Hi, I had purchased two products from Miracas International on 29 Dec 2017 and paid full amount of INR 3280. The orders were to be delivered by 16th Jan 2018. But since then the order status shows "Your order is undergoing custom clearance in Delhi".
I tried to contact them by email, by message but no response. I tried calling them on their number, however every time they hang up saying its the executive is busy.
There is no way to contact them. I need full refund of money or the products to be delivered immediately.

I'd placed Order on Jan1st 2018 (Order #152510). Item supposed to be delivered on Jan 17th but it says "Your order is undergoing Custom Clearance in New Delhi." I tried reaching out customer care (via Email / phone) but no response. Pathetic service from you guys and this is not at all fare. Hence I'm requesting you guys to either deliver the item OR refund my amount into my account.

Other wise I will lodge a compliant against you as well as Paytm (because it is the payment gateway that supports fraud web sites like yours).

This is regarding : Miracas Lifestyle Pvt ltd Order #155784

I paid 1791 rupees through Paytm, expected delivery date is already passed and i have not received my item, even i am unable to contact to there customer support. Today when i searched more about this site, i came to know this is a fake site. I want my money back please help me ASAP.

Estimated delivery date was 09.1.2018, since then message appears that order is undergoing custom clearance at delhi airport and will take 2-5 working days. It's been more than 20 days and still the status is same. Had sent several messages at their site but no response received. Their customer care number is always busy and soon the call gets disconnected instead of putting on hold if their executives are busy.
Kindly refund money for non delivery of my order.

I have order a blazer with order no#150469, ordered on 24th of december 2017, i already paid for this item, i haven't received, no response from the customer care as they are not picking or always busy.. Even i tried to contact through mail and facebook messenger. But there is no response. Please resolve this issue.in case unable to deliver the item at least i am looking for refund of money

I had placed the order #140116 on 12 november 2017 and still not received the jacket. Its been more than 2 months. I have sent several messages to customer care but no response. Neither no one respond on customer care number, please help for the issue. Either deliver the product or return my money. This is to inform you that i bought two products order no #147518 from miracas on 9th december 2017. On recieving the product I was not satisfied with it and returned it by courier. I got a message on 28th dec that the package had been recieved at the warehouse and the return will be initiated soon. I have not recieved the return yet and not even recieved a single message from miracas. Plz have a look at this matter and initiate the returning process if it is not done yet.

Further customer service is extremely disappointing. I am never
able to connect to the representative as the IVR always says you all representative are busy please call after sometime...

I have ordered jacket from miracas.com ORDER #149182...they didn't give me the item and standard organizations like paytm.com which have tied up for payments with fake sites ...these organizations like paytm.com have this kind of fake sites opened to fraud people and this is how they give cashbacks and all discount things...now that i have not recieved item ..they are refusing to refund...at the time of paymen they didn't show this carelessness about customers and now they are being what they are...fraudsterssss

Sir i have book my blazer on 21st september as id is 12742 which was in urgent basis but it was cancelled suddenly after one month as they can't dilever it and even they block my amount of 2300 rs so i need to book again as these time i took jacket with id is 136913 as it was book on 8th november 2017 and yet i have not received my product. As whenever i track it show from 24th november it's going custom check in new delhi and it will take only 6 days time but till date it showing same thing. Please help me out. As even their customers care people always busy i have tired since last month every alternative day to get connected but always they cut my balance and disconnect my cal by saying please call later as their customers executive is busy. As their mail id is also not working and whenever i write messege in their application app no one even reply
