1 week ago recived in oreo update in my mobile. So i am install that os. Next my mobile 1 hour hang in moto boot logo. I try to mobile switch off then on but mobile no any responce. I totally confused next i am going to moto service center that person checking after told this problem cause in mother board. Now i am loss my mobile. That mobile 1.2 years old. I need proper solution in your side. Please help me sir...

Moto mobile battery performance is very low. When it was 100 percent charge after half and hour it come down to 1 percent. Please give solutions. If not I will tell to others to not to purchase this Moto mobiles.

    I beg to say, I purchase new Handset Motorola G6 in 11/08/2018 in Electro Word Communication Solutions GIP Mall Noida(Uttar Praesh ) india.
    MRP-16, 000 /-

    After 3 days Not charging handset & i am goes to Customer care center
    he tell me your mother-Board is damaged.

    purchase date - 11/08/2018
    and Service center tell me this product faulty to 18/08/2018

    can change my product.? please suggest me .how to change my handset.

      Dear sir/ma'am,
      I had purchased a moto g5s plus on 16th november, 2017 and on 15th august, 2018 the phone stopped accepting charge. I took it to the service center to get it repaired, the service executive who attended to me refused to provide service under warranty since the apparent damage to the charger port was due to water corrosion. The solution offered by the executive after assessment was to replace the whole motherboard since the charger port was soldered to it, the cost of which would be an approximate 70-80% of the original sale price (Approx.[protected] estimation. I wanted to recheck with another motorola service center and the executive there also denied my warranty and asked me to leave the device with them for a period of 2-3 days to assess and analyze the issue for which i was to provide rs. 250 (Non-refundable).
      I am very sure that the all the parts on the motherboard are fine and if any damage to the charger socket then it is not due to water corrosion since the phone did not give any warning of moisture detection in the device and i had taken due care not to get it wet.
      The estimation for the cost of repair provided by the service executive is a massive amount and i am only a student, and i do not see the need to change the entire motherboard for just repairing the charger socket.
      Please do get back to me with a valid and more reasonable solution because this is simply a massive exploitation of the consumer. I would appreciate if you get back to me at the earliest and resolve the issue by accepting the warranty.

        It bought the moto g5s plus mobile on feb28 2018 after 4 weeks o[censored]se i noticed an issue that my phone dont get charge but after restarting it will charge at 90% times the issue takes place. So for every time i charge my phone i cant restart or boot my phone. I am thinking it will be software bug but the motorola is not giving any software nor it resolving any bugs in their software.
        Please resolve this problem

          I m just fedup for this moto m phone, i'll buy this phone in september 30th 2017.
          Firstly this phone is having problems to switch on and switch off, it's take 3-4 hours to switch on three time i'll submit this phone to service center. Now this phone having new problem the volume button is not working. I'll face many problem in this phone. I have a request you to please mail or msg me to related exchange this hole phone set. Now after 2 months the warranty is finished, after that this phone is a big problem to me.

          I purchased this phone 1 year ago but after getting updated full of bugs and my phone take around 9-11hours to get fully charged .please provide a stable update for Moto m.I purchased it in 16k and is premium quality phone but it doesn't get Oreo update .please Motorola provide the stable Oreo update without bugs.

            Since yesterday evening, that is 2nd august, 2018, i am facing problem with my moto e 4 plus mobile phone which i purchased through amazon on 14th may, 2018. The volume button is not working. Kindly help in resolving the problem. I tried to remove the back cover, and tried to operate the volume, but the button is still not working.

            I order moto G 5S plus in January and August 7 month mobile suddenly dead without any reasone i am shocked but service center Bhagalpur said that let me check if mobile not dead then OK other wise you can collect on Monday your mobile without repaired this case not come under warranty period...?

              My phone almost blew up in my face. It was running hot. Smelled like nail poslish remover. I opened the back up because of the spell. Than with no warning, no smoke and poof fire coming out of both ends of the phone on the table, like a mini bomb. I thank god i did not get hurt. The smell of the fire was very strong. The phone had black flakes flying everywhere. Son put water on the phone i could hear big sizzles and i saw smoke coming out after it was soaked in water.

                I am using motorola g5s plus. I am really disappointed to see that the back body paint has been scraped off from some areas on the back body. I tried to look the service centre but there is no service centre here in panchkula, haryana. I have the grey colour and it has become white from some areas. It is very dissatisfying to see this. I hope you guys solve this issue. The phone is in warranty.

                  I have given my Moto X4 for fixing the battery issue, which wasn't charging, they said the motherboard was dead, so they took 1 week to order and replace it, when they were replacing the motherboard they have dumbly managed to damage the screen.
                  To order and fix the screen, they have taken almost another week. Once I got the phone, I found out that the loudspeaker is interacting with the screen and sending vibrations onto the screen. The screen also had a piece of plastic sticking out of it. This is how they have fixed a waterproof phone. Plastic was sticking out, and they are saying it is waterproof. Also in this process they have damaged the back glass of the phone, sterling blue paint is removed from two places.
                  They are claiming they didn't do it!
                  I want my phone fixed perfectly fine under warranty.

                    My phone with above details submitted to service centre and they are now asking me to replace complete board which will cost me Rs. 9000 (approx).
                    My phone speaker works well when a small force applied from bottom. I understand this as poor soldering (dry solder) and you are asking me to pay for the same. Why such poor products are shipped to INDIA? We do not need such products. Please instruct service centre to replace the board.

                      I purchased two Moto g5s plus mobile and its been 3 months, Iam facing issue of internal dust on rare camera of my new phone. Phone is just three month old, it’s pretty new and I handled it very carefully and with cleanly. Still I can see dust inside lens increasing day by day. I got it done last month but again I find dust particles entering and now image quality is worst. Its very upsetting for me to get such experience from Moto G for new phone. It's very annoying for me as it is my new phone.

Then i was about to buy other motherboard from my colleague.                             I purchased this Motorola E4 plus in September 2018. I have updated it with the updates received in the phone. But now I observe that the Microphone is not working while on speaker phone or video calling. I called the Motorola customer care, the technical person suggested to check some setting, I checked as instructed, that was ok, still the problem is same.

                              It is only one year that I had purchased Moto z2play, and display complained by a ink spread and I had replaced another display by authorised service station. But I have experience same problem again. it is only fifteen days, it is again same problem. What will I do? It wasRs.8500 that I had paid for new display. What will I do? I can't pay again for this mobile.

                                My Motorola G6 doesn't support screen casting with my Sony Bravia Smart TV which has inbuilt Chromecast. Casting my TV with any other devices is very easy and it connect with each and every device of any other company I have called to your customer care service centre where they told me that I need a chromecast to screen cast my phone with my TV. I want to Miracast my phone to my baby without any user Google Chromecast like I do with my other mobiles of different companies .I came to know that this phone has also the feature but for some reason it is optimised I just want to have the casting feature directly in my phone.

                                  Speaker is damaged within 18 days and this happens with new phone than what is the use of buying new phone I have received a faulty mobile phone and as I went to motorola service center they said that there is motherboard problem so that means I have received faulty mobile phone but if really there is motherboard problem than how the phone was working I was having only, speaker problems but service center says it is motherboard problem I dont know what is exactly happening

I just think my mobile is waterproof therefore it's not occur any trouble but my mobile is suddenly stop working after 1 day then I go to costumer care sasaram near bahadur petrol pump, 1st floor I say all the thing that happen with me and my mobile then he replied that motherboard of your mobile is OK but rest of all thing is damage and say to pay 7000 to pay I said to him that my mobile is in warranty and also a waterproof handset then I pay for what he said in Hindi (banwana hae to bna nhi to agae ga rasta dekh) sir I am a student and 7000 is much more money for me my mobile price is 9999 and they said to pay 7000 how can i sir pay this big amount I request u sir please please help me sir my mobile no.                                       I bought moto e4 pls and aftr 3 mnths
                                      Lots of prblm occur sound issue, TP auto wrks, Battery doesn't give back up...
                                      Slow charging and many more
                                      And when I visit service centre, they said left the phone for 1 day, okk O did it
                                      Bt aftr when went for collecting my phon
                                      I checked, I found not a single problem is solved of my phon

                                      I tell u guys its a worst cmpany n its service are more than worse

                                        I have bought the above handset through amazon in the month of mar 2018, since last two weeks the battery started showing reverse data while charging the phone, i.e while charging the phone the battery % goes down instead of going up and after unplugging the battery it shows the higher % but max is 99% and never 100%.. Please immediately suggest a solution for the probelm that i am facing its a 2 month old handset...
