I have purchased the Micromax Smart TV online through Flipkart, Model No 42C0050UHD, SL no 0037B65024475B.

When I was watching TV, I found a star on the screen after 2 minutes found lines.

I raised the complaint with the help of your contact center, Service request number is KTR[protected], Technician visited the site at late night at 10:00 PM.

Technician is one of the dump guy he can’t take the decision, he told me that there is no physical damage / scratch on the screen I will send the photography to service manager… he will check and raise RMA based on photography.

he has taken the photography of the star and sent to the guy sitting in the service center. When u take star photography, photo was looks like star and rays.

Guy sitting at service center declared it is broken by looking at star and rays even he has not allowed technician to check.

I was able to hire that the guy sitting at service center forcing technician to tell customer it is Brocken and move from customer place.

Technician handover phone to me, one of the guy name Mr.Praven who has taken decision remotely was on call with me. Technician told me Praveen is service Manager. Praveen is rude and he don’t know how to speak to customer. He was acting like MD of the company. I told him that there is no sign of physical damage asked him to check with technician. He asked me where this TV purchased ? then I told him that this TV purchased online through Flipkart. He asked me to contact where I purchased TV.

I am confident that there is no damage to my TV since I was whiteness this star and lines started coming when I was watching TV.

I contacted your contact center every day, got response one of Sr. Engineer will call back… but there is no call from Sr. Engineer.

One fine day I got call from one of Sr. Engineer, he told me that he will arrange Technician from different center to overcome this challenge but ticket he has created again went to OM Sai Enterprises.

They have closed all the tickets without addressing, their aim was to achieve RMA target by making customer fool.

This service center -OM Sai Enterprise irritated me like anything…. Even they don’t have skilled technicians, even in previous my complaint on remote issue, technician visited was unable to sync the remote with TV… he was recommending me to ship the TV to his service center… then he spoke to his Manager(May be same Praveen) and Sync the remote and TV.

Worst experience I had with your service center – OM Sai Enterprise Bangalore. I never spoke to the worst service Mangers like Praveen of OM Sai Enterprise. He was very rude and he feels his decision is final and customer can’t do anything.

I request your immediate intervention and support to resolve my TV issue and take action on the Service center who is making customer fool…

    Nodal sir, I approach to Bhagalpur Micromax service centre for new battery of YU5010A.A lady Karmachari Nilam said me ₹700 you have to paid and also old battery. I said OK.She take my order with my mob no.[protected], and said me come Bach after 5-7 days.My order has been taken on 10/12/216.To day some one call me on above mentioned mob no that as per your order your battery has come, you may take it.I follow her instruction and reached tha Bhagalpur Micromax service centre that lady Karmachari Nilam shows me new battery of YU5010A with a customer slip having cost ₹560.I ready to give her money according to customer slip of Micromax company but she refuse to give me that battery and tore that bill saying that you have to paid ₹700 other wise you wiil be not serve by me.It was happened on 16/12/2016. Sir is it done fare with me? What is the actual cost of YU5010A battery. If it is unfair with me than take necessary action against that employee and serve me that battery on actual cost with Micromax computerised bill.Thanking you.

      I have purchased tablet p680 (Micromax) within one year warranty got charging complaint. Handed over the tab to micromaxcare calicut on 22/10/2016. After one week i visited the office after call from service center and on verification i found the problem was not rectified. Again after one week same thing happened then they told me they will sent the device to mumbai. On 13/12/2016 i got call from micromax care informing your device is ready on 15/12/2016 i visited their office and found that the problem was still not rectified which was clearly noticed by the technicians and staff present there.
      On 15/12/2016 it self i filed complaint in companies site and got call from delhi office. When i informed the job sheet no they informed that the job sheet is closed as the problem is rectified. I contacted the micromax care and asked how they can close the complaint without the customer getting his complaint resolved. And asked whether you are sure the complaint is rectified. They informed that once the device they receive from mumbai they will close the job sheet. It is ridiculous to find that without handing over the tab or without rectifying issue single sided cancellation of job sheet. Once again i registered complaint in the site and again got call from delhi and this time they asked me to resolve the issue with micromax care. Till now they have not initiated any steps to resolve the issue

        I was purschased a micromax mobile canvas 5 of rs. 10, 500 on 4, november, 2016. But that was not working properly. When i purchased this phone he spoilage after 7 days that mike was not working properly. I take this phone to micromax service centre. When ur agent checked my phone he say i update this software nd now this is working. After 2days that mike again now working again i take this to service centre nd then he say some dust on ur phone mike again after 2, 3 days that mike was not working properly and then your service agent say i want to canvas that plate after some days when i take this phone from service centre after 2days that again was die that power not on and then i take this again to service centre and he say that phone phone not working properly. When i take take this phone to service centre that was running but that battery not charged properly i charged this phone at night nd now i saw that power not increase 1%... Nd i cannot take this phone anymore days

          I don't know what kind of absurd service has been provided for my issue . I have submitted my phone for the issue solving in micromax care Lucknow in ahluwalia building . firstly they solved the issue after 20days of my complaint then when I received the phone again some sort of issue was still to be found I again handed the phone to them to repair apar my patience they took another 20days to give it back . such a worst service I haven't seen yet and that too with my damaged set please try to standardise the level of service you provide to the customers to servive the competition. And please its a request to heir some proffessionals not he people who are working to solve issues and being highly irresponsive in their altitude as I have experienced there. Such a disaster

            Dear team,

            My name is ahmad raza khan, last year we purchased a tv model micromax 32b8100mhd 81 cm at the price of rs. 15, 800 which became faulty few days back. The service engineer visited and inform that the unit will be replace as product is inwarranty. After few days of followup we found that they are asking for money then we can get set exhange, while we informed them the set is still under warranty again they came back with new technique to cheat customer that same model is not available and if we agree they can provide down model which is micromax 32t7260 comes at price of rs.13, 500 and with less features of bluetooth connectivity and single hdmi and usb port.

            My request is that either company should repair my old set or they should provide new tv with same features as set exchange.

            I hope my request will not neglected by such brand for customer satisfaction.

              O please look in to this matter and save me my harassment under 7 days

                I bought micromax a114 in march 2014 and in aug 2016 its touchscreen stopped working from one side. I changed the touchscreen. After some days the motherboard stopped working. Worst phone ever. Never buy micromax products. It costs 1649 rs to change the touchscreen in which we can buy a new phone. The motherboard cost is 3500 rs. Which is too much and i can't afford. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  Mujhe 17/10/2016 ko replace me micromax a290 mila tha. But one week ke ander hi mobile hang hone laga. Maine complane v register kiya hai complan no. Mmso[protected]. Phir mai micromax service center samky digital bye paas rd. Chas bokaro service ke liye diya hu but unka kehna hai ke aap ka mobile nahi ban sakta hai.
                  Mujhe mobile mile huy avi 2 mahine v nahi huy hai. Aur micromax co. Aur service center bokaro dono mujhe weokuf bana raha hai.
                  Mujhe ya es mobile ko bana kar diya jay ya replace kar dusra mobile diya jay.

                    I have use Micromax Canvas Q4OO Mobile . some we face charging issue .we changed charging point local shop after changing we face more charging issue.we go micromax service center as give address in google in dwarka sector 4 and 11 he said not solve to uttamnagar we go to Jankpuri west .this service center shifted befor 4 YRS but Address same.

                    i am not Happy with Micromax Service.

                      I have bought E485 phone two month ago, but i m facing many problems like camera is not working, rebooting automatically and hanging problem.i am very dissapointed with all micromax phones and service.in future i promise i will never buy this company phones.very worst service.i have given my phone for the service in service center two times, first time they didnt do anything in my phone and gave me back with same problem.now i have given second time so they have said me it will take one month time to repair it.

                          I had to raise 4 tickets with the customer care. The TV stopped responding to the remote. The first service person who came asked us to use the buttons behind the TV and left. He blamed it on the pairing done with airtel dtv.I dint believe it but had to cancel all the pairing to atleast check it. There is still no luck.
                          The service centre- Skanda enterprises, Bommanahalli.
                          The owner/ manager of the service centre never answers the calls.
                          To top it all, the calls and emails to the customer care is waste too.

                              I did factory reset to my Micromax Q350. Before resetting it was running Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 with July 2016 security updates. Now when I reboot the device, after language and SIM options, it asks me to select a WiFi. But it is stuck in "checking connection... this can take a while", even when the same WiFi is working with other devices. The Select WiFi and Checking connection pages can't be skipped as the Skip button is grayed out.

                              My device is not rooted and I don't want to root is as long as possible, so this answer doesn't help me.

                              I have tried various options suggested in forums and nothing is working for me. I have tried with and without SIM cards and Micro SD card as well.

                                I have purchased micromax canvas colours A120, after 4 months it had complaint then after repaired in micromax service centre. after one year, i found phone was not working properly .oneday i seen the mobile was dead, then i went to the service centre micromax authorised, they recieve the product and then after oneweek the service centre authority phoned me that the product ram flash ic dead, it is not get partly from company, so the solution is changing the boad, its cost is around 90% original (NEW Phone) cost. i fed up and return to my home. what i do this . kindly help me or otherwise i am ready approach the court and media for my loss, i think this phone is complety worst and, worst service provider in the world

                                  I am extremely sorry to say you that I have already given many complains through you . But regretted that it is of no value . My smart phone is deposited with micromax company since last more than one year due to its repeated fault of same category that is hardware fault which was on warranty period .Company has now acceded my mobile costing to rs.27999/- to its property . I had also sent three letters to CEO Micromax of which response is yet to get. copy of my applications to CEO already forwarded to you earlier.I had requested to Hon. CEO to depute one responsible official to resolve the issue which is still awaited .

                                  I want replacement of my mobile as I have rarely used it i.e I have maxium used it for 10-15 days since my purchase .Same is also forwarded to WB consumer court Alipur .If resolution not given Early I shall further proceed through court and cast of same and cost of mob with interest as decided by court will be claimed from company .

                                  However Once again I request through you to resolve the issue at the earliest .

                                    On 23/11/16 i gave my p680 tab which was dead, service rep said its board is gone and in 2 weeks it will be ready, but ason 6/12/16 when i called they are saying board has not yet arrived, if its such delay in service hereafter i wont choose any of micromax products,

                                      I purchased one Micromax LED TV 4K from flipkart last year. I faced some problems in the display. When I went to the Micromax service center, they told me that invoice from flipkart is not correct.The Micrmax LED TV is not included in the invoice. I contacted flip kart many times asking them to send a new invoice .They have given additional warranty of 2 years but not given warranty card please send me new warranty invoice bill.

                                        I am too disappointing with Micromax 3rd class of services, as the phone
                                        which is given twice with in last three months also on the calendar
                                        year more then 50 days with care center and as per your service center
                                        associate they do not have any permanent solution for the problem i.e (Network Issue on 2G, 3G, 4G). They peoples do not have any value
                                        of the customer time and putting costumer on trouble with these kind of
                                        services as last time i have marked a many reminder to you and to Mr.
                                        Manjeet(Area Manager for The Zone) but no action has been taken by him after repairing the same
                                        problem has been arise within few days and i have again submitted the phone on service center dated 21.11.2016, the same has been informed to
                                        Krishna at service center.(Center Manager)
                                        Kindly look the matter and please take action on it.
