I have raised an incident for earphones on February 6, 2022 and chasing them since then still they haven't resolved my issue. I tried reaching them on call, Instagram but they don't reply. I have sent them more than 10 mails but still they are not supporting me with anything.
They picked up my product from home since then no update has been shared regarding that.
The only reply i receive from their end on mail occasionally is:
Dear Priya Bhagoriya,
Thank you for contacting MiVi support,
We are extremely sorry for Inconvenience caused you
We understand under situation, we will cross check with concern department and resolve the issue at the earliest.
