I have purchased Aguabot 5.0 in October 2016. Pl find the attached invoice copy.

Recently, I was out of station for few weeks and when I tried using it, the robot was not working and not charging also.

I complained on your web site in the month of May 2018. One Mr. Prakash called up from Bengaluru and advised me to directly charge the machine. I tried and told him that it was not charging.

He informed me that he will visit or send someone to check the machine. NO ONE TURNED UP.

I called Mr. Prakash several times and he promised to do something every time. He never returned the calls as promised. When I called him again, he told me that battery would have gone bad as it was not charged /used for some time.

He said I have to buy new battery . I told him that during the Demo, I was not told that we have to keep the robot charged all the time and use it all the time and if not used / charged for more than 1-2 weeks, battery will die.

It was also not mentioned in the Manual about this. Hence I am not responsible for this. The company should take responsibility and provide it free of cost. He refused to help in this matter.

I called customer care on 13.8.2018 and talked to Mr. Sunil Yadav regarding the problem. He promised that he will speak to Mr. Prakash and respond to me in 24 hrs.

He did not bother to call me again. So I called him on 20.8.18 and he repeated that I have to buy the battery. As there was no positive response, I called Mr. Sukanto Das, Manager, Customer service on 20.8.2018.

He said as battery warranty is only for 6 months, it is not possible to replace it free of cost. He has no reply regarding why the company did not give this information about keeping robot charged continuously in DEMO nor why it was not mentioned in Manual.

He said the robot is to be tested to know the problem exactly. I am not sure why after two months of raising complaint on your website and talking to so many people, someone is talking of checking the machine now!

Mr. Das was very rude and did not even allow me to give my version. He went on talking non stop as to why no one can help me in this regard.

This is not expected of a new technology company expecting loyalty from customers. I consider myself foolish having not only purchased from you but also for recommending to two of my relatives who bought robots from you.

I have mailed the above complaint to [protected]@milagrow.in. Not getting any response /acknowledgement.
I DEMAND PROPER RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY.

Dear Sir, You bought the product in Oct 2016. Battery warranty is 6 months. You complained about the battery after 22 months. Yet we gave the battery at our cost i.e Rs 3000 which you have refused. We can not offer you below our cost. Kindly accept the same and remove this unfair review. We are committed to providing good service to you.
Hi...my black at 3 is charging but when I take it out of the charging station...no light us on...like it goes dead...

    Purchased imap from milagrow on sep 18 2017. Imap is their most expensive product to-date. They claim in their web site that it draws 3d map; when battery down, goes home (Recharging station), recharges, then resumes from where it left cleaning.

    My imap does not draw 3d map; 7 times out of 10 does not find home to recharge and just wanders around until battery dies; and has to-date never resumed cleaning even after it does recharge.

    Milagrow failed to fix the product, blamed me for not learning how to use it even though using it is a matter of pressing one button on the remote supplied with the product. Milagrow refused to refund full amount since product, they said, has been used.

    Since feb 19 2018, the matter is in consumer court. Milagrow has until mar 27 to reply.

    The customer bought the machine after taking proper demonstration of the machine in Sept 2017. Thereafter the customer refused to use the machine in the way it was supposed to be used with mobile app. He refused to learn the product and we had to send our engineers to his home multiple times who waited patiently and answered all his queries. The product was functioning perfectly but the customer then started to do nit picking by creating scenarios by giving partial information. All his queries and emails were replied to.

    On Nov 18th, tired of his approach and attitude, we wrote to the customer to return the product and take a fair value of the product. The customer refused to return back the product and went to various consumer forums. We have been replying to the customer and these forums. His intention is to malign the company image and harm its reputation by putting comments everywhere.

    He has done a consumer forum case in Gurgaon which will come up in the last week of March 2018. We will reply to him there as well. We are willing to let go of such a customer because not all customers are right and even those who are right may not be right all the time in judging a company and its actions. We have hundreds of satisfied customers for our mapping robot.

    We are even today open to give him the refund at a fair market value and when we say fair value it does not mean very meagre value. He must understand that he has to return the product and the accessories before the value can be judged. He does not stay very far from the office where he had come to take the demo before purchasing.

    Our best wishes to him for his life. Even today we replied to him on a mail upholding his right to fight for his interests and freedom of choice.

    Milagrow doesn't understand that after spending Rs 62, 000 I will be very happy if the product performs as advertised and I never again have to go back to Milagrow.

    I am a retired engineer from USA, where such products were born, and I was using one for several years.

    To use it, Milagrow supplies a remote which has only two buttons. See image. According to Milagrow, only one button needs to be pressed, the one doesn't have the home icon, and they claim it'll do the rest. When Milagrow says I don't know how to use the product, what they are essentially saying is that I don't know how to press one button.

    For some reason, Milagrow instead insists on me using an app. The app produces a log. When I used the app and provided the log to Milagrow showing that the product was not performing as advertised, Milagrow simply sent me an e-mail saying I don't know how to use the product and absconded.

    A responsible manufacturer would have listened to its customer--a customer who has spent Rs 62, 000 and is not asking for a refund but to fix the product. Prayer 1 in my complaint to the Consumer Court is precisely this: fix the product.

    If they can't or refuse to fix the product, then I want a FULL refund, not fair value, simply because the product failed to perform as advertised.

    Here's a technical nuance of this product: if you manually order it to go HOME (recharge station), it does so every time. This is what Milagrow demonstrates every time in their showroom as well as home visits.

    On its own, after battery depletes down to 15% (Milagrow number), 7 times out of 10 the product does not go HOME, wanders around aimlessly until battery dies.

    And the product has never resumed.

    A complete demonstration of the product, with battery depletion, recharge, and resume, takes 3-5 hours. Milagrow does not have the time to hang around that long.

    Here are Milagrow excuses made to me:

    1) "Power must have interrupted while recharging." That's like saying your phone won't work right if power interrupts while recharging. In any case, in my home the product is connected to a 3 kVA UPS. Milagrow engineers saw this when they visited.

    2) "The docking station must have moved." Milagrow's one engineer told me that if the docking station moves even 0.1 mm, it'll upset the product functioning. 0.1 mm is almost hair width. As an engineer, I know that this is a ridiculous tolerance for a vacuum cleaner. Nevertheless, I have a video at the above YouTube link, repeated below, showing docking station stability in my home.

    3) "Some doors closed." To shorten cycle time, I closed two of my bedrooms so that demo time shortens and Milagrow technicians don't have to hang around too long to demonstrate the repairs to me. (They tried to repair three times, unsuccessfully.) Little did I know that closing the doors, thus reducing the product's work, would also be used an excuse for the product not performing as Milagrow advertised.

      I have purchased a robotic floor cleaner (Model: black cat 7.0) from this company on 29th mar 2017. They were asking me to check the video online & book the product. I refused & insisted that i’m interested in buying but will not do so until i see for myself how the product functions in my home. Only then, meenakshi chandel agreed to arrange to have the demo done at my home.
      When the sales executive, shri. Sunil yadav came to my house, he told me that the machine cleans (Vacuums + mops simultaneously) an area of about 2000 sft on a single charge for 2 hours. I told him that my house is only 550 sft & i want to invest in this appliance because i wanted this activity to be taken care of in my absence. I asked him if the machine will work even in my absence to which he replied positively. While showing me the demo in my house, he told me that the machine will reach out to all open spaces in the house & clean (Vacuum & mop simultaneously) the floor. However, i realized that the machine does not have a specific pattern & as such, keeps cleaning the same area again & again. I pointed this out & told him that this is not a robot. A robot should be able to sense where it has cleaned & must perform the activity in a specific pattern. To which, he replied, there are higher end products which we will be launching later. However, this product will serve your purpose ma’am, he said. You only need that your house should be cleaned properly. This product will do that for you. Rest assured. I repeatedly asked him “will it cover all the open areas on its own?” he said ”don’t worry at all ma’am. The product will clean”
      I agreed & purchased the product. However, from day one, i have been telling them that the product does not clean the full home as they have promised. More than half of my house remains unclean every day. The machine does not cover all the rooms. It just keeps moving in only one area. Then they told me that i need to operate it with remote. I found this unreasonable & i asked them why they lied that it will work on its own. It just does not cover all the open areas at all. They are claiming that it cleans 2000 sft. My house is only 550 sft & more than half of my house remains unclean every day. Several times, i have called & explained my problem to them, written emails, but to no avail. Now they are telling me that the product is ok & i have to adjust. Every time, after replacing some or the other part, the machine shows some improvement in performance. I’m repeatedly asking them to check the software also once. It is possible that something is wrong there too. But they are very rude to me now. They are giving one or the other reason but refuse to look into my core complaint.
      Sir, these people very well know that what i am telling them is correct. Mr. Samarth had called me only after i lodged a complaint with nch (Complaint # 271748 dated 17th may 2017). He spoke very sweetly for close to 1½ hours & agreed that the machine must not function that way – i. E. It must reach out to all open spaces. He said “there is some problem ma’am. We will look into it. Please give us some time.” during the conversation, he told me that product is not actually a robot. I clearly asked him why he is telling me these things after selling the product to me as a robotic floor cleaner. Going by this, i maintain sir, that this product should not called robotic. I had explained my requirements very clearly to them. However, i was told that black cat 7.0 is the best product that would suit my requirement. I trusted that & i purchased the product. But this is totally a crap product. Even mr. Samarth told me the same thing & said he would surely look into my concern & resolve the problem for me. However, he has wasted 6 months but has done nothing to solve this core issue – the machine does not clean the entire area.
      Within hardly 2 months, the brush part totally broke away. I sued the 2nd spare brush that was provided with the machine. It happened again within 2 months. Then they replaced it for me & sunil ji told me that the quality of the brush they used now is what they used for higher end models. That brings a question to my mind sirs… does this mean that this machine has substandard spare parts & accessories? Accessories like brush, etc. Should never be compromised in any model. Every 2-3 months, this brush just breaks off. And it costs ₹300/- plus to buy this. Now, after the 2nd replacement, thankfully, till date, there seems to be no problem with the brush breaking off, etc.
      Anyways, this did not still solve the core concern & i kept communicating this to the company – via emails & phone calls. A few days later, there was a problem in the docking station. This, sunil ji himself found out & he replaced that for me. Then there was some improvement in the auto docking feature (Which was not at all happening earlier). Then, i requested them several times to check the product for its core functioning, which i had told them, was grossly wrong. They have just adamantly refused to check the same. Or, they would just say, “ma’am, there’s nothing wrong with the product.” until 3rd feb 2018, nobody from the technical team visited my house to verify the truth in my repeated complaints. On 3rd feb when mr. Shahbaz came home, he saw that the machine just does not go to all the open areas. I asked him to tell the company. Then too mr. Samarth is adamant & he refuses to check the machine. Without visiting my house even once, he sits in delhi / gurugram & claims that there’s a problem in my house. This is annoying.
      Again, in oct 2017, they took the whole machine to their office & assured me that they would thoroughly check the same & resolve all my concerns. I cooperated & patiently waited for them to return the machine to me. When it came back, it worked for 15 days & the wheel got jammed. Sunil ji, came, checked, immediately replaced the wheel & got it working. Still, the core complaint remained. I told them again. And then, barely within a week, the wheel got jammed again & for about 2 months the machine remained nonfunctional. I could not immediately get back to them as i had to cater to my mother, who had undergone a knee surgery & was living with me. Around last week of jan 2018, i once again wrote to milagrow, demanding a permanent solution to this problem. Then, mr. Shahbaz, their technical engineer visited my home & collected the machine from me on 3rd feb 2018. He again checked the circuit, etc., replaced the wheel again & returned the machine to me the following week. Again, the core concern has not been resolved.
      In the light of all this sir, i maintain that this product is faulty. The software is grossly wrong. This is not robotic in any sense of the word. The machine is not built intelligently at all. Moreover, after telling them my purpose of investing in this & my precise requirements, they have sold the wrong product to me & now they are blaming me & saying that i should have purchased another product. I maintain that if they had advised me correctly, after understanding my requirement, then i would have thought properly & would have either bought a suitable product, or would not have bought this at all. Now, my money is wasted & my purpose is not fulfilled. This wastes a lot of my time every day as the machine does not work without my intervention. It is obligatory for milagrow to redress my grievance & refund my money,
      Every time they will only send the sales executive to my house. Even now, they are saying the same thing. I refused to allow that as it is just their gimmick to avoid the core issue & a major waste of time for me. This time, i once again want to raise this issue with yourselves, sirs. However, i do not wish to write to them again now. Please intervene strongly this time & make these crooks own up their mistake.
      Sir, i have asked for refund of my money because, very clearly, these people have cheated me. They are refusing to refund my money. I have spent close to inr 25000/-. This is my hard earned money. I want my money back. Please help me. They have wasted 10 months of my time. The first time some responsible person spoke to me was after i lodged my complaint with national consumer helpline (Goi). He only spoke sweetly but has not done anything to solve my main problem.
      I also gave them another option – to buy back this model & suggest me a model that would properly suit my requirement. They are refusing that also. They are asking me to separately buy that product. Ideally, after causing so much harassment to a customer, they should be replacing this product (With the appropriate model) for me at no extra cost. They have wrongly sold this to me with promises that it would work. And now, when i’m telling them so many times that it doesn’t work as promised, they just refuse to look into the matter.
      They claim that the product cleans 2000 sqft area on a single charge for 2 hours. Sir, my house is just 550 sqft & even that is half cleaned every day!!! This is not acceptable under any circumstances.
      Sir, the efficiency of such products should not be decided on how it works in a completely open area. It should be tested in homes like mine. All their claims on this product are false. I would also like to ask for a ban on this product. They tell me that no one in the world has complained. Does that mean sir, that i should also not complain? If something is not working for me, i will complain. Today i know why these companies refuse to show a demo in the customer’s house. It must be made mandatory for all companies dealing in these products, to show a demo in the customer’s house & not online, or, in their showrooms.
      Plus, now, the machine works only for 1 hour. All these problems i have repeatedly told the company. They are very slyly avoiding the core issue. Please help me get my money back (With interest) from these crooks. Now, i’m unable to trust them for anything. Also, i do not believe that they are really interested in solving my problem. They are just covering themselves up, knowing fully well that they have sold a wrong product to me.
      Therefore, i earnestly request you sirs, please intervene & help me get my hard earned money back. Also, i request that this product should not be sold in the market at all henceforth. It is totally crap & none of their claims in regard of this product is true. He accepts that it is not a robot but has sold it to me as a robot. This is wrong. How many more customers would these people have duped like this? And they shamelessly tell me that i should not complain but adjust to the product!!! One does not pay ₹23, 992/- to adjust!!! It is expected that the product works as promised. If what they have promised is not delivered, they should have the integrity to:
      1) monitor the product functioning for a specific period of time & determine the root cause of malfunctioning.
      2) return the money.
      3) replace he product with a suitable model at no extra cost.
      They are not doing any of the above & are telling me to adjust!!! This is ridiculous & i refuse to adjust to the daily nonsense created by this crap product that they have sold to me.
      Sir, i too had been researching these products for quite some time (Close to 2 years) before i decided to buy from milagrow. Now, i feel hurt & saddened with their approach. Both sunil ji, (Their sales executive) and mr. Shahbaz (Their technical engineer), have appreciated the way i’m maintaining the machine. I’m doing all they have told to take good care of the machine.

      Dear Ma'am, You purchased the machine on 29th March 2017. You bought a machine which is not a live mapping machine like the Milagrow iMap costing Rs 62000. You bought the BlackCat Machine for Rs 24000 approx which does its job perfectly fine as per the specifications. With a little help from humans with remote and the placement of virtual wall it moves from one room to another and is able to do upto 3500 Sqft. You want the functions of a live mapping machine which costs Rs62000 approx in a machine costing Rs24000 Rs., where the machine is able to do full cleaning all by itself and without dependence of IR Sensors. You have been offered all the options. We have visited your homes more than 11 times and also replied to every call and mail with patience. If you do not want a fair solution, we find ourselves helpless to solve your issue. Regards
      Purchased IMAP from Milagrow on Sep 18 2017. Does not draw 3D map; 7 times out of 10 does not find HOME to recharge and just wanders around until battery dies; and has to-date never resumed cleaning after re-charging when it does find HOME. The matter is now in consumer court.

        Please approach the service centre at +[protected]. We will try and repair the tablet if its repairable after the breakage. Your machine and the repair type are out of warranty. Regards
        I have purchased the aquaboat cashmere 7.0 in March 2018, till then the product is giving problems and when I complain to company the either refuse to service it or reply me that you are using derogatory language. They are not providing the service as the product is still in warranty.

          I have forgotten pattern lock & due to to many attempts its showing to sign up & google Accounts & then reset password will be sent to you but i am not having any google account so while trying to Factory reset option by using On & off Button pressing + Volume Down button then Languages coming which is not understandable on screen showing 10 menus but we required to understand this language only in engllish so help on the same my contact no [protected]

          Now i have resolved Milagrow tablet problem by giving money to shop keeper to setup software again & then i have received call from Call center & then they are given all details how to resolve this Problem Now My problem is resolved time being because Software re setup from shop keeper but i can able to use it in future if such case comes Thanking You for Consumer Complaints forum system & Also Milagrow tablet Customer support team

          Excess water flows from the water tank of blackcat 7 leaving mobbing marks, it was complained to the service engineer mr prakash several times till date he is not attended, also need servicing.

            The product Redhawk 3 was giving problems. I got it replaced and within one month it has stopped working again. They have shortage of staff so everytime it has to get picked up by a courier company. The courier company does not service some locations so they are asking the customer to provide alternate address. The claim that the product is excellent for pet hair does not hold good. Already the product has stopped functioning because of pet hair getting jammed four times in a span of 5 months. Customer Service is pathetic.

              I purchased "Milagrow black cat 2.0 Robotic vaccume cleaner" through Ebay on 16th Jan 2015 paying 18000 rs : PaisaPay ID:[protected], i received cracked product on 25th jan 2015 & same day i opened claim mentioning i have got cracked product, claim id 853457. I attached pictures and requested ebay to refund my money, however neither seller nor ebay is refunding my money. I called ebay 6 times, however they have closed claim without providing refund. Seller without seeing the product said its not crack, its bubbles.On physical verification it was proven that it was crack. However Seller has stated that all milagrow products are machine tested and its common to have cracks, and is insisting that we should use the cracked product. On complaining to Ebay, sent us email saying reverse pick up is initiated. Ebay has mentioned to go to nearest fedex and ask us to hand over the courier.i went to the Fedex office at new tippasandra. Fedex (MR Gopinath) mentioned, AWB number is not same as reverse pick up number and they need reverse pick number in order to continue further.i called ebay at 7 :15pm on 3rd feb however no one answered the call.I replied to ebay asking them to give me reverse pick up number. after making several calls, now ebay is saying for product weighing more than 3 kg, they will not arrange for reverse courier, we have to handle it ourselves, this is not mentioned in ebay websie. Also they have closed claim saying i have not submitted proof of bills and hence any other communication should be directly taken with seller. Now neither ebay nor milagro is co-operating and refunding the money.

The snaps which you shared with us clearly show that the so called scratches are the air-bubbles in the protective plastic layer over the top cover of the robot. Even then, upon your insistence we still arranged for a home visit. Our executive proved to you that they in fact were the air bubbles. Yet you refused to get the plastic cover removed fully. Like one removes the plastic seat covers of a new car this plastic cover is also to be removed while operating the robot. There was/is no fault with the working of the product. You have a 2 year warranty on the product and can reach us anytime you need us. Thanks [protected]@milagrow.in

                I brought a tablet pc from online market which is a brand of MILAGROW after 2 months the battery was damage, so I had sent the product for replacement of battery with 1 year warranty invoice to Milagrow Business & Solution (P) Ltd. at Gurgaon - 122016 on 22 sept 2014. After repaired they had sent the product on 29 september 2014 to my address Dibrugarh - 786001 (Assam) by India Post (http://www.indiapost.gov.in). They sent me a tracking/consignment number by email but whenever I checked that tracking number there is showing "Not available" on the the official site of INDIA POST OFFICE. But when I call to Milagrow company customer care they said "your product already has been sent to your address via speed post" and told me that "but there is some technical problem thats why tracking number didn't updated yet". But today 3 weeks gone I didn't recieved my product and after 1 more week it will be 1 month. Realy what a slowest service by India Post Office never seen like this service. I already submitted a complaint on 5 october 2014, but still now pending no information available.                   THE GLASS OF MILAGROW TABTOP MGPTO7- 4B PURCHASED IN AUGUST 2013 HAS CRACKED ON ITS OWN! MILAGROW SERVICE CENTER IS VERY BAD, MY CRACKED GLASS THAT WAS NOT DONE BY ME, THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY RS.2300/- for REPLACING IT. THAT IS HALF OF THE TABLET'S PRICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ARROGANT AND SHAMELESS, THEY ARE CHEATS! THE TABLET IS COMING WITH ONE YEAR WARRANTY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES ARE SHAMELESSLY SAYING THAT MORE THAN 3 MONTHS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THEY ARE ALSO ACCUSING ME OF DOING THE DAMAGE. THE TABLET IS WORKING FINE BUT ITS THE GLASS PANEL THAT HAS GOT THE CRACKS. EXTREMELY ARROGANT, CON AND SHAMELESS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.                     Hi, I am Suresh Babu from Chennai had an issue (power socket loose (dry solder), otherwise it was working perfectly when I charge it through my USB) with my Milagrow MGPT09 tab. I called the store (Landmark) from where I purchased and got the local service center contact details. I did contacted that number and I was routed through many Milagrow staffs including a guy named Acharya, finally I got a number to a pickup person from Milagrow named Pikash. Pikash came to my home and picked it up on 15-Oct-2013, saying it requires soldering to the power socket and he will get it soldered and return it to me in 2 days. I never heard back from him or from a Milagrow service center for a week. When I called Pikash he said that he had sent the Tab to the Gurgaon office to get it fixed. Not sure why the Chennai office cannot fix a soldering issue. So I waited for 3 more days and called Pikash for the status, he was reluctant to provide any more details as his job is over after picking it from the customer site and shipped to Gurgaon office. After few arguments, he finally agreed to provide Gurgaon office contact details and a name (Pragati Agrawal) to reach out for status. I have been reaching out to her for the past 3 days now (2 weeks from the day it was picked up from my home) and she is least bothered to provide any status. She did not care for the customers. 1st day she said it was fixed and it is under testing. 2nd day when I called her she could not even remember the lie that she said to me on the first day and she came up with an other story that they are waiting for a spare to get it fixed. That's when I really gone mad as I my self is a technician and it was a small issue which could have been resolved by a soldering but this lady either don't know the real status of the Tab and coming up with stories or she wants to make money by telling that they require spares to get this Tab working. Finally after few arguments, she agreed that she will fix it and ship it today, which I don't have the confidence that it will happen based on her lousy customer support and her attitude. Note: For Milagrow Management, please wake up, I know you are trying hard to give the best customer support by picking up the product from home and ship it back after fixing, it sound too good but your staffs doesn't have your vision. They (Pragati Agrawal, Pikash Sarkar) are literally spoiling your product name by not treating the customers well, too much attitude and communication issues. Kindly expedite this and help me get the Tab in the next 2 days. Regards, Suresh

                    MILAGROW SEEMS TO BE SHAMELESS AS WELL.
                    My milagrow also waste plz help me sir im chennai always boot my tab even open apps means report error sir plz help me sir
                    Sir/Madam all the cases were successfully rectified. I am sorry for the delay which occurred. Now we have stopped otsourcing our service.

                      I send some communication details which is written by me and by company side which is helpful to understanding matter, related to unsatisfied service by company and also cheat me, during service period, i send my dead product to company's service center, where company's service center return me a broken product and also cheat me when i send my product to them further details r downward which is communication details between us. On Tue, 30 oct 2013 This is to inform you that as you told me that u have battery problem, i ssend u image of tab, ki kya haalat ki hai service center walo ne is tab ki, tab ko kholne me Tab ki haalat kharab kar di or bahana banate hai ki battery prblem hai, kya aapne khud dekha tha ki tab kholne me tab ko nuksan pahuchaya gaya hai, ab ye batao ki avi to pura tab garranty me hai aur iska ye haal kiya hai service center par, log kaise faith karegay. mai kuch image send kar raha hu tab ki jo haalat ki hai iska. Agar aap log ye soch kar khus ho rahay hogay ki maine tab waapas kar kar apna picha(Tainsion)chura liya hai to khus hone ki jarurat nahi hai, its so heart to me that aap log apni galti ko chupane ka bahana khojte rahay hai, aur last me battery ka bahana banaya. Agar mai Milagrow ka roaj ke hisab se ek v consumer ko disagree kar saka to isme meri khusi hogi. After all how can anyone faith on u'r company and service center. I must be speak about this cheat regular and also make all possible decisions & legal help. The product is in under guaranty/ warranty period.                           I PURCHASED THE MILAGROW TABLET 7" FROM MILAGROW HUMANTECH IN MARCH 2013. BUT NO 2G/3G DONGLE WORKING ON THAT. AS THEY GIVE THE LIST OF DONGLES. I HAVE PURCHASED THREE DONGLES AS PER LIST BUT NO ONE IS WORKING. ONE WAS PURCHASED ON THEIR RECOMENDATION FROM EBAY.IN. I ALSO SEND THE TABLET TO THEIR SERVICE CENTRE AT GURGAON. BUT WITHOUT GAVE ANY REPLY TO ME THEY SEND THE TABLET BACK AFTER THREE DAYS. WHEN I CALL THEM TO ASK THEY DIDN'T GIVE ANY SATISFACTORY REPLY. THEIR SERVICE AFTER SALE IS VERY BAD. WHEN I ASK THEM TO RETURN THE PRODUCT THEY TOLD THAT MINIMUM RS.1000/- WILL BE DEDUCTED.

                          I agree with you, PRAGATI AGARWAL AND HER BOSS HAS BEEN EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE, CON AND SHAMELESS REGARDING THE AFTER SERVICE OF MILAGROW TAB TOP MGPTO7-4GB IN MY CASE, IT IS COMING UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

                            I had bought the tablet of Milagrow on 14 November 2012 from Reliance Digital Karkarduma. But, it was not working properly only after 15 days of purchasing. I went to Service Center 4-5 times but it is not working properly till now. Now they are not listening my problem.So, i want that they fix my problem in a serious manner as early as possible as I am a college student and I have no time to go to service center in every week. Please help me by taking action against them. I will be thankful to you.

                              I bought a Milagrow tablet on this diwali. after a month usage its internal memory got fried up and i had to give it for repair. Intarvo technologies is in collaboration with Milagrow that provide support to Milagrow customer. i submitted my handset on 22 December 2012. they were unable to repair it so on 28th december i was told that they wil be shipping it to Gurgaon for repair. on 2nd january i called gurgaon center and talked with Subash. he said they will receive it on 7th Janaury 2013 and they will repair it and give it back on 11th January. we both agreed on refund if they were not able to deliver on or before 11th Jan. it was a commitment. on 11th i called them and they said they have yet to obtain it from courier. next day they called me and asked actual problem. again Subash commited that i wil receive it on monday 14th Jan. i called them today thrice and they still are not providing any feedback.

                              its going to be a month and i have not recieved my Tablet. i have mailed them twice but there is no response and no acknowledgment. there is no esclation matrix and ultimately customer suffers

                              Please do not buy any product of this company. there is no service at all. they are hesitant to update on progress. i want to get my money back.

                              my table is registered with them in name on imran nawaz. model is 7.4

                              Very disgusting customer service from milagrow also the products are very cheap in quality...i recommend NOT to buy this product...
                              Even the customer care rep are very rude ...it seems that they are very under paid or they do not habe basic training of courtesy...dont ever biy a milagrow product...
