The touch issue is still not resolved. After applying tempered glass the situation even gets worse. Screen flickring, unable to type are the common problems. The company knows about this issue but not accepting the same. And talking about the evidence you can check th reviews of this phone online or youtube videos of the people facing the same issue. Really disappointing to see such kind of customer service from motorola. Would never be buying any products of motorola nor recommend to anyone. Either refund my moneyback and take your defective phone back or provide a permanent solution to the same. I can't mail again and again. Its been one and the half month and i am really pissed off with this issue. Request you to revert asap and provide a solution towards it.

    The calling app hangs, sometimes caller's name isn't flashed on the screen.
    There's a problem in camera launching during whatsapp and snapchat also.
    Ive been to the motorola service centre many times and wasted hell lot of my time but they didn't provide me with any solutions, they always have an excuse or the other, they didn't even revert back when i sent them the video of my phone being hanged.
    And now they're asking me to again visit the centre and i know it would just waste my time for one more time, they even kept my phone for a week to check, and they sent me back by saying the phone doesn't have any issues and then I sent these videos too. But no help offered but asked to visit the centre for something again which will lead to more wasting of my time.

        This phone is hanging very frequently
        Display is too slow and less sensitive.
        Network and data connectivity frequently get disconnected and connection restored automatically.
        Very slow network and data connectivity.
        Camera is not better than 10 MP where it is claiming as 108 MP.

        Such a worst experience in very few days

          The one issue which most o[censored]s people hate with moto g60 is that while using more than one audio output app the audio quality gets distorted. For ex: while playing pubg without earphones with friends, the audio quality of game gets distorted. Another example, while attending class on google meet, if i play any video on youtube the audio quality of the both audio output gets distorted/downgraded. Issue persists only while using apps with more than one audio output or like in games like pubg where two outputs is present by default (1. Friends on call. 2. Game audio output).
          In my previous phone which was Xiaomi note 5 i used apps with more than one audio output but there wasn't any scene of audio quality distortion.
          I think you guys MUST fix this with an update as this bug is HIGHLY IRRITATING.

            The persons whom I talk in phone unable to hear me properly. They complaints of voice break or no voice.
            Also noise reduction function is not working. Don't know it is there or not. if the person hears me he complaints of noise from background even if only fan is running in the room.

                  Bought these pathetic ear buds on 26th Oct 2020 from amazon & now it has started making a mess, in just 8-9 months, battery is getting drained in 30 mins, even after multiple recharges. just want to replace it or refund the amount

                    Both front and back camera video is getting lots of issues. It is taking too much time to save. Even after save it is not playing continuosly. The phone is getting hang during camera activities. Last 5 days I could not take any video in this mobile.other than camera everything is good. I have done the camera updated, but no improvement.

                      I have some problem with my motorola mobile phone with regard to battery and replaced the battery from an authorised service centre in Kannur district of Kerala state 2 months back. Now my mobile has the same problem with its battery. Actually the service people told the battery has 3 months warranty. But now it used only for 2 months. Now I tried to contact the service but that number is switched off..

                            I have purchased one mobile ( Motorola one fusion plus) on 19.10.2020, day before yesterday I feel that mobile sound speaker is not coming properly so I take it to the nearby Motorola service center where they verified that it's speaker gone faulty then I told them to change it free of cost because it was in warenty period but they refused to change it & advice me to call at service center after that I have tried customer care number many times but no response given them, so kindly help me.my contact number is [protected]

                                  On 4/11/2020 I gave my MOTO XT1562 mobile to CCOM TELECOM PVT LTD at ETERNITY MALL Thane West, Maharashtra, India for Battery Replacement as very low backup time after full charging. (Ref No. MOT/ETE02/CI/10/20/000484, Cash memo-(CTPL/20-21/ETE02/268).
                                  1) Taken more than 9 day to replace Battery - For this time my mobile remain switched OFF (Which is not justifying).
                                  2) Without information My Mobile is formatted. I lost all my data and all numbers as no backup taken. (with only "Sorry" remark)

                                      I have some issue in my mobile.

                                      ..Network issue.
                                      Replace 2 sim cards from the vodafone also due to this. But now I can not able to make calls.
                                      ..Battery drain issue. Fast charging not supported and discharge within 2 to 3 Hrs.
                                      ..Audio issue. Mic and speakers not working only bluetooth speakers and ear buds are working.

                                      Went New delhi service centers in okhla, kotla and lajpat nagar But those are offering paid service. Said they are Not supports for warranty related issue.

                                        Recently I had my moto c plus charging pin replacement from A.G enterprises, Ground floor, kamla Vihar, ASHA singh More, A.P colony, Gaya-823001, on 26th of August 2020. Now within 50 days again my mobile stopped charging as expected. I reached the service center and they said again charging pin needs to be replaced.
                                        I mean the same thing could have been done outside with less cost and it will work. Even I spoke to Manager, but they said you need to replace it again with same charge 850 rupees.

                                        When i got it checked from outside, I was surprised, they have used a low quality charging pin, which was of poor quality and also they have damaged my USB cable as well. I got it changed in just 150 rupees and it is working as expected.

                                        These is clearly case of damage the moto brand, as it will be clear breach of trust with customer. We rely on service center due to durability of product, but it seems as the kind of service that I got doesn't show this.
