I bought earbuds around 6 months ago that worked properly for only one day, & after that, because of a charging issue that is not working, I am struggling with the MIVI since last 5 for replacement or repair. They do not even give a reply on mail on time.

    I bought 3 earphone none of them is working well and 2 of them is completely not working. I given 2 mivi earphone for repair at mivi, and they sent back only one earphone after a month and they don't even pick up the phone when ever I'm trying to call. I bought 3 earphone none of them is working well.

      I had purchased Mivi Duopods F30 on 11th of March From Flipkart and it's have 1 year warranty but after a months my Duopods is not working properly I had mailed to the mivi customer care email id on 14 april and they replied me in 25th of April and on 28th they registered a return pickup with smartr xpress I don't know this courier service is there or not I had wait for the return pickup but it's now been 10 days mivi customer care is telling that we will pick it up in next 24 hours from last days they are telling same. My order I'd is OD[protected] they are not replacing my product and not responding properly I am using a faulty products of mivi F30. I am attaching their mails also and they are only delaying.

        I am purchase my mivi duopods M20 on 5 may 2021 but after 8-9 months I am facing problem in my duopods of right duopods battery backup.My right duopods battery backup was max. 10-15 min. And I claimed warranty for resolving the issue and parcel my duopods to mivi support on 15 April 2022 and mivi mailed me that we found and resolved your issue and delvered to me on 5 may 2022 on last date of warranty but after full charging my duopods I was checked that my issue was not solved and send back to me and Today it was out of warranty

            Thank you for the taking action after I first complaint mivi contact me and said that they will arrange the pickup within 48 hours on 15 April, I got shipping label from my side I kept the product ready but no pickup person ever contact me till today that is 21 april

                I bought a mivi collar flash 10-15 days ago on official site of mivi.in and after receiving the product the product is not working properly it's mic is not working so I mailed the support team to return my mivi collar flash and they raised a ticket for it but I haven't get any update after that. After call to support they don't even recieve the call. I again mailed them to know the status regarding the return process but still they haven't replied me back.

                Please help me to return my product and help me to get back my money.

                    I contact to mivi support they just said that they will ready to replace but no delivery man contact me they just tell we will work on the complainant but they taking lot much time it's about a month pass but no one contacted me

                      I have raised an incident for earphones on February 6, 2022 and chasing them since then still they haven't resolved my issue. I tried reaching them on call, Instagram but they don't reply. I have sent them more than 10 mails but still they are not supporting me with anything.
                      They picked up my product from home since then no update has been shared regarding that.
                      The only reply i receive from their end on mail occasionally is:

                      We are extremely sorry for Inconvenience caused you

                      We understand under situation, we will cross check with concern department and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                          Hello Team,
                          On 3rd October, 2021, I bought MIVI Collar Classic Bluetooth Earphones from Flipkart.com under 1 year warranty policy. Within 7 days I asked for replacement as the product was of inferior quality with one speaker not working properly.
                          On 28th December, 2021, I again had a complaint regarding the inferior product quality. They replaced it again under warranty issue.
                          Now since last week I'm trying to reach to them and complain aginst the product quality and for warranty claims. But they aren't answering me via emails or calls. I'm tired conncting and asking for replacement but they didn't replied yet.
                          So I'm complaining against MIVI for selling the inferior products and I want double compensation of the product price.

                            Purchased duopods f30 wireless earphones from flipkart. It's right bud is not working. It's like more than 3 e-mail and 3 forms I'm filling up to claim my warranty, not received any response from the product company.

                                Worst service I have ever seen. I sent my product to them on 16th February for repair. They have received my product on 19th February. They sent a mail to me that your product has sent to testing team. This is a process of 7-14 days but it's almost 2 months. They can't give me any other information about my product. If I am trying to call them my call takes almost 30 minutes to connect with them. They said on call that soon you will receive information about the product but can't recieve any information.

May I know the reason behind the delay.                                         I ordered my MIVI Roam 2 Bluetooth speaker on 30th October 2021 and after 3 months the speaker stopped working so I mailed MIVI about the issue and they arranged a pickup for the repair After the repair of the product from MIVI service center I received my MIVI Roam 2 Bluetooth speaker on 5th March 2022 but now the speaker is getting on and also getting connected to device but there is no sound in the speaker. They took 1 month to repair it and now my speaker has no sound. what to do now?
                                        I trusted in the product but it's so disappointing.
                                        And now MIVI is not replying to my mails.
