Hello consumer, i had placed some order in miracas on 8th dec 2017, and till now, i didnt received the order and when i checked the status its always say its in yhe custom office, how come the custom will hokd the item for so long almost a month and the sad thing is i already paid, i found that this website is cheating people, we cant even contact them and they are not even inform us abt our order, so i want them to return my money as earlier as possible. I regret buying things from here..great lesson for me to trust this website..

Contact PAYTM if that is how u made the complaint. Miracas is a fake website. I just received my 2500 back after fighting for the last 6months for a refund. And that only happend coz i went to paytm and threatend them of legal consequences for partnering up with a fake website. You are never receiving you stuff. So better go get ur money back!!!

I have placed a order numbered 130003 on date 04 oct 2017. I call to customer care it says all our executives are busy call back later and sent messages as well nothing responded. It has been more than 70 days since i placed the order. I want my money back in my bank account as i dont want to shop from miracas. Please take action asap and return my money.

This is in relation to my order classic slim fit pu leather jacket - 1411a087 vide my (Order no #131452) placed on 12th of october 2017 and made an online payment of rs 2590. On[protected]:28:0. On 22/12/2017 i received the message that my order has been cancelled and the amount is being transferred to my wallet miracas account. I want them to refund my money in my union bank of india a/c. I wrote them the same providing them my account number and ifsc code of my bank but they are not responding at all they neither have any proper address in pune i wrote them twice on the address provided by them on their site but the letter came back to me whenever i make a call on the given number the online voice say's (Any time between 9 am to 6 pm) all our customer care representative are busy. Kindly find them wheather they are genuine or not.

Place a complain against miracas.com order not received... Almost 4-5 weeks ago place it for 2 shirts miracas representative not getback to me till date payment done through paytm getway & it's confirmed by pytm representatives that it's already transferred to them but i didn't received any feedback from miracas.

Please i need my money back this is just frustrating thing like you place an order for some occasions nothing confirmed after payment...

I had ordered for one red blazer on 17thoct which is not delivered, on the other hand i found rs 15oo but procedure to that amount is not clear, my order no is 132263 which was never received and if they have cancelled that order wallet money should be used, nobody answering my queries, customer care lines are always busy, i want my money back in any form or else my blazer to be delivered as soon as possible.

Amounting to rs. 2590/-
It should have been delivered by november 22,
But, it has not been delivered till now, they are claiming that its stuck in delhi customs, customer care agent is not at all responding to the call.
I want the product or full refund of my amount.

i have placed order on 4th oct (ORDER #129997 -Stylish Short Sleeves Slim OL Shirt With Streamer- QF3033). i was supposed to receive it by 26th Oct 17. still till the date i have not received my order. i tried contacting customer care number daily [protected]. call always get disconnected saying "all our custmer care executive are busy". i send them many emails on [protected]@miracas.com. I always get reply to the email as "Effective 19th of April 2016, we have moved completely to Message based support. You can drop a message about your order using the following link.http://miracas.com/ZS/messages/.You will be notified as soon as one of our agents reply back to your message". ihave dropped many msges to them. almost daily since 26th Oct. they replied that "Our customer care agent will study your concern and will get back to you soon" but nobody contacted me as yet. No reply to it. I had demanded for refund of my order.
Since yest i can see wallet balance in my account. but there is no provision how to use it or transfer that money to my account. i again tried contacting customer care dropped emails and messages. Even on their FB sites. as seeing this pathetic service ever in my life, i dont think i would purchase anything from Miracas. I want my money which is reflecting wallet back in my account. their customer service is more pathetic than their site.
I want my money back in my account urgently. otherwise i will lodge complain in consumer court.

Madam/sir,

Plz let me know wheather this on line shoppe is genuine or not i have booked a psu leather jacket on 12/10/2017 vide order no #131452 it is almost 2 month passed but they have not delivered the product. Neither they reply to any message when you made call on the given number the computer voice say all our representative are busy call again later. (Any time you call) you hear the same response.
I have send them the letter thru speed post (Miracas lifestyle pvt ltd, b1, parmar corner, diamond bakery lane, fatima nagar pune - 411040) but that letter came back to me as the given address in their site does not exist.
If possible plz look into the matter so that in future they do not fool others.

Updated by Zia Jamali I booked an psu leather jacket 1411a087 wth an order order no 131452 dated 12/10/2017 provided to me on the time i booked the order 2 months have gone but the they have not delivered the product yet and they are hardly bothered as make a number of cal and message them several time but the same has not been delivered by this fraudulent company why you all dont take any action against them only lodging the complaint against them is not sufficient. They will keep on bluffing the people and snatching their money. Plz take any genuine action against them.

Refund my money as soon as possible.
Friends don't get in to this kind of trouble, don't belive this site.
As seeeing all previous my friends complients we trusted because of your well arrenged website, and in formation you put it on website, even though we trested you, but you people cheated us...

I had initially purchased (Order no# 89820; european fashion jacquard dress - 9536) which was dress. I product was not delivered to me as it was stuck at customs. After 3 months points were refunded to my miracas account and i placed an order (Order no# 116383; luxury leather handbags - dm-005) however the product was again not delivered to me and the reason was same " product stuck at customs) the points was refunded again to my miracas account. And i placed another order (Order no# 131936; luxury leather handbags - dm0081) and the product has not been delivered to me till date. Its still with customs.

I tried contacting the customer care but they never reverted to my call/messages.

Instead of refunding amount to as miracas points. Please refund the amount to my bank account. Its really frustrating and disgusting.

I ordered a dress from miracas order no: 126072, made a payment, and the order did not get delivered. Placed the order on 16th sept, and the tracking shows the order is being shipped from hongkong and since oct 03 is undergoing custom clearance in new delhi. I visited the pune registered office address on the website only to find out from the neighboring shop that the office is shut since a year and that a lot of customers have been cheated! Well done miracas... You royally fooled an avid online shopper! Warning to all online shoppers do not get trapped or order from miracas.com, as the site still opens and looks legitimate. Only expecting a refund, my order or to warn other shoppers against this site.

No one responds on the chat system that you have instead of emails. On calls the no. Provided is always busy hence representative is available.

I purchased online three blazer from miracas international pvt ltd on nov 08-2017. They people deduct money from my bank account… now its already over a month but they didnt provide my prodcut to mee…

They only saying your order is pending with indian customs at delhi international airport due to uncontrolled circumstances.. They cheat mee.. Doing fraud with me.

Everytime i contacted customer care[protected], it says all our representive are busy try some other time, i have tried 20-24 times a day but same reply, i have sent many mail but they didnt respond to mail or messages.

I have ordered it at 6th november 2017 & miracas has updated that in 23 rd my ordered will be placed, but till now it is not placed & it is showing that your order is undergoing custom clearance in new delhi. I ordered on blazer and belt from this site on 25 Oct 2017 and order reach to
Delhi and still it under custom state from last 15 day .

They moved there customer services to message based ... multiple time I messaged them for my order status ..and called too ...but no response from three side ...

Still my order stuck in customs ...I don't know when I will receive my order ...also I did complete PAYMENT for order .

Because order not delivered so I can't cancel order as well ...

On 19.11.2017 while ordering shirts on miracas.com through net banking with paytm facility available at site, payment was debited rs. 1980 . paytm confirm me the order no is 141643x2 my paytm txn id is [protected] which is already transfered to miracas but i am not having any confirmation email or message for order to ship or money will be refund.also miracas customer care # also not working.

please help me for refund money or job delivery status otherwise i have to take another action for miracas to report FIR.

2) i tracked order on its website (http://miracas.com/tracking/) with order no. 38751 and it is saying that it is pending with delhi airport customs.
3) it has been 37 days and i still haven't received the product.
4) i raised complaint a couple of times on its website but no response received.
5) i want miracas to refund my money and compensate for such delay and negligence to complaints.
