I ordered the high back office chair on 21/07/2020. Received the product on 28/072020 when i opened the box backrest was loose and broken then hand supporting part also broken wheels are not smooth does not reach this standard considering the problems i have had....

This is to inform you that i had bought office chair from you & its very disappointing due to the product being faulty.

I received the product with fault and now within 10 days wheels are repeatedly removed automatically and also the seat was unbalanced.

I had ordered an office chair from moglix. But i have received the chair in damaged condition and the have also requested for return. But they have even cancelled the return request.

I have already shared the images of the damaged product. I have received a ticket number from there end. Ticket number is #441799.

I need the refund and do not want any replacement....

I placed order id 2727579 for a chair with Moglix on 20th Nov 2019. The order was in accepted state till 29th Nov 2019. On 29th Nov I found the same chair at a price Rs. 360 lesser at their site. I then cancelled my 1st order and placed a new order Order Id : 2735359. On 30th I got a message that the order has been shipped. When I contacted the customer service I was asked to return the 1st order and I will get the full refund once the package...

Placed order on 18/11/2019 by seeing delivery in 4-5 working days but product was delivered on 10/12/2019 after lots of followups. But received the damaged and faulty printer. Not a single copy printed by it. Moglix intentionally sent the faulty product now denying the take return of product. Sir i am received neptune 16 litters orange knapsack battery operated garden sprayer in damaged conditions. Tank filter and bottom cover.
The following assossories are not received with the sprayer.
1. Inlet tupe
2. Hose clip
3. Trigger
4. Regulater
5. Nosils

Hence i request that the damaged sprayer may kindly be replaced....

I order a vegan crux flip flop helmate on 8th july 2019. Order no is 2618275. Still i am not receiveing my order, it is showing in process, and deliver date is showing 20th july 2019.
