-return product received by moglix and refund confirmed on mail.
-Customer care denying to provide refund
details.
-Moglix repeatedly sending copy pasted response with no heed to questions.
-moglix well known to delay/deny refunds for weeks by inventing excuses.

Kindly help get refund of 9019/- unethically held by moglix asap.

      I ordered a baja table fan from moglix but the two blades of the fan was broken and even the box was in bad condition. I filed a return but it was rejected. I tried calling the customer care but I didn't get any response.

        My experience with Moglix has been very bad. I ordered a small manual lawn mower which cost me a little less than Rs. 3000. I received my order in a very sorry looking plastic sack with handles popping out and the sack was sewn with a thin rope. When I opened the sack there was only a grass collection basket and handle. The main component which is the mower with blade was missing. I called up the delivery guy who asked me to contact Moglix. Moglix claims they gave me a sealed intact product. Really bad experience. Very disappointed.

          I have an order : [protected] placed and received a faulty product in package. They didnt follow the return policy stating ‘Package is sealed back and branded’ so contact the direct brand.
          However every package will be sealed packed only !!!
          Customer service didnt helped at all. Worst experience ..
          I am gonna take legal action and already raised complaint to NCDRC ( National consumer disputes redressal commission)

            Dera sir,
            I have order safety shoes on 8th may.
            Moglix order details show it's processing from 8th may & now 11th may.

            Every evening I call moglix care no & they told me they provide tracking details tomorrow then next day they don't give me any tracking details & say next day they provide.
            Please sir help me i really need this shoes urgent.

              1. you have packed all 4 panels in a single box so it is very heavy and difficult to deliver the product in a two-wheeler.
              2. I agree to pay the local trolly change for receiving the product. still, I am not receiving the products
              3. kindly say what is my fault? I have paid your full amount, I agree to pay the local transport charges. Still, if I am not getting the product I am helpless.

                My order was placed by moglix executive with confirmation of price, stock and assured delivery within 5 days from the supplier(company of product) and after the confirmation the order was placed. Today is 29th day after placing the order still there is no delivery of my order. Who will bear the opportunity loss and loss of time and money due to such unfaithful service. I have contacted many times to the customer service on call and i have all the call recordings of their lies such as-1.your order is already shipped.2.your order will be delivered within 2 days.3.take this tracking number for proof(which was provided so that i dont call up and i came to know that was a fake tracking number), 4.etc...
                Their commitment of callback is totally fake and when asked to transfer the call to senior they say there is no senior there and we are only the senior.i don't know why the brand used a tag line Moglix Haina cause there are practically not there.also they say they are India's largest B2B platform but based on my experience and behaviour from them it seems a lie.i would not recommend others to use this platform as they just want to collect your money and use it for months.if someone from moglix is literally reading this and wants to deliver my product as promised and don't want to cause more mental harassment then my order id is -3251859 i would really appreciate a call back from some zonal officer for the delievery of my order as already many days have passed where i have waited so kindly arrange a speed delivery of my order.and also if you still reply to this review to provide the order id or contact details then it means you are not interested in customer service.lets see when will my order be delievered.

                    I had ordered an inverter battery trolley( diamond ppc compound single battery trolley) and to my surprise was delivered torn, broken, worn used by elsewhere and sent to me ...I applied for return through emails documented and with great difficulty moglix sends the pickup person assuring me replacement (chkd and verified )
                    today i received the replacement as though new packing & to my surprise the same old box which was used, torn, worn was sent back to me & moreover the delivery person runs away even before i open the box... In this way i spend my time ewith useless moglix who only write emails saying that they have escalated my issue to the top officials...Horrible useless people playing around with customer sentiments & that too twice...Is there any help from you people to mess up and get my refund...The photos also dont upload being just 3.4 mb...Horrible

                        I purchased target marble cutter on 27 March 2021, they have sent a used cutter which was giving electric sparks, it is even rusted, when I asked for return with photos they have rejected.
                        Its a fake company
                        Don't buy from moglix

                        I will use internet and give bad feedback everywhere until they return my money.

                            Dear sir,

                            I purchased moglix 13 mm drill machine kit on 18/11/2020..After few months the machine doesn't work. I went to Bosch service centre and they told me that this machine has no serial no.they said this machine could be a duplicate one.and for repairing they will take charge, but my drill machine is under warranty period.

                            This is the worst experience from moglix. The customer care denied to provide serial number

                                9015437... 16 march ko call aaya muje ki brother dcp-b7535dw printer available hai to muje link bheja maine payment b kiya... fir 1 day dispatch ho jayega bol bol kar aaj bol rahe hai aur 5 din lagenge dispatch hone me abhi stock nahi hai... agar stock hi nahi tha unke pass to order ka payment kyu karwaya.. harbar mail me 2 se 3 working days likha hua aata hai.. customer wale jaldi hi karwate hai aisa hi bolte hai...gumate hi rehte hai big cheater...aaj maine customer care me call kar k order cancel karne ko bola tab b bolte 48 gante me cancellation ka mail aayega... jb ki koi aur website me product cancellation me itna time nahi lagta.. sach ye hai ki in logo ko muft k customer k paise gumane hai bas... jitna ho sake inse delay karte jao.. zero rate service hai... i want refund my money

                                      I have order 2 boss chair on 5th of February 2021 . My order number is 3157813 . I have canceled my order on 14th February because they are not making my delivery on time and giving reasons like order has been dispatch and all but there was no update of my product in courier company, from two weeks I am calling there customer care regarding my refund but they are not giving it and saying it is under process . My cancellation request is under process from 2 weeks .
                                      I have mail them max 20/30 times but they haven’t gave any response to my emails also
                                      I have used my credit card for this, and I haven’t received my product yet now my bank will charge me the amount
                                      Please I want my refund

                                        I have placed order Godrej Safire 40 L 2KL Mechanical Fire Resistant Safe on 10th Feb 2021 and payment made on same time, order ID 3166950. I did not get delivery and proper response after sending emails to customer care.
                                        After follow-up, finally I requested for the refund.
                                        Since then NO reply from Moglix.
