i have recd challan no. MTPCHC[protected] dtd 18/3/2017 for halting ahead of white line. I have opened the challan on the website. In both the places, there is no evidence or location provided of the offence. How can i know that this is indeed my mistake

Kindly attach the evidence & location for the above mentioned challan in order for me to be covinced and make the necessary payment.

I have tried calling[protected] but nobody is picking up the telephone.

Kindly resolve qickly

Greeting of the day.
Yesterday about 8.00 pm the above auto was parked opp. To our building gate i requested to move further as i was unable to take out my car, he not only refused to move but also started using abusive words, we had arguments for about 15 mints, he got very offensive even after many people requested to move his rikshaw he was least bother i called the powai police stn could not get thru since i was to rush to hospital where my daughter in law was admitted i told him that i going to complain his answer was more pain as he has used the words about police which i can not write also i asked him to show his license or i card which he refused, as an aware citizen this is my duty to complain for such ruddy behaviour, hope that action shall be taken so such incidents do not take place in future.

Issued two fines 1. No license 2. Signal jump.
I carry my license at all times and this was a false chalan, i had not jumped any signal i showed my license and papers to the cop as requested and the traffic cop agreed in the end and let me go, when i got home i got a message about the chalan and was fined for license and jumping. No evidence was also provided for the same, kindly resolve this issue.

I recieved an e challan for the date 31/32017 fpr halting ahead white line. When the fact of the matter is that i did not even ride my scooter on the said day. How can i recieve a challan without any offence. Morever there is no evidence or even a location given on this challan. So on what basis do we pay this. Either remove this echallan or send us the evidence. I noticed many complaints on this very matter and not one of them have been resolved. Hope this false accusation is taken off immediately.

I have received one e challans .I don't have a problem of paying the fine but i want to see the video footage or images and time for the same to confirm my fault and rectify for future. I was went to the Andheri traffic office but they are saying go Worli for the same. This is not a possible for me due to my office duty.
The video evidence is a must and the govt should take steps to make it easily available with e challans evidence.

Dear sir,
I received an over speeding fine on your website for overspeeding on 5th of March but I was not in the city since last 2 month and my car was standing in the garage. How can I receive overspeeding ticket if my car was in garage and I was not in the city. My challan number is Mtpchc[protected] and vehicle number is MH 04 GZ 5609.
Please help me resolve this issue.

i recieved an e chalan on my cell to pay up for driving without a seat belt for my two wheeler bike no MH 01 CE 9223., this number is registered to my two wheeler Bajaj Avenger so not wearing the seat belt does not arise.
Request you to delete the offence from the e chalan site which is erroneously issued. Also no picture or proof of the traffic violation is given anywhere to prove the authenticity of the violation, this could also mean that a wrong vehicle is using a fake number plate. The e chalan should come with the picture of the violation.

I hired the above auto from official auto stand at chataprati shivaji domestic airport. I wanted to go to chatrapati shivaji international airport. When i boarded the auto he said pay the fare as per meter.

However in between he switched off the meter. Before entering chatrapathi shivaji international airport, he stopped the auto and demanded rs 300.00 to be paid. When i refused, he threatened and collected rs300.00 and left me on the road and went way. I had to take another

Due to this i missed the flight to hyderabad and had to incur an additional expense of rs 3, 000.00 to book my ticket in alternate flight today

We are always suffering very heavy traffic from goregaon hub mall after the goregaon check naka bridge to jogeswari bridge. The main reason observe by everyone is that most of the vetches including private bus some time even best bus takes a wrong right turn from service road to main road as there is no proper divider (Just opposite the hub mall just before the at the end mrunal gore bridge. Kindly do the needful or if possible that footpath itself is not required as nobody is using that. Which will help to widen the road after hub mall bus stop.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible

I came yesterday from Gujarat.
At Kalwa naka, a traffic police threaten me that i have film on my window (50%)
and told me it will cost 2200 Rs, plus you have to pay it in court and then remove the film and then take the Licence and RC book from Court (as he took my original license and original RC book).
When i bargain and told him i will pay as per receipt, he told i will make it minimum 700 rs, then he took 700 from me and generates receipt of 200 and threatened me if you want to go in court then i will make it to 2200, i have the authority, i can do this and so on... So he took my 500 Rs as well and 200 as receipt amount, so 500 will be in his pocket.

When i checked online the charges for film is just 100.
I have attached the chalan copy with this, i even dont find the name of the person who made that chalan.

So can anyone take strict action against them ?
Or should i believe that all those traffic police are corrupted ?

The traffic Constable at airport road signal, stopped the vehicle im travelling in.
It was Uber vehicle and the driver had not jumped the signal. The constable asked for Rs. 200. The driver tried to explain that he did not jump the signal.
After sometime i intervened to explain the same to the Constable. He ordered me to get inside the vehicle as im not involved in this.
Even though I requested him, he confiscated the drivers license and told him police chowki/court to get it back and threatened me to take me to court.
He even told me he gets suspended and comes back and doesn't fear anyone. He told me to go and complain to anyone I wish.

A girl riding her two wheeler in Dhanurwadi, coming fast in a NO-entry, made me fall down from the Vehicle.
There are two aspects :
1. she was speaking mobile through her handsfree
2. She refused to admit that it her mistake coming in a No-entry road. There is no sense of guilt.
Request the high command to warn such people, so that they dont repeat these acts causing inconvenience to others who strictly follow traffic rules

I just discover on my own through the website: https://mumbaipolice.in.net that I have been fined 2 times for halting beyond white line at Gandhinagar Station.

Despite of following signal daily I have been fined.

Please note, this signal is manually handled by your team and there is no white line too.

I don't know how can you fine citizens without informing them.

Please check the challans and request you to revoke the fines at the earliest.

I have received 3 e challans .i dont have a problem of paying the fine but i want to see the video footage for the same to confirm my fault and rectify for future..the same is not available on the app or at the time of paying the fine ..i went to the andheri west traffic post there they directed me to go to worli for the same ..its very inconvenient to travel all the way to worli to see the footage..please make it available at multiple locations so that the public get to make sure by having a look at the footage .. i as citizen welcome the cctv surveillance and echallans but the video evidence is a must and the govt should take steps to make it easily available .

My name is Abhimanyu Vyas from Mumbai. I checked my motor cycle number on e challan. It has 2 challan in phydhoni area on 24 march 2017. I am dame sure this is not my vehicle because on 24 march i not visited any area of phydhoni and not even i gave my vehicle to any one. E-challan number​ is MTPCHM[protected]. Sir,
As you are aware of worse traffic issues in our city, I can see most of the part of the city have vehicles parked which are not used since many years and are in scrap condition. This is also a health hazard and we can see rodents occupying such vehicles and mosquito's too request you to take a note get all such vehicles scrapped. I can add many such photos but don't as you must be also be aware of the same

On 21st of March 2017 while I was returning from work at around 12:30 am in night I encountered an police patrolling van near Tata steel borivali east. There a 4-5 non RTO police guys doing checks and asking for vehicle papers and DL.O was stopped and asked for my DL, PUC bike papers to which I showed them all. To my surprise I relaized that I did not have my orignal hard copy DL. except all papers where cool. but I had an digital copy of my DL which on showing to the Police they refused to accept and charged me 300 when the fine was 500 because I was low on cash. On asking why they do not accept soft copy I was threatened to be charged for misconduct and taken to the police station . Ultimately tired back from work I gave and was forced to pay 300 what was for my dinner way back home.

I want to put a complaint against the patrolling group of cops and want a refund

I was charged for a challan of 200rs offence of parking ahead of white line at a signal but after watching the evidence picture I was shocked of seeing a activa with number plate that looks some Wat like mine but after zooming the camera image that guy had a slight worn out number plate please rectify the error and remove the charges put on me. I use a Yamaha fz bike my reg no is mh47b4706

Today I was issued an echallan, I was surprised as I have never broken a traffic regulation. There is no evidence available with the echallan. Has the Mumbai Traffic Police become judge jury and executioner? This way you can find any one at will and get away with it. Kindly rectify this error on your part Mumbai Traffic police.
