I bought micromax a114 in march 2014 and in aug 2016 its touchscreen stopped working from one side. I changed the touchscreen. After some days the motherboard stopped working. Worst phone ever. Never buy micromax products. It costs 1649 rs to change the touchscreen in which we can buy a new phone. The motherboard cost is 3500 rs. Which is too much and i can't afford. I had to raise 4 tickets with the customer care. The TV stopped responding to the remote. The first service person who came asked us to use the buttons behind the TV and left. He blamed it on the pairing done with airtel dtv.I dint believe it but had to cancel all the pairing to atleast check it. There is still no luck.

I did factory reset to my Micromax Q350. Before resetting it was running Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 with July 2016 security updates.
