Today dated 21/12/2016, Myself and my colleague was traveling by taxi number MH/02/BQ /9768 from Doordarshan Kendra worli to elphiston railway station on 10:30 am . While the moving the taxi, I request taxi driver to stop taxi because my one of friend was looking for taxi. Taxi driver not accept my request and speedup the taxi .It was shocking me that the driver was suddenly shouting at us and abusing us. He abusing was saying that you not purchase my taxi. I informed taxi driver that my relatives are working as police, then he also abused entire police dept. It was jolt to me that a local taxi goon abused our police dept. and I cannot do anything as I’m helpless. He is saying that “POLICE WALE TO CHOR HAI, POLICE MERE KHUCH BHI NAHI UKHAD SAKTE, SALE 100-200 ME BIKATE HAI”.
I’m requesting you to take appropriate action against local taxi driver as he disrespects our police dept.

There was total chaos on 17.12.16 at 11.30pm, at jogeshwari junction after crossing Babasaheb Thakre flyover from western express highway.
As all signals had been stopped and it being saturday night with heavy traffic, the chaos was terrible.

Being a major junction, the traffic signal should continue to run through the nite or alternately, ĺ be manually monitored.

Navroji Cross lane in Ghatkopar (w) is a small lane where two small vehicle can cross each other. Now since last few months entire lane is filled with two wheelers parking through out the day. Due to this only one vehicle can pass. This is causing real problem and nuisance for pedestrian as well as for movement of cars. Everyday some or other fighting takes place. Also no one knows whose bikes are parked which is also a great security concern. Please put No-parking board and do not allow two wheelers to park in this small lane.

Since 1972 we are having our office in bhabha building, 3rd floor, 22/24, kazi sayed street, masjid bunder (W), mumbai - 400009.

This is adjustnat lane to main road, till last 6 months or so we are parking our vehicles / scooters in the said lane and not having any difficulty for the same.

Since last 6 months or so your traffic department is started towing our vehicles and now they are towing vehicles / scooters on daily basis as the nuisance is so that they are coming at least 5 to 6 times in day to towed vehicles/ scooters

Opposite of our building one newly constructed building risen in last 1 year or so...

This is totally illegal construction.

At the ground floor some garment shops are opened since then on daily basis their trucks and tempo's are coming with goods. Their presence is such as extend that all lane is got jammed.

Traffic police are specifically ignoring them, their vehicles and vise versa they are started towing our vehicles / scooters to benefit them.

Nowdays we are so suffer that almost every day your dept. Are towing our vehicles and we have to pay rs. 300/- to get release our vehicle.

Its our humble request to you sir, that please look in to matter and take immediate steps to stop this harassment from your traffic department.

Respected sir,
I'm talking about the d. n. nagar link road. there is a lot of traffic jam on the road due to the lack of signal. this is a 4 way round between ymca gymkhana & d. n. nagar police station. i think so the noise pollution is too loud due to unnecessary honking. it is due to not doing one way in the municipality school road.
Please solve this problem asap.

Saw a driver of a private taxi owned by S A Travels, Tata Aria (White) MH 43 D 8859 drinking beer covered in black plastic bag at traffic signal at Air India Building. Car travelled from Mantralay (Air India Building) towards nana chowk via marine drive. at approx., 9.50pm 09/12/2016. There was a co-passenger with him.

we the residents of Mulund West near ST Pius Church are facing a lot of problem due to illegal parking of bus and trolleys outside our building. there are instances of driversdrinking and looking inside our houses from rooftops of buses which arechallenging our privacy. i hopeyou would take adequateaction before i reachSocial Media.

There is no traffic discipline on Western. Side. On link road, Metro work in progress, on Western express highway Metro work in progress, contractors have barricaded all roads, feeling Metro will be ready in next 2/3 months, Besides BMC has blocked connection roads to high way and link road. How can traffic police allow these types of barricade.
Life is miserable.
Besides these unauthorized parking in no parking symbols.
There is no towing away for these unauthorized parking.
Please look in to and help citizen have better driving conditions.

Dear Sir, the signal below elphinstone bridge going towards town is so short that barely 5-6 cars can pass through it, it has been causing a major jam everyday and I don't get why no action has been taken to resolve the situation. It's what people go through everyday 30- 40 mins it takes just to cross this 1 signal. Kindly look into it as it is a very painful wait every single day.

Due to lack of complaint on 100 number and on traffic police helpline number, there is no action on dabang people of ghass gali, italian building agripada ghass gali mumbai-11.
Many time fire break out in building in 1987 half building was burnt in case of emerging how would people exit and how will fire brigade will work his job.
In ghass double parking round they have parked three car in a lane.
We are pour people we love to work in law and we belive in our government system.
Please look in the matter and let's best come out.

This is to inform your good office about the incessant parking of heavy vehicles and cars at Village Road, Subhash Nagar, Nahur west, Bhandup...There is an illegal garage at the Mulund end of Subhash Nagar where vehicles are parked haphazardly. There is an Bus stop on both sides of the road and the garage vehicles are parked on the bus stops, turning thus inconveniencing the traffic. Also the 40 ft containers are parked in the morning close to the company on the road and it's difficult for the school going children and public to use the road as 60% pf the roads are blocked. Hope you help us as the trucks parking has been going on for years and the Garage has come up almost a year back.

I had parked my vehicle outside roopkala store at santacruz west, mumbai and it was towed by santacruz traffic police stating it was on corner parking, but i had parked properly and it was not on corner. They have even damaged my vehicle color with multiple dents.
So i clicked picture and showed them but they didn't agree and forcefully made me pay ₹300.
When i went back to the store the store staff told me that those traffic police in order to make money toes away the vehicles and haress people for no reason and it is a regular affair in that area.

Is it that just because they have got police uniform they can misuse it and haress any common man? They are actually goons in police uniform, and because of people like them we don't feel safe and don't feel like respecting police.

The traffic signal for pedestrians provided just opposite Parel Railway Workshop on the main road ( Ambedkar Road ) has been shortened from 20 seconds to 10 seconds. Due to this several school going childrens, Railway employees, other pedestrians are finding it difficult to cross the road within 10 seconds. The duration of the signal has been shortened from 20 seconds to 10 seconds in last month. The same should be restored to 20 seconds as was done previously in the interest of school going childrens and the Railway employees and other pedestrians.

Guys please take note of my message as I m sure even u guys are aware of the signal on captain sawant marg near markaz restaurant on sv road, there is 24x7 a traffic jam because of the signal which only opens for 10 seconds and other way signals opens for 60 seconds which is unfair for people who are on captain sawant marg, as I write this message I m sitting in an auto rickshaw and it's taking me 15 minutes to cross the signal, kindly increase the timing of the green signal, doing this will reduce traffic on this road

This is regarding traffic congestion on way to A.arey road from L&T junction
Everyday we spend an hour just to cross this junction of L&T- aarey road- morarji nagar-NITIE.
The pvt cabs, Autos and bikers coming from L&T signal enter the opposite lane, and block the traffic of opposite side, which in turn leads to congestion throughout the aarey road.
Already the morarji nagar market is a big nuisance, its a small 2 lane road, which occupies small shops, followed their parked bikes, followed by roadside vendors which sit on the road displaying articles to sold and another line of people shopping from these vendors, this set of sellers on streets makes it possible for buses and cars to pass easily and to add to it, everyone tries to break lanes.
The police chowki at this junction hardly pays any attention to this problem.
Its a nightmare to travel for work towards powai, vikroli or marol from this road.

There is illegal parking in front of our building gate, some or other unknown person parks their car in front of our gate due to which we cannot use our own cars. It can be dangerous in case of any emergency in building.
Kindly take action and send towing vehicle in our area to stop this.

Traffic Jam every day from Maheshwari udyan bridge to Portuguese Church Dadar.

It has been observed that the MMRDA work is going on simultaneously on all the three roads.
1. NC Kelkar Road (Plaza to Kabutarkhana),
2. Ram Maruti Road (Plaza connecting road to Ranade Road & Gokhale Road opposite Plaza)
3. Gokhale Road (Near Portuguese Church Signal and Sushrusha Hospital Signal).
All these are alternate roads to From Plaza to Church gate are blocked creating huge traffic on Dadar TT Circle.
All maintenance work at a time at all the places responsible for huge traffic jam near plaza upto maheshwari udyan bridge. It is surprising to see unplanned permission given for maintenance creating and manual unsynchronised traffic handling by traffic police creating trouble to public and wastage of Petrol, Gases, Diesel (National Wealth). Every year public is facing such situation somewhere in mumbai from October to May from around last 10 years and still it is unresolved.
Request you to look in to the matter seriously and investigate the cause.

Its been observed that parking lost of vechile like pvt and commercial in bmc road from jeevan nagar chowk to jeevan nagar gate its diffcult to get our vechile inside the gate and if any thing like emegency fire or abulance vechile pass, its not possible to them because both side of the road people are parking the vechiles, in front of our gate 7 mtrs also they r not leaving...

I am residing at Triveni Nagar, Malad (E) from 1994 and since then till now I have not seen any towing vehicles in my area. Is it traffic police is afraid of towing illegally park vehicles in pathanwadi, kurar village malad east.
I wish to bring to your notice that traffic from triveni nagar to highway via pathanwadi is caos 24 ×7 just because illegally parked rickshaws, Tempos and Trucks.
If we try to speak to them then we are inviting problems it seems. We as an individual can't do but I don't think they are above government. Just once anybody from your team visit these place then u will come to know what is intolerance. Its now or never Sir.

Sir at malad east station traffic police don't have manners to speak to ladies.They give bad words to ladies so I kindly request to take a strick action to it and they are all corrupt they don't make the fine receipt when they catch they take fine and keep it in their pocket and we asked for the fine receipt they started giving bad words and that also to ladies.So i kindly request to take strictly action on it
