    Mivi products are giving cheap earphones and the customer service is very pathetic they marked 2 pickup from their side 1st guy came and picked my earphones for replacement and second guy came after 4 days to again pickup so i told that men previously it was already picked up and now its been 3 months I haven't got my earphones back as they are saying you have cancelled the pickup

      Purchased M80 Bluetooth earphone from MIVI who is the manufacturer & supplier on 9th Dec 2021. Order Number

      Unfortunately following delivered product become defective and unable to use.
      Subject complaint registered with MIVI through email on 18th Feb 2022 and MIVI Sent response with LINK for provision of detailed complaint. which is submitted online on 22nd Feb 2022. But there is no response from MIVI even after so many reminders.
      Called in Customer care. But there is also no response received. Eithere auto message received as to contact only through emails for defective product issue.
      In total. MIVI Company is cheating public who buy Made in India product to avoid chinese product. But following company is misguiding Made in India product by cheating public which is not acceptable.
      Kindly do the needful action against thisn Made in indian company who is big fraud against poor public.

        Hello MIVI support,
        I sent you a mail on 1st March 2022 to claim warranty and you provided me a link from there in which I filled the details and submitted whose Ticket id is - 1360072 but still after 11 days, I haven't received any response from you yet, Even I tried several times to talk to your customer support but the call is not received by you, please let me know about it and what is the delay in completion of the process.
        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        When I complained through you, he sent me an email in about 4 days (23 march 2022) and wrote this in it -
        "Thank you for contacting Mivi.

        I am sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with the Collar Classic neckband.

        Please confirm your address and contact number, so that we can arrange reverse pickup for you."

        After this I sent the requested details to them but till now I have not got any response from their side.

        I request them through you to kindly help me and resolve this issue, otherwise my warranty will expire

          This Bluetooth earphone is the worst earphone. Mic is not working when connected to mobile device. If you call anyone the voice will go through mic of the mobile not the mic from the Bluetooth device. I want my money back take your worst earphone.

            My ticket id on mivi is 1195236 they are claiming of sending me product, with delhivery and my aws id is[protected]
            And it is showing delivered but i didn't received the product. I contacted to delhivery but isn't solving my issue

            Now it is mivi's responsibility to deliver my product but they also aren't responding well

                  I bought mivi product on 24 July and i got on 26 but when I first time opened it i found that there's a sound issue so i contacted mivi and told them they gave some instructions to try and i did this thing happened 2 times 2nd time when i got my product from service i Still got same product and mivi did some deep scratches on my product and started battery issue so i told them and returned 3rd time and this time they told me for replacement but now it's been more than 45 days still i didn't got my product and any info or anything related to my product i hope mivi will read this and resolve my issue

                  Hello everyone i got my product in replacement but its second handed and you know what still i got same issue and this time this product is worst than before how amazing company is mivi i realised today i sent this product 3rd time but still i got same thing with another colour

                    I have bought Mivi Rock Roll E5 With HD Sound Wired Headset on 14th July 2021. After 3-4 months I found an issue with the mic. As my earphones were under warranty, I claim for it.
                    Exactly on 14th Dec 2021, Mivi send me an email that they have received my package. Now it's 3 months, But till now they haven't returned my earphones, I have mailed them so many times, but they always It is still in the testing period.

                        I purchased mivi collar 2b neckband earphone on 29 july 2021, today 14 march 2022, I m continuously trying to reach the m from past 12 days but they are not responding. It seems they don't work according to their "policy"
                        My earphone is still under warranty but it's not working and I want them to exchange but they're not replying to my mail.

                            I have issued mivi collar 2A wireless earphones few months back and it is in warranty period.
                            Also it is facing issue as right earphone is not working now.

                              I have bought a mivi m8 duopods from flipkart just after a month they got issues while so I raised a complaint and sent them for servicing purpose but since it has reached the service center no update has been made after that to me. I had tried contacting them for that but no one is replying. the customer care executive often just say they escalte my concern but nothing happens. it's been 1 month of this mess I want my product back.

                                    My name is sarah rafique and I place an order for mivi duopods - my orderA[protected] Placed order for this product on Tue Feb 15 2022 but since due to some personal reasons I had to cancel the order but the payment was already done through Google pay the order was shipped within half an hour of placing the order I was asked to deny the delivery if I receive the order as I didn't need the product anymore but now there is no sign of my refund also tried contacting the customer care helpline but no response either I am kept on hold for long time or no one answers the call it's been almost a month and I have already sent a couple of emails as well to the company regarding the same but there is no information or update on my refund whatsoever I really want you to look into this matter as soon as possible and this inconvenience is really very heartbreaking

                                      I have raised a complaint in the warranty period that was in month of July 2021 and more that 180 days passed but don’t get any response from the company. I think such company should not get the license to sell there product if they don’t able to solve there product issue.

                                      So I request to refund the product amount or solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                        I had an bluetooth headphones of mivi which was not working from one side
                                        I mailed them to claim the warranty.
                                        They picked up the earphones and mailed me that it will get checked and replied.
                                        But since then I had no reply from the Mivi consumer team.
                                        I have mailed for like 5-10 times since then
                                        But there was no response from the Mivi consumer team.
                                        I have shared the screenshots of all the mail done to Mivi
