Hi,
My name Ameet and I stay in Tyagrajnagar, Bangalore. I had purchased an electric cooker of Morphy Richards Company from Big Bazaar, Malleswaram branch, Bangalore. It had a guarantee (not warranty) of 2 years, means, in case it happens that the cooker is functionally not working, then the product will be replaced with a new one. Also the biz bazaar representative presented with a same explanation. However, after geting the product, for the 1st time I started using it did not work apparently not functioning as expected. Immediately, I took it back to Biz Bazaar expecting a replacement and they rejected to replace telling that they cannot replace it rather they will get it rapaired. There was a long conversation between us on the issue, and in the midst of the conversation there happen to interfere a supervisor by name Subramanya and was able to temporarly convince us to try and get the issue temporarly be on hold. We left the cooker there on the words of Mr. Subramanya. And now its being alomst one month i havnt got my cooker back raplaced and they still say that it cannot be raplaced.
