MIVI collar Bluetooth earphones were sent to MVI company for repair in May which has been 2 months. But still Mivi company has no answer. even the e-mail function does not answer it...

I ordered my product and i get it on 7 september after that there is some issue in duopods so i replaced the product
Replacement ticket is raised after that i replaced my product on 27th september but still i didnt get my replacement product
Prize of duopods is 999rs in offer

    You guys ever pick up the call I gave my eardopes for repair bcoz i was having battery issue and they gave me back with even more issues, I can't plugin the charger, the charging point is not in place, eardopes isn't charging even when the box is full charged and now they are not replying to my mails

      Firstly my m20 duo pods battery got swollen and i tried to replace it and they gave me a replacement not good enough.

      The replacement they gave me was of diffrent colour and the charging case was not closing properly so i returned them to give me another one and then they picked up that ear buds and after 4 days they told me that they have sent my ear buds to testing department and after that there is still no update of my product.

      It's been a month and i am very frustrated with their customer service as they are not replying any of my mails

        I ordered MIVI DUOPODS A25 on 21 September and done the payment of 1049/_ on MIVI site with UPI G-PAY
        But after completing the payment I didn't got any confirmation mail of sms after that i tried to contact the MIVI customer care but no one picked up the call not the replied to my mail I have call like 100 times and send more than 50 mails still no one replied

              I ordered mivi collar flash on 12th of September..its been 12 days and I still can't track my order on Blue dart. When I called to enquire about the same(4th time) I had to wait for 50 minutes after which finally my call connected... customer care executive again fake assured me that order will be delivered in 2-3 days. Last time they said that Blue dart is delaying order so I called them too...they informed that mivi hasn't provided them the package still. I feel cheated as order was prepaid. Never order from mivi guys go for flipkart.

                I ordered mivi collar flash earphones on 26 August and on 31 August when I called them about my order they told me that it had shipped but later that same day I received a call that the earphone is not available so I decided to cancel the order and they told me that they will provide me refund in 2 days. Now it had been more than 15 days neither I got my money back nor they are picking up any call and replying to the mails.

                If you call on their customer care no. there are very less chances that you will be answered and you don't even get any response on the mail

                    I have ordered mivi duopodsA25 on 12th September 2021 and made online payment. I received order confirmation and order number which is R[protected]. After 1 days I received mail that my product is misplaced in transit and will be delivered in 2-3 working days it's been 10 days but not delivered yet. Also I didn't get any further information regarding tracking number. I am trying to contact customer support department but they are not responding over a call. So I am emailed that and they are keep saying that they will deliver in 24 hours.

                      I have booked mivi duopods A25 on 11th September 2021 by online payment mode of RS 999. I have received confirmation mail but after that no update it's been 10 days. They have not given any update regarding the process of the order. I have no track id even I don't know that my order is shipped or not.

                          Please help me, I booked the neckband from the mivi website at 12 September 10.30 but. They mentioned that your order will be delivered in 4 or 5 days and you will get the tracking number in 2 days but they gave the tracking number but it is not working‌. I also gave the product cash online.

                            My airboards were getting damaged, I had to get them repaired then I gave it to the company and it has been more than 1 month, the earbuds have not come yet
                            And if you are doing email also then no reply is coming and if I am contacting then it is not happening.

                              I had ordered duopods A25 on 12 th September and still, yet I haven’t got any update from mivi about the shipping of product.
                              I tried to contact them through email but there is only automated reply which states the same thing. And also there is no reply from helpline number.

                              Please resolve my complaint.

                                I have order a mivi duopods a25 in 11 sept, the transaction that I have made it successful but it doesn't shift, their customer care number is a joke they didn't answer my call. Please help me, when I order the duopods they told that they give me a tracking ID, today 20th September I cannot get any tracking ID of my order . Please help me.

                                    I ordered mivi duopods a25 on 8th sept and made transaction of amount 999 and was successfull. However no order is placed on mivi.com and money is debited. Mivi customer care doesn't answer any call. If we mail them they only send some form then no updates. They are not giving refund as well..

                                        I ordered a product from mivi website on 7th september mivi duopods a25 but did not get any confirmation message then I tried to contact them they created a ticket and said that someone from our team will review it but not get any response then after 6 days they mailed me and ask my address for product to ship but did not get any tracking I'd nor message about shipping . Today 13th day but did not get any message nor mail.
