DEAR SIR, Myself Pratim Kr. Mondal From Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal. My phone Micromax Canvas Gold (A300), had been went wrong from 6/6/2015. So i gave it to micromax care at balurghat branch. But till now i did not get my phine, every time they are said that the repairing is under process. Many time i was called them but all time they give me a due date, but in the due date they refuse me, and again give date, so i was so worried about my phone. The service of this so bad. 2 month is goes but, they can not give me any positive result.

    Sir, I purchased a Micromax canvas A111 having IMEI 1 : [protected] & IMEI 2 : [protected] in Dec 14. Since then the set is having problems like-area around back camera getting heated, set getting hanged. Gave it to service center in patna.Center returned it after one month.Problem is still unresolved.I am fed up wiyh this set.Unable to know what to do.Kindly help.

      We have Micromax S 300 bolt model with us in warranty period.Within three months charging problem started.Phone was not charging.We submitted handset for repair in Pune Mitramandal Chowk authorized service center.Very hard rush after four hours we discussed the problem they kept handset fro three days for repair.Charging problem solved.
      This is duel sim model, but second sim not detected / not active new problem arrived.
      We called again to submit handset for repair.

        i brought micromax canvas night from nokiya top 10 on jan 2015 from goregaon near by station with in a year twice i visited to Dadar service center along with complain that my phone battery is not charged properly .

        but still i am not getting my phone i would like to say about yur brand is really very bad brand and very poor services

        i am never recommanded your brand to my friends

          I have Micromax unite 2 A106 on buyed on data of 01/12/2014 on June 24/06/2015 I have updated on my own to lollipop version but I didn't know that it will fill all my RAM I could not able to use whatsapp so I have searched for Micromax service center and it was located near

          It was near to my home but we could not find service center my brother call for proper address but they were giving wrong address and taking some help from public finally reached while entering we took warranty after taking it took around 45 minutes after we entering I don't know her name she was telling that it was my fault for update it's ok I asked for put Kit Kat version and they were telling it can not downgrade software into Kit Kat version ones it is updated they were not giving proper answer and she is not telling solution also after around 15min she was telling that unite 2 is problem phone I was shocked listening to her words and she was telling I need to use same whaT I updated lollipop version without using any facebook are WhatsApp like basic phone ..

          So I took my phone and about leave the service from inside one guy came outside and telling me that he Can repair my Micromax unite 2 and he was one of staff worker

          And I was suprise hearing that voice but he was demanding for 800rs for changing OS that I told OK he can do it's not about money but I asked he can do but I told I need bill for changing OS but he was telling me that he can not give bill ...how can repaired phone doing repair without bill I told to them then what is value of having warrenty and what is difference betwen outside mobile shop and service center what is having of service center when asking for money having warrenty ..and I took my phone from there and give my phone to mobile shop he took 250rs to change OS now my is Good but warranty I repaired outside guys...


          Please sir take some action on this service center it is creating bad impression on Micromax from this kind of people

            My name is Hareram A Gupta, I had problem with my Micromax Mobile A350 that the out going voice Mic was not working. I submitted my mobile to Micromax authorised service centre within warranty for repair on 11/07/2015. Till today my handset is not yet repaired. My Job sheet no is W[protected]. The service centre demanded 20 days, and they have passed till then they have not completed the work. What Kind of service are they providing??                 sir plz mera mobile jo a290 hai jabse maine liya hai tabhi se kharab ho rha hai bar bar restart ho jata hai sir mein bahut pareshaan . aapke srvice centr mein is mobile ko kayi baar le gaya hun wo kehte hai company se baat karo hum nahi kar skte jisme ki mera mobile poore 28 dino tak unhone apne paas rakkha tha lekin fir bhi wahi probllem hai
                same mere sath phle set me charging issue tha...50 din baad nya mobile diya wo 3 din huye aaj restart huye ja rha h..aur 50 din ki wjh se warranty se bahar ho gya

                  I had purchased canvas spark q380 on June 13. When I connect data on my mobile is heat always battary down within 3 hrs. What I will do pls suggestsuggest, I suggest from customer care they told tot me no problem. I have save call record. Pls change my mobile give me new. otherwise I will go to consumer court very soon.

                    Hi, My name is Sonal Desai(Mumbai). I took Micromax Canvas Knight in the month of Feb 2015, initially it was good but after a month i started facing issues like the device used to get heat up n hang too several times. Finally in the month of June the mobile stopped working. I gave it to my mobile wala and he gave it to the nearest service center later on I got to know the Mother Board of the device has been damaged. I gave it for repairing on 10th June 2015 and i was told to expect my device within a month or max to max a month and 15 days. I waited for the response and finally called up the service center on 15th Jul 2015 but the service center executive were not interested even to answer my question properly some how they told the status of device is showing as pending and I need to call up Delhi my device was sent their for repairing. At that very moment i called the number provided, upon which they agreed to repair and return my device within 15 days which comes to 30th Jul 2015. Further they mentioned as soon as the device is repaired you will receive a call from the service centre itself. Finally the day arrived i.e. 30th Jul 2015. I placed a call to service centre, and got to hear the same old status as pending. Later on I called Delhi service centre upon which I got to know their system upgradation was going so they asked me to call back after couple of hours. I didn't call that day but I called up again on 31st Jul 2015 and same answer was given of system being getting updated, further the executive took my job sheet number and told it will take more 15 days, and somehow I was not convinced with the answer. I doubt does it really take a whole day for getting system being upgraded ?? I believe Micromax is being least bother to give services to their customers. I will never ever suggest anyone to buy Micromax device, after what I have face with you guys. After listening to problems faced by me, I believe you guys should atleast have some courtesy and little bit your responsibility too to arrange my device as soon as possible. Awaiting your response.                       I am also in same situation.

                      it is more than a month and still it is not serviced.


                      Service center (S3 Communincations) in Bangalore, they are giving sarcastic answers like it is in Head office, what we can do.


                      I have posted my concern on FB page twice and getting an answer raise your complaint on Micromax website, i've did that too.


                      Emailed Micromax no response yet.


                      Trying to understand what is causing the delay.
                      I think Micromax is releasing Phones without proper service equipments and motherboard stock.Mine was reported as Motherboard issue in 6 months and not sure why it is taking a month to just replace the mother board.
                      Either they don't have replacement motherboard and too many phones for same issue.


                      I am IRRITATED...ANNOYED...FRUSTRATED by their service, customer care.


                      I was thinking on lines of buying Micromax TV, after experiencing this kind of treatment, i can't even think of it.


                      This is going to be my last association with MICROMAX.


                      Thanks for ditching your customer to the core...MICROMAX.


                      Atlease please return my phone as it is...I can think of other options instead of calling you everyday thinking that i will get my phone.


                      Please return my money or return my phone.


                      I f i am not going to get a response will be filing a case.

                        my mobile phone on 13th july -16th july got many problem like it got switch off automatic 10 or 12 times in a day and then go your service center and see the fault pf phone and give us on 20th july but the problem was same and then they say that your mobile phone will get back after one month so plesegiveany standby or phone phone replace or reparired quickly.

                          i am naveen from paramakudi i bought micromax canvas knight a350 last year September my mobile went wrong i didn't charge while i charged my mobile. so this july 13 i gave my mobile to local service center. they took long time an they can't service it properly so they said they need to send the mobile to company an it will almost take 45 days to service that mobile. and they said that it will not be claimed under warranty.
                          so i brought my mobile back from them at 29th july. and i myself send a complaint to them that day itself but there was no necessary action taken regarding my complaint.
                          i got the refrence ticket no from the auto generated system email the reference id is 15767.

                                Dear Sir / Madam, I have a Micromax A106 model purchased on 22 August, 2014. Its warranty will expire on 22 August, 2015. I had visited to Micromax care, M/s Verma Enterprises Hansi and opened a job sheet on 27/07/2015 having Bar Code *N[protected]* on Job sheet regarding problem of "Range not coming in Handset". They told me that It might be sent to Company for repair as the problem is not solved at their end. As I have registered the complaint within the warranty period its depend on them that how much time they will take to solve it. It means it should be covered under warranty. If the process of repairing takes time period after of 22 August, 2015 then I want to know that the repairing will be covered under warranty or I may have to pay for that repairs.                                   I bought the set on 14/04/2015 and since then i am continuously getting problem with the set. I lodged complaint to service centre on 18/07/2015 but not got any responce till now. There is some manufacturing defect in the set so kindly refund the amount Rs 7700.
