Mistakenly, I had placed an order for the weighing machine in subject with ORDER# 3099955 on 28th Dec, 2020 by choosing Prepaid option as they didn't have Pay on Delivery option for the product. The order was delivered to me on 31st December, 2020.
After receiving the product on 31st December, 2020 found that the entire set of product is damaged and cheap in quality with respect to the price quoted for the product ( ₹ 3, 874), the look and feel of the product was entirely THIRD class and the parts received were almost all damaged.
On 31st Dec, 2020 itself the refund and return request was raised, however the REFUND is not processed yet for the same. The item was picked up also delayed on 2nd Jan, 2021 evening and it has not yet been received by Moglix it seems. Every time I raise the request to update them on my REFUND status, they say it is in process and I need to wait for 24 to 48hrs.
Request you register a hard complaint against the company and their pathetic services towards customer's hard earned money.
WORST PART IS THEY VERY WELL KNOW THAT THEY PROVIDE SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE, HENCE THERE IS NOWHERE THEIR ESCALTION MATRIX IS UPDATE APART FROM THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EMAIL ID AND CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS OF NO USE.
