Today I submitted my YU yutopia to Telelogic communication, Bangalore for the third time, but every time the problem are not solved, and again its showing the same problem. and I given feedback also its not working. And today also they not solved the issue, and not giving me job sheet number also, the staff' are very non- technical, and they not understanding what the problem itself. And they know this time also am giving poor feedback, that's why they are not created job number itself. I invested my hard earning 25000 to buy this crap, not able to use more than two day, its switch off randomly and hanging, after I resettled the data only it will start again, I sincearly recomend to everyone please don't buy micromax/YU, you will cry afterwards

    My Micromax canvas E484 mic is not working, I purchased this phone of rs 14000 three & half month back, last month company service centre checked my phone & they said they don't have mic part with then so they have to deposite my phone for a week & they checked my phone & pasted ok sticker . after that my phones screen broke down, so they are saying it will cost me rs 5000 & my phones warrenty is over, so they can not repair my phone for mic, they said If I pay rs 5000 for screen then only my phone will be repaired for mic in warrenty . this is cheating, I want my phone repair for mic only, kindly contact me -

    My handset was purchased in June, 2016 and the power does not switch on. I made complaint to your service center i.e. M/S Divya mobile care, Main road dharamshala, sonebhadra, Tin - [protected], Pin 231216 but they are neither giving proper service nor answering to my satisfaction. you are requested to arrange the replacement of my Handset.

      Hi Micromax Company,
      Why you making mobiles with working only for one year. I purchased e311 on 02/06/2015. There is no damage to the device and i kept this moblie very carefully. But yestrday onwards it's not working and the micromax care suggest me to change the MB(4000).
      This is ridiculous, why you cheating us.

        My Micromax E313 is under warranty and my mobile restarts automatically and it is not recognizing network. I had deposited in nearby Micromax service center, Meghana infotech kanpur.They had deposited it for a month and told me that phone had gone to Delhi service center for repair.When i got my phone back problem was still there. I again deposited it to service center and again they had sent it to Delhi head office and after a month i got my phone back the problem was still same and this time even my phone sound and screen touch is not working properly.I think company is trying to cross the warranty period so that i can do nothing against them. I request consumer complaints to take strict action against them.Please help me to get this issue resolved. They already crossed warranty period as they had deposited my phone for two months.

          The display of the touch screen is not working of the same hand set.I have already given the set to the service center( E030821) M/S. APEX ENTERPRISES on 19/08/2016.
          But now they are telling that the parts are not available & they are not also co-operating with me. I bought the same set on 14/07/2016.But still they are charging from me... But till today I didn't get any proper answer from your end. When I will get my set in ok condition..But this is too much, Pls give the satisfactory answer and try to give me the set in ok condition in between 7 days..The bar code number is E[protected].

            Sir,
            Myself Rahul Gupta from lucknow, uttar pradesh. I had bought micromax canvas spark Q380, imei no. [protected], at 2nd sept 2015 from snapdeal. Afterthat, I experienced some problems with this handset, like;
            - auto switch off-on, data deleted from sd-card automatically, slow processor and it hangs many time. I goes to the micromax service centre 4 times for same problem...
            1st time - software update (perhaps in the month of November, 2015),
            2nd time(5 january 2016, jobsheet no.[protected]- again software update.
            3rd time(22nd april 2016, jobsheet no.N[protected] handset was gone for under-repairing( motherboard repair), but, problems didn't solved.
            4th times(9 july 2016, jobsheet no.N[protected] I had gone to micromax service centre, lalbagh, lucknow again for requesting to replace it but they said, there is not replacement policy, then i complained on the micromax helpline number on 9th july2016( complained no. MMS[protected] and again they submitted the handset under repair policy. my complained was registered as a replacing priority.But on 22 july 2016 i was received msg that it will be repaired again but I am fed-up from problem of this handset and ran service center 4 times within warranty period for same cause. Now, I will never want to receive same defected handset.After 2 months pass out, i had received call from micromax yesterday said to me, " you can collect your handset from service centre, it has been repaired now."On conversation with micromax helpline no., company said decision of replace has taken by service centre.But, service centre said to me the decision of replace has taken by company. But, this is defected handset and i want to replace it. And company doesn't replace my handset.
            Kindly replace my defected handset as soon as possible.

              I have been struggling since almost an year to get my phone repaired. But till now my phone has not yet repaired else they have worsen my phone's condition and they have closed it by saying it cant be repaired.

              Issue started with just that its charging point got broken and phone was in warranty.I gave my phone at service center and when i received my phone after its repair and i first started my phone its wallpaper had some guys pic on it and after 5 min it got switched off automatically and didn't get on after that. Then when I again went at the service center they told that they don't know where that pic came from and kept my phone for atleast one and a half month again with them to get it repaired but again all in vain. Then they gave a refurbished phone..It worked for us for just 2 months and again problem started as it used to get switched off automatically, speakers were not working . We gain gave the phone to the service center but still the problem was not solved. Then they said battery needs to be changed and again kept the phone for atleast 1 month with them and now an interesting part came they gave us the broken phone and said it cant be repaired anymore..Tell us where is the justice.? I need the answer and a compensation.

                Phone takes too much time to recharge, getting overheated when charging, and also when talking or using the mobile data continuously for 30 mins. the temperature even goes to 40 degree Celsius. The phone was bought on Nov 2015. Went to a service station 2 days back, they did a software update, but the problem is still there.

                  I purchased one micromax Canvas A1 sold by Karmaxx Infotech, Chennai through amamazon. in in August 2015 but the set developed number of problems by April 2016.To get the phone set examined, I took it to Micromax Customer Care Centre operated by M/S.anannya Infotel (E030489), Kolkata- 700092. The Service Centre informed me that they shall have to send the set to the head office for repair and issued Receiptmbearing Job No.E[protected] dated 10.05.2016.and told me that I would likely to get it back within 21 days .
                  But from 13.05.2016. I have received 8(Eight)ax SMS from your Team Micromax in my alternative Mobile No.informing that "They are working on the set and will be delivered within 10/15/21 days and so on. Only on 12.08.2016 i.e. after 94 days I was informed by the customer care Service Centre to collect the set which was repaired.But while checking before delivery, it was found that some defects have not been attended.So, the Customer Service Centre kept the set with them. Again on 17.08.2016 I was advised to collect the set but found to be in same old defective condition. However, after 110 days on 29.08.2016 M/s.Anannya Infotel (E030489) delivered the set which I took on faith.
                  From 30.08.2016, I kept trying to download the APPS namely -- News, Whatsapa, Ola cab, Maps, Face Book, File Manager, Gallery ete. but unfortunately APPS Viz. FACE BOOK, FILE MANAGER etc could NOT be downloaded. So, for the last time, I took it to your Service Centre on 02.09.2016 at 1015 a..m. From that time onwards your Service Centre Technicians tried for 2 hrs to download Face Book, File Manager but FAILED. They tried to download in all possible ways but could not do so. On their failure to do so, the Service Centre officials adviced me take up the matter with the Company i.e. Micromax Informatics.
                  So, will you please take cognizance of this complaint and advice me what course of action I should take! I ask and request you to Replace the defective Set Micromax (Canvas A1 AQ 4501) as within this repair period of 110 days, you have already changed the Mother Board of the Set.
                  It is hoped that you will respond by return and can reply through my E-Mail address "[protected]@gmail.com".

                    I have given my mobile to micromaxx authorized service center one month back but till now not received my mobile back, this type of worst service never expected from them, if we check job status then it shows 10 days time, if they keep our mobile for one month then its warranty period will not extend and we cant use our mobile, and didnt get any feedback from them.

                      Sir, i got my phone micromax E471 on replacement against my micromax À350 on in 18 January 2016.
                      In this phone calling (dillar) function not working properly. I contact micromax service center 3 times 2 times they repaired and give it to me, but now there is same problem. Next time when i visit the service center now they are saying that device cant be repaired, please contact customer Care.

                          Sir, I purchased my phone on 07.04.16 (Micromax Blaze Q400 4G 8GB) after inspiring with the name of Micromax. I was assured that Micromax is a good Company. I Knew that this company take care of his customer very well. But my hope was broken when my device was suddenly got out of order as its touch was not working at all. Then I submitted my device continually 3 times as follows:-

                          1. On Dated 22.07.16 I submitted my device for touch Problem and received my repaired device on 23.07.16. But It again get out of order just after one month.

                          2. On Dated 30.08.16, I again submitted my device due to the same problem and I was informed that Mother Board of my device needs to be changed and I have to deposit my device for 1 month to ASC. I done the same and I received my repaired device on dated 15.09.16 but it does not worked even not for a second.

                          3. On dated 16.09.16 I again submitted my device and Authorized service Center is saying that It will take 15 more days to repair device. But I requested him to replace my device with new one as soon as possible.

                          Sir I have no time to visit Service Center again and again

                          Sir, I request you to kindly replace my defected device and provide us new phone.

                            Myself Sanjay Sahu from Dist Baloda Bazar (Chhatisgarh), i bought Micromax E 481 from shop. But it is not working properly, its getting excess of heat and temp goes to 75 degree, so that I contact with authorised service centre M/S HSR communication Raipur (Chhatisgarh)when I went to micromax service centre, they said it is mother board problem and they repaired & handover to me on 13.07.2016 @ 5.00 PM. but when I operate that mobile I observed another problem of display shows blank. Then I again approach service centre on 14.07.2016 @ around 11.00 AM. They said me it will take 20 days for repairing but till date I have not received my handset from service centre after many communication they said it will completed in 1 week repetitively. I am struggling and disturb from 2 months and face lot of problem in communication in my contact, causing other problems, kindly do the need full or provide me new handset immediately.

                                  I bought this phone E313, from Flipkart under exclusive sale. I raised the concern with them in the first week but they didnt returned it and asked to format the phone and use again. In the meantime I lost the 15 day return period and continued with the faulty phone.

                                  I have already Registered this complaint with National Consumer Helpline with Complaint No. – 22684 on 9/12. But Micromax representatives closed the complaints on 9/14 with the comment -

                                  "Dear Valued Customer, We request you to visit the service centre as your case is showing closed from our end. For any further Assistance you can log onto our website www.micromaxinfo.com and contact us on customer care number:[protected] Thanks & Regards, MMX Support "

                                  I already visited thier support center 4 times since March and this phone was with them for 4 months in 3 different service requests. But Micromax support is unable to resolve my concern in past few months. The screen is having a discoloration issue and battery discharges every 1-2 hours and phone shuts off without any warning throughout the day.

                                  I also requested to extend the warranty as for the past 4 months this phone was laying with you in 3 submissions. But the Rep told me to scan the jobsheet and send them via email. But all these job sheets are gone bcos thier support takes it back when i return the phone. I cannot give them jobsheets and now warranty is about to close.

                                    I am very frustated over Micromax as he sold me a defected phone, I have submitted my phone to service centre 2nd time within one month and my phone is still not working. I received my repaired handset after 16 days of submission yesterday against JOB SHEET NO.N[protected] Dt. 30.08.16 from M/s Shri Ji Communications- Kanpur. When I Restarted my phone after inserting sim card in my phone at home, Its touch did not worked and still the touch of my phone is not working.

                                    Sir, I want to throw away my Micromax Handet as I have no time to visit Micromax service Centre again and again. I am a very busy person and I cannot spare time for Micromax Service Centre again and again.

                                    Sir, I Request you to replace my defected handset with new one.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am sad to realize that all the customer care executives have no solution except only one answer "Please reach to us on Micare... " and when I go to the link "http://micare.micromaxinfo.com" and on submitting the form when I try to fillup the PIN column. A message displays " Please contact to nearest authorized service centre".and when I try to submit the request then also displays the same message Please contact to nearest authorized service centre" and I could not submit the form.

                                    And also I tried to call[protected], This number is not a toll free and I was charged Rs.1 Per minute for a call. I have not so spare money to spent it to your Number[protected] as Executive attending my call here could not provide me satisfactory solution any way.

                                    And Your Authorized Service Centre is also not able to provice me a solution. When I deposited my device 2nd time on 30.08.16 to your ASC. I was told that My device needs to be change mother board and it will be ok after submission of device for one month in order to get repaired from head office. Overall when I received my repaired device on dt. 16.08.16 and tried to restart after inserting the SIM Card. After Restarting. It's touch was not working. It means you could not repair my device even after submission of it for such a long time of 16 days

                                    Now I am so hopeless over micromax that I want to forget my Device and I also want to forget the Company "Micromax" also. As this company is so bad in concern to customer satisfaction.

                                    I also have not other backup phone and also facing problem as my service is depends on my mobile as I have to take so many official calls. So I am mentally so tortured.

                                    Kindly forward my request to your higher authority to replace my handset at the earliest and oblize me.

                                    I had called 4 times to customer service center . They have given me contact no. Of third party and there is no response from the contact no. Provided . My tv is delivered from flipkart and it is not getting installed pls do the needful . If I aur know there is such a poor service I would never have bought this micromax tv.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam,
                                      This is Biswajit Dutta, from Howrah, My brother purchased a Micromax Mt500 on 16/09/2015, and 13/09/2016, the phone is not working. So as I am under warranty service, go to micromax care on 14/09/2016 . But They said in spite of the phone is in warranty they would not help me out because this phone is out of there system. After that I have call several time to your customer care executive, and they talked with micromax care executive over my phone. After talking with the executive they said they will help me out with a customer care incoming call within 24 hrs. But still I am help less. I have talked with customer care today also, but no one help me out. Sir Today is 15/09/2016, so today is the last day of warranty. So Please help me out.
                                      I think You help me out. I am waiting for your action.

                                        Kindly refer my complaint dated 6th september, 2016. Co. has't been able to repair handset in 45 days. I am without phone. Should I keep a standby phone. No msg. from the co. Call centre & service centre do not provide satisfactory information & rather rudely behave. Did I commit a blunder by purchasing a micromax phone. Will advise all my relative & friends not to go in for micromax phones. Is there anyone to hear and respond to our concerns or the company's motto is "customer jaye bhad mein. Hamara phone bik chuka". Hope someone will have a soft corner for us.
