I, jeevarathnam g placed an order for crompton ceiling fan and paid cc for rs. 2991 on 2019.6.814.51.39 and received a sms and mail reply acknowledging the same with the order number 2602991. Everytime product delivery date was changing.
I fed up with delivery dates and cancelled order.

Called customer services, first time ring next time onwards invalid number.
Sent email no response, refund amount 4499/-not a small amount to leave.

I've ordered urja lite 60w 300mm sweep reversible mode exhaust fan, ul12fa with order # 2571626. Today afternoon i've received the reversible fan in damaged condition please exchange the same.

Please provide proper service. This is ridiculous, i'm ordering first time from moglix and this kind of response i'm getting from reputed company.

Customer care number shows that moglix is fraud. If we call after long wait. One # will lift and will talk nonsense. I was about to purchase a chainsaw from moglix as i found chainsaw was cheaper in moglix. Since i was my first purchase from moglix. I thought to confirm the reliability of the website. So i called their customer care. Through call i realized that they are cheat. Later i have ordered from amazon....

I purchased a fair deluxe 360 degree easy magic floor cleaning mop, on moglix for rs 550. I paid using google pay. Payment is deducted from my bank account. However moglix is showing payment failed against my order.

But we received 04 out of 06 d-shackles in rusted conditions. These type of cheating are very shameful for online marketing and such sites should be banned from doing online marketings....

This is to inform you that, i have order the technotech 301a usb mini keyboard from your online website on 8-oct-2018 and this product received by 15-oct-2018 after that i have check this product was different model received and both keyboard are not working.

I have raise the compliant of my product but till now no action taken from moglix support team.

That i was purchase kyocera printer fs-1120mfp on dt 29.09.2018 on line delivered on 10.10.18 today 17.10.18 printer installed by kyocera engineer but he find problem in document processor is not working there is not any damaged in dp dp is not working
So please replace my printer as soon as possible
