I went to Hisar customer care of Micromax to get my phone checked it's touch was not working. I asked for a standby phone as the repairing was talking 7-10 days and I was not given a stand by phone. Kindly look forward to the situation. I have got important calls to attend I live far away from my home and I don't have any phone with me. What shall I do? Is that what company treats their customers like. They neglected them when the service is required, which is the main thing. Not expected from a reputable company.

    My Micromax Canvas A255 was not charging properly, otherwise it was working fine. It is under 1 year warranty. I visited Service Centre(Shop Number-A3-A4, 1st Floor, Devi Palace, Delhi Road, Sector 14, Gurgaon - 122001, Opposite Raj Cinema) on 23 December .The micromax executive present there checked the phone for around 1 hour and returned the phone to me saying to submit the phone on Monday (26 Dec).I noticed the phone was dead, not even getting switched on after they gave phone to me .On 26th December I submitted the phone to that service centre, On 27th December i got call from Service centre that phone battery and motherboard is damaged and it will cost around 2700 rs . I am not able to understand the phone which was working fine (apart from charging problem) was dead after they checked the phone and motherboard is damaged even.

    I had purchased above model handset, battery is not suitable for this handset, I have to charged it twice a day Handset is also overheating So please give me replacement to.CANVAS model handset your service centre has changed battery, but I am not happy with performance. So get me replacement.

        My phone doses not give me any notification of the messages I receive in what's app hike messenger insta and rest other also it doesn't support app lock by application such as app lock vault cm security. I have been facing this problem since I bought it in the month of July. I contacted the customer helpline but still they didn't come up with proper prosedure to fix it. Please help Asap

          I was purchased micromax D320 Android phone on[protected] but my mobile give problems liked hang or restart or not response. I was repaired 7 or 8 times from micromax service center in last 6 months but again my mobile gives same problems so I want replacement about my phone from company because I have 1 year warranty other wise I will take further action.

              I have givev Micromax Unite A106 for repairing purpose of display and so e issues of battery/charging. On the day, I went to submit my phone in Micromax Care they stated that tomorrow at this time u will get your phone Back..After that 24 hours also I didn't got my phone Back.. I went there 4 times but all the time they are given reasons and delaying delivery.Inspite of this much now also they are asking for 2 more days to repair my phone.. Really I am very dissatisfied with this and please improve your Micromax Care services. We are buying phones By trusting on you for further facilities.. I request to improve your facilities and don't break our trust towards you...

                I purchased Micromax Q461 on 20/6/2016 at the price of 8, 300 from G.S. Cell Point. After the usage of 2-3 months i found some issues with volume button, touch functions and phone started heating up. I visited the service center they submitted it for 7 days to resolve the issues then they returned the phone and after few days i found the same issue again I again visited the service center they did the same process again and this submitting the phone for days and returning process kept going on for 3 months. I visited the service center frequently still there is no result. Phone is still having the same issue. Even two times for 5-10 days your company took the phone to handle issues but you guys failed to fix the issues.

                And the misbehave of service center people!!!
                If you are not able to repair the issues, why don't you replace the phone ??

                  I purchase new Micromax Q424 mobile from Poorvika Mobiles on 26 th Nov'16.
                  After first day Usage i found some issue in the Touch and Battery, i visited and complaint to Poorvika, they checked in front of me and they face some issue but they told no issue, after discussion he told the battery life is not good for the new coming Smart phones,

                  i asked how to complaint, he told that please visit Micro max Service center and raise the complaint.

                  i went Service center at Kanchipuram but Sunday was holiday, i have sunday holiday but they are not working, then normal working days i visited after 8.00 PM that time also it was closed.

                  how i can raise the complaint and get the new mobile.

                  my complaint is 1. if i am typing words it is jumping the letter.
                  2. At the receiving calls it automatically hold or call cut.
                  3. At the call discussion it is going to new application.
                  4 . Battery life will not come even 10 hours.


                  please register the complaint and please reply to solve the issues.

                    I lost my phones on/off button with one month of purchase.. On 20th Nov I buy this phone and lost on/off button on 20th Dec 2016. I went to service center and repaired it by paying 250 rupees.. On the same day again I lost my on/off button. I want it to be repaired as soon as possible and now I am not going to pay again for this phone.. Please revert back..

                    I have got mixromax q385 in month of oct 2016 its very heat in during the talking in call . i have logged a complaint in micromax sservice but my problem not resolve so i have replaced my phone.

                        I have purchased the micromax smart tv online through flipkart, model no 42c0050uhd, sl no 0037b65024475b. When i was watching tv, i found a star on the screen after 2 minutes found lines.

                        I raised the complaint with the help of your contact center, service request number is ktr[protected], technician visited the site at late night at 10:00 pm. Technician is one of the dump guy he can’t take the decision, he told me that there is no physical damage / scratch on the screen i will send the photography to service manager… he will check and raise rma based on photography. He has taken the photography of the star and sent to the guy sitting in the service center. When u take star photography, photo was looks like star and rays. Guy sitting at service center declared it is broken by looking at star and rays even he has not allowed technician to check.

                        I was able to hire that the guy sitting at service center forcing technician to tell customer it is brocken and move from customer place. Technician handover phone to me, one of the guy name mr. Praven who has taken decision remotely was on call with me. Technician told me praveen is service manager. Praveen is rude and he don’t know how to speak to customer. He was acting like md of the company. I told him that there is no sign of physical damage asked him to check with technician. He asked me where this tv purchased? Then i told him that this tv purchased online through flipkart. He asked me to contact where i purchased tv.

                        I am confident that there is no damage to my tv since i was whiteness this star and lines started coming when i was watching tv. I contacted your contact center every day, got response one of sr. Engineer will call back… but there is no call from sr. Engineer. One fine day i got call from one of sr. Engineer, he told me that he will arrange technician from different center to overcome this challenge but ticket he has created again went to om sai enterprises.

                        They have closed all the tickets without addressing, their aim was to achieve rma target by making customer fool.

                        This service center - om sai enterprise irritated me like anything…. Even they don’t have skilled technicians, even in previous my complaint on remote issue, technician visited was unable to sync the remote with tv… he was recommending me to ship the tv to his service center… then he spoke to his manager (May be same praveen) and sync the remote and tv. Worst experience i had with your service center – om sai enterprise bangalore. I never spoke to the worst service mangers like praveen of om sai enterprise. He was very rude and he feels his decision is final and customer can’t do anything.

                        I request your immediate intervention and support to resolve my tv issue and take action on the service center who cheating customer my closing ticket with wrong update.

                            I am fill bad experience about this mobile handset. Because after 2 month of purchasing date earphone is not working, after 3 month charger is not working. Now charging point is not working. So i am submitted my mobile in your customer service center at (W030639) m/s sai mobile shoppe, om shree swati manor, dadar (W), mumbai 400 028, tin – [protected]. 13th dec 2016.

                            16th dec 2016 they call me, but when i come your customer service sim card are not detect. I spend @ 3 hrs. But it not proper done.

                            Then they say to come after call. 17th dec 2016 they call me to collect mobile …but when i goes, problems same…problem are not solved. I spend @ 2.5 hrs.

                            Then they say to come after call. 22nd dec 2016 they call me to collect mobile …but when i goes, problems same…problem are not solved. After waiting 2 hrs they repair my mobile. But i check it camera is not working. Memory card is not respond... What your mobile handset and what is your customer service.

I purchase your handset because of your company is indian. After this how we belive 'swadeshi product'. Why we told to other to go swadeshi products. I purchase it, is my fault? I went to 4/5 time in service center and i wait there min 2/3 hrs. What they are think i am workless? Jobless? See i want to good product and good service.

                            I am now not satisfy with this your handset and customer service… so i requests you to replace this handset and send me new mobile handset. So plz take quick action and replace my mobile handset earlier as possible.

                              As per the communication after repeated mails Micromax is not helping me and as a consumer I am very upset by your co.'s behaviour.

                              I have repeatedly asked Micromax for the Tax invoice which i can submit it to the insurance company for claiming my insurance.

                              After repeated mails i am not getting any solution due to which I as a consumer is in loss and regretting why i have purchased your product.

                              It was your company's responsibility and duty that they provide the customer a Tax invoice as and when they take money for the service or product, but instead your company not asking the service center for any help.

                                We are facing some repeated problem with Micro-max TV screen.
                                We faced similar issue when TV was new and got replaced. Then same issue occurred during the end of May and the complaint was lodged. Service center took the TV and called us back saying TV's LED is damaged we need to replace it, it will cost 5500 rupees. Then i replied them saying i have the warranty. Then the Service center person called me again and asked for the invoice copy.
                                After providing the invoice copy they didn't replace the LED strip they just did some patch up.
                                Later in the month of August we faced the similar issue, similar kind of solution was provided we still had the warranty.

                                During the end of October we faced same issue.Service center took the TV on November 4th 2016. and called us back after one month saying LED strip should be replaced and it will cost us 5500 rupees.
                                Then i asked why wasn't it replaced during period of warranty, service center person replied saying we thought it will fix the issue.
                                But now service center team is saying LED strip replacement is the complete fix you need to do it.
                                If they had replaced this LED strip during the month of June we wouldn't have faced this problem again.
                                I contacted the micro-max customer service and asked the above question, they replied me saying if service center technician says yes to replace we will allow to replace.Later i contacted service center person he said company didn't allow us to change.

                                Due to this confusion i raised a call back senior executives/Technical team from Micro-max team, they called me back and said will call me after investigation but they didn't respond back.
                                I registered similar complaints for a call back for more than four times no one is responding me. Sent an email on top of this.I'm not getting the proper response.
                                Below are the complaint details:
                                Recently I had lodged a complaint regarding a screen issue with Micromax TV. But after 30 days service centre asks me to replace the LED strip, which will cost 5500 rupees. There was a similar problem reported before during the month of may(end of may). TV was with service for more than two weeks they said the same problem and asked to me 5500 rupees, but I said I have the warranty then service centre provided some solution without replacing the strip. Same problem was repeated again during July end where I had my warranty valid but still they didnt replace the LED strip.
                                When I enquired about this they said company didn't permit us replace. After all these issues I had a call with Micromax customer support team they said me that if technician from service centre tells us we will do it.
                                After all these confusions I requested for a call on Dec 05 but I got a call from Micromax team and later said they will contact service centre and contact me again, but till now no one contacted me.

                                Below are the complaint details

                                  I had lodged complaint regarding failure of audio in my 32" LED TV on your on line complaint
                                  I was told that complaint would be attended within 24-48hrs.
                                  Extremely sorry to say that the complaint has not been attended till this time.

                                  The sales of Product is entirely on efficient and quality services.

                                    I purchase a micro max mobile on the date 11/12/2016 at a shop sagarpur but on the first date i have found a problem of mobile heating and charging problem, then I go (on date 12/12/2016) your service point on uttam nagar and meet your executive juhi Khan and tell her about my mobile problem she tell me that if you resolve your problem then you will deposit your mobile for few days and I agree and deposit my mobile at your service center and come back to my home but next day I received a call from your service center she tell me that your mobile problem is resolved and I go to your service center and collect my problem and come back, but when I charge my mobile then I notice that the charging problem is not resolve then I go your uttam nagar service center once again (14/12/2016) and meet their your executive juhi Khan once again and tell her that my mobile phone problem is not resolve then she tell me this time your mobile problem is solved then I submitted my mobile once again at your service center and she give me once again job sheet (n[protected]) and on 17/12/2016 I received a call from your service center side and tell me you can collect your mobile because we can solve your mobile problem. Then I go and collect my mobile and come back but when I plug charger into mobile but my mobile heating and charging problem are not resolve. Now I am very frustrate your side. I want that you can change my mobile because I mentally disturbed

                                      Hello,
                                      This is to bring to your notice the irresponsible behavior of the executives at your service centre. I had given my phone for repairing on around 19th October, 16 as I faced screen flickering and sim slot issues.The executive was in no mood to address to me properly. She asked me to get a new battery and get a software done, charging me rs 1352/- after the inspection. However within a month I encountered the same problem again and then due to some work I couldn't visit the centre for another month.I visited the centre yesterday on 17 Dec, 16 and conveyed them the issue. Rather than accepting their fault, the executive said you wouldnt have waited for a month if you were facing this prob since a month. Her behavior was very rude and annoying. After inspecting my phone, she came up with the solution which would have costed me another 1300/-. I asked her why didn't you do this two months back as I had the same complaint & for that she didn't have an answer.
                                      I request you to kindly look into the matter since I have wasted 1350 plus travelling expense for nothing. Thank you

                                        My canvas laptab was suddenly switched off when i was using it. Till then i am unable to open. Switching it on with power button doesn't work. Please help me...!! As soon as i press and hold power button, the screen turns on but again turns off. Also, i have noticed that it only turns on twice a day. And after two times, holding power button doesn't affect anymore.
