Respected Sir, I have purchase one Motorola 2G handset by flifkart date 21/10/2014. Invoice No.[protected], Handset N26758 Imei No.[protected] & [protected].This handset is Last two months many time hang & automatically On/Off, So how can I purchase for MOTOROLA product next time? Can this handset is replace or Exchange if by Motorola.
Motorola Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    MOTO G3 purchased -Sep15 via Flipkart. In Oct 15, its loud speaker stopped working Submitted on 30/10/15 to service Centre i.e. ' I-Picks Solutions P Ltd located in CP, Delhi. Today is 39th day nd still havnt recd my phone back. Due to non availablity of eqpment at centre, thy r returning incomplete set. ur Sen. member Prashant is aware bt no use.
    Motorola Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Such a bad experience. just fyi i am one of the loyal customer and having 3 motorola sets i.e. 2 motog2 and 1 moto g3. but after getting this kind of service, i am highly highly highly dissatisfied. Even customer care people are so casuals that it is of no use calling them, i have called them multiple no. of times and every time they say me that some senior person will call u within 48 hrs (Huge TAT) and when senior calls he also remains unaware of the fact and he again take 7 days approx. time to give proper revert (which never comes). I hvent recieved by phone back yet and dont know when i will get it back. also planning to go to consumer court to file compensation suit against their rude and careless behaviour due to which i am suffering a lot without my phone.
    Jayanagar service center also same.
    Unfortunately My moto G front screen got damaged due to an accident... and, now its been 2 months my mb is still in service center without getting into any action!!!Escalated our issue to CEO moto, and toll free num.. ALL ARE DEAD BODIES!!!UNDONE...

    must take a initiative as this company is making fool of the customer. It is our hard earned money & they are not valuing our patience
    yeah, i am also a victim of motorola services...now i think there is only way...its consumer court...what i have to do...tell me..

    I already booked a complain regarding replacement of display which was broken since 30.01.2017. But no reply has been received from Motorola as yet. I think that day is bad day if a consumer buy a Motorola handset for him.
    Motorola response is very very poor. My advise do not purchased Motorola set in your life.

      This is shiv shankar purchased Moto G 2 nd generation around 21 sep 2014 Unable to recive the signal properly by any network ..Gave for the repair for the same issue near Krishna chowk near Spani court problem persit same i am facing alot of problem.. Please kindly sugguest the best way to repair for the proper sigal ...

        I have purchased new Moto E device. when it has some issue i submitted device at Global services India Pune. After completion of successfull 1 month device is not handed to me and my work order has been closed(ZST/MG/15/06993) instead of resolving issue. They have said to me there is hardware issue with your device and we have ordered motherboard from Motorola. But no use of it when they called me to collect device. When i reached to collect device @Global service center the issue still persist. And from that time they have raised again new complaint(ZST/MG/15/17563) after 1 month. I have question how can they close my 1st complaint(ZST/MG/15/06993) without resolving issue. Also they don't have manners how to communicate with customers.Its really bad experience with me for Motorola. Please help me returning my device as fast as possible.
