Ordered a water motor pump from moglix.com, but received in broken condition. I have informed moglix for this on the same day.
But, till now no response from moglix.com, they don't even receive the phone of customer.

Please help me for the above mentioned matter as early as possible.

    The ordered printer was delivered in a torn packaging and in bike tying on sides. When requested for return of the product due to this, the customer care didn't accept and disconnected the call midway. I wanted a replacement which they rejected. I don't want to use the product this is delivery poorly which may affect it's performance later.

        Mistakenly, I had placed an order for the weighing machine in subject with ORDER# 3099955 on 28th Dec, 2020 by choosing Prepaid option as they didn't have Pay on Delivery option for the product. The order was delivered to me on 31st December, 2020.
        After receiving the product on 31st December, 2020 found that the entire set of product is damaged and cheap in quality with respect to the price quoted for the product ( ₹ 3, 874), the look and feel of the product was entirely THIRD class and the parts received were almost all damaged.
        On 31st Dec, 2020 itself the refund and return request was raised, however the REFUND is not processed yet for the same. The item was picked up also delayed on 2nd Jan, 2021 evening and it has not yet been received by Moglix it seems. Every time I raise the request to update them on my REFUND status, they say it is in process and I need to wait for 24 to 48hrs.
        Request you register a hard complaint against the company and their pathetic services towards customer's hard earned money.
        WORST PART IS THEY VERY WELL KNOW THAT THEY PROVIDE SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE, HENCE THERE IS NOWHERE THEIR ESCALTION MATRIX IS UPDATE APART FROM THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EMAIL ID AND CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS OF NO USE.

          On 21.12.2020 I had ordered 2 units of Bajaj Flashy Room Heater via Pay U payment mode. My order was successful and the total amount was debited. I could also see my order status which showed 27.12.2020 as the expected delivery date. I could not opt for COD as the option was not available.

          On 26.12.2020 I saw that still the product was not dispatched or delivered because most of the cases product gets delivered before the expected delivery date.

          I spoke to a customer care representative who checked the status of my order and assured me that my issue will be addressed soon and my product will get dispatched and delivered by 28.12.2020. But on 28.12.2020 my product was not delivered and was still showing under process.

          I again spoke to another customer care representative who took up my issue and assured me the same thing saying that my query has been escalated. My product will be delivered soon.

          Today morning I checked my order status and saw that the expected delivery date has been further pushed to 30.12.2020.

          Now I really don't understand the reason behind delaying my delivery. The expected delivery is changing every day. All the customer support representatives are saying the same thing. I don't see any progress of the product delivery status.

          I am extremely annoyed and highly disappointed by the service provided by Moglix and PayU. Please take my complaint on a serious note. I had raised a ticket seeking a redressal on 30.12.2020. My query is supposed to be answered today but I have not received any solution. Kindly let me know the status of my refund. PayU does not have any contact number. I have sent numerous mails but no reply yet. Kindly look into this matter with immediate effect.

              I have received my 2 chairs Regent Butterfly Net & Metal High Back Black Mesh Chair Brand : Regent. When I opened the box I found 4 damaged parts. Immediately I called the customer care and the customer care personal advised me to request for replacement through the portal and asked me to take the photograph of the damaged parts. Which I did on the same time. On 26th I got a message saying my request is rejected. When I called the customer care they asked me to take the photograph of the carton box with shipping bill, which I already disposed as the size of the carton was big and the shipping bill was stuck to the carton box with the gum tape. Just because of this I have been declined by the Moglix for providing the replacement.

              1. The customer care personal (Madhan) didn't provided me the right input.
              2. Customer care personal Madhan was not even ready to listen, and cut the phone
              3. When I requested for the supervisor. I have been connected to the supervisor Astha, she was extremely rude with the customer. I never seen such a customer service else where.
              4. I also noticed the the parts were not damaged during the transit as there were no pieces were found in the carton box. That means, Moglix deliberately sent the damaged parts.

              JUst because the carton box is disposed with the shipping bill, do I have to accepped the damaged parts????

                  Faulty defect delivered

                  I have ordered regent mesh office chair and it was delivered today i.e., on 23/12/2020.
                  I was not at all happy with the product as the height adjustment of the chair was not working and also I was unable to return the product in the moglix app.

                  Hi,
                  I have placed ordered Regent Silver Line Net Metal High Back Black Mesh Chair on 3rd December 2020 saying that it will be delivered within 5 days. Today is 21st Dec but still I couldn't delivered a product.
                  I was following up 10 days but still there is no proper response from customer care. on every call they kept call on hold and saying that we are not able to contact concern team, and escalated your issue to concern department.
                  On 17th Dec I got assurance that product will be defiantly shipped till 18th Dec EOD. but there is no SMS or notification received. After connecting to them got same reply to wait till EOD.
                  How irresponsible behavior tis this?

The order was delivered to me on 7th December, 2020 after repeated escalation because the delivery was promised on 3rd December.
                    After receiving the product on 7th December, 2020 found that the entire set of product is damaged and cheap in quality with respect to the price quoted for the product (INR 6301), the look and feel of the product was entirely THIRD class and the parts received were almost all damaged.                     On 7th December, 2020 itself the refund and return request was raised, however the REFUND is not processed yet for the same. The item was picked up also delayed on 11th December, 2020 evening and it has not yet been received by Moglix it seems. Every time I raise the request to update them on my REFUND status, they say it is in process and I need to wait for 24 to 48hrs.

                            I placed order for Love4ride Tizzy Black ISI Mark Open Face Helmet, Size: Large wise Order Number 3019196. This product received to me on 30 Oct. 2020 as COD payment mode. On the same day I filed return request at Moglix for defective and lesser size helmate.

                            But Moglix team cannot confirm of return request. After telephonic talk 2 or 3 times they confirm return request. Courier partner Delhivery also not pickup the parcel at my home address, continuous followup he pickup the parcel after 2 days.

                            As the order is COD I filled the Bank details at the time of return request with blank Cheque copy. Still Moglix again and again emailed me for Bank details. On date 12 Nov. 2020 I again submit my bank details and Ticket No. #495921 was created for it and email me it will credited Rs. 428/- in my bank account.

                            Today date 19 Nov. 2020 again Moglix customer care emailed me for Bank details required.

                            I submit bank details 3 times still they expecting bank details. I think they making fool to customer and not initiate refund.

                            Moglix is not good E-commerce platform. Please beware from buying from them.

                                  I bought AC Stabilizer in Moglix. After installation it worked only for once, second time it is not giving power supply to AC. At first we thought it is AC fault. But technician said it is stabilizer fault. We booked complaint in Moglix, but they told to contact company customer service. We took product to service centre. They simply said that, this is not a new piece, we don't give free service to this.

                                  Why did moglix cheated us with second hand/refurbished products. Pls give us proper solution for this issue.

                                      I have placed a prepaid order with order ID 2927056 at moglix.com on 6th august 2020. They have given the delivery date as 13th of august. After 13th august I have noticed about the change in delivery date everyday within my order details. There is no such message or mail regarding the delay of order. After multiple conversations they have finally agreed for a refund on 2nd of September, since they failed to deliver the product. After that I have tried to contact multiple times through the customer care mobile and mail too. They were unresponsive. I have a very pathetic experience and till date I didn't receive any response from them.
