Updated by Kartick Gorai I am Kartick Gorai from Bankura I have a issue, I bought a micromax bolt q339 mobile from Flipkart, starting 7_8 months it was fine then I have taken to M/S Joy Guru Enterprise service centre for board replacement but now the company not respond, my Jobsheet no E[protected],
Whenever I call to customer care and service centre but they don't respond properly and my problem not resolve yet, so request to you please take an appropriate action to this company and please consider my complaint seriously and resolve my problem.

I face mic, touch and other operational issue, even set is set factory for repair, in spite of all problem persist till date.
