Hi team,

It's very sad to say that i didn't get proper resolution for the above subjected statement. I reached out to motorola service centre and they took almost 3weeks and did nothing. I tried to continuously get in touch with customer care but they didn't have resolution for this kind of issue.
Better come with bug fix or else try to have proper resolution for any kind of issue customer is facing.

I have bought my mobile 1 year 3 months back and i got notification to upgrade the software and i did post restart i saw mm error phone not allowed then i searched in lenovo forum and found out many people have complaint about it and even i saw some resolution on you tube as well but since i am not aware of technical things about android i tried not to touch further and i sent to "high street flagship" jaynagar 4th block bangalore service centre but they left me sad and didn't help me on this. I tried to escalate to higher level and they don't have resolution for such issue.

    Dear Motorola

    I still facing problems with this fault phone...this time the speaker gets cracking sound, so I went today servicing centre of Ernakulam..And they confirm that the speaker is complaint, and speaker is not in their side, so they said come to me on Monday...

    Actually why r u made this type of waste products ????
    Why u cheating customers ???
    Do you know onething, I use this phone 21 days after purchase & in servicing it takes 17 days... ... And the issue still not resolved

    I[censored] have policies like 'CUSTOMER IS KING', then back my money or send me a new phone...

      I have moto one 0ower mobile i purched through flipkart after 8 month on 21july 2019 my handset was not getting on so i submitted to moto servise station after 4 days i received a call from service station that your handset is water damage hence we are not give you warrenty these guys are forcing me your handset is water damage but reality is differt these guys not taking care of customers motorola company is not good in service he makes me fool.. I spit on moto company and i file case against this 100

        I have changed my battery with mra communication authorized motorola service center at dharmapuri-636701. He changed my battery at 20/06/2019 but it is not working properly and i raised a complaint against the issue, again he replaced my battery at 01/07/2019 but the problem has not be resolved still the complaint is going on. Battery draping fast...

            I am complaining about The Motorola Service Centre in City Centre, Durgapur, named "The Mobile Unique" & addressed UCP 011, Bengal Ambuja House Dev. Ltd. West Bengal - 713216. The behaviour of the owner is quite despicable & I believe he's a cheat. I own a Moto Z Play bought online from Amazon in Nov'2016. The battery was swollen & I had to change my battery. They replaced my battery & billed Rs. 2500, but refused to give me any printed tax invoice. They also claimed that mobile batteries have no warranty & so I don't need any invoice. Neither they made any job card for the battery replacement which I think is mandatory for a service centre. When I insisted for a printed invoice they started misbehaving & shouting at me. Now I doubt whether they are a genuine Motorola service centre & whether they sold me a genuine new Motorola battery.

              Hi. I submitted my phone at your kotla-mubarkarpur, delhi. Store and was said to come back after 1 week to take it back. I did what i was asked but yesterday when i went to the store, it was closed. I had a talk with customer care and they said they don't know anything and cannot provide us with any information just that when the part will arrived we will be called. No body in the store picks up nd neither the customer support is of any help. I would like to have a reply and my phone fixed and dropped asap.

                  I have given my device that is Moto m to that service centre in Indiranagar near BDA complex Bangalore, for the issue of battery problem but they gave me back with some dents on top of the phone and I asked about that dents, one person in that centre behaved with me in a rude way that we will do like this only our company is like this only do whatever u want and do what u can, this is how u will speak with a customer ? Even after all this he didn't issued my problem and given my phone with normal battery, He don't respect any customer speaks rudely, shame on u to keep such persons in the job. Hopefully I think that u will take an action towards that person. Thank u

                    I gave my device Motorola x4 to lenovo moto care bhuj in april for repair of charging port with a cost of 2300/- bcoz due to damage of screen & back panel its out of warranty as per company policy. But same day i faced the same problem which i earlier paid. Now since 2 months i cant get my device becoz now they are telling its motherboard is damaged & they are asked again i pay for the motherboard. How i can pay as they dont told me earlier for the motherboard after 2 months. Pls take up this case and do needful for me.

                      All the sockets in my flat are standard Anchor Roma or equivalent. The Moto M charger plug does not charge my phone when plugged into any of the sockets. It fits in perfectly into the socket, but does not get the electrical contact. I suspect, the pins are shorter than other chargers that I have seen. With a lot of difficulty, I have to partially pull it out and adjust to establish the electrical contact only one power socket in my flat. When I travel, its almost impossible to find a right power socket that can charge my phone. Looks like the charger is not designed for Indian sockets. My phone / charger are not under warranty.

                        I have purchased motorola one power costing rs 14999, in product specification phone is coming with gorilla glass display which not supposed to be crashed by a minor falls, however my motorola one power screen got crashed by a simple fall below one feet, even though the phone was having safety glass and back panel it's screen crashed which indicates that phones display is very much lower quality and gorilla glass specification is not true. I have contacted motorola service centre and motorola support but they have denied the warranty and is charging rs. 7250 for screen replacement for my in warranty handset which more than 50 % of brand new motorola one power handset. Screen crash by a simple fall that too from a edge of the phone is either due to defected gorilla glass installed on my phone or will be due to manufacturing defect in fixing the glass. Without even checking the phone motorola authorised service centre has denied warranty and given estimate of rs7250 for display replacement. Please give me resolution for this issue as the company motorola is looting public in the name service centre by the means of over rated phone spare parts cost and rejecting genuine warranty case.

                            Sir, i am a regular costomer of motorola.. Me and my all family members use motorola smart phones. I baught moto g5s previous year. I am having regular hardware and software issues in this phone. Being visited costomer care twice already m completely harashed. Now my sim slot is not working and my phone is still in warrenty. Now i am running my phone only on wifi. M in complete distress. I expect you to offer me a solution.

                              I bought a new phone from the 7 moths ago. I was dropped a phone from the 3-4 feet. It was dint on the left side bottom and the near the sticker was literally damaged. And i was so carrying of my moto x4. After 6 months it hasn't any problem and scratch on mobile. The 2 days ago my phone haven't charged. So i went moto care in t-nager at chennai.

                              And mainly they said it wasn't unter the warranty. Because of the dint of physical damage issue. I was worried. Then i said ok for the amount of 1800/-.
                              They are said it was charging board problem. So they said, if it will change then it work done. After they calling for sorry sir it doesn't work, so we could change the software and the data were elapsed. I said ok.

                              Then again call for the issue of motherboard problem. So u have to pay 9500. But it was stocked, so u have a discount for 2500 only. I was rejected for their offer. Because i bought 11000 something.

                              After i was search the internet for how the motherboard can mostly affect due to the screen damage, over heating, and etc...

                              And my question is a small dint can affect the motherboard shortage??.. This was my question.

                                Sir i purchased motorola by paying 23000/ rs thru online 4 months back. Due to the restarting problem i approached ur alwaye service provider who is in royal plaza near najath hosp. 4 hrs i was sitting in their office the person name mr. Manu was saying not to repair battery problem. What a rediculous statement sir. When i told to return they have put a rubber band to join the pieces and given. After that i have given at your ernskulam service provider lenovo rajaji road ernnakulam after a week they are saying new battery inserted but not performing. What shud i do sir. Such kind of foolish fellows. Waiting for ur suggestion regarding this

                                  Today i have visit service centre of motorola i. E. "qdigi services limited", where i am requesting to charge my speaker & receiver. They tell me the cost of both item is around rs. 400/- i am agree to repair my phone. When i get my phone after changing of speaker & receiver of my moto g5s plus. They provide me the bill for amounting to rs. 1050/-. When i am asking about the details they tell me the repairing cost of rs. 500/- + gst extra which is not telling to me before the repairing of my phone.
                                  When i asking the costing of rs. 500/- + gst extra they tell me that company has charge for the repairing cost with gst extra.
                                  Also charge gst 2 time in my bill.

                                    I bought Motorola E4 Plus from tatacliq on 1 Jun 2018. However when I dropped my mobile for microphone problem, the service centre from Pune refused to take it under warranty. According to them it's not under warranty. But I have a valid bill. I want to complaint against the company to look into the matter otherwise I will file a complaint in consumer forum and then you have to give me money back.

                                      मेरा नाम पाटिल हेमंत है । में बड़ौदा शहर में रहता हूं। मेरे पास मोटो जी ४ प्लस हैंड्स सेट है । उसका स्पीकर, चार्जिंग पोर्ट और ऑन ऑफ के खराब हुआ है । मैंने जब मोटो सर्विस सेन्टर मोबाईल दिखाया तो पहले तो बताया गया कि हो जाएगा। आप कल आयिए मोबाईल फोन जब रिपेयरिंग नहीं कर पाए तो फोन करके भी नहीं बताया । कि आपका फोन नहीं हो सकता जब लेने के लिए गया तो । कहते है हमने आपको कॉल किया लेकिन आपने रिसीव नहीं किया । अपनी ही मनमानी करते रहे यदि इनको सर्विस नहीं देनी तो बता देते । कि फोन मत रखिए पहले दिन चैकिंग के बहाने 1 1/2 घंटा बिठाया । कहते है कि होजाएगा दूसरे दिन कहते हैं की नहीं हुआ मज़ाक बना के रख है कस्टमर का । यदि आप बड़ौदा मोटो सर्विस सेंटर F 48/49 India bull mega mall jetalpur road opp railway stations vadodara Gujarat ३९००२० ये ईनका पता है कृपया आप एक्शन ले वरना हमें कंज्यूमर कोर्ट में बताना पड़ेगा ताकि दूसरे ग्राहक परेशान ना हो

                                        I ordered the phone on may 21 from amazon and this phone speakers does not work properly or i can say they are giving some screaming noise. I went motorola service center there i told my problem now the problem is this that this phone is in warranty period in bill it shows 21 may, means in warranty period but when information is taken out on computer in motorola site it shows 21 march, so please check this problem and kindly help me out from this problem. And i want that you please reply regarding this problem as fast as you can. Bill photo is downside.
