I had no display on my phone within 4 months of buying the phone and then when I submitted the phone in the service center in Laxminagar, they are not returning it. I submitted my phone on the 3rd of July, 2015 and till today they are telling me to wait for another 10-15 days. I need compensation for this extensive delay and I want my phone back.

    Hi, I bought micromax unite 2(A106) in 16th March 2015 and I unable to install more than 5-10 apps. hence I have gone to chandigarh sector 41D due to app installation issue for my new latest mobile but they unable to resolve then i force that if you can not resolve then take back the mobile and return my money but they refused. end last they taken my new mobile and sent to head office for new delhi for 25 days. When i gone after 25 days then they giving old phone instead of my latest new mobile when i asked that this is not my mobie then they said, checked IMEI number but i said that i dont know about IMEI number i just wanna my new mobile then they said that they will send return to head office for more 25 days. I very frustrated and thinking that i have purchased the mobile for using and rnd by company or my personal uses. I have asked about issue then they said that company changed motherboard and the issue has been resolved hence i have taken the mobile for testing. But after testing few days then i got, there's still same issue. When i go back service center about issue and swap my new phone with old one then they said that they can not check because service center id not working, when will work then they will check. after that day i am continue running there but they just giving excuse and doing nonsense talking and wasting my time each time. They did not listening to me seriously. I have called to customer care number many time as well as sent many mails but both said that contact to service center...Now tell me that what i do when service center not listening and playing/kidding with me each time. Hence finally i thought i should go consumer court so please let me know that what i do??????? i am very frustrated and disturb with this issue...

      My name is justin, residing at chennai, i have bought micromax fun book 2 months back and on 9th july it was give for service to micromax authorized service centre for repair. As per their advice being the tab under warranty they asked me handover the tab to them with job sheet and assured to get the tab repaired or replaced within a weeks time from micromax care

      Now it's been more than 20 days still the service team are scrutunizing the problem and not confirming the delivery date after repair.

      Because of this most of my work and usage is interupted since i do not have any alternate mobile.

      Need immediate action. Iam enclosing the job sheet for ready reference.

This 25/07/2015 my mobile touch screen not working. so i have to gone Service centre gubbara phatak gwalior. one mam is saying ki aapka mobile touch kharab ho gaya hai. to usme 20 din lagenge. but mere pass koi bhi mobile nahi hai itne din rukna bhi mushkil hai. so please mujhe new mobile diya jaye, . i want to new mobile. mujhe repair kiya mobile nahi lena. please do action for this complaint. its very emergency. i m Govt.. employee. so i need emergency mobile. receiving copy is attached. please i requast to you do an action today.me wahan gaya to waha daraya gaya ki aap jobsheet lete ho to aapke pure paise lagenge or ye mobile mene 19/05/2015 ko hi purchase kiya hai. to me kyon paise du. wo aise to kaam kar rahe hain. unka kehna hai ki agar aap job sheet lete ho to hum company me bol denge ki mobile me pani gaya hai. so i need support.             My name is Forum Chheda, On 25th of may i had submitted my phone to the Micromax service centre located in Ghatkopar under job-sheet number W[protected] and was told that either I will get the phone in 2 days if the engineers in the service centre are able to solve the problem or I'll get it back within a period of 15 days. After 15 days I called them to inquire about my phone, they told me it will take a week more. After a week, I called them, I got no response from them. they weren't picking up the calls. after that I called the Micromax call centre to inquire. They asked me to lodge a complaint with them regarding this and I did so with the complaint number MMX[protected]. they told me it will take them another 15 days to look into the matter. After another 15 days when I called they told me it hasn't been solved yet and will take another week. After that they stopped taking my calls. The service centre didn't pick up calls on their listed number for another week then. I was obliged to call on the call centre again and they told me their system was under updation and they couldn't provide me with any information regarding it for another 4 hours. when I called the next day i was given the same answer meanwhile no one was picking up at the service centre too. on the third day after almost holding for 15 minutes the call centre employee gave me the mobile number of an employee at the service centre. I called him to inquire about my phone and he tells me that my phone has gone dead while in repair and they will be providing me with a new phone. This information was provided by them almost after 1 and a half months. Also if that was not enough he tells me that they are giving me A315 micromax canvas 4 plus as replacement whose cost is Rs 9000 where as I had bought my phone for Rs. 14860. They were giving me a phone whose price was much less than my original phone that too without informing me first. I asked for a better phone and he tells me it will take another week for that. Two weeks have passed and i haven't received any useful information from them except that its going to take more time. Its been 2 months and 3 days now since I had submitted the phone in the service centre. The experience has been very irritating and the one that has jeopardize the customers trust towards the company.

                  Sir,
                  I have my problem regarding my mobile phone., it just got blank. And then I walked to the nearest micromax service center on 13/07/2015, then they told me to submit rs.150 for service charge, So I did the same. the worst thing ever, there's no receipt or any job card. They gave me my sim cards and memory card, except my phone's battery, they kept it. They told me that they will call me regarding my phone's problems and the charges for the repair.
                  Today 27/07/2015 its been two weeks they had my phone, and still there is no call from there side, in the mean time when I called them to ask about my mobile then they said your battery got misplaced, wait tomorrow we'll call you and the procedure is going on and I don't know what they are doing with my phone. And today, my limit of patience just got hurt when they didn't pick my call and when pick they put it on hold. Please do something, my life just stopped without my phone... Please

                    gave my mobile In your Authorised Service centre (M/S Mahavir Electronics) in Mulund (W) for replacing the Lock (on/off ) key more than 2 weeks before...as it was not at all working...But Uptil now I didnt get my phone repaired as the staff in Shop say that Spare Parts are not availbale with them due to No issuance of spare from head office. I'm in urgent need of my phone for my needs. The staff while I visit say that They have no idea of spare parts coming. This is not at all done as if this small repair takes so much time how could we trust on your company in future. Please get my phone repaired tomorrow itself or else issue me a new one if you cant issue spares to the Service centre.                       Sir I have purchsed micromax A99 mobile from market but now just 45 days passed and it between these days i have lodged 3 complaints. Keypad of this mobile is not working and sometime when i receive calls, there is not any number displaed on screen and it switched off. Sometimes mobile keypad automatically type and i have to switch off the mobile. I am suffering from last 45 days. I have mailed my bill on micromax.[protected]@ india.com as per ur instruction given on telephone call once. But till date not any antion has been taken.                         i purchased canvas A104 its gets switched off once not switched on i gave it to service center they returned with repairing that but within two days it become switched off and not switched on for few hour once again i gave it to service center they give me back repairing it but now also problem is not solved why are release bad cell phones and not resolve problem. if you not solve my problem i put this on facebook and whats up

                          I had bought this phone at jabalpur from dharmendra electronics on 22 / 10 / 14 and off late while talking or using data services, the phone gets heated up and then abruptly shuts down when battery remaining life is anywhere between o to 35%. Also there is distortion in voice quality often.

                              My phone camera not working properly then i submitted my phone 02/06/2015. In service center employee said you come after 15 days then i was gone after 15 days again he said after 10 days again i gone. Finally your employee said you come after 15 days i will provide new mobile set then i was gone 21/07/15, employee given my old set repair. After one days my set display touch screen not working employee not clearly say your set repair how much time taken Please immediately my set repair or provide new set. If you are not solve my problem then i take action and go consumer forum court.

                                Hi All, I have faced some issue with micromax A104 's touch panel, So i submit the mobile on micromax Kolkata( Bonhugly branch )customer care office @ 13th July. The service guy promised me that it will hardly take 10 days to replace a simple touch panel. After 10 days when i go to take my set back.Another guy was there and he literally refuse me to give the handset back and also telling lie.Now they abuse me and insulting me by telling that "do what ever i want with head office and refuse to talk with me " .They will not give the hand set back before 10th august. Its 14days now.I am having problem with out my mobile.Its really insulting and irritating. I never faced such kind of poor customer care service.Other service center are so caring and good like nokia, they never take more than 7 days.While micromax take 1 month and also bad behaviour from agents.                                     I am having a Western digital My Passport Essential 500GB external USB hard drive.I bought a new laptop, and I tried to use the My Passport drive to transfer files from the old laptop. When I pluged the MY Passport into my old laptop, I could access it through windows explorer -- it looks like a regular drive. However, when I pluged it into my new laptop and double clicked to open it, I received a popup saying: "E:\ is not accessible. Access is denied." My old laptop is having windows XP and newone is having windows 7 64 bit.

                                    HI chapke,
                                    It looks like Windows permissions are screwed for your drive. I hope you have admin rights on your new laptop. Try the following steps :
                                    1. Right click on the drive and go to Security.
                                    2. Look at the "Groups or user names" tab. Check if there are broken permissions, they should look like a long alphanumeric string.
                                    3. Click on Edit. Remove all broken permissions.
                                    4. Click Add and type "System" if it isn't there already. Give it "Full Control".
                                    5. Click Add and type your login name to the system and give yourself "Full Control".
                                    6. Click Apply or OK and pray.

                                      My micromax canvas A1 submitted for service at the service centre at Vadakara, has been sent to the factory at Noida, as the complaint couldn, t be rectified by them. The job sheet Number is[protected] dated 19.06.2015 and no information is received so far from them. IMEI No.[protected] and [protected]. My mobile number is [protected] and alternately you can contact my brother Girish babu N in his number [protected]. On contacting the toll free number for micromax service they says that no information regarding the complaint within their database. The service centre at Vadakara still says that the the item lies with the factory. Kindly do the needful to get the item returned after service at the earliest.

                                        I(Samyak jain) submitted my mobile (Micromax canvas A120) on 27th June 2015 at the official service centre at laxmi nagar (near Maharaja Banquet hall) as phone was having some issues after it was repaired at the same service centre for which they charged Rs 2000/- even when the mobile was in warranty(purchased on Feb 5 2015) . I received the phone on 25th July 2015 and it was not repaired, when pointed out its faults the service centre asked to submit the phone for another 5-7 days. Even after paying Rs 2000/- while the phone was in warranty, service centre has damaged my phone to such extent that they are not able to repair it and also they don't concerned about the problems I am facing.
