i am a user of mts mblaze 3.1 mbps hi speed datacard. In the beginning of this month, i got a 999 recharge which gives me a so called unlimited usage plan ( actually 10 gb in high speed , and rest at 144 kbps), but since then i have been gettin very bad browsing speed , leave alone download speed.. files of size 700 kb take 10 MINUTES TO DOWNLOAD!! the max download speed i have experienced is 20 kbps. !!! i called up the customer care 10 days back , who made me install n uninstall blah blah, to no avail, but finally took down my complaint. i received a call from the mts office the next day, who claimed it to be a NETWORK UPGRADATION ISSUE (I received no prior message in this regard).. They assured me that the process will require one week, after which the problem will be resolved. I waited , even though they weren't going to provide me any reimbursement for my lost business.. its been more than a week now and no improvement in the situation. MTS IS NOT AT ALL VALUE FOR MONEY. !!!!

    fraud mts,making irritation on billing details of mblaze prepaid.
    MTS duping its customers
    Another instance of MTS being non-transparent.


    MTS charges Rs 2 per MB of data for its MBlaze high speed internet device which is fine.

    But the way it charges Rs. 2 per MB of data is very alarming.

    If you connect to internet, use just 10 kb of data, and disconnect your Internet, you should actually be charged 2 paise because you have not used the entire 1 MB.

    But MTS charges Rs 2 instead of 2 paise which is way too much.

    This means that MTS uses a pulse of 2 MB or Rs. 2,

    This can lead to your balance running too low and too quickly if you connect and disconnect several times.

    I hope I am able to bring some light to this anomaly in balance deductions.

      I would like to address the issue which i have faced with MTS Mblaze USB internet service. When i had got the dongle for use of internet, i had been specifically told that there would be no charges for website viewing and checking of mails or chatting. I would only be charged on downloads, such as downloading files from the internet MP3, PDF's, etc. I had been told that MTS would charge 198Rs for 250MB of download and it would be valid till 1 month. The pamphlets and the brochers said the same, they had even promised a surfing speed of 3.1Mbps and i had got 16-23Kbps which was really pathetic. The broadband service wasn't good at all since there was intermittent disconnections as well. After charging the account with 198Rs the USB stopped working after 3 days, i was completely astonished, so i called up the customer care of MTS. To my surprise the lady on the phone said that i had used all my 250Mb and that's why its not connecting. THIS WAS RIDICULOUS. I hardly viewed websites for checking my mail, and asked for further explanation. I was then told that MTS even charges for viewing websites and it would be considered as downloading if i viewed websites. I was completely annoyed and asked for the manager to come on the phone. After a few minutes the manager came on the phone and he also re-iterated the same scenario, i argued with him since i am also a networking engineer and only when you actually download and save something from the internet it would be considered as downloads. The manager behaved rudely and kept interrupting me. I once again told him that if viewing websites was chargeable by his good for nothing company then why wasn't this been told earlier and moreover i also use BSNL's broadband and they have clearly stated that only when i download something i would be charged, same goes for TATA and Reliance.
      I would like to end this topic by saying that MTS is simply making a fool of its consumers and trying to gain more money for its company by looting the customers. They have been practicing un-ethical methods and their service is completely LAME! I would really like this issue to be addressed, as many people have given their complaints on internet but not on the consumer court forum. Please contact me if further clarification is been required.

        Respected Sir,
        I , Tinku Biswas use a MTS data card for internet. But recently, I am informed that another MTS data card no is [protected], is also registered by my name, my address, and my personal mobile no.I am not using this specified number and I do not know who is the actual user of this number and how he/she get my doccuments for this purpose. Regarding this issue I have contacted with MTS customer care executive and MTS nodal officer many times. But they are very irresponsible. They do not take any action about this issue.
        It is my humble request to you to take action regarding this problem.

          Hi,
          It's been one and half month since i have bought an MTS Mblaze connection. Since day one i have experience very slow speed in the connection. After first 2 weeks of slow surfing, the speed came down to 0 kbps. I could use only 3 GB of the 30GB unlimited plan. The worst part is that inspite of numerous complaints, no MTS executive has bothered to fix this problem.

          Not just that they do not address your problem but are not at all polite while speaking you. It's been one and half months and i have received any redressal to my problem inspite of more than 50 phone calls in this duration.

          Please do not trust the MTS Mblaze service. You will lose thousands and that will be the end of the story because of poor customer service.
          same situation in Kochi Kerala so it seems MTS India wide is not to be trusted for service and bad customer support team and behavior

            I opted for MTS datacard MBLAZE 899 unlimited plan on 27/05/2011. From the start date i am not getting promised 3.1 Mbps. I got on average of 140 Kbps speed. On Tuesday(31/05/2011) i tried to connect the datacard. I got the error message as Server Not Responding. So i contacted the Customer Care, they informed me that my verfication was not completed, because of this they given only Rs.100/- as credit limit for one month, which i have used it for 3 days. If i want to continue the usage then i have pay Rs. 100/- more for one month.
            So i contacted the Local Salse Executive Amrudhin contact number [protected] to get the details, but he is not even picking the call either. So i tried to contact the customer care, but they informed me that the service is not active. My MTS data card number [protected].

            Can any one suggest me how to handle this situation. Did any one faced this sort of issues?

            The local sales executive gave his manager number [protected] and his name is Fiyaz. I contacted the person and enquired about the connection details. But till now my connection is not up. Even i requested ver politely for the Connection. They did not even picking the call. Its a very bad attitude for the Sales Executive as well as Manager.

            Please take an action on this Sir.

            My kind advice dont go for MTS data card. Worst customer care and worst Service.
            I totally agree with the above complaint. Same thing happened to me in kozhikode circle. Very poor service from MTS and they do marketing by fraudulent means without giving the entire information about the plans and their hidden charges. I too advice not to opt for MTS.

              My name is Ruchi Jain.I had purchased an MTS DATA CARD which suppose to be give speed upto 3.1GB,But can you believe how much speed it's giving to me---5KBPS only
              I made alot of complaints in CC but Ist they said their is an tower issue so that i am not getting proper bandwidth the problem will get resolve within 2 month but issue is still same after 6 month then they start saying that their is no issue from their side it will give only 148.something kbps speed only.When i fought badly they gave me Refund of 15GB.I asked them when i am not getting speed then how i'l be able to use it but they said they cann't do anything more.I used that data card to my friends system so that i could use that and keep doing complaints that its not working where i am living Then Mr.Rohit Prasad of MTS called me that he will take that data card from me and will refund my money but you know what it's was the another way from which they made me fool because He didn't come.I am still have same issue so i am not recharging it.Please help me to get solution in this case.

              I am having same issue. I called four times so far to file a complaint.. I am getting less than 100KBPS and I paid 999 plan for 3.1 mbps.

              First time their server was down. Next time they asked me re-install the software. Third time they tried file a complaint their server was down.
              Fourth time they have filed complaint.. they said some one from IT team will call back in 22 hours time. Waiting..

                Hello,
                This is with regards my mts account number[protected] with mobile number - [protected].

                The device is deactived since feb 2011 due to non-payment of the billed amount. I want to bring to your notice that I received my february and march 2010 bill only in the month of may 2011 (on 5th may 2011 to be precise). Since deactivation I am trying to constantly get in touch with someone at the mts customer care, but the only resolution I get is that the team will forward me all the monthly bills asap. Also per the march 2011 bill, I am charged rs. 898 for a mblaze 898 plan activated by me (this was never done). When asked for a clarification on this the call center confirms that they will get back as soon as possible. My only request to them is to forward me my monthly bills which will help me to pay them. Also this inactivity has caused tremendous waste of my time and money given that I have not been able to use the service since the time I bought the connection.

                Hope that this complaint helps me get a quick resolution.

                  The website and the MTS representative in the MTS shop specify that users who need unlimited upload and download plans can purchase their Rs.999 recharge plan and get unlimited data access for 30 days but do not specify that there is a 12 GB download cap after which the internet speed is limited and reduced to 144 Kbps.

                  I have paid Rs. 2500 for the data card and the rechare all included and within one week all I get is 144 Kbps dial up speed instead of the promised 3.1 Mbps broadband speed.

                      i was an agent in the bussiness.....i enjoyed the concept of going out in the comunitty and getting people to back me for a contest to get a trip anywhere out of the country and a thousand $$$ to get something positive with....i soon found out that the company was full of lies and we were basicly ripping people off...we were told to do what ever it takes to get points but in reality we were getting money for someone other than our selves...its basicly a sales based org. there is no trip and no cash award i have reached my point requirment and never got my trip.....the real truth about the magazine contest/crew is full of drugs sex and scandel everyone on the crew smokes pot and drinks they are money hungry back stabbers that will do anything for a quick buck...the main culpret behind it all is mark schumate out of Arizona...he has several crew three i belive that work under him...the crew mangers and mark need to be shut down go for him problem solved...basicly if you know our have known any one to come to your door dont back them...keep in mind the main(sponser) the one in charge is a sick man he has been known to tell girls the only way to keep there job is to perform sex with him...crazy huh...so if your kids tell you of a new job were they get to travel and win trips its all a lie i know for a fact i lived that lie for months...so speak up if simaler things have happened to you our people you know this needs to be done with before any more lives are affected.....

                          My name is Guruprasad, I brought a Mblaze data with a confirmation from the customer care of MTS that I will get a speed more than 500kbps(minimum guarantee speed of 500kbps) in Rs 999 plan. But I am unable to use in broadband mode. The maximum speed that I am getting is 40 to 100kbps in Hybrid and 1X mode, this is not fair. I want the resolution at the earliest or give my money back.MTS is the biggest cheating company.This is my 10th complaint.

                            Dear Sir., I Have MTS CDMA Mobile : [protected], in which i dont have any other service rather than incoming & outgoing phone, but every now & then they use to deduct money from my balance & when we call them & ask them to pay us back they use to say that we have listen songs on their Jukebox serivice, wherelse i dont have any other services from them.                               I have a MTS Data card Model no.-AC2766. I was having a problem in watching MTS TV so as directed by customer care after several complaints i went to there service center in Lajpat Nagar. Firstly, The address Provided to me was wrong due to which i suffered harrasment , then as told by them i placed a demand for replacement of device, which when returned to me was not in proper condition and was not working. when i complained about this to customer care they told me to go to service center again and they are not providing any solution to me.
                              so, sir please take necessary steps to resolve my issue.

                                I bought one new mblaze data card last month,from a MTS sales guy who came to my
                                company.while buying ,he told me that i will be getting corporate plan for mblaze.[Rs 299
                                - 1 GB , Rs 499 - 3 GB].

                                after buying he took almost 8 days to activate the service on my data card.For a first
                                month,he gave me a recharge of Rs 299- 1 GB.
                                I used it for 1 month and now i want to recharge it.but when i went to our local MTS
                                Center, they told me ,my plan is individual and not a corporate one.

                                I'm trying to call the person from whom i bought this.but his mobile is always switched off.I
                                called customer support , but they are not able to help on this issue.

                                  I decided to file a complain to better business bureau. It says there that they need 6 complains to take action. I already filed mine so I encourage all of you who commented here to file your complain so they can investigate and put an end to this scam.                                   A 17/18 years old girl came to my door and sold me books. I ordered it from her because I was touched by her story, she also showed me photo IDs and I checked out the website while she is in the room and it looked very legitimate.
                                  After a while I contacted MTS telling them that I have not recieved my products yet. The person who answered said that in my reciept it says within 120 days. I decided to wait since I thought it was my fault I did not read the fine print, After 120 days, its not yet here. I tried contacting them through email and no one answered. Tried to call the phone but it cannot recieve a message. I decided to file a complain to better business bureau. It says there that they need 6 complains to take action. I already filed mine so I encourage all of you who commented here to file your complain so theycan investigate and put an end to this scam.

                                  I made my complaint. I hope they rot in hell!
                                  I have taken the same action and understand completely where you're coming from. These "independent" charity cases are fraud. I have made several complaints to BBB's and rip off reports to confirm these actions have also happened to me. I have called that same number several times also and sent emails with no response. I would be more than happy to help you in taking this kind of business down.
                                  The MTS Connection is pathetic.I work for IBM India Pvt. Ltd. and it provide me no service for it.The connection has the problem it does not connect me to the client network say Lotus Notes Application indeed a VPN is installed, I am able to connect Lotus Sametime Application.I took it for connecting to the client network and my purpose is not solved.
                                  The "agent" tried very hard to get me to pay cash, but I chose check instead, and then cancelled two days later, well within the cancellation time limit outlined on the reverse of the order form.

                                  You're supposed to get your check back uncashed within ten days of receipt of your cancellation. It's now been over three and a half months, and I've filed formal complaints with the Arizona BBB, Phoenix City Hall, and am now preparing to file with the Arizona Attorney General's office.

What a complete joke. The bank is stopping payment and since I told them they were STOLEN, the fee for stop payment was waived. Thank God! Call the police and tell them they have your checks and you want them back, if it is not too late to catch them in the neighborhood. I read from others that they were able to retrieve their checks back with the help of the police. Good Luck, Next time I'll just not open the door. Lesson learned. And by the way, you can purchase the same books/magazines online for a fraction of the cost if you really want them. Their sob stories sent red flags to me, but they are coached on how to scam well. Don't worry about being rude to them. Good luck.
                                  a young man was just at my home and almost scammed my grandfather out of 55.00 for ordering books. He was a smooth talker for 18 and showed all sorts of ID. While my grandfather was writing out the check, I looked up the company and informed him it was most likely a scam. Thanks to these sites We didn't loose any money. I did call the police dept and was informed that this group does not have a permit to solicit in my area. If anyone solicits at your door, ask them to wait and call the local police. In my area they will send a car to make sure they have a permit, if not they are cited and made to leave the town.
                                  MTS is a joke and I never received any products that they promised. Since I wrote a check I am out $184.00 from this scam. BBB please investigate. Anybody want to file a lawsuit?

                                  I got scammed too. Guy claimed to have speech problems and this was a great way to practice and win points for a trip as well as getting to help children. He told me my money would go to helping children with cancer and that I could go in two weeks to get my money back from HHR because it was tax deductible. I can't believe I feel for this and paid 115.00. Luckily I read the reviews and saw that this company is a for profit scam. I called the police and made a report and am going to my bank as soon as they open to put a stop payment on the check. The way I understood the police was that since I had a police report and it was a scam, I won't have to pay a stop payment fee. Also, the police told me not to let the fine print of that there will be another minimun payment of 20.00 for cancelling also scare me because since it is a scam company that this is probably not true either. Don't be fooled by sending the refund slip in, as I have read by other reviews that will not work. Just call the police and cancel the check if you read this before it is too late. Or like others said try to find them to give you your check back..my guy had already left. I seriously can't believe some people. I don't know how they sleep at night.

                                  A similar thing happened to me.

                                  Two girls came to my door claiming to be students who were working to win prizes. They wanted me to buy magazines. They also kept asking if they could come in which I thought was weird. I'm a 200+lb muscular guy with a bear and shaggy hair. What young girl, who doesn't know me, in her right mind would want to come into my place? Despite the red flag, they were so bubbly and funny that I bought 2 magazines for about $140 total. That was Nov 19th, 2011. Today is April 16th 2012. The receipts read that delivery will happen in 120 days. It also reads no refunds after 3 business days.

                                  I remembered the magazines yesterday and e-mailed the company. They responded that they had my apt # wrong and were "making the adjustments" and that I should allow another "4-6 weeks" for the adjustments to be reflected and for my magazines to come. Then he used the 3 business day rule to get out of sending me a refund. Bull [censored]. You can't just take someone's money and never send anything and use that excuse. The email was signed by a David Winters.

                                  I've never had a situation like that where my apt number was wrong. Besides, for something like a magazine, it would have been returned to sender because the name on the label didn't match the apt #. That's how the post office works. Sometimes mail get's through, but not 2 magazines for a couple months.

                                  There are hundreds if not thousands of complaints online about this company. This is a scam and must be avoided.

                                  I too, was screwed out $55. I was told whatever I order (which was a my first encyclopedia), they would donate the same item to kids in the hospital with cancer. Who wouldn't buy something after hearing that? So I sent an email and just got a reply from a David Winters asking me to provide full address and full name, i will give false info since I already know im out of my $55. I will just see what he has to say with false info. The little black boy that came to my door said his name was Pharaun. I am in Lexington, SC area and it seems that he and his crew got a lot o[censored]s that week. (Week of Feb 22, 2012) Bunch of pathetic sad individuals. I can't WAIT for them to come back to my door. I'm just going to open listen to their pitiful spill then punch them right in face.
                                  I too got scammed by a sweet 21 year old young lady named Vanessa. I gave her cash. I am a single mother with 3 children and can't afford to give away $40. She also got my brother and a few of my neighbors. My neighbor next door said they were a scam but I wanted to believe they were legitimate. I waited too long to check out the company on-line. By the time I discovered this disheartning information, it was too late. She had jumped in the car with another young lady and was gone. God help us all. We are living in a time where people will do any and everything to get a dollar. This is sad. I hope the BBB can help us all in recovering our money.

                                  MTS Circulation LLC - 152 — No refund

                                  A young lady sod me on sme books for my great grandchild on April 15, 2012. On April 16, 2012 I mailed a cancellation to the company as specified on their receipt. this check has now come through my bank for payment. Obviiously, they turned it in for payment even after I requested a cancellation and a refund. I want my $65.00 refunded immediately as promised by this fraud of a company.
                                  I also filed a complaint with BBB abut this scam company and got no responser. I canceled my order the day after the saleslady was here and they do not honor what they say on the back of your receipt. They did not return my check as stated, but cashed it. This was in April and I have yet to receive a refund or the books. I wrote them letter on August 22, 2012 and have had no response. I called them and was told I was not in their files. If I am not in their files, then how did they cash my check? I have the proof thery cashed my check.
                                  Just remembered about the order I placed in May and there being an extensive length of time to expect delivery of the product. Just checked the fridge to remove items for Christmas Cards and found my receipt. I am very angry at this situation but I guess I'm glad it happened with $61 instead of thousands. I will forever be very weary of giving anybody any information about myself or giving them money. Eff these people who can just take money from innocent people knowing they are scamming them. To pry on peoples kind hearts and willingness to help is downright low. They will get what is coming to them...KARMA!!!

I had recharged it in this number last year for to be made life time validity i.e. 2018. But few days back a call of this company came in this number they told me that your validity expired so you have to recharge a power for validity. I had totally socked to know it and on that time I told them it’s not right because when I had recharged this you told me it will remain upto 2018 but they did refuse about it. I have totally disappointed by them for it. Sir I am telling you that it’s being totally wrong with me. So you are requested to please look into the matter and take necessary steps as soon as possible.

                                    BALANCE CUT SELF VALUE AID SERVICE WITH MY KNOWAGE
                                    Hi,

                                    I am shravan kumar, i had purchased MTS Wireless Broadband from MTS in the month of May.

                                    Device is not been activated and i had called to customer care couple of times for activating the device.

                                    I did not get any responce from them, end of may they have raised invoice for one month rental.

                                    After receiveing bill, one field engineer came to my resindence and activated the device in the month of Jun 1ts week, i hardly used it for 5 days after that again it is deactivated, now again they have raised 2 months invoice of amount 1900/-.

                                    I have said them, i can't pay, asked them to take back the device immedately.

                                    I want to raise complaint on MTS for cheating and the speed they have promised 3 mbps and i get speed around 5 to 10 kbps speed.

                                      Never and ever buy a MTS mobile or sim card the service provider has no responisbality of the existing customers, when we try to contact customer care the say the problem is solved,but again the same problem,See iam not able to get any incomming calls from past 5months but i can make out going calls and can recharge,i am fed up of calling customer care, when ever i give complaint on this , they answer pls change your number , See the kind of response they give my number is 91+[protected] i waited for 5 months to resolve the problem , i dont know wat to do now , but i dont want to loose the number.
