I've purchased Micromax Yu Yunique 8GB Black Phone from Snapdeal on 9/10/16(Item Code:BD2899039 & Order No:[protected])and after using it for a Month, it giving me some serious battery problem, by which I've to get it to the Micromax Service Center which is located at Kailash Plaza, Shah Market, Sanjay Place, Agra.The Full Name of the Centre is '[N040444]M/S UNIQUE INFO SERVICES', On 25/11/2016 at there the Service Representative Submitted my phone by saying that we have to get it to the company for resolving the issue, and made an Job Sheet(N[protected])for the same, which is my first Job Sheet, and the staff also said you will get your device within 12 to 15 working days, I'm Also Mentioning the Staff Name's as well, there are two of them first is 'Vikas' & another is 'Tarun', they both have attented me that time, after taking regular follow-up by the service center representatives(On Tel No:[protected]I've got my Phone after 1 whole Month(you won't believe in what condition)in damaged condition, there screen was fully "SHATTERED", and that time I just act like WHAT THE HECK is happend to my phone, I asked to the Representative and he said that we have to get it back to the company second time, and you will get your device within 20-25 days, (Note:I used my phone only 1 month till now), and that time the Representative also shouted on me by saying that it is not our fault the company sended us this in same condition, and there WAY OF TALK is really PATHETIC(########), after that I've submitted my phone second time for the same, but that time they didn't give me the 2nd Jobsheet Or the No.

After taking the Follow-up's for my phone by the same, I some how managed to get the 2nd Job Sheet (No:N[protected], and after 1 whole month I've got a call by the service Representative by saying that your phone is ready for pickup(Total Months:1+1=2 Months), and with some positive thoughts I've get to their Centre on 2nd of January 2017 for receiving my phone, after reaching to their the service Representative gave my phone to me(but wait they made an another surprise for me)without the "BACK COVER", that time I get Really Angry and shouted to them and you know what I get, the same pathetic way of talk and shouting by the Representative, they said same as previous conversation that this is not our fault, after that incident I'm IN A FIX NOW.

Now, they sended my phone 3RD time without giving me the 3rd JOB SHEET NO. to the company for the Cover, I only used my NEW phone only for a month, I've taking Follow-up's only and they are not disclosing their Names to me now, I've never expected such PATHETIC Support from the Well Brand Like MICROMAX, after loosing my all Hope's, I've also contacted the customer Care Representative who's Name is LAKSHMI, she told me that kindly share your matter on this email id: [protected]@yuplaygod.com, and assured me that you will get 110% response.

After the whole Incident Now i want my Whole Money Refunded to My Account or want an New Phone with full Warranty any how, I also raising this Matter to Consumer Court and other alternatives, I've got really frustrated by all this incident and by the Service Centre Staff.
Revert me back as soon as possible.

SUCH A SHAME ON MICROMAX COMPANY.

    I want to register a complaint against a Micromax employee who shouted at me over the phone and disconnected the call. Since i asked for more clarification on the details of the Product return date, he got agitated. He would constantly interrupt me. When i asked him to allow me to speak, he said 'You keep giving lectures. I just called to inform you that I am raising another job sheet and i cannot commit to anything. I cant confirm when you will receive the Tab.It might take 10-15 days.' After this, he disconnected the call. The employee name is Raj from the Micromax Service Centre, Marathahalli, Bengaluru. Also, the company has still not informed me on the status of the product (Micromax Tablet)

      R/Sir, Iam Juniun coustermer o[censored], I had purchase mobile micromax canvas w121 last year, which is hangged, went to service center but they told if phone is in warrenty period will give new one, but don't tell to repair this. lastly theytold it will take 60% of cost to repair, what to do, shall we trust on homeshop brand? (Sujata Gaikwad, Nashik Maharashtra)

          Respected sir,
          This is in continuation to my complaints given earlier which is not countable. The set was deposited with micromax service centre in oct 30 2015. Now we have entered in 2017.in between i have done many correspondence with micromax through mail comma verbal conversation and letter. Perhaps to reduce the npa of rs.27999/- that is the cost of mob the company has acceded my mobile to their property. When ever it comes to resolve the customer officials take 24-48 hrs time but since last one and have half year these 24-48 hrs has never been ended. If required i shall attach all mails / letters or send it physically to you by post.
          Hence i would like to request you to ask the company to close down the drama and replace my mobile which is long awaited.

            I have recently went to micromax care at sai mobiles shop secunderabad. Actually my phone is not charging for that they have taken my phone inside and after sometime one person handed phone to me and said the motherboard is damaged and it could take 60 percent of actual cost to replace motherboard, i said no and start walking outwards, then another person who actually repaired my phone called and said give 100 rs as service charge your phone is ok, i said just now your person told motherboard is gone and now your saying phone is ok. Then i said if it charging i will pay the amount, after sometime the phone no even charge single percent. Then he said your phone battery is completely dead and it make three hours to start charging, then i said i will wait if it is charging i will pay amount. Then he used abusive language and said go to home it will charge definately and pay 100 rs for service charge, i said what service you have done, it is not even charging you playing games, you now phone is dead and your taking money for saying that, then he used foul language and physically abused me.

              Dear all,
              I have purchased micromax mobile model x849 on may 2016... And august the phone charging point has been working. So i have given that to service center named hsr communication at raipur on dated 09/08/2016... Still not received the phone... Visited more then 6 times... People who sitting at service center they are not responding properly... They don't bothered about the same... Even everytime giving excuses like parts not available / phone has been dispatched / you will get the delivery by after 2 days / 8 days / 5 days... Now they are saying saying company has stopped manufacturing such model, so company has upgraded the phone with model - x908... But battery is not there with the phone so... You have to wait for more 3 / 4 days... I am attaching the receipt...

              Now don't need the phone... Also assuring you i will not buy micromax phone ever in my life... Also giving advice with friends as wel... But the only request to you please take strict action against the company or such service center...

                I bought smartphone YU YUNICORN on 22 july 2016.

                On 2nd january 2017 its battery got swollen, about to explode.
                The battery was so swollen that it pushes screen outward and screen get ditched from the body. YU care no[protected]

                on 3rd january 2017, I called YU care and he gave me micromax costomer care number. i went to SAMARTH TELECOM SHOPEE, Pradhan Park, Hotel Annapurna, 2nd Floor, M.G. Road, Nashik, Maharashtra 422002. He said my case doesnt come in warranty case, I have to replace battery at an amount 1200/-. I have no choice because I did not have any spare mobile. And I gave my mobile for repairing.

                This is 6th january, I am continuously calling samarth telecom shopee but he is not picking phone. his phone number - [protected]

                I am very disappointing from YU and Micromax Support. they Charged me 1200/- even if my battery was under warranty period. I have attached my invoice which micromax care gave me.

                  I got Micromax e485 in the month of June 2016 which I met lots of issues in the product on few months and finally touch screen not working, finger sensor and call volume not audible. For that I went to micromax registered service centre in Chennai annanagar on 1st Dec with all the above issues and they ask me to get back within 10days.

                  After 10days I went back to collect the mobile but still I have the same issues which I raised and the team said again we have to send back head office to check another 10more days requried on that day itself. I am very disappointed which the commitment fails and with unsatisfied service the second job sheet received on 14th Dec.

                  After my regular follow-up get confirmation from the service center my mobile got ready and went to collect the mobile but still the issue not fixed and they requested me to wait for 2more days and got call on 05jan 2017 again we have to send back head office only still requried another 10 days.

                  Now almost 1month 6days completed still the issue is not fixed after 2attempt, now I am very depressed and I get feel on the micromax product never to buy on my future and if I get back the mobile after service too what is the guarantee that again no issues will occur on the mobile handset.

                  So need your update and solution.

                    I have purchase micromax X088 mobile phone on 18 Feb 2016, however in few days after purchase it did not work properly, there was some defect which was not due to our mistake, I went for repair of mobile in our nearest micromax gallery which is in mira road at shanti shopping centre. however they refused to take my phone to repair even though it was within its warranty period saying that the manufacture of such phone is not done since 2000 and the seller has fraud me, which is totally not acceptable because the manufacturing date mentioned on the package of the phone is August 2015.
                    I have escalated the matter in micro max gallery but they have refused to consider the matter.

                        With reference to the above subject matter, we have handed over a micromax mobile phone (under warranty) in authorized service center of micromax at HUBLI.

                        Since more than one month we were traveling to the service center to get repaired mobile phone ( As service center executive use to tel us to come every alternative day to get repaired mobile).

                        After regular visit to the service center of Micromax, that is Shri Ragavendra Enterprises Hubli (Karnataka) has provided a replacement of a mobile to us & this mobile is also in not working condition. which is causing inconvenience to us.

                        Also frequent traveling to the service center has made us to spend lot of of money, as there is no proper commitment towards the repir of Mobile from service center.

                        I REQUEST YOU TO GIVE A NEW MOBILE PHONE AS REPLACEMENT.

                        Kindly solve this issue ASAP.

                          I have purchased micromax 4k led uhd television and found some issues with the tv. I have raised a complaint on august 2015. As of now it was almost 6 months and the issue was not resolved i have contacted micromax customer support many times, but no one is there in hyderabad to resolve the issue. Sometimes they say its an motherboard fault and sometimes they say its an software fault. They replaced motherboard. Now they are telling its a software fault. Dont know whom do i need to contact for further escalation. The micromax support was really worst. Not responding properly.

                            Hey sir, i have purchase a micromax company mobile phone its model no is q385. After seven month these handset is a enhance problem. So i was going a service center of micromax his location is pashim vihar a3 dda market. And when is service engineer is so useless he is sad and my mobile phone useless and its enhance problem is continue... So this is no solve my problem... Please the mobile phone co. After 7-8 months it came to my notice that its power key was too loosen to come outside without any force applying on it...and my fear came true...it uprooted from its panel..your centerwalas fixed it through stick it back without considering that its part of panel and cant be fixed well and for long term without changing panel...so what to do now?

                                Hi, This is Abhay.I had purchase micromax mobile(model no - Q335).In 19th jan 2016, but in this warrenty period my mobile id not even open. I took so many times in services centre also but my problem not solved. Sir i belonged to a very poor family and i have n't enough money to purchase a new.The person who sit in Service Centre branch (Biharsharif), he says your mobile will not be repaired. So kindly requsted to this problem to the higher department. So please look after my problem as soon as possible.

                                  This is to informed you that i am purchased a micromax mobile from your authorised center in may'2016 and i used happily but unfortunate i am facing a trouble regarding charging my mobile and i am going to your service center situated at uttam nagar new delhi (Lakshmi enterprises) and i am sorry to say that his attitude and way of talking is not acceptable. And he advised me that water entered in your mobile through charging point and this is not possible to covered under warranty.                                       In warranty LED TV, sent to service center on 21th dec'16. Even after 10 days they donot have tha parts to repair the TV.
                                      When contacted they say it will take more 15-20 days to receive the part and then 5-7 days to replace the part and return the TV.
                                      So all in all previous 10 days and another 20-25 days to repair the TV.
                                      Is this a joke on the psrt of Micromax that it takes around more than 1 month to replace a small part of a TV.

                                      Mobile model- micromax q400.

                                      this mobile is in warranty. its just 5 months. firstly it was restarting then one day stop working.

                                        I have purchased micromax canvas selfi last year(2015 december).after 7 months it has got some problem that is network signal was not coming i was shocked went near service station .

                                        what he told is IME number were gone, to repair it we charge some amount,
                                        but i asked them why charge, my phone is in warranty, why u are asking me money .

                                        i was not happy the way they behave .it has been seven months i did not use it much but the is failure one .

                                        somehow i repaired it and, till now the problem is not solved.

                                        so please take some action on miromax, no proper service, no care about customer.

                                        micromax is very very very bad mobile that i have seen.please guys do not purchase any mobile of micromax.

                                        because i have already faced how this worst mobile could be .

                                        Plz don't buy micromax products service is not good its total waste
                                        I brought my micromax canvas etab p650 at rupees 14500 only two years left its battery dead, it is OK but when I walk to service center to buy its battery . they says it is not available and never b available so my investment in this product is waste, when the accessories is not available why u make these products ...I m very upset by ur service
