I have bought this mobile last year in the Feb-2016 and from then this phone was in the service center more than 3 months totally. Becuase of the Network issue, the Phone has works fine for wifi and internet, But Frustrating and Pathetic (I dont have word to explain) in calling. I was able to here the other person properly but other side person does not my voice clearly.

W[protected] - Micromax says the mobile got repaired and working fine after more than two months, When I got it from the Service center, it was not working actually Service center says use for day or two also try with other SIM, But the issue was the same.

W[protected] After another a week, I have again submit the phone to service center, after two - three weeks they gave me diffient IMIE number phone, says that we are giving you new phone, It works for another three months but start giving issue again.

W[protected] - When I got to service center, I have been told that my warranty is already finished when It is check by IMIE number. At that time I come to know that in my previous requst they actaully not gave me new phone but they gave me old phone, saying as new phone.

    i have bought Micromax Canva Silver Q 450(b) item Code DW1809810, IMEI No: "[protected]" through online shopping snap-deal inv no S1039F/16-17/6559 dt 31.10.2016, in which i have face a problem that the above mention handset power not switch on, on dt 29.12.16 i have handed over the above mention hand set to our nearby Service Center M/s Shree Guru Kirpa Enterprises Bhagat Sing Chowk, Bhalla Gali Corner Rudrapur Tin No-[protected] pin code -263153, they have give me an receipt of Bar Code No-E[protected], till date i have not received my above hand set, today i have inquired about my handset to customer care no-[protected] in which customer case representative told me further one week required to short out problem, almost 20 days spent, you know who i can adjust. so please your early action required in above mention matter for further trust in micro- max accessories.

                    I have recently bought a Micromax earphones (model: champ, cost 300 INR), which said that it could be used in all devices with 3.5mm jack. While I was watching a movie in my laptop, I felt a sudden sting inside my ear. This happened several times during the movie, and finally had to disconnect the earphones and stopped using it.
                    When contacted Micromax support through their website, I received a call from +91 [protected]. The person after understanding the issue, said that they cannot help on this issue, though it is micromax earphone, the device (laptop) used is not Micromax.
                    I did not expect a consumer company to be this irresponsible to their customers and putting a faulty, potentially life threatening defective products in the market.
                    Initially, I would have been happy to get a replacement, after hearing their irresponsible act, I would like to get a refund for this faulty product.

                            I own a Micromax canvas 2 Plus. i am facing Network problem bitwin Dual Sim with my phone. As it is a dual sim phone i enable net on one sim and second use for calling or Messaging . while friends try to call my second number during internet using 1st sim they are getting unreachable message.

                                Dear Team,

                                I have submitted my Micromax Phone model A210 for repair purpose at Micromax Service Center at Thane Maharashtra address as mentioned below:-

                                Vashi Services, Viraj Vihar, 1st Floor, Above Lotus Glass, L.B.S. Road, Near Makhamali Talao, Thane(W), Phone - [protected].

                                They provided me a job card and asked to wait for half an hour so their engineer can convey exact issue. After approx. 1 hour their engineer informed me that battery would be required to be replaced (charge - Rs 950 /-) and another part needs replacement which would cost Rs 750. During this discussion as i had used my job card sheet it was left in center on the same table where we had discussion.

                                Engineer also informed battery not available in stock and will require 8 to 10 days. As i needed mobile to be repaired in 3-4 days he suggested me to arrange battery from any other store and i did same.He also confirmed he will replace part in next 2 hours and provide me mobile by evening.

                                I was expecting a call from service center atleast by day end but did not received any call. Next day when i tried contacting them their number mentioned on google is Micromax global number and not their contact number.Till afternoon as i did not received any update i went to service center.

                                They informed me mobile repair would require another 4500/-. As this information was unacceptable i requested them to give back my mobile as my jobcard was left on previous day in service center itself they were not ready to provide me mobile and asking for Adhar card Zerox.

                                Not proper information by any of the associate i had purchased battery for Rs 850 from another store and now i am at loss and my mobile is also not rectified after this 2 days of trouble.

                                Finally after a trouble and arguements of 2 hours i received my mobile without repairing and after submitting almost all my documents like pancard my husbands adhar card office ID and marriage certificate.

                                Can you please let me know micromax cant help their customers in case of jobcard not present by authorizing the customer through tele verification.

                                  I have purchased the Mobile YU5010A on 7.2.16 ([protected], [protected]) using double SIM with Airtel 4G and 2G SIM . Immediately after 2-3 months, microphone of ph started malfunctioning ie sometime not working and sometime working, I have submitted my mobile to micromax service center, Noida, Sec 22 and they given back in almost after 15 days after rectification ( as per micromax, microphone replaced) . Again the microphone of the same ph started malfunctioning and I given the same to micromax service center, Noida Sec 22 in Wk2 of Jan 17 . As per micromax, they done SW upgrades and changed microphone & PCB . On the same day evening again started malfunctioning infront of service center engineer and they said to surrender the ph but next day morning they said it is working and intimated to collect . They given me phone but in one day itself again it started malfunctioning of microphone of both SIM (using 4 G and 2 G) and 90% time microphone not working and I faced serious problem in my travel .Just yesterday night I back from Mumbai and I v surrendered this phone again to service center Noida sec 22 with my request letter for manufacturing defects in ph and its replacement immediately . They checked and again microphone not working they suspected again PCB/ engine prob in set and kept the set to send to the company . As there is some manufacturing serious defects specially in this set and I have lost more than 4-5 days in service center taking leave which is of very high loss per days apart from serious harassment due to manufacturing defects in this mobile set .

                                  With respect to the said micromax job no.[protected], please arrange replacement immediately as there is manufacturing defects and under same problems 3 times went to service center in one yr warranty . Any loss and harassment to me by Micromax be liable to pay / claimed as per indian consumers law.

                                    I bought Micromax vdeo1 few days back when i started installing simple app instagram and its sub apo caleld bomerang and insta collage its not supported in the hardware. Alsi thekeyoad is worst as never expected as we try pressing a key and all keys expect the tired ones gets pressed. When i went ti store and custore care i was given a rubbish excuse that why you didnt asked while buying that for what purpose you are using and will insta work. I mean was that a excuse. A phone loaded with 4g VoLTE an marshmallow do i really need to ask that will insta work and will keypad work properly it also gets hang while tslking. I asked for return and refund but no response. Didn't expected from a company like Micromax

                                      Mobile E313 under warranty given for repair(Mike audio) from 29 Nov. 16 to Khurana Mobile Solution, Malout( Punjab) still not get repaired. Each time they are postponing the dates of repair...
                                      I think such a poor rated Micromax company need to be shut down... Micromax just make fun of their customer by providing poor quality product and also not providing repair even in gurranty period

                                      Very poor response from micromax service center at kolar, they are not even respond to phone calls.After spending lot of money phone is not working.And if we go to micromax service center they are not attending the case.

                                      Kindly help regarding solving the problem of my phone.

                                        I purchased my handset on 16 January 2016. Within few days it did not work properly . Now it's the third time I am submitting my handset in Micromax service centres in kalyan and dombivli. Still the handset has not been repaired and is at one of your centres in dombivli(west).
                                        Now it's been 1.5months since I have used my handset. Whenever I call them they give a silly reason or postpone the date. I hope an action would be taken at the earliest.
