I've been order my product PT6231 since June till now I havn't received yet my product when I check the tracking number it stuck in new Delhi clearance no one change that for so many months. This online is really a fraud for so many times I've write this complain but no one seems to notices. You think that we will stop following you but expect that. I will report this to the consumer forum if you wouldn't delivered my product as soon as posssible

It has been a month since i last placed an order at Miracas, and after days of tracking, finally on date 20 Sept, the tracking record says, held at Delhi, for custom clearancce, and the status has not been changed until then.
Its about time, i received the product.
If its not to be delivered, i want full refund.
The estimated date of delivery has exceeded, and the product has never been delivered and there is no sign tracking records either.

I ordered on 27th Oct 2017 and order noORDER #5862 and again I made and order on 31st Oct 2017 with order noORDER #135753and again on 7th Oct ORDER #136638 and all the ordered got cancelled due to custom clearance issue and money sent back to miracas wallet not in my bank account it more than 7000 and than again I ordered on 15th Feb 2018 same order also cancelled due to same reason and than I ordered third time bcoz I want my money back in any way on June 10 2018 with order no ORDER #165703 same is still pending neither delivered nor cancelled, and my money is with them from around a year and amount is also very big, pls help me to get back my money from them, they did not respond on mails and not on messages, customer care no is also wrong .

i rinku thakkar complaining in against of miracas international limited.So kindly do me a favour.

I din't get my order that i have place so many times and even they are not giving me any refund in my bank account.

Since last long they people are making me fool & company did fraud with me. They took my payment and not deliver anything in reward of it.

Unethical behaviour, my money being forged as per fraud case.
I ordered products but it didn't delivered payment being made online still no refund no order. They are running fake business and site and many customer complaints are there, they order and get payment paid but no delivery of product and they forge the money and no return policy. Around 2500 rs.

My order number 163517 was cancelled by your company but refund of voucher Rs=3025/ has still not been credited in my account.
This order was cancelled by Miracas due to non availability of products and this voucher i had got from last order that again Miracas has canceled.
Very poor service as no response from customer care, Customer care number is always busy.

I was very excited while doing my online shopping at miracas by looking at multiple varieties available to shop.

On july 28th 2018, i have placed an order for a t-shirt (Small size) w6091b, order no: 166987.
It was mentioned that the product expected delivery date is 12 aug 2018, today is 19th aug, there is no communication update regarding the product for me. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services offered by you.

I have also made online payment for the product. I am unsure if my money will come back.

I have ordered a dress on 01.05 2018. But product got cancelled after 2.5months. I got refund voucher. I ordered a dress again on 20th july using the money refund voucher. But still i didn't get my product. My order number is #165757.

Please file a complaint on them.

I have ordered belt on june 17th, 2018. But product is not delivered yet.

No one is replying to messages and emails. Unable to reach them over call.

I have order my product 165495 on 14 june 2018 as a my previous order had been cancelled so i order again but till now i haven't got yet the product i didn't not received any message or any information regarding my order. This is not the first time ever time i order i have to face the same consequence, n why it has to take more than a month to delevered any product. I hope u take note of my complain seriously. I have spend money on this product n i hope to get it

Miracas as usual fleecing customers by taking money from the customers against their online orders but miracas were not delivering order and returning money into company's waller which us un usable money.
They have my money but i am not able to tale back that money.
My order no is 92514. They first told me the order is stucked at delhi airport and then cancelled order. Please resolve my issue.

I have placed an order on Jun-16, 2018 in Miracas and still haven't heard anything from that company. The website is saying that the product is under custom clearance in Delhi Airport. Looks like they give the same status for all customers. Now I realized that most of the customers did not receive the products. My order id is #82407. Please help me get my product or money back.

I placed the order given below but didn't received order at all as it was to deliver on 29 november 2016.
You had credited balance of rs 5580 in my wallet only after repeated complaints. Right now my wallet shows balance rs 1500 but i didn't placed any order on your website since first incident, so my wallet balance should be rs 5580 instead of rs 1500.
Kindly resolve this issue and credit my balance in my miracas wallet. Otherwise you would face legal action. It's formal complaint i emailed you.

I have placed an order 3 months back but I didn't receive the item till now so please help me out...I couldn't contact the customer care as well. And I have placed order back before that but never received the items as it could not deliver before the sla period...this is the worst shopping app I have ever met and I will never placed an order in this app...

Today i have received my product that i ordered 5 months back quality is good but what about product number 163995 that i have ordered on 2 april 2018 till now i have not received any information about the package and the tracking number i think you haven't send the package. Why you have to take more than one month to delivered the product. Please look into this matter and delivered as soon as posible

I'm placing the order from Nov 23, 2017. till date i have not received any product. the last time i called the helpline number they told me to place the new order since the previous order is not been delivered. i had told him i need the money reimbursement to my account he told me to wait for this new old and then if the same problem repeats he will arrange a refund to account. now i have not got my order again and i am trying to reach the customer care but the number provide on the website does not work[protected] ). Been a month and i want to gift the same to my husband on 29th may. What kind of service is this.

Shipment is pending with customs from last 10 days as shown on your website while tracking my order. Kindly expedite to resolve the issue.

My order no. 150717 order date 27 jan 2018 for 2 number but you cancelled one of my product then i order again another product no163995 order dt 2 april till now i haven't receive yet any product. Went i contact the costumer care no one knows where my product they keep on saying that will call u after 10 but no one look into this matter i've been waiting for five months, n went i tex with message no one reply back. If i didn't receive my product within this week i take it to the costumer court

My self akshay patil i am a resident of pune. On january 31st i ordered a leather jacket from miracas website here is the order number : 159629. I spend rs 2691 for the jacket and exactly after 2 months they've cancelled my order due to custom clearence in delhi. I tried several time to reach their customer support but the number provided on website never responds which is[protected]. After days of hassel fibally i got one email from miracs saying your amount has beed refunded to miracas wallet when i checked my wallet i only received 1500 but i spent 2691 for the product. When i tried to reach the ccustomer service again there no response now its been 4 months i have not received any reply nor my money.

When i searched internet about it i come to know that im not the only one one.

Miracs is taking money from the ccustomers and giving nothing not thr money nor the product.

This is called anti money laundering a new way of fraud.
