Please help me, I booked the neckband from the mivi website at 12 September 10.30 but. They mentioned that your order will be delivered in 4 or 5 days and you will get the tracking number in 2 days but they gave the tracking number but it is not working‌. I also gave the product cash online.

Please give me replay...

My airboards were getting damaged, I had to get them repaired then I gave it to the company and it has been more than 1 month, the earbuds have not come yet
And if you are doing email also then no reply is coming and if I am contacting then it is not happening....

I had ordered duopods A25 on 12 th September and still, yet I haven’t got any update from mivi about the shipping of product.
I tried to contact them through email but there is only automated reply which states the same thing. And also there is no reply from helpline number.

Please resolve my complaint....

I have order a mivi duopods a25 in 11 sept, the transaction that I have made it successful but it doesn't shift, their customer care number is a joke they didn't answer my call. Please help me, when I order the duopods they told that they give me a tracking ID, today 20th September I cannot get any tracking ID of my order . Please help me....

I ordered mivi duopods a25 on 14th September 2021. I did the payment of 1149/-.the payment is successful but I haven't received any update about my order. I didn't even get my order number.

I ordered mivi duopods a25 on 8th sept and made transaction of amount 999 and was successfull. However no order is placed on mivi.com and money is debited. Mivi customer care doesn't answer any call. If we mail them they only send some form then no updates. They are not giving refund as well.....

I ordered a product from mivi website on 7th september mivi duopods a25 but did not get any confirmation message then I tried to contact them they created a ticket and said that someone from our team will review it but not get any response then after 6 days they mailed me and ask my address for product to ship but did not get any tracking I'd nor message about shipping . Today 13th day but did not get any message nor mail....

Mivi is not responding to my email for return and refund of my product.
My product got delivered on 17-sept and I want to return it now under 7 days return window but they are not responding.
Also there customer care no is a joke...

I ordered a mivi Mivi play on 6th september but still(today 16th) did not receive any reliable updates about the delivery or shippment..the mail i received from mivi says that order is been shipped by bluedart but when i contacted Bluedart they said that they did not receive any package from mivi...
Nor is mivi replying properly to any of my mails.....

I placed an order with mivi.in yesterday, my payment was made successful but i didn't receive any confirmation for my order. Either pay my money back or send me confirmation of my order, or i will make you bear the consequences...

I had ordered collar earphones and it was a defective piece. No one replies about replacement or refund. I HAVE VEEN FOLLOWING UP SINCE FEBRUARY.
My work suffered so much due to this and I am tired FOLLOWING up now.
Cheaters they are I want my refund for rs 1600

Fraud company, so many complaints from this compan6theybshpuld be penlalized for fake promises ....

I had ordered earphones for rs1600 in February and it is a defective product.
I have been following up since then for replacement or refund but absolutely no replies on the same.
It's a fraud and I believe they are cheating the customers. I saw Google reviews and many have same problems like mine.
I am tired following up on email and calls but its all avoided by this company who is looting people with fake promises...

I ordered mivi collar flash earphones on 26 August and on 31 August when I called them about my order they told me that it had shipped but later that same day I received a call that the earphone is not available so I decided to cancel the order and they told me that they will provide me refund in 2 days. Now it had been more than 15 days neither I got my money back nor they are picking up any call and replying to the mails.

I was orderd a duopd from mivi .in, it delivered not working product. And i am complaint to mivi costumer support. But there no costumer support....
