This is the 4th or 5th time that i am following up with my order, below are the details of the order and i have not received both the orders yet one of the orders says that it is already been shipped but i said i have not received any can you please look into this asap and get my orders shipped because it has been more than four months. Below are the order details please check and respond to this right away. This is pathetic how online portal like this can cheat people and thete has bren no response till date

It has been above month since i last placed an order at miracas, and after days of tracking, finally on date 30 oct, the tracking record says, held at delhi, for custom clearancce, and the status has not been changed until then.
Its about time, i received the product.
If its not to be delivered, i want full refund.
The estimated date of delivery has exceeded, and the product has never been delivered and there is no sign tracking records either...

I have multiple problems while purchasing from your online store.
1) my past 4 orders are not getting delivered, every time they get canceled from your side - i reached my relationship manager and your customer care/support multiple time but no reply from your side - this is very disappointing
2) as a refund of above-canceled orders i got some vouchers from your side (Around 2400 rs in total) - but with a new version of your site/android app the voucher is not listed - i can't use that credit. - also, the wallet balance shown is just 1500 which is not true.
I was a very happy customer of miracas from start but now i started losing faith with you. - pl. Do needful so that i can make purchases in future. You can reach out to me at revagade. [protected]@gmail.com

Order 169162 placed on 13/11/2018 has not been delivered. It is now been an year since I first placed my order. Order was not delivered and money was credited as miracas points in my account.So I was forced to order from same site but repeatedly order was not delivered.Everytime they give the same statement "delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances at customs", then after a month they refund the money as miracas points in my account which is useless as they never deliver the product. I again tried placing my order on 13/11/2018 but same thing has happened yet again . Either deliver the product or refund money in my bank account.

@miracas it is very infuriating that we have to use 3rd party complaint sites to reach up to you. Your email is bot controlled and customer care number is non-functional. It is very saddening and i still got no trace as to where my order is now at present. I have left you tons of messages but there is no reply.
Please take appropriate actions on all the above-mentioned problems in an appropriate manner.

I placed an order of 2 items worth rs 1782 with miracas international on 5-oct-2018.its a prepaid order and till now i have not received any update on it.Even there customer care is not responding.transaction id is Transaction ID: dcca6fd930cd2731a1ce.Order Date:[protected]:53:00.There is no response from their messenger service of their email address.I want my money back if they cannot deliver my order.

I have been trying to place an order using points in wallet but i am not able to use them, kindly refund the amount to my account. I have tried reaching customer since a lot of times but the number is related to miracas it seemed to be deactivated. I have read the other complaints and seeing that i don't want to place any order using those points, i would like a refund to my bank account which i will provide if they contact me.

I complained about this a couple of times. There is no response from miracas.com, i have not recieved my order yet. Even i not able to track my order. So refund my money

I am an old customer of Miracus since last two years, i ordered few items but not delivered twice so the money reflected in my wallet. now only 1500 is reflecting in my wallet and i had 4700 INR in wallet earlier. kindly revert my money or i will approach to consumer forum. my last ordered was in November 2017 after that i tried twice but items never delivered.

I ordered smart slim fit single buttoned blazer - 8820, order #68510 on oct 22, 2018. Now i not able to track my order. Your customer care service is very poor. Your customer care no never works. It always goes busy. I have tried hundreds of times but i received the same answer. There is no system to track my order. I can not find that where is my order traveling and in how much time i can received my goods.

I had placed an order around february 2018, one of the products got delivered and rest got cancelled and the balance amount was shown under "wallet balance". Again in august 2018 i placed an order, while making final payment the amount under wallet balance got deducted from the total bill to be paid. I kept tracking my order, which said that the order has been delayed due to customs check in delhi airport. However i kept tracking my order and also messaged them. But due to my horror a few days back when i logged in to miracas through my fb account and clicked on my orders, nothing was there on display. I immediately dropped a message to the customer care, but have not yet received a reply. I even tried their customer care number [protected], but it never gets answered. What is more surprising is, when i logged in, it said "you seem to be a new customer, you can message us for any query:. But then wallet balance shows rs.1500/- under it. My grievances are following:
1. Why the amount i. R. Of products not delivered credited to the bank account and reflects under wallet balance.
2. I would like to get refund of my products not delivered
3. Why am i not able to view my order history and status.

I purchased stuff from miracas international on june 18, 2018 and till now i haven't received my order. Tried reaching them through online chat service, email which they provided and contact detail but didn't yet received any acknolodge from them. Its really irresponsible stuff they are doing.
Do needful.
I paid money through my credit card and it was 6, 760.00 but they are not giving value for money and emotion.

I have made one order on feb 24, 2018 but order was not delivered, also they have not refunded the money to my account instead they credited to miracas wallet.
Again i made another order on july 31, 2018 but still i have not recieved yet.
All the time company make excuses that my order is pending with indian customs at the delhi international airport and after few days they will cancel my order and credit my amount to miracas wallet and which i dont want.
My question is that if a company cant clear a simple custom duty of cloth item then how come they run a company. Pls do help me

The number on the site isnt working and the complaints are not being addressed for more than 2 weeks. Really disgusted with the service. Hi, i am hilawe kinfemichael from andhra university international students hostel, last year at the end of april 2017 i paid 3000 rupees for stylish standing collar single buttoned jacket and waited for more than a month but finally the company said due to customs problem your order is cancelled you told me to order another product but i could not get the chance to order so would you please review my order so that i can order another one

I m able to give the order.. On payment page paent option is not available. From last 6 month this site resove my problem. This return my amount in wallet and i m able to transfer into in my bank amount.

This is regarding order no. Order #165567. This was placed on 06/08/18 but still i have not received any product. Earlier also i ordered order #160143 with them on 31st march 2018. But miracas did not delivered my products. Now i am loosing my patience. Ther=y are not even replying to my web messages. My amount is more than 10, 000 rupess. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
