Do your Full Attention To this Matter!!!
I've purchased Micromax Yu Yunique 8GB Black Phone from Snapdeal on 9/10/16(Item Code:BD2899039 & Order No:[protected])and after using it for a Month, it giving me some serious battery problem, by which I've to get it to the Micromax Service Center which is located at Kailash Plaza, Shah Market, Sanjay Place, Agra.The Full Name of the Centre is '[N040444]M/S UNIQUE INFO SERVICES', On 25/11/2016 at there the Service Representative Submitted my phone by saying that we have to get it to the company for resolving the issue, and made an Job Sheet(N[protected])for the same, which is my first Job Sheet, and the staff also said you will get your device within 12 to 15 working days, I'm Also Mentioning the Staff Name's as well, there are two of them first is 'Vikas' & another is 'Tarun', they both have attented me that time, after taking regular follow-up by the service center representatives(On Tel No:[protected]I've got my Phone after 1 whole Month(you won't believe in what condition)in damaged condition, there screen was fully "SHATTERED", and that time I just act like WHAT THE HECK is happend to my phone, I asked to the Representative and he said that we have to get it back to the company second time, and you will get your device within 20-25 days, (Note:I used my phone only 1 month till now), and that time the Representative also shouted on me by saying that it is not our fault the company sended us this in same condition, and there WAY OF TALK is really PATHETIC(########), after that I've submitted my phone second time for the same, but that time they didn't give me the 2nd Jobsheet Or the No.
After taking the Follow-up's for my phone by the same, I some how managed to get the 2nd Job Sheet (No:N[protected], and after 1 whole month I've got a call by the service Representative by saying that your phone is ready for pickup(Total Months:1+1=2 Months), and with some positive thoughts I've get to their Centre on 2nd of January 2017 for receiving my phone, after reaching to their the service Representative gave my phone to me(but wait they made an another surprise for me)without the "BACK COVER", that time I get Really Angry and shouted to them and you know what I get, the same pathetic way of talk and shouting by the Representative, they said same as previous conversation that this is not our fault, after that incident I'm IN A FIX NOW.
Now, they sended my phone 3RD time without giving me the 3rd JOB SHEET NO. to the company for the Cover, I only used my NEW phone only for a month, I've taking Follow-up's only and they are not disclosing their Names to me now, I've never expected such PATHETIC Support from the Well Brand Like MICROMAX, after loosing my all Hope's, I've also contacted the customer Care Representative who's Name is LAKSHMI, she told me that kindly share your matter on this email id: [protected]@yuplaygod.com, and assured me that you will get 110% response.
After the whole Incident Now i want my Whole Money Refunded to My Account or want an New Phone with full Warranty any how, I also raising this Matter to Consumer Court and other alternatives, I've got really frustrated by all this incident and by the Service Centre Staff.
Revert me back as soon as possible.
SUCH A SHAME ON MICROMAX COMPANY.
