This sink was delivered without the necessary coupling and pipe that had been advertised as included in its cost. Being a square hole it is not easy to find a replacement to fit. For over a week now I have been emailing and speaking to the company about this. After over 20 emails, attempts at whatsapp and speaking to customer representatives we have got nowhere. Except to be called liars since they claim it was included in the package. It was not and to support this I had sent a photo of the package with its label where it is clearly written only the sink is included. I really suggested you avoid this company. It has been a most unhappy experience. From the first I have also asked that they provide the part number so we can at least try and find it elsewhere. Even this they have not done. So we are left with an unusable installed sink.

I am happy to report that after many phone calls, emails, arguments etc I eventually found someone helpful and the missing items were sent and have been received. So all resolved.

    On same day I sent a mail for refund ad the product that I expected is more in size so I wanted to reorder with bigger size but these people are so rude and totally unprofessional
    They don't understand that customer wants to order other product so why he will keep the unsuful product

    They said the product which u order is the same so we can't help
    These dumb people don't know I am saying yes the product is same but now I want to reorder for other size so take my product back give refund and I wil order other one on your site store only

    There people are careless that's why AMAZON IS TEE BEST
    NO QUESTIONS ASK POLICY CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT

      Second Hand Non-functional defective item delivered, Item is Durelo Steel Powder coated finish yellow seven drawer roller cabinet. Reference part number MSN19Z2VQWR353 Order number[protected] for Rupees 23, 699/-

      We received this item in a totally damaged state with deep gouges and non functioning. Item is badly dented in various places, Paint has chipped off, wheels cannot be installed as the bolts provided cannot be inserted. Keys provided to lock the cabinet do not work.

      Upon receipt of this damaged item (Return Policy is valid until 1 Dec 2022) we immediately took photos and started the return process. And got stuck in the process as the photos were not uploading. We tried to call the customer care number as given on the invoice +[protected] and it was a wrong number.

      We also tried to use their chat services and there was no response.

      Customer raised the issue on 27th and we resolved the case within 24 business hours. We have arranged the reverse pickup of this order and it will be picked up within 72 business hours. Once returned to the seller, we will initiate the refund.
      Thank you at Consumer Complaints for swiftly taking up our issue with Moglix. After we were intimated by yourself and Moglix of the return being approved, the item is packed in its original packing and ready for pick-up.

          *Moglix also not resolved my issues
          * Iam contact councumer care and cyber crime anathapur distric form
          * Iam suffering this is along 50 days
          * Iam remainder this is last time and I never go delhivery corier office and I can't tact delhivery persons
          * One moglix member aakash sir try to resolve my issues but delhivery persons give both ways wrong commitments
          * Possible to create any other corier partners

            Dear Sir,

            I have made an order (Order Id : 3912468) with Moglix (Mogli Labs India Private Limited) for Wellton Healthcare Semi Fowler Hospital Bed (Model WH-509B) on 1 July 2022 for my bedridden husband. While ordering they said it will be delivered by 8 July 2022. On 7 July 2022, the manufacturer contacted me and said it is ready for dispatch. However, I have not received the item on the agreed date by Moglix. I have then contacted their helpline and they said it will be delivered on 10 July 2022, but again they missed this date. As it is urgently required for my bedridden husband, I made several follow ups via email and phone calls to expedite the delivery. Finally, I have received the item on 13 July 2022.

            When it arrived, I have noticed that the packing was not properly done for the item. Due to improper packing, nut & bolt sets for the handrail were not present in the box. Also, the headboard lock was damaged (bent) resulting an improper tie-in to the bed frame (currently it is loose). Apart from this, I also noticed that the support frame/cross bar connecting two legs also got damaged while shipping. I have contacted Moglix over phone and registered a complaint. As I have not seen any response from Moglix, I have also contacted the manufacturer for a resolution, however, they asked me to contact Moglix for any claims after sale.

            I have then made several follow ups over phone for my complaint, and I wrote to them officially on 20 July 2022. I have also noticed damages to the wheels after couple of days use. The tubes connecting the wheels have a bend and the wheels are touching the cross bar and cannot rotate 360 degrees. It seems like the support frame is not capable of holding the weight (65 kg) of the patient. After several communications with them they agreed to replace the bed set and I was waiting for the item for pick up. But suddenly Moglix send an email saying that as the delivered item is used by the customer, I am not eligible for a replacement and rejected my request.

            As it is unsafe to sleep on it and I felt it may break at any time, I have purchased another bed set for my husband from a local manufacturer and we are very satisfied with it.

            I have full call recordings and email communications in case of any verification required by the authorities. I require them to take away this low quality item and request a full reimbursement at the earliest.

              They refused for refund my money due to failed payment error in moglix app.. after multiple requests I havent got any reply from them.. such a pathetic site.. they have stolen my money.. I am going to file police complaint and going to consumer court for same..

                Order no. 3943618 not dispatched yet! Promised ETD was today i.e. 18-Jul-2022, but the order has not been dispatched till now!

                Please be aware that this was my first order on Moglix, and this is the first impression you're giving to one of your first-time customers! This is not fair and not done.

                  Order id 3938827 shipped on 14th july. On 18 july it showing rto status on xpressbees courier before reaching the destination city.
                  also cancelled status on moglix order. They are saying its a glitch but according to delivery partner it is already headed to origin.

On 13.06.2022 I receive a call from delivery person that he will deliver the item on 14.06.2022, but after 13.06.2022 every day they sent a SMS that your item is out for delivery but the the contact person No. provided by the company in the SMS is not picking up the Phone nor they have contacted me.
                        In the evening they sent the following SMS although I was available in the office from 9.30 AM to 6 PM everyday and this cycle is maintained every day but till date I have not received my order.

                            I received the product on 4th June and return on the same day due to compatibility issue with Glucose strips sent by vendor. The Morepen has one product which has black color strips for sugar check. I received the white stirps which is non compactable with Glucose machine. I requested Moglix many times from 4th June till 13'06. However still they are not convinced with the proof image and details shared by me. I am using this machine from last 10 years and had never received such wrong items. I have shared the same product procured from Amazon which is perfectly fine. I am logging this complaint for the refund/return of my product.

                              I ordered consistent computer monitor but they delivered zebian monitor. Immediately I rised the return request using moglix website. Even after 5 days no reply from the company. I tried to contact but no body is picking call even after 10 minutes of waiting.
                              The invoice is different from Delivered product. What to do now? Feeling helpless.
                              Thinking of taking the matter to consumer court.
                              I think it's a bogus company,

                                On 24 th may order is delivered with one box. But that box contain controle pannel only. The pump I have ordered is missing. Immediately I have raised a request for exchange of product but that request is declined by moglix team. Why they behave like this. I have shared pics of delivered product.                                   I have ordered an printer from moglix which is of the brand canon. I recieved the parcel and i found the parcel in repacked condition, immediately i contact with their customers support they told me to take a video and photo and to open it.
                                  When i opened there is a another model of canon printer.i shared all the photos and videos i[censored]nboxing and its clear visible that the model is different.
                                  Now i want to return it but they are not accepting to return.
