i have ordered a shirt from this site and they did not even delivered my order and after making repeteadely attempts by me them failed to do so.i would say dont buy product from this site. and i am gonna file legal suit against them. anyone interested with me to file a complaint can contact me.

Hi I have placed an order on 21-Jul-2014 and my order no is :- #028487.Till now the order is not delivered. I have been trying to reach the customer care but everytime I get hunged up at the IVR only. Its been a routine for me I have been trying to reach them. They don't respond to any maile either. Basically it seems it depends on your luck if it get deivers on time or you get a respond from them. I don't know how to follow up with them . Thinking of filing a complaint with the consumer forum . And I promise myself of not going to buy anything from them that is for sure. It really sucks how they operate. Please purchase at your own risk this should be there motto.

I pre paid and ordered with them on the 23rd of May and till date no news about my product! No amount of writing to them has yielded any results and they never pick up their phone. These guys are phonies and are cheating people of their money.

This is very true they are cheating people. I only wish that if I had read the reviews about this fraudulent site before, this nightmare would not have happened to me. I ordered this product worth RS. 1700 a month ago that too was prepaid and yet, I haven't received my product. I try to call their "customer care" but they never pick up for which I had to pay! I keep wondering why the hell they don't pick up
the damn phone and why the hell I was charged when I wasn't even able to talk to them? But there I was keep trying to reach these frauds through call and e-mails but didn't get the revert once. Someone please help me!

I Paresh Laxman Jaiswal would Like to Lodge a Complaint Against A website owned Brand Called Miracas.com.I have made an online selection of a watch and made the payment online, as per the company(miracas)the delivery should be done within 10 workling days, but still the deliver is not made, and even no reply from the company via mail or telephonic, Please look in to this issue, as i think the website is fraud.

They have not given any the tracking details and not even mentioned the estimated day when I will receive my order? I tried calling them on their customer care no :[protected]. I ordered on 28th Jan 2014 and has been waiting since then to receive my products. I paid whole of the amount except for INR 190.00 which were opted as cash on delivery. When 14 days had passed I checked the status and I was advised that I need to pay the entire amount since the balance amount is causing the delay. I paid the balance INR 190.00. I called Miracas.com and they ensured order will now be dispatched. I called after 4 days and I was informed that it takes 15 working days to deliver. I waited but since today I did not receive the products ordered. 21st Feb 14 I was informed that I need to pay INR 190.00 and an email was sent to me with a link, I advised them payment has already been made. They said there was a disconnect they will try and deliver. I am tired of there pathetic customer service, the way this website deals. No calls no delivery of the products. The website should be closed and these guys should be dragged to consumer court. I have also escalated this on their facebook page but there is no way I can get my products. The order is for INR 4470.00. Pathetic website expereince.

Hi . i had placed an order worth $2365.50, I had recieved immediate response when i placed the order, after that i had not recieved any response the order is in progress for the pass 10 days, I had had send 3 emails but no response neither the phone number would it keep on giving a husy tone in exactly 1.55 sec the call will be dsiconected, i had called that number more than 10 times, I do not know what happen after the order was placed. the money had already been deducted from account, I have to leave out of station in a weeks time i least expected that it would take this long.i am confused that this is fraud

The Miracas.com website says their ‘Headquarters’ are in Pune, but there are no physical or postal address / contact details on their website, except to say they are located in ‘Hong Kong’.

The website register is ‘Privacy Protected’, so you cannot see the name / address or email of who owns the website.

The website is only registered for two years, from 23 Jan 2012, until 23 Jan 2014. Given their website says they don’t believe in bricks and mortar sites, a genuine business would register their website for much longer.

Because of the lack of information on the website, you do not know who it is you are really dealing with, and who or how you get in contact (except by email), when you have an issue.

There has been a Facebook page full of complaints about this company here:

one off the worst online shopping website. All are who s in customer care. I ordered on 12th feb but now 2nd may till they telling that shipment not received i dint know when i get may be after my death they delivered in to my son.

Hi,

Order number #002536 took a month to reach me after which it turned out to be defective. I have the photographs. I returned it. And no response. It is not updated under returns on the website. It is in stock on the site though. I also have the receipt from their courier company who picked it up and as per the tracking details they have received it. The chat option is offline. The phone number does not work and they do not respond to mails. Feeling extremely helpless. I actually thought this org had some standard. Now I feel I have been duped of INR 1,190.00. Terrible customer service. Any advice or help on the same would be appreciated.

You people send me a home stitched top which you not even ironed.
Cheap quality, horriable cloth used, road side market, horriable bad top which should not ber more than Rs. 100 and you guys charge me Rs. 1300.

Now cherry on the cake, your number is not reachable and you guys have not responded to my emails.

This is my first and last purchase from Miracas and I will spread around that what kind of service and product provided by Miracas. I have sent them a message on facebook, they have deleted my messages and block me. The effort they put in deleting my comments, they should put the same effort to respond to their cutomer.

I am KishoreKumar from Chennai, I have purchased products from the online website Miracas.com and have 2 issues with them.

1) I have received a wrong product for the order from Miracas.com and I have returned the same where in they mentioned that the return delivery charges will be refunded to me.Its been 3 months for now and I have not received any response from them for the multiple mails sent by me.

2)On the basis of exchange policy I have returned a product and have not received the exchanged product from them since 2 months so ,I have sent a mail confirming the cancellation of the product exchange and asked for the refund but that there is no response from them for the multiple mails sent by me.

Both the issues mentioned above have completed 3 months and as there is no progress from them till now,the only option i was left with is to make a complaint on it and even i mailed the same to them but still there is no response from them.

ISSUE-DETAILS :
