I am an owner of Motorola G5 plus. The finger print scanner of my phone was not working so I took it to Infocare Services, Indira Nagar, First Floor, Vaibhave Complex, Marutipuram gate, Opposite Lekhraj Khazana Market, Faizabad Road, Lucknow, on 5.06.18. I filled the request form handed over to me and then I was made to wait for one full hour. I had reached the centre at 4:00 pm (This can be checked in the form filled and submiited by me at the centre). I had to ask 3 to 4 times about my mobile and I was told that they are checking it and then will give me the status. After an hour I was told that I will have to submit my mobile. I retaliated by saying that why was I made to wait for an hour to hear that I will have to submit my set. On this the lady at the reception said, it took time to open the set to check. I have a query, does the set take an hour to open? In the meanwhile the lady at the reception was getting her set checked as it was not supporting the wifi of the centre.
Then I was given the Service Order and told that I could collect my mobile by 7:00 pm. But then they said that I should collect it the next day. I reached the centre at 4:00 pm but the Service Order states the carry in time as 5:15:55 pm.
when I called on 6.06.18 inquiring whether I could come and collect the mobile, I was made to hold the line for sbout 5 to 7 minutes and then conveyed that it would take two to three days. The mobile that they were going to hand over to me in one and a half hour's time on 5.06.18 would now be delivered in two three days. I was annoyed and asked the lady on phone as to what kind of mechanics they had who could not decide the actual delivery day. There was no reponse from the other end.
This kind of a behaviour is not expected from the service centre of a reputed company. I hope I will hear from you soon.
