
                    Today on 05 dec.2016 i have been lounch a fir regarding the same issues to gokul puri police station against the (Mr, nandan service center manager.) bhazan pura chock chand bagh delhi -

                    Now i am very worried about the my mobile. Now i will go to consumer court for the same issues.
                    My mobile warranty will be expire in this month. And your company is not giving the good response. I am going to consumer court regarding the same issues. I will sue now.

                      I Amit purchased a micromax phone model no. Q394 from raju traders manimazra chandigarh at dated 29/04/2016.seller give me warranty of one year from date of purchasing dated 02/11/2016 when phone not operating well.I took the phone in service center located at panchkula sector 11. they said me phone is dead it will goes to co. gurgoan and repair estimate Rs. 1, 600/-. I argument to manger Mr. ajay why I pay for this when seller given me warranty for one year . but he refused and said co. not given warranty for this reason. he took my phone to send it in co. and said it will come in between 25 or 30 days. Today 05/12/2016 I was phone to service center Ajay said phone not come yet it will take time two or three months.my complaint is when company given warranty why should not clear say to customer what is the condition in it. secondly if phone come after two or three months the warranty will be extend the warranty date.take some action.I am totally disappointed.

Mukher ji nagar, delhi 110009 on dated[protected] and the complaint is its inbilt memory is 8 gb rom mention on the box and told by the dealer but i got only 4.61 gb total space. And i then went to dealer shop on next day he said that his inbilt memory is 4.61 and he said also please go coustmer care center of micromax after that same day i went to micromax coustmer center and they told first i check and update your mobile and reset the phone but still space is not increasing. And they don't gave me better response and they said this phone fault sir, mam if pay 5100 and company offer me 8 gb memory on the box and writen communication but i don't receive 8 gb and don't get positive response..                               I had purchase your product (Micromax S301 4GB Black) on 03 may 2016. I had used it for only two months and it had been kept in micromax service center.So many times the mobile had been sent to company for problem solving still the problem persist. I dont know whether you are solving the problem or creating the new problem. It means like i ad brought the mobile only for the sake of giving in customer care.                                 Where is my mobile smart phone which I had given in the service centre in Oct 2015 . perhaps micromax company has acceded the set to their company property . I had already given many complain through you . But what is the out come . Kindly with this portal i[censored]nable to solve consumer's problem . If you are not understanding then hoe the company will understand . take action accordingly . However legal process is being followed . I have paid Rs.27999/- for that phone ? I am waiting how much time micromax company is taking to solve the problem because their 24-72 hours never end.I had given all relevant docs earlier . hence need not to give all details .

                                  I took my cellphone on[protected] after 3days i got battery problem and heating issue so i went to nearest service center [s010065] shri raghavandra enterprises hubli-580020 i told them i need replacement for they checked my cell and told we ll send to company but it ll come after 21 days so i said ok and given and came after 15days they called me and given damged cellphone for me it was sraffed so i did’nt took the cell i told i need new cellphone so they said ll snd return to company again but till its 1 n half month they telling it ll come but still i did’nt get cell i think de given another person cell for its iemi number is different and dat cellphone is in service center only so i m kindly requested to take serious action on serivcecenter and provide new cell other about matter ill go through media sir so you only help for this matter soon

Several times repaired your service center but it creates new problem again and again.                                         I would like to bring to your notice that I had given my mobile for repairing in Dec 2015 (one year back) under warranty as it had display issue. I did not receive the phone and the service center (Kavya Enterprise, Pune) was ultimately closed. After few months the service center opened again and when i enquired about my phone they said they have received a damaged phone from Micromax and I can collect the same if I wish to take. I did not accept the phone. I lodged a call with your call center in Sep 2016 and so far I have not got my phone nor any time bound assurance.
