I bought mivi ThunderBeats wireless earphones from amazon on 07 june 2021 with 6 months warranty (because it is amazon renewed product). Due to some technical faults the earphone's battery is below 40% the left earpiece creating buzzing noise during phone call. I have sent them the original bill and warrenty slip provided by Amazon and the other details on mail and they just generated the ticket ID for my mail and forget about my warrenty claim.
And i am still waiting to get reply from mivi.
I only got ticket ID from them but never received the final pickup mail of my product.
They are just not responding to all my mails and I placed so many calls on mivi official helpline number ([protected]) but still dont get any respond from company side.

I just want a replacement/repair of my product (Mivi ThunderBeats).

    I've bought the earphones from mivi. In the description of the box it says it'll contain a charging capsule as well. But when I got the box it was missing.

      Purchsed mivi earphones in october. Earphone is under 1 year warranty. Both side earphone has stopped working and now mivi is denying to pickup product from location

        Dear team, this is to inform you that i had ordered mivi duopods F30 which was later returned and the company had refunded the amount of rs.999/- to my mivi account.
        Today when i was purchasing a product I can't find my refund amount in my mivi account.
        They're a big time scammer who can just fool public as when an individual is going to purchase a product in sale they hide the refund amount from the account.

          Mivi — SECOUND time facing the same issue of mivi product and they did not solve it
          I buy collar 2B on 12 March 2021 and have some issues and I submitted it to @Mivi_Official support team and this was the second time I am facing the sound issue.kindly replace my product with new

              I have ordered mivi product from mivi sites. I have cancelled before the product was in transits, now my returned to its origin dispatched place with bluedart tracker number [protected]. my refund the hasn't been initiated its been more than 7 days. i tried to call support team on email they don't reply, in call min time to pick the call is 1 hrs on avg, on social media they don't reply.

                        Maine mivi walo ke earphone liye the abhi wo chal nahi rahe hai, mivi walo ko complaint ki site bhi open nahi ho rahi hai, phir maine mail dala 3 din baad reply aaya ki aake le jaayenge 3 din baad aaye lekar gaye aaj wo baat ko 6 din ho gaye lekin fir bhi wo log yahi bol rahe hai hai abhi tak hame aapka product nahi mila. Mujhe to aisa lag raha hai ki mera chutiya cut gaya hai.

                                    I have bought one earphone of Mivi company from flipkart.
                                    In warrenty period it's mic stopped working so I have raised repair request.
                                    They picked up product from my home and and after many mails they delivered so called repaired product. but when I tested it it's mic and speaker both were not working after repair.
                                    So I again requested for the product repairment.
                                    Again they picked up and received the product on 29th of novemeber.
                                    Its been 10 days and they have not returned my product not even replying on my mail for product issue/ repair status update.
