Purchased micromax canvas evok in august 2016. Ever since the touch pad is pathetic. Anytime it dials another call even if on another incoming call. Hangs indefinitely, have 2 restart every now & then. Got it back from the service centre 3-4 days ago, after so-called replacement of touch pad, after almost 15 days, still the same problem, in fact worse. Haven't used a more sub-std cell phone in so many years. Very disappointed. While in the pocket with ear phones attached, just disconnects with every incoming call. If call connects after a few seconds it dials on its own . Touch pad is the worst ever.
Want an immediate refund .

      Sir i had bought micromax e455 mobile set on 14th of october 2015 and just after 2 or 3 months my handst started giving problem regarding network fluctuation and not showing my all contacts list. When i went to local service centre they said its software issue but i faced this issue again & again &every time they said its software issue but when it was not avoidable i submitted my set to local service center on 14th of september 2016 (jobsheet no – no[protected]. They sent my set to head service center & took almost 17 days & returned the set with same problems for which i had submitted. Now again my set was returned to company & they took over a month and returned my set & again this time they did nothing but the same thing which the local service center was doing means just doing software work & since the set begins working for sometimes after software reinstalling they just escaped their neck & gave back me mobile. Meanwhile in this long 50 days they make sure my warranty period may get expired. Now begins the worst part, since the set had the issue with hardware means the cheap quality of hardware which micromax uses in its sets that this e 455 series mobile has common problem of no network issue, the set is making problem again the same no network issue & local service center is not ready to accept my mobile saying that my warranty is expired. Now i am asking a simple question to you that you take almost two months to repair my set but repaired nothing & gave back me unrepaired set & not ready to accept that its your hardware issue & replace my mobile because i had submitted it to you within warranty. You cannot say that now warranty is over & you have no responsibility because its the same problem which you did not resolved . So its my humble request to you don't make your customers fool like this and replace my mobile.

        TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
        Please note that in my previous emails and complaints to Micromax from 7/09/16 to 9/11/16, I had clearly described the problem that I have been facing with regards to my device, Micromax Canvas Tab P480 which was submitted to the Micromax Durgapur Service Center on 31st August 2016. In the job sheet given to us it is clearly mentioned “charging connector loose”. If there was any external damage to the device due to rough use or any violation of the warranty conditions, then they should have written it in the job sheet at that time only. After two days, when we visited the Service Center, they said that there is disconnection from the mother board and the repair will be chargeable. Then after verbal complaint to the Micromax customer care number we were instructed to give written complaint which we did on 7/09/16 . Then after receiving a casual reply on the same day we received calls from Micromax asking for the job sheet number and contact number of their authorized service center in Durgapur (M/S SILICA SERVICES, UCP/026, Bengal Ambuja, City Centre, Durgapur-713216), even though we had already sent the scanned copy of that jobsheet attached with that email. They also requested us to go to the Service center and speak with the Manager. But we failed to contact the Manager or any authorized representative of the service center even after several calls. Then several calls came from the service center (but the caller claimed that he is neither the Manager nor any authorized representative of that Service Center) in which he rudely asked us to take back the unrepaired device and return to them the original job sheet we had received from them otherwise the device will be lost.
        Then we again sent an email dated 12/09/16 and got another casual reply on 14/09/16 followed by few more calls again asking for the job sheet number and phone number of the Service Center. Then the call from the service center rudely asked us to take back the device or else the device will be lost. Both my husband and me got very upset and irritated with this kind of irresponsible attitude of Micromax and their Service Center. At that time they told us to collect the device from the Service Center and send it to their Head Office which we refused as it the duty of the Micromax company to get the device repaired by their Service Center or get it replaced. We lodged several complaints in the website also (http://micare.micromaxinfo.com/) but no concrete action was taken.
        On 14/10/16, I got a call from the Micromax Consumer Grievance Cell. They asked all the details of the device (including warranty, etc) and after hearing my problem they told me to send a written complaint letter to the Durgapur Service Center and a scanned copy of the same to Micromax([protected]@micromaxinfo.com). Accordingly I sent a written complaint to the Service Center on 18th October 2016 and also an email to Micromax dated 14/10/16 along with that complaint as an attachment. After this, I got a reply from Micromax on 15/10/16 which mentioned that “replacement is only available within 7 days from the date of purchase after the service centre finds any manufacturing defect”. But as per the warranty card, Clause 3, “For the entire Warranty Period, Micromax or its authorized service center/personnel will, at their discretion, without any charges and subject to Clause 6 repair or replace a defective product.” It is clearly mentioned in sub-clause (c) of Clause 6, that the warranty will be applicable if the defect was caused directly by defects in material or workmanship.
        Then, we got a few more calls on 1/11/16, 2/11/16, 9/11/16 and 10/11/16 from the Service Center again urging us to take the unrepaired device back and return the original job sheet to them. Also, the caller (claiming from Micromax Kolkata Office ) from the number [protected] on 9/11/16 asked my husband to take by the device from M/S Silica and submit to a new service center as the former is closing down. But he bluntly refused my husband’s request to send a message or email that will confirm the validity of the warranty conditions if I submit the unrepaired device (Tab P480) to the new Service Center.
        After this, I again sent an email to Micromax on 9/11/16 explaining our extreme dissatisfaction with the verbal communications from the callers of Micromax and its Service Center. Henceforth, we again request you to honour the warranty terms and conditions by either repairing the device in good condition or replacing it with a new similar device.
        Please also note that even after two and half months there are no concrete steps from your part to alleviate our agony and distress as your old customer (We also purchased Micromax Tab Funbook in 2014 and Micromax Q55 phone in 2015). We are worried that if this type o[censored]nfruitful communications go on for few more months, then the 1 year warranty period will be over and we will be left with no alternative other than taking legal steps which we most sincerely want to avoid.

          I have a micromax canvas 5lite q462 through snapdel on october 2016. The touch sensor is sometime work good, but sometime work bad. That mean we touch one letter or one icon it start another letter or another icon. Some time i try to touch one icon the screen is move fast left or right or top or down. Another thing is otg not work in this micromax set

            I have bought micromax yuphoria mobile in 2015. After that i am facing issue of display. White dots are appeared at corner of mobile. Because of which touchpad of mobile not working correctly. At that time ny mobile is in warranty so i have raised concern for same so they are saing we will provide free repairing for my phone. I have raised complaint again after warranty period over that time they saying we forwarded my conern to senior management and they will send email to micromax repairing center. But after 6 days nothing happened. Today when i called they are saying again give time of 48 hours. I need my money of total 7000/- back as they are not handling my issue in correct way.

              I've given my mobile number on august/2016 for a display issue. They said its the display issue and it will take 3.6k to replace it, i said i will confirm you back after some time because i need to arrange money.

              When i called back, they are telling that no one here to service the mobile because they are conducting some training. And after one week i called again they said the receptionist is not available and she only know the updates.

              Again i called thrice they are telling office shifted to some other location and another reason was receptionist went for marriage but finally i managed to call her and said about the issue but now she is telling that its not the mobile its the board issue.

              Also they are shouting to the customer though i'm waiting for 3 months for the mobile. First time given for warranty service and waited for 3 months again non warranty service given,, its really pathetic experience, i need justice.

                  I bought a Micromax canvas android phone in May 2014 and it experienced some problem two months back, the phone was not switching on and just like a dead. I gave my mobile for repairing at the service centre on September 2016. The service centre returned it back a week later with a charge of Rs.2500/-. The phone worked normally for 1 and a 1/2 months and is again experiencing the same problem. Yesterday (15.11.2016), once again I went to the same service centre now they are telling that I have to pay again Rs.1800/- for repairing the set. So it clearly indicates that, your employees are totally unskilled for the job what you have assigned. Just you are playing with the customer's time & money.

                    I have submitted my mobile for repair in your Andheri(W) service center and since then, its a nightmare. There is no update from them regarding the status and if we call to check, they are either switched off or the operator will keep the call on hold and never return back.
                    My job sheet no. for your reference is[protected]-25999475.
                    i am not sure if i am ever gonna get my handset back from your service center. The worst is the moment you enter the service center you will find customers flooded with complaints and the only response is the rude behaviour of the employees.
                    If this is your best service then the reason for Micromax not getting a hold in the market is quite obvious.

                    I have now received my phone from the service center but it's more worst now. It is disgusting that the original mobile battery is been replaced with a local China battery and the service center for obvious reasons is not ready to accept their fraud. Kindly assist on how to resolve this if this is not a general practice at micromax.
                    Can you plz stop hiring or outsourcing professional fraudsters at your service center as this is not one instance or with few customers. Many are going through this but the pain of complaining is not but by almost all as it may be of no use.
                    Hopeful of getting this heard to someone who can do the needful.

                        I just bought new micromax mobile model q465 on november 2nd 2016. After using 2 days my phone becomes dead and it gets switched off. So i went to a nearby micromax care in velachery, chennai and asked them for replacement. They have kept my mobile for 1 week and telling them that they send the mail to head office for approval. Since now i never received my replacement even after 1 week. Dont you think this is called as cust satisfaction and this is the way you treat your customer.                                 Bought a new Canvas mega 4G Q417 mobile online on Sep-29 2016. The sound and video of the mobile is not functioning properly. Video displays frame by frame and the sound stops mid way. Please guide and help

                                  I have submitted my Micromax Q426 BLACK to Micromax authorised service centre CSD Inspection due to some problem in SIM slot 1 on 5/11/2016. The Job sheet No is: E[protected]. They told that it will take 10 days to repair. When I called micromax customer service centre they also told that I wiil get back my repaired device within 10 days. But now thay are saying that it will take further 21 days. Service of Micromax is really very poor and they are not keeping their words. They are consuming warrenty period in this way. A strict action shold be taken against them.

                                    I am here to register complain regarding my canvas 5e481 handset, my handset is swap (Replaced) previous time, but after swaping the handset is not working properly it has problem of heating, battery drains when it is attached to charger instead of charging, voice to the receiver is not done many times, i have visited 4 time's to service center they flash the software first time, second time they open the handset and check the internal part of the handset, third and four time they have done the same, after all today my handset is stopped working (Unable to turn on).

                                    I have doubt that the old handset was not replaced the company had change the motherboard and send it to me.

                                    Very disappointment by micromax product, i want my handset to be replaced not to be repaired any more.

                                    On 18november i have to move abroad, service center has not provided me another handset to use, previous time my handset was kept for 30-40 days.

                                    Sir please help me to replace my handset and not to be repaired any more becoz the handset was opened 4 times in this week bit, the issue was not resolved.

                                      This is Ravi ojha.i taken mobile on 14 march 2016 micromax canvas A1AQ4502.it got repaired on month of august and i gave to ur micromax centre but till now i have not get my mobile.they r saying that it problem from ur side as motherboard is not good.Help us with the issue or else i go consumer court further..they give complain ID 486.As the micro max centre belongs to vizianagram district.Almost 90 days over but still they are not provoding the mobile.it is in guarantee period.

                                        I have purchased a micromax data card of product no MMX19W within a week it's stop connecting with any device I went to service center but they said they can't help me because they are unable to verify it's IMEI No. ...

                                        Now i don't know what to do micromax help lines and service centres both are unable even to explain why they can't repair my product..
