    Regarding moglixthe moglix company cancelled order id no; 2588464 dt 31/05/2019 the amount is not yet refunded.Please initiate action urgently and refund the amount urgently. why you are keeping public money though the order is cancelled.every thing is on line .the moglix company is not giving correct information in website while booking the order it was shown the product is in stock and after booking they are telling it is not in stock .i have procured it on some other manner due to urgency .but the amount is not refunded though the order is cancelled long back.

      I have cancelled order of wheelchair for handicapped people with order ID : 2570090.

      Everytime product delivery date was changing.
      I fed up with delivery dates and cancelled order.

      Called customer services, first time ring next time onwards invalid number.
      Sent email no response, refund amount 4499/-not a small amount to leave.

      Please do respond and provide refund.

          Customer care number shows that moglix is fraud. If we call after long wait. One # will lift and will talk nonsense. I was about to purchase a chainsaw from moglix as i found chainsaw was cheaper in moglix. Since i was my first purchase from moglix. I thought to confirm the reliability of the website. So i called their customer care. Through call i realized that they are cheat. Later i have ordered from amazon.

                  I have purchased 3 led bulbs in this site i have received only two. I have not opened the parcel for 5 days i have opened it yesterday i have seen only 2 in the package. Yesterday itself i have shared this information with moglix using whatsup app group no respond. Today i have called to them, they cooly says the request can't be taken since you have 48 hours to raise the complaint. They even explaining only about the policies only.                     I ordered an vox 1800 watt induction cooktop from moglix on 19/12/18 at time of purchase its delivery date was 26/12/18 but it delivers on 04/01/2018 after th product arrived i unboxed the package the product was i get was novella 2000 watt at first i think it was vox induction cooktop but when i tested product it was faulty it was started irregular and soon my one area of house electricity short circuited, after that i again started the cooktop electricity again shot circuitted

                    after the incident i called the customer care 5 or 6 times but they disconnect every time after 1 minute saying that our customer care head was busy on another complain please try again later,
                    after that i contact on their custumer care email and they responded after two days

                    And paid through Freechqrge app the same was cancelled on 17.03.2019 due to price problem.Till now I didn't get refund. Please resolve the problem immediately.

                      I had purchased one luminous inverter trolley in november and paid the same while delivery. The item was damaged on arrival so i requested for refund. The item was reverse pickedup and delivered also back to them. The same was acknowledged by moglix. I gave them the details of bank account for refund and after 10 days they said it is bounced due to incorrect information. Now i again sent another bank account details, till now the amount has not yet come. Several emails are sent by me. I called the customer service centre several times which says they the refund is in process. I have not been given the reference number for refund. Kindly resolve the issue as its more than 50 days of purchase.

                      I had given the copy of the account passbook to them via email and yet I have not got the refund or any update regarding the refund.
                      I did not get spray machine pipe how can I use without pipe they are not receiving my call
                      I have still not received your UTR number or refund till date. Kindly inform the future cause of action.
                      I received a damaged kettle with broken handle and it's not working even. It doesn't have even have a working charging pins.. There is no complaint section on the website as well.. In case of exchanging or returning there should be an option in the website.. I just received my order..

                        I purchased a fair deluxe 360 degree easy magic floor cleaning mop, on moglix for rs 550. I paid using google pay. Payment is deducted from my bank account. However moglix is showing payment failed against my order.

                        Hi, on 13, Jan, 2019 I have purchased a spanner set of 12 from moglix.com the product I received is totally waste of money they said that the spanners are of chrome vanadium but they are of very bad quality even some of them are rusted kindly help me in returning those spanners.

                          I have ordered kirloskar submersible pump 1.5 hp on on 24/10/2018 on moglix by paying ₹10890 online.It was showing delivery date on 01/11/2018.But it was showing any tracking detail till date .Now its status is showing product returned.
                          It has not given any info on call or mail.There is no update regarding my payment if it has returned.Also there are no option to contact them..i am not getting response from whatsapp number mentioned on moglix site.

And after switch on the holder the bulb automatically give a sound like a little blast and the bulb slowly decrees his power and its shut down forever.
