On 21.12.2020 I had ordered 2 units of Bajaj Flashy Room Heater via Pay U payment mode. My order was successful and the total amount was debited. I could also see my order status which showed 27.12.2020 as the expected delivery date. I could not opt for COD as the option was not available.

I have received my 2 chairs Regent Butterfly Net & Metal High Back Black Mesh Chair Brand : Regent. When I opened the box I found 4 damaged parts.     I have ordered regent mesh office chair and it was delivered today i.e., on 23/12/2020.
    I was not at all happy with the product as the height adjustment of the chair was not working and also I was unable to return the product in the moglix app.
    So, please respond to the issue.

                I bought AC Stabilizer in Moglix. After installation it worked only for once, second time it is not giving power supply to AC. At first we thought it is AC fault. But technician said it is stabilizer fault. We booked complaint in Moglix, but they told to contact company customer service. We took product to service centre. They simply said that, this is not a new piece, we don't give free service to this.

                Why did moglix cheated us with second hand/refurbished products. Pls give us proper solution for this issue.

                    I have placed a prepaid order with order ID 2927056 at moglix.com on 6th august 2020. They have given the delivery date as 13th of august. After 13th august I have noticed about the change in delivery date everyday within my order details. There is no such message or mail regarding the delay of order. After multiple conversations they have finally agreed for a refund on 2nd of September, since they failed to deliver the product. After that I have tried to contact multiple times through the customer care mobile and mail too. They were unresponsive. I have a very pathetic experience and till date I didn't receive any response from them.

                          I received printer canon pixma 2570s on 9th sep 2020 price was 2699 I was not in town I unpacked on 11 sep 2020 and check that printer is not printing and black ink led on so product is in return policy for 7 days till 16 sep 2020 so raised return request on 11 sep and evening same day return request cancel by seller then again I did raised request return again cancelled by seller again 12 sep I raised then again cancelled and customer care is not picking up call if product is under 7 days return policy then this website making fool of customer

                          If customer in under return policy 7 days return policy and 10 days in other shopping website then talking to other website if customer not satisfied with product then they can return back product within 10 days after 10 days they under brand warrenty but in moglix in my case product is damage cartridge is empty may be someone returned product is defective then it should be return and if I am under 7 days return policy of product then why I will go for brand warrenty because I received damage printer canon service executive told seller will only change the product
