Respected sir/madam,

I would like to inform you that i really disappointed with yu/micromax service. Myself vikas sharma & working in delhi area. I have purchased yuphoria mobile for my family member on july 16, 2015, please find the screenshot.

But in 2016 some issue coming in mobile mic and submitted mobile in service center (M/s service city) on feb06, 2016. After that i have take follow-up with customer care and service center but they are forwarding responsibility on each other. After long followup mobile handset return to me without repair & when i asked to service center guys they replied only company will responsible for same so don't chase with us. As of now two months has been completed but no-one is taking responsibility to repair or replace handset for minor issue.
Please find the below mentioned attachment.
1. Invoice of mobile bill.
2. 1st job sheet at the time of submit mobile.
3. 2nd job sheet when return handset to me.

Kindly clear the below points:
1. Is there total responsibility of customer to take followups with service center or company.
2. Who will responsible for this bad services.
3. Who will responsible for customer financially & mentally harassment.

Day before yesterday i was raise concern with ID: 1256547 but micromax closed my complaint without solution, i want to know why this close before providing solution???

And in the set there was very important data and sensitive information regarding my profession.And my sim card.It is very important to save from wrong hands.So please help to recollect my handset.I will thankful for it.

      Sir, mane aapna phone micromax service centre me repairing k liye diya 13/02/16 ko diya tha. Aur service walo ne mujhe min 10 days aur max 20 days ka time diya tha. Lakin abhi tak mujhe service centre walo ne abhi tk koi reply nahi diya. Aur tab se le kar abhi tak 45 days complete ho chuke hai.aur mujhe abhi tk unki aur se koi santoshjank reply nahi mila.

        I purchase my mobile from mobile shop and submitted in service center due to some software related problem that i was having after 20 day of purchasing the service center where it was submitted is Quite Office No-1 1st floor Sector 35-A Chandigarh . They replaced my mobile with and used old mobile whose condition was very poor. Then once again i submitted the replacement mobile in same care center.because mobile it was used and till now i have not received the mobile it was submitted on 29 February and after that when they gave me a used mobile, i resubmitted the mobile phone on 13th march but till now they are asking me to wait and gave me complaint number to check the status of the complaint but now when i check online it says no record found, they said it will get resolved within 20 days but 2 months have passed now and i haven't received any mobile.
        IMEI No - [protected] and the replacement sent was IMEI No - [protected]
        Kindly help me in this case as i have gone through mental harassment by the company they don't even have a toll free number and i have spent approximately Rs.1000 on the calls to service center for my mobile.

          I am Shivanand Nandikole mobile No. [protected]. I am Given mobile to Repair software of my mobile A311 blue in Vimannagar centre Job sheet No.*W[protected]* date 30/12/2015.
          Once given the mobile then problem not resolved then returned immediatly.

          For complaining today I am on M/S Planet cell Vimannagar Pune, then they given me a new Job sheet no. *w[protected]* date 22/01/2016. I am unknown of new job sheet . The Centre not given alternate mobile no. also they cannot collect phone of given landline No. [protected].
          So many days try to contacting of service centre they not giving response.
          After 3 MONTHS by complaning to centre then they given me a alternative Number of Mr Rajesh - [protected].
          Software problem found in handset after purchasing on 05/07/2015
          within 5 months, what I can do. They cannot giving me handset from 30/12/2015.
          Which Company taking more than THREE MONTHS for resolving problem.
          Please give me as early as possible.

            I changed battery of Ag4 at Samarth Telecom Shopee, 54/55, 2nd floor, Pradhan Park, M.G. road, Nashik on 2/3/16. Battery cost 750/- [vo[protected]] Battery didn't work for Half an hour also. Above service center is not giving warranty of 6 months as all give. They are saying that mobile is defective, not battery. But I confirmed from other sources handset is not faulty, Battery is duplicate. After continuous followup the service center is not giving response. Behavior of staff there is not mannerly. I expect proper steps to be taken immediately.

              Me buy a micromax yuraka plus handset 11/01/2016 invoice no apl- bgl/2309 & amount 7700 online shoping from (Shopclues) . I have facing problem in heanset (Back camera is not working) and go to micromax services center 24/02/2016 and deposite heandset in service center to replacement of heandset then after 25 day replacement of my heandset at 26/03/2016.Then cheek hendset found heandset is not support charging .
              I have feacing lots of problem please help me and please returned me refund form the company iam not interested to use heandset.
              Please help me.

                I have submitted my mobile phone on 21.11.2015 for repair. The warranty was valid till 31.12.2015. Till date i..e 28.03.2016 i have not received my product. Each and every time when i contacted the service centre, they said we will call you within 2 or 3 days.
                The service as well as the product is pathetic.

                  Have kitkat that upgradeable to lollipop

                  Not have flaws not have have kitkat it have jellybeans that is previous version and it mean it can, not support some apps
                  1.2 GHz quad core processor that is below than p480

                  HI name is Dinash Bhatnagar and i want to know when my product will be returned to me from service center i give my tablet on 5/2/16 and today is 17/2/16 but product not deliver i call in your customer support[protected] they say it will deliver to u 21 day after some time i again call them thet say 21 day after sometime i call them they say 21 days mean they increase day to day but not give fixed date according to micromax terms and condition there, s written i[censored] not take back product from center under 30 days then we will auction it but then i call saharanpur center of micromax they say they did, nt recieve from micromax so lz help me my jobsheet no.is N[protected]

                        Date phone was dropped in service center - satguru communications sec-27 noida - 3rd oct 2015

                        Its around 7 months now, i have still not got my phone back

                        Pathetic company, pathetic customer care. Should be taken to court for harassing customers

                        Sometimes given micromax customer care, sometimes given yureka customer care number, once i recieved call saying there is technical difficulty in warehouse and phone shall be returned soon and this was a month back, still no sign of phone.

                        Enquired each month and no response. Pathetic pathetic company

                          "e-mail sent to micromax"

                          This is to bring in your notice that i have purchased one mocromax laptab lt666w (408c18d992c6f53) on 10th december, 2015. The screen of laptab was blinking or shows some kind of spark. Regarding this, i have called at your customer care service center and registered a complaint.

                          Apart from several calls i have not received any affirmative feedback from the customer care service center apart from one statement that "our technical department will call you up in 24 hrs".

                          After juggling with for one month, we received one call from premium customer service center that i need to submit the laptab screen to nearest service center followed by which i have submitted the same at service centre on 03rd february, 2016. After following with them for a month, i have received one service request no. (Serxxxxx9710xxx) on 16th of february, 2016.

                          Till then then i am following with them and as well as with the customer support service for replacement of laptab but no one is providing the feedback and every time they say that it is in process and you have to wait for another 15 days.

                          Now i am wondering how the micromax customer service centers are operate. They are not able to service the customer. Instead i must say that they are "customer harassment center". I have asked or requested several times that i should allowed to talked to some one senior who can take the onus and provide the better customer services.

                          Today i have visited your customer service center and instead providing me the exact status, he advised me to go to consumer forum and said he is ready for it.

                            Dear sir, Ihave purchased micromax Q335phone & after using 2 months two major problem regarding charging & microphone are exist so i deposite my phone to customer care sonipat (haryana). They give me time of max. 25 days but it takes 2 months to repair the phone . In between I call many times Customer Executive too of micromax. Finally replace my phone with other . I happy finally phone in my hand but the worst service I have face my life seriously . After replacing phone the problem regarding microphone exists No Voice outgoing or incoming. Now I again deposit my phone so it completely repair but it soon as possible please help me to get my phone back, it takes already 2 and half month. I will be thankful to you.                               I have submitted my tab p-480 blue colour on 04/02/2016 for repair due to the power jack/supply problem but i have not get it back by the company after 2 months past and very bad response from the customer care no.                                 My name is Nikhil. My phone model is - Micromax unite2 (grey) I gave my phone for repairing at Micromax repairing center kottayam. S. I no 6195.They said they have given the phone to ernakulam service centre fo replacing board. Its now 30 days passed. They are not repairing my phone neither giving it back. I am not having alternative phone to use. After mailing them I am getting same reply but no constructive answer from them. I want my phone as early as possible.

                                  I bought micromax eureka phone in jan 2015 after which i was facing issues with it and i gave my phone for repair in december 2015 but its been more than 3 months that i have not recvd my phone whenever i call them they say that you will get it in next 10 days .This is what they always say .the service centre is in shri ram towers hazratganj lucknow.i also wrote it on the website but got no response and it was also deleted by you people.Plz get back to me as soon as possible .

                                    I have purchased micromax knight cameo 290 on 6 oct 2015 within 1 months it started problem of charging so I submitted it at micromax service center at Bhopal on[protected] they returned me old handset instead of my new set on 25/02/2016 after 2 and half month after using it only within two days it started problem of automatically restarting so again I submitted it at micromax center on 1st march and Say that I don't want this set please return my money or give me a new set till date I don't get any response from service center. In four till date I not got my phone. I make a big mistake to purchase micromax company phone. I lost my money in micromax company phone.

                                      I have buy a handset Nitro 4g on 24-03-16 .next day after inserting the sim i have found that during any call the speaker quality of this model handset is not as satisfactory as compared to other model of same price range .So i have visited the service centre next day after buying so that i can have D.O. receipt and i can buy other micromax mobile having much better speaker performance .But they were simply ignored my problems having an excuse that this way they do not provide me any help for issuing D.O for handset exchange .Then i contact the customer care number and then they make me assure to help me as much possible but still the service centre employees refused to issue any D.O order.so kindly help me since i just wanted to exchange my handset after one day from the day i buy it

                                        I have a micromax mobile model no c-192. It's speaker is not working from some days. I went to your customer care centre at gumanpura, kota in rajasthan on 25th match they said that speaker will get replaced by 250 rs and it will take half an hour to replace it. But as soon as i told them that my handset is under warranty period and bill is available they started avoiding me and told that staff is not available you come tomorrow. When i went on 26th march they said that parts were not available and it will take some days to get it replaced.
                                        I think it will not happened if my handset is not under warranty period. I have to get it repaired fro market for rs 150.
                                        Pathetic response and un-friendly behaviour from your care centre. I will never buy a product of micromax in future.
                                        Please refund my money as the delay is caused by your centre and due to which my business affects a lot as my phone is not working.

                                        Even i suffered from the mental tension which is price less
