COMPLAINT: FLEXI JAR LEAKING/DAMAGED on first time opening the packing.
Service man came but brought wrong jar.

After repeated messages still no action. Also contacted Service Manager Mr Naveen at [protected] many time. But still no action taken. Given No. [protected] of BM Mr Sunil Kaushik but no answering at all. Complaint also given on their web portal. Very poor customer care response by them.

Please help in replacing and compensate.

    With great gust and anticipation a Morphy Richards OTG 52 ltrs was purchased on 25.03.2015 from RK Electronics, Vikas Marg., New Delhi I was in anticipation of good long service from a quality product - alas in vain. On usage it was observed that the door does not close completely. The gap is visible to the naked eye. Customer care was contacted ( Complaint No. 6680547). A technician saw the defect and noted the fault in his worksheet. Since then customer care was contacted on 04.04.2015 and 06.04.2015, however the case has still not progressed. Customer care is very polite but is stonewalling the issue. The disappointment and frustration cannot be expressed on mail. Better quality of product and service was expected . It is requested that immediate action is taken to replace the faulty oven with a functional piece.

    Unfortunately, we have faced the same problem, bought 52RCSS Morphy Richards OTG from Vijay Sales, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai on 4th November, 2015 as our Diwali Present which we wanted to use to entertain our guests on Diwali. But as we opened the box and noted that cover doesn't close properly. We lodged the complaint the same day and numerous calls thereafter. Till date the OTG is not used. We have lost all hope of getting it repaired, neither Vijay Sales nor Morphy Richards reply or take action. Both are pathetic and useless.

      I, Mr.Prashant Raje, had lodged complaint for my OTG 52 RCSS which has heating problem, it takes longer time than mentioned in recipe book of morphy richards, also its within the guarantee period.The concerned person had come to check with the fault on 23rd March 2015, in which he told that there's problem with the thermostat & he would change it in 4-5 days duration.But till today 4th April none of the concerned person has taken the initiative to call up from Morphy Richards to ask regarding the complaint, inspite of lodging complaint through Croma(the product was purchased from it) as well as with Morphy Richards.Its a total negligence & insincerity on part of your company.No value for customer & his complaints. Complaint Number-6600504 Mob-[protected] Charkop market, Kandivali-W. I would now want promt action on this matter.

        I purchased a Divo Essential 3 Jar Mixer Juicer from Morphy Richards on 31/12/2014, with 2 years of guarantee + 5 years of guarantee on motor. When used it first time, it didn't started, I logged my complaint and customer care representative from Bajaj Electricals visited to attend my complaint (Call no.[protected]. I raised my concern that how should I trust reliability of this mixer juicer as its not working from its first attempt and asked him to replace the product as its under Guarantee. But, he declined and repaired the mixer juicer by cutting and fixing the open wire near motor. Now the worst part of Morphy Richard Mixer Juicer: After about 2.5 months from the date of its purchase, one day something strange happened which I never experienced with any other company' mixer juicer. While grinding, I heard a stroking sound and mixer stopped working, when I put off the jar I found that, the gear WHEEL which is used to fix the jar for grinding was CRUNCHED and jar blade was also displaced. This is really TERRIBLE. I was surprised looking at the quality tested and approved by Morphy Richards. I would say PATHETIC. Also, the service they are delivering to the customer is worst than their product quality. Their representative form Bajaj Electricals are very arrogant and manner less. I again logged my complaint and they again declined for the replacement event demanding charges for the broken part replacement (Wheel) even though the product is under guarantee. I insisted and requested back, they told me they will confirm and get back to me. They never came back with any feedback and I had to call them after waiting for 15-20 days of time after their visit to attend my complaint. Finally, the refused to replace the product/part (Wheel) free of cost, even its under Guarantee. I would NOT RECOMMEND Morphy Richard product to anyone. If you want to save your money and time DO NOT BUY MORPHY RICHARD PRODUCT. Its a suggestion not an advice. As Morphy Richard claims, its not 'smart ideas for your home', its a 'smart idea to make you fool'. So be careful and evaluate for other better options. As per my experience, this is really not a deal to think even.

          I PURCHASED MORPHY RICHARDS 15LITRE STORAGE GEYSER FROM KUMAR ELECTRONICS DWARKA ON 04TH NOV-2014. SINCE ITS PURCHASE THE PRODUCT WAS NOT GIVING GOOD SERVICE. LAST ONE MONTH AGO I FOUND THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING & THE WHOLE APARTMENT HAS BEEN SHORT-CIRCUITED.AFTER THE VISIT OF SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE HEATING ELEMENT ORIGINALLY PROVIDED IS FAULTY & IT HAS ALSO DAMAGED SOME MCV'S INSIDE.AFTER LONG FOLLOW-UP THE HEATING ELEMENT HAS BEEN REPLACED BUT THE MCV'S HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED TILL DATE.THE PRODUCT IS LYING AS IDLE & THE SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE ARE NOT PICKING UP PHONE CALLS & NOT EVEN TURNING UP.I FEEL AS CHEATED AFTER PAYING A PRICE OF RS 7000 & NOT EVEN USED IT PROPERLY.EVEN IF THEY REPAIR THE PRODUCT THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF BEING AGAIN DAMAGED.NEED A FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.

          I am waiting since a month to get my microwave repaired. till date i am unable to get their service. The representatives are highly irresponsible. Beware before you buy any product of murphy.

            I have purchased, on 28 May 2008, from Air force CSD Air force Station Kalaikunda Dist West Medinipur West Bangal- PIN 721303, it has became unserviceable within its guarantee period, CSD has denied any help, now what to do where to go, my product should be changed immediately or may be repaired as soon as possible.

              I had logged a complaint with you 3 months back for my leaking kettle 1.8 Rapido the complaint was attended by the technician and replacement sticker was put on it, as i had purchased it online from yebhi.com, now yebhi is closed and they no more exist, and nobody from morphy richard is also helping in the replacement, i have been running door to door but all in vain i had a word with the area incharge Mr. Arun Chavan and his senior Mr. Sujay Sinha but they are also not able to resolve the problem as they can't, if your company is so competant to resolve the issue's then please close down your india business and Get lost.                 My complain no is 6246920 dated 19/01/2015 from Kolkata... Complain was regarding change of thermal of my otg ... It's been almost a month area manager sanditpa and head manger sukamal is least bothered sending some1 for repair.. neither they cal back nor respond to my at once have to cal them continuously thn thy pick d cal n thy say thy sendng d techniques next day n there next day havnt came yet ... Evn calling to cam center nos of time over ther also senior executives ganesh, satesh n sheetal r unable to solve my problem ... Wht to Do in such a case Morphy Richard is such a repudiated company world wide but to due such lazy n unqualified staff hired, company name is dropping

                  I brought a kettle from Flipkart a Morphy Richards Rapido 1.8 L kettle on Jan-2014 with in one year it started Leaking Water. So I opened a ticket on Jan-2015with Morphy Richards complaint Number 6181247. After the complaint a Technician from Bajaj Electricals(as representative from Morphy Richards) came next few days took the kettle and did not show up for 10 days. So I called back he came returned my Item and gave me a Sticker for Replacement and ask to call Morphy Richards. Here is the new thing after me calling to Morphy Richards and informing the same as Technician said. They say going call the Dealer whom bought it from. This is the first time hearing if we have guarantee of the Product we have to call dealer. What is the company gaurantee for we have to waste all our time and money buying product and any repair comes we have to call other delear what is cusomer care Phone numbers and helpline numbers for. Please let me know how to proceed on this

                  Each guys are escaping you cutomer care guy says go and contact Flipkart andFlipkart says they will not do any customer support for alreadysold products. The bajaj service they donot have parts of the item of one year old.

                  This looks like Morphy rRichards is faking people to buy by say 2 year Gaurantee card

                      I took your food processor from Radhika Sales in Nigdi, Pune 6months back. The blades of the jar are not not at all sharp from the first day itself. You cannot even grind a ripe banana. The quality of the plastic handles and plastic jar (kneading)are so cheap. I have made a blunder mistake by buying your food processor. I have never come across such a bad quality and not at all worth buying. The sound is so loud. Pl dont cheat people like us in selling such products. Kindly compare your product with other food processors in the market and you will realize the difference.

Firs time your service engineer visit and said there is no problem. Second time when again I booked complain on your customer care number. Your engg. visit my place after 3 days of complain. He checked the OTG and found the problem, he adjusted the thermostat but not checked the working.next day when I tried...

                          We placed an order for a Microwave Oven 20MS, on the official website Morphy Richards http://www.morphyrichardsindia.com on 31st October, 2014. On 11th November, 2014 we reached the product, but was in a damaged condition. Immediately on receiving the product by Gati Courier Services (Tracking No.[protected], we opened it and found that the body was dented from one side and the ring placed beneath the glass table was broken & Bill was also not in the name of Company. We asked the courier guy to replace it, he said we do not do open deliveries. Then we called the customer care no.[protected] and lodged the complaint and they said in an engineer will be visiting in next two working days. Engineer Mr. Mohit Sharma (Cell No. [protected]) visited our office on 13th November, 2014 to resolve the issue. We showed him the oven’s dent & broken ring. He said “I will mend the dent & replace the ring”. We said ok, but after his process of mending the dent, body of oven got more dents. We asked him to replace but he said that “We never replace any product”. Again I called your customer care, they gave me Mr. Nitin’s No. [protected]. We had a word with him, he just said we never replace the product & disconnected the call. We want to return the Product immediately & want the Cash Rs. 5, 995/- to be refunded.

                            Since Morphy has no service network of its own, accordingly, it does not intend to honour the said warranty provisions as the outsourced partner does not have the will or intent to establish the quality services for Morphy. Moreover, the provisions of warranty are only to sell the product and they have no direct complaint resolution mechanism to appeal against such deficient services. First, complain addressed 5747063 however, self purported resolution given and no recite available. Second compalint 5755822 (not attended even after 6 days of complaint and reminders thereof).

                              Hi I bought an OTG from a shop at Kolkata, India on 26th of September 2014. When I bought home the product and opened the package I found that they have provided me the wrong smaller rotisserie rod instead of the rod for the 28ltr. I have complained both at their Mumbai, India office and Kolkata, India office. The numbers are[protected] and[protected]. The complain number raised is 5557636 and 5673697. They are constantly saying it will be provided but it's more than a month. They provided me the contact number and name of the Kolkata service center which is[protected] and [protected], and contact person name Mr. Sau. None of the customer care executive or the service center is paying any heed. They are constantly saying it will come next week, but nothing has been done yet. Let me know what to do and how to go about it.

As promised, demo / installation should be done by eod tomorrow. Otherwise, I've no option other than placing request for replacing the product with either Samsung / LG Microwave Woven - as without properly checking the Product Condition, I can't use it.                                   Hi, I had brought the product 5 months back, it worked great for 4 months and then the trouble started with ELCB, every time we switch on the geyser it gets tripped(gets switched off after a spark inside the ELCB). Gave 3 complaints in 2 weeks time. Every time the service agent comes, replaces some wire, it works, but only for 1 day. next day again the same problem happens. fed up with inexperienced pathetic service of the service agent. . The service agent says we do not have a spare ELCB and that is not covered under warranty. so what to do now? Please send some senior technician or please replace my faulty ELCB/ geyser. Every time the service agent comes, replaces some wire, it works, but only for 1 day. next day again the same problem happens. fed up with inexperienced pathetic service of the service agent. . The service agent says we do not have a spare ELCB and that is not covered under warranty. so what to do now? Please send some senior technician or please replace my faulty ELCB/ geyser

                                    I have taken Morphy Induction cooker. In a 1 month same problem is been occured thrice and on asking for replacement, the refuse and even the Area head and Manger a re arrogant and makes the customer full. Mr. Arun is the person who is in Morphy is the one who cant solve a single problem.
