      I received printer canon pixma 2570s on 9th sep 2020 price was 2699 I was not in town I unpacked on 11 sep 2020 and check that printer is not printing and black ink led on so product is in return policy for 7 days till 16 sep 2020 so raised return request on 11 sep and evening same day return request cancel by seller then again I did raised request return again cancelled by seller again 12 sep I raised then again cancelled and customer care is not picking up call if product is under 7 days return policy then this website making fool of customer

      If customer in under return policy 7 days return policy and 10 days in other shopping website then talking to other website if customer not satisfied with product then they can return back product within 10 days after 10 days they under brand warrenty but in moglix in my case product is damage cartridge is empty may be someone returned product is defective then it should be return and if I am under 7 days return policy of product then why I will go for brand warrenty because I received damage printer canon service executive told seller will only change the product

        I ordered home theater there is no sound when it was connected with tv. So i gave return request. The request was approved and pick up message also came and the next day they cancelled. So i want to return it so please do the process of return.

            Sir on 14 Aug 2020 i received a product from Moglix(High Living Office chair). The product i received is defective. i complained to customer care. They approved my return request but they told me that you have to self dispatch your order. I bought the item at 5000 rs. For dispatching my defective product from bangalore to Noida it costs me[protected]. i think they are cheating on me.

              I ordered a urja lite reversible 9' exhaust fan on 12 july 2020. The order was delivered on 22 july 2020 but it was not working, so i placed a exchange request. Moglix accepted my request. After 3 4 days they didn't pick up the item according to their policy they had to pick up the item from my location. I contacted to the customer service of moglix to get information about the status of my order. They told that it is late due to covid in my area and told me not to worry about return policy. After some days i got a message of cancellation of exchange request so i contacted to moglix again, then they told that their courier service provider refused to pick up the item, so i have to self dispatch the item via india post. So i did the same, i dispatched the item to their given address and send the recipient and tracking number so that they can track the parcel. First they said me that when the item is dispatched then they will provide the refund of total amount of item and courier charge. But after that they changed that when they get the item, they will provide refund. I waited to reach the item to their location. On 28/08/2020, i tracked the item, that was on the nearest post office to the moglix address.in the evening india post updated about the address that it is insufficient address. Then i requested to moglix to pick up the item from the post office but they are refusing to do the same and ordering me to contact the india post office of delhi. Tell me how can i contact. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible. I am suffering from more than one month by moglix. I am afraid of my money which is very much valuable to me.

                Hello consumer forum,

                I'm facing an issue with moglix online shopping merchant, as i've order a product wood cutter jigsaw cutting tools and they deliver different one.

                Ive already open a case with moglix team to return and refund my amount paid. Compliant number #471840

                So far no response after 07/aug/2020, customer service phone numbers all time says busy, no email responses too,

                It's really disappointing customer service, kindly help me.

                    I ordered the high back office chair on 21/07/2020. Received the product on 28/072020 when i opened the box backrest was loose and broken then hand supporting part also broken wheels are not smooth does not reach this standard considering the problems i have had.

                                  I had ordered an office chair from moglix. But i have received the chair in damaged condition and the have also requested for return. But they have even cancelled the return request.

                                  I have already shared the images of the damaged product. I have received a ticket number from there end. Ticket number is #441799.

                                  I need the refund and do not want any replacement.

                                    Order id : 2759131
                                    Ordered v-guard vgmw 500 plus mainline voltage stabilizer on 28/dec/2019. On 2/jan/2020 i recieved the product in defective condition. The product is not working as it should be. I called the moglix customer care they told me that to contact voltage stabilzer brand instead o[censored]s. Its unethical to send the defective product, its the responsibility of seller not sending the defective product. I paid for new product not for defective product which is i supposed to get repaired.

                                      I ordered 4 Godrej Locks and only received 3 in the package!! Please check your package before paying for it.

                                      I called many times on Moglix helpline but it is always busy. I did not receive a call back or acknowledgement of my complaint.

                                      There is a major issue with Moglix as I expected them to check the invoice and match the order before shipping. They could have cancelled my order or called me if there was an issue.

                                      I am really disappointed in the service provided by Moglix.

                                        I placed order id 2727579 for a chair with Moglix on 20th Nov 2019. The order was in accepted state till 29th Nov 2019. On 29th Nov I found the same chair at a price Rs. 360 lesser at their site. I then cancelled my 1st order and placed a new order Order Id : 2735359. On 30th I got a message that the order has been shipped. When I contacted the customer service I was asked to return the 1st order and I will get the full refund once the package is received back by Moglix. The courier tried the delivery on 1st December and I refused to accept as instructed by Moglix. Since then the courier has been trying to make the delivery every couple of days even though I kept on refusing to accept it. Talked with the customer care at Moglix and they say they have sent note to the courier company to return the package but the courier company doesn't seem to stop trying to deliver the package.
                                        The new order placed on 29th Nov is still at accepted state and has not been shipped yet. Payment for both the orders have been made in full.
