On 15th aug '19 i received wrong product what i placed order on 2nd aug '19 is totally different. I placed four star brand l6 no.7 leather safety shoes (Ref. Order no. 2638041) but i received unnamed, non-branded, sub-standard non-leather safety shoes. So need to return this product so please tell me how can i return this one. I hope you will contact soon to this problem.

    I order a vegan crux flip flop helmate on 8th july 2019. Order no is 2618275. Still i am not receiveing my order, it is showing in process, and deliver date is showing 20th july 2019.
    I called to customer care for this, they told me product is out of stock and u will received the product with in 2 working days. Every time i call to customer care i got the same ans. But they didn't update product is not available on site. And today i check the products still it is showing available.

        Hello,
        I have placed order for 150ah luminous battery on 27th June 2019, till now it's not been shipped! The given time frame for delivery was 10th July but the same never shipped.Now it's been 16days that I have placed this order, so far no update on this! I have paid amount using credit card EMI option and my billing date is very near. I need this product for my office, you are taking ages to ship the order.

        If you can't fulfill order refund it immediately.

        Your customer care keep saying that product will be shipped within 24-48 hours since from 8th July but nothing happened yet. Also gave a gati tracking id which is invalid and I've also confirmed from gati.
        They have told me that[protected] tracking id doesn't exists and asked me to contact you

        I hope to hear from you soon in this regard.

        We have registered supplier with moglix. It has claimed to be made payment in 15 days. however even after 70 days not getting payment...their customer care never come on call...whatsapp number also doesn't help...RM also giving deadline but not firm respond.

No.[protected] test is not ok (Chalta nahi hai) i open parcel in express bee office, infront of staff, that the goods belston battery hydrometer received damage, and gigamax m-02. Led 50. Wt. Test infront of expressbee staff at a times of delivery, testing it's not ok, (Chalta nahi hai) so i will like to request your honour to kindly replace the same product same price, with proper packing, not ever before, the goods damaging by mistake packaging, please package by professional staff, with big carton, cover with double hard paper, and put in big size carton and send me, seller fault is without testing ok, how they sale to customer, please give your advice to seller, test the product before sending.

            This is not a solution of my problems as i spoke to your customer representative and he confirm me that yes if you are ready to bear shipping charges for it so ya we can replace it so I am requesting you to please help me in it. Again I am saying that i am ready to bear shipping charges for it and ready to pay any difference amount if you have but kindly replace it as I am here without safety shoes and I don't have much more money to buy it again.

            I think you have to understand my situation.

                I ordered ceiling fan till it’s not yet delivered iam waiting from 10 days for that orders why it’s happens too late pls rply me, and moglix processing taken too much of time ur taken these day for every order this is really bad order prosessing way and iam so disappointing about moglix,, now tell me can i cancel my order,,, when i order before 10 day back iam planned to obit from flip cart but ur delivered my last product so early of that belive i ordered now also but this time u people really disappointed me." i really requaired that fan early we can’t sleep in the night with children need it necessarily iam planning to buy out side now i[censored]r not giving any rply iam going to cancel my order so pls rply me otherwise send my order soon possible.

                I respected ur reply on 26 June that ur told we are delivered ur order on 27 June but no one is called and no one is msged me till today, , y u people cheating us like this if h can’t able to send our order on our requaired date y u people running ur buiseness.. iam totally fed off way ur treating a valuable customer we are paid ur money and we are waiting like monkeys for ur delivery, this is ridiculous if can’t able to delivery a single ceiling fan pls drop a mail or msg I’ll quit here and I’ll cancel my order ..🙏🙏

The delivery at t-67, first street, 3-a, third floor, annanagar, chennai 600040, india is not yet in progress and i need it to be expedited. Any further delay will force me to cancel the order and claim the refund.

                      Regarding moglixthe moglix company cancelled order id no; 2588464 dt 31/05/2019 the amount is not yet refunded.Please initiate action urgently and refund the amount urgently. why you are keeping public money though the order is cancelled.every thing is on line .the moglix company is not giving correct information in website while booking the order it was shown the product is in stock and after booking they are telling it is not in stock .i have procured it on some other manner due to urgency .but the amount is not refunded though the order is cancelled long back.

                        I have cancelled order of wheelchair for handicapped people with order ID : 2570090.

                        Everytime product delivery date was changing.
                        I fed up with delivery dates and cancelled order.

                        Called customer services, first time ring next time onwards invalid number.
                        Sent email no response, refund amount 4499/-not a small amount to leave.

                          I've ordered urja lite 60w 300mm sweep reversible mode exhaust fan, ul12fa with order # 2571626. Today afternoon i've received the reversible fan in damaged condition please exchange the same.

                          Please provide proper service. This is ridiculous, i'm ordering first time from moglix and this kind of response i'm getting from reputed company.

                            Customer care number shows that moglix is fraud. If we call after long wait. One # will lift and will talk nonsense. I was about to purchase a chainsaw from moglix as i found chainsaw was cheaper in moglix. Since i was my first purchase from moglix. I thought to confirm the reliability of the website. So i called their customer care. Through call i realized that they are cheat. Later i have ordered from amazon.

                              I had purchased a i-flow 1hp water pump of sameer company on 4th may 2019 from moglix.com. I found the product is defective and no name of the company is printed on the warranty card. One screw is not fitted and the product value sticker is not heights on the product

                                I had purchased a Manual hand fruit juicer with waste collector recently, when I received it the product is defective I want to return it, these product are old. their customer care refuse to back the product.these product are useless for me because these are too old.My money are waste when i buy these product.

                                    I have purchased 3 led bulbs in this site i have received only two. I have not opened the parcel for 5 days i have opened it yesterday i have seen only 2 in the package. Yesterday itself i have shared this information with moglix using whatsup app group no respond. Today i have called to them, they cooly says the request can't be taken since you have 48 hours to raise the complaint. They even explaining only about the policies only. They don't have any idea of helping to find the missed. So kindly help me how to solve this

                                      I ordered an vox 1800 watt induction cooktop from moglix on 19/12/18 at time of purchase its delivery date was 26/12/18 but it delivers on 04/01/2018 after th product arrived i unboxed the package the product was i get was novella 2000 watt at first i think it was vox induction cooktop but when i tested product it was faulty it was started irregular and soon my one area of house electricity short circuited, after that i again started the cooktop electricity again shot circuitted

                                      i want my full refund of product that i was paid

                                      after the incident i called the customer care 5 or 6 times but they disconnect every time after 1 minute saying that our customer care head was busy on another complain please try again later,
                                      after that i contact on their custumer care email and they responded after two days

                                        I had purchased one luminous inverter trolley in november and paid the same while delivery. The item was damaged on arrival so i requested for refund. The item was reverse pickedup and delivered also back to them. The same was acknowledged by moglix. I gave them the details of bank account for refund and after 10 days they said it is bounced due to incorrect information. Now i again sent another bank account details, till now the amount has not yet come. Several emails are sent by me. I called the customer service centre several times which says they the refund is in process. I have not been given the reference number for refund. Kindly resolve the issue as its more than 50 days of purchase.

                                        I had given the copy of the account passbook to them via email and yet I have not got the refund or any update regarding the refund.
                                        I did not get spray machine pipe how can I use without pipe they are not receiving my call

                                        I received a damaged kettle with broken handle and it's not working even. It doesn't have even have a working charging pins.. There is no complaint section on the website as well.. In case of exchanging or returning there should be an option in the website.. I just received my order..
