i have bought micromax tab from Chroma store vide bill number. SLF02A[protected]micromax tab p480, Sr no. [protected]) but I am highly disappointed with the product quality and after sale service. It was gifted to my son on his birthday but he has used only for 2-3 months in total. As it was dead after one month and i sent it to your service station and they took 2-3 months and did not change the tab, instead they repaired it. it was again dead and now it is lying since 3-4 months and they r saying i have to pay 4000 to repair. this kind of after sale is very disappointing.

My tab was lying dead since i bought and i request you to replace it with the new one since this is quality issue and the product was not good and is still under warranty.

    Good Evening Sir/Mam

    My phone (model no. Q350, IMEI No- [protected]) is locked due to anti theft feature in the settings which I activated for precaution. But on 27th Nov. 2016 when I trying to change my sim card, phone get locked and asked for privacy protection password which I don't remember. So I decided to call on customer care phone no. They said, visit nearest service centre, they will help you. But when i visit to the service centre at Rohini Sector 16, Delhi-89, India, they said "We have to open this phone & will change a plate in it which has passward coding so it is cost to Rs. 550 to u." But my question is why are you charging for this service. I had purchased this phone from snapdeal on August end this year so its a very short period & within the warranty period and its just a password issue so why are you charging for this and do you need to open this phone? You have any way to solve this problem in a simple way.

      Sir I buy I set before 6month ago in this set lots of problem with battery backup problem in earphones or aux wire not support after 100%charge its dischare with in 3 hour I hav serviced in ur service center but not solved my problem .. .. It is useless phone give me best solution mene pahle ise service me bheja bhi tha par iska koi bhi problem solve nahi hua.. back my money collect ur hand set

            I had a software clash in my phone and then I went to a mmx service centre but the person there didn't respond and he is just postponing me.. I regularly went there for 3-4 days and at last he said that my handset is out of warranty...such a bad service... Hate micromax after this and I will not even touch a single mmx phone again... N never suggest it to anybody.. Also my phone was once replaced and it come back after 4 months...

            Battery back up is too low. battery has come down to thirty percent from full charge in just four hours.
            Hello i am Lakshay and i am going to tell you that i am having micromax canvas 2 a110. When i put the phone on charge then after some it suddenly catches fire. The battery totally brust. If i was listening the call then may be a big mishappning occurs. Am requesting you to take a strict action against it.i am also sending the pics of my phone.

              I recently purchased a micromax canvas tab (p701) on[protected] and it seemed to have some software issues and the shop which we purchased it from, asked us to go to micromax's service centre to get its software updated, there was this guy named rajat, who asked us to come to the next day as they had to download some file which would have taken time. we have been calling them ever since and they haven't yet downloaded the so called file and as the result i am not able to do anything else. they haven't downloaded the software/file from the past 3 days. i am sure that is not how service centres are supposed to work. on top of it they have no sense how to speak to a customer, they are absolutely rude in their approach and they haven't solved this issue, which isn't that big.

                I have been in contact with micromax from last so many months but haven't receive any solution for my problem.
                My phone is submitted to service centre and I went there almost 10-11 times but they are not giving me any satisfactory answer for that and always said this is company problem and we did not do any thing and now its been more then five month my mobile is in service centre and even now the warranty period is completed and i am not collecting my mobile.
                I am contacting micromax centre again and again they keep on saying please wait we will provide...
                one time they offering me a hand set in replace of my phone but phone was also a worst condition. I am highly disappointed and i hv no option so I hv plan to go consumer court. please take it serious and provide me a solution as soon as possible.

                  I have been in contact with micromax from last so many days but haven't receive any solution for my problem.
                  My phone is submitted to service centre for around 4 5 times for the same problem but every time temporary solution is provided to me and now its been more then a month my mobile is in service centre and even now the warranty period is completed and i am not collecting my mobile because again they hve done a temporary fix to it and i know it will become unusable again.
                  I am contacting micromax centre again and again they keep on saying please wait we will provide you a solution but nothing is being done by the company.

                  I bought a YU5010 mobile battery from Amazon but after 2days battery backup is totally down, it has a warrenty of 6month which written on bill, when i went to service centre they are telling that sir if you order only battery then it has no warrenty it only comes with full set, and because of this BS reason they are not exchanging this battery.

                    Sir i purchase a phone x710 on 01/07/2016of micromax company from jain mobile store baltana zirakpur after two months its battery dead i went to micromax service center where my phone battery is taken by them for replacement on 20/09/2016. I went there almost 7-8 times but they are not giving me any satisfactory answer for that and always said this is company problem and we did not do any thing. But one day on 23/11/2016 when i go there the take job sheet and mobile from me and after half an hour when i talk about my phone and jobsheet they only give me my phone and said go when i ask them for jobsheet they said it is not given to you go any where weather to police we donot give you your jobsheet then i call 100 no. To police and tell him all this police men talk to them then they give me that job sheet sir pls inspect in this matter other wise your customer service center make your company shame i also make a report of same to local police station for same on 23/11/2016. The service centre is situated in sector 11 panchkula sco. 11 and they are making your company black listed pls concern in this matter and provide me service as earlier as possible other wise i go to consumer court.

                        Kindly inform you that I brought micromax amaze 4g mobile and use only 8-12 days after that network issues are facing so I visit your service centre but issue were not solve so I am 3-4 time visit for the problem of network but same problem again & again created I requested your service executive for replacement but no one help me and last time I visit 10-11-16 so that time they said that your phone will be repaired only 2-3 days but still not receive so kindly inform you that now I want replacement because I want used new mobile not accept 2-3 month old mobile who used with your end.

                          people who are buying micro max mobile will learn & face actual problem only after the day one.

                            Sir, I made a big blunder to trust Micromax for purchasing the mobile for which I am repenting, it seems that Micromax top officials have directed their service centers to loot and cheat people. My ordeal started when I purchased Micromax Canvas 5 E481 Mobile somewhere in September, 2016 the said mobile which suffered a physical damage was deposited with authorised Service center of Micromax M/s Shri Laxmi Enterprises G-1/3A, 1st Floor, Metro Pillar No.673, Najafgarh Road, Opp Arya Smaj Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi: 110059 along with Rs. 4050/- in advance for the repair on 13.10.2016, Ever since then I have been running from post to pillar to get back my mobile but instead I am receiving threatnings from the Service
                            Center as they are not ready to deliver my mobile. The owner of the Service Center Shri Sanjeev has been making fake excuses ever since 13.10.2016 but the outcome is zero as they are not delivering my mobile and instead trying to threaten me that if I bother them they can teach me a lesson so that I do not disturb them. Firstly I planned to inform the threatening to the local Police but I feel before I approach Police and Hon'ble Court I request the top officials if they are concerned about the reputation of the company which is their bread and butter may provide me justice, but even after making a complaint almost two day ago Ref No. SER[protected] NO ACTION IS INITIATED.

                              I have purchased an LED TV 32 inches, and booked the installation for that, Guy from Micromax side Mobile Number :- +91- [protected] acknowledged and himself suggested a time at 5 pm yesterday. I work far from my home so, I had to take Half Day for that only, After reaching home I tried calling him but he did not pick up the phone and after a while he started disconnecting the ring, and today when I get the call back from some one else with Mobile Number :- +91-[protected], instead of apologizing, he is being arrogant by saying
                              "Kardo Complaint".
                              I don't know how Micromax Works, but if that was from LG they sure would have taken some strict action against him.

                              I can't take half day from the office again, so I request Micromax to arrange the installation before 8 am or after 8 pm to compensate for the inconvenience caused to me

                                Dear concern,
                                I regret to inform you that lam not satisfied with your service.on 17/10/2016 I gave my phone to your service centre due to the charging complaint.they sent my phone to your company ( job sheet no[protected]) for servicing and they ensured me that the phone will repair as soon as possible.
                                On 11/11/2016 I get my phone back as the complaint solved. But the complaint was not solved(phone still not charging but the charging indication always shows)and then on 14/11/2016 I again gave my phone to your service centre they replaced battery and charging board and informed me that the phone will not be OK and they ensured me that the phone is in warranty period by sending the phone to the company and the phone will replaced with another one and they sent that phone to your company on 14/11/2016 (job sheet no[protected]-[protected]. So kindly clear my problem as soon as possible

                                    I had purchased a smartphone i.e, micromax canvas 5 which had got battery issue and other related problems, as i reported it to the local service center they replaced it(after await of one month), but after a few months its again the same, I earlier also had a smartphone of micromax branding but now after this kind of experience i think its time to quit this brand and go for the better one, this time i have again approached to the service center, they have again sent my handset to the company which will take another one month to be returned.Enquiring about my phone issue i got feedback of the service center guys saying this phone(micromax canvas 5)is having many issues to deal with.i hope this time i would be satisfied with the result, else i would demand a replacement of next canvas series canvas 6 or 6 pro

                                      Your Micromax canvas doodle 3 comes with lots of inbuilt bloatware, malwares, and trojan apps. You are making the customers information compromised by installing the malicious inbuilt apps. Please remove all the malicious apps from my Canvas Doodle 3. As it is my mobile is now not usable for me as infinite number of bloat apps keeps installing without my interventions making my device unsuable. Further, it consumes entire mobile data and leaving thounsands of mobile balance consumed in a days time. It would be great if you could remove this apps from my device.

                                        I purchased micromax nitro E455 on 31Jan16. since then this is third time i'm facing the same problem of no cellular network. your kanpur nagar service centre has got no answer about that. As a defence personnel we don't have that much time to visit your service centre again & again for the same reason. please intervene and give me some solution by replacing the obsolete one or replace it with good one micromax smartphone for which difference amount will be incurred by me.
