    I had raised a ticket to MIVI for defective earphones given by MIVI on 24th Jan 2022. I had purchased the product on 30 June 2021. The company had given the warranty for 1 year on manufacturing defects.

    The Earphones seems new even today as there are taken care of me.

    from few days i started the issue with earphone MIC. Therefore MIVI had collected my product on 08th Feb 2022. They asked to that engineering team will test the product and will let me know.

    But now non from MIVI is responding to my mails and chats on fakebook or Instagram.

    I want my refund back or replace my earphones with new ones.

        I have sent 3 email to support mivi to claim warranty because one of my pod is not charging properly.But I am not getting any response from mivi. I want mivi to claim my warranty otherswise I have to make a complaint against mivi in consumer court.

          I had bought MIVI collor flash headphone through amazon,

          Now This headphone both headphone speaker NOT working.

          from January 12 iam complaining through email, but cant able to give any response, then why you fooling people by giving warranty and guarantee

          I want exchange now, where should i go, I want refund if its available, i want buy other brands, i trusted your company and buyed this headphone, but within 2 months, both side speaker is not working, how could i buy or suggest this headphones to other,

          To repair this i have to go and spend my time in service center wright, Is this a work for me for trusting this fffff new brands,

            Received damaged product. Ordered in december from december I'm doing continue follow ups but no proper response from them and they are not even refunding the money. Its been 3 months now.

                This Company Is Fraudulent Company.I Have Got Email Before 5 Days That Within 48 Hrs Our Team Will Arrange Your Shipment.After That There Is No Email From This Company And I Am Sending Email To This Company So They Are Not Replying.8 Emails I Have Send To This But There Is No Response From This Company.Please Do Anything.Please Report This Company.😑

                  On 16 feb i received email that my product is with testing team and after that no response when will i get my parcel or my product i want my product back with the damge repaired i gave to them to claim my warranty

                        I had bought mivi m80 duopods from mivi in the month of january 2022 but just a month later now I'm facing so much of issues with the same. I tried to contact mivi through both the mail and customer care number. Thye got my device picked up and just after it reached there I hadn't got a single update since then. either I need my product replacement or the refund for the same after deducting the reasonable price for compensation.

                        Still no response from Mivi. I can't believe how shameless is this company.. if somethings not good they could atleast email and inform but they won't do it.I want to make a serious case on MIVI

                              I have purchased Duo Pods in October month with ina month duo Pods is not charging.for that I have raised complaint on December month.mivi team requested sent product via courier So that i have sent product via professional courier number VNB465758 on Jan 1st. after two weeks i got reply on 17th Jan 22 like we identified issue we will dispatch product and will share courier details after multiple chase mail After that still no no response.

We received acknowledgement email on 22nd December that they have received product and will initiate refund. Even until today not yet received the refund even after following up for months.

                                    I had order a product mivi duopods A25 order no #R[protected]price Rs.999) on 7 Jan 2022. The reason behind the cancellation is inability to deliver by courier service provider at the address that I had mentioned. So I email to mivi support & cancel the order on 10 Jan 2022. They told me that refund will be credit with 10-14 working days. Now its 06 Feb 2022 but I don't get refund. I had send many emails but they don't give me reply. Please help me to get my refund.

                                      I have ordered MIVI play Bluetooth speaker from Mivi site last month but received a faulty product. I have mailed them, opened two tickets #1304061 but they are not responding, even to customer care calls.I don't need a refund (bec it won't work) I only need a replacement. Please help me.
                                      Thanks to consumercomplaints.in team they had finally accepted to inspect the product and I sent it to them.
                                      Its been nearly a month since the defective product was returned back to them and I'm yet to get an update on that. I request you please help me again so that my money is not wasted.

                                        I bought mivi ThunderBeats wireless earphones from amazon on 07 june 2021 with 6 months warranty (because it is amazon renewed product). Due to some technical faults the earphone's battery is below 40% the left earpiece creating buzzing noise during phone call. I have sent them the original bill and warrenty slip provided by Amazon and the other details on mail and they just generated the ticket ID for my mail and forget about my warrenty claim.
                                        And i am still waiting to get reply from mivi.
                                        I only got ticket ID from them but never received the final pickup mail of my product.
                                        They are just not responding to all my mails and I placed so many calls on mivi official helpline number ([protected]) but still dont get any respond from company side.

                                        I just want a replacement/repair of my product (Mivi ThunderBeats).
