Hi
Mumbai traffic police seems to be finding new ways to complete their targets on filing online challans. My vehicle got 2 challans for "parking the vehicle in no parking area" and both of them seem to be from the same traffic cop. Reason for suspecting that is that:
1st challan is having the picture of car taken from the back only showing the back number plate
2nd challan is having picture of car taken from the front showing the front number plate only and angle.
I acknowledge the offence and also ready to pay the imposed fine, however 2 fines for the same offense is not acceptable. Please reverse any one and i shall pay the remaining challan..

    Hi, i have been incorrectly issued traffic challan of rs 1, 000 by the traffic police at amar mahal junction. I followed my lane for right turn along with traffic ahead of me based on his instructions. However, i strongly believe i was charged incorrectly.

    I did let him know that i don't agree with his decision. Also, traffic signs at amar mahal are very inadequate and do not guide motorists who are new to amar mahal junction.

      Hi,

      An auto driver initially refused to take us in and in return tried to overcharg from thane east to raghunath nagar. Somehow when we said ok to the overpriced charges and got in with our luggage, suddenly he refuse to give us a ride. After i tried to note down his billa number he threw hand on me.

        Red coloured four wheeler always parked on footpath, vehicle no. Mh 01ch 2567 at ganesh perh lane in front of vira vihar society near star mall dadar west mumbai from 4pm onnwards causing difficult for pedestrisns to walk on footpath being narrow road of ganesh peth. Already narrow road nd due to bikes parking on both sides of footpath, people have no option except walking on footpath but due to complete blocking by this vehicle, how to walk?

          E-chalan no. Mumcm[protected] 7th nov 2019. I have been charged for dangerous parking offence. Sir to best of my knowledge, i had parked my two wheeler registration number mh03ap6375 in line with other two wheelers parked touching the footpath line,. After that i fail to understand the defination of dangerous parking as a tempo is parked365 days in the same line. After this chalan was issued, i have stopped parking my vehicle in the same place with thee fear of other chalan may be issued to me. But still the other vehicles and a tempo specifically is parked 365 days at the same place. If the said tempo is not causing a problem in free flow of traffic, then how come my vehicle is causing problem in free flow of traffic. I differ to the opinion for the said charge and hereby deny to pay the said fine worngly charged to me.

            I had received a fine for no-parking of my vehicle at 09:13 am, for which i got a text message in the afternoon. I was penalised for no-parking again on the same spot at 10:18 am on the same day, for which i got the message in the afternoon. This is totally not done. The fine was rs. 200 each time. Firstly, they have been taking double fines for no reason and there is a delay in sending text messages for the same.

              Traffic signal on caddell road near hp petrol pump (Next to balasaheb thackerey's memorial) is seemingly faulty. It stays red for an unusually long time (More than a minute). I have a shop next to the signal. Have seen traffic jams due to that and ambulances getting stuck for the same reason. Its causing unnecessary jams on a vip road at peak hours. Kindly look into the matter.

                Today on driving towards liberty garden road malad west a biker came from the left side of the road and forced me to stop so that i let him go. As i couldn't stop all of a sudden this angered him and he hit his bike to my activa hurting my wrist and the foot of the person sitting behind me luckily we didn't fell he eventually rammed ahead and was having icecream while driving with his partner without any guilt or remorse. Though we are not hurt seriously but what kind of driving is. I would definitely want that the person is given a strict warning.

                  I reside at sclr, many boys from kurla area uses motor cycle with alteration in silencer which creates a big noise (Extremely unbearable) whenever they pass from road. The noise is such a big that we have to get up from sleep even if windows closed completely. As per my knowledge such alteration is not permitted by law, but still many young boys do that.

                  It is my humble request to you, that please do something for this problem.

                    I have been charged RS 1000 for illegal number plate today afternoon dated 11/11/19. I just want to question you that keeping chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj photo in licence plate is illegal? This is my Faith and i consider him as my God, how can you say it as illegal. The guy who took the photo from behind has no courtesy to explain me what is my mistake, and misusing the technology which has been given by them. I have attached required photos, please refer to them as proof and request you to cancel my challan.

                        Today, on[protected], q false penalty was imposed in my vehicle. I was travelling from tagore nagar no 6 to darshan chs bld no 53 which is hardly 2 mins away. And the picture given as a proof is also taken in tagore nagar itself which is a narrow road in my vicinity. But the challan says that it's national highway and in the pic there is an auto parked with covere on it. Who parks an auto on a national highway. You've been provided with new facilities and technology and also hefty fines, that doesn't mean that you need to misuse it. Also the area mentioned in the challan and the picture in challan has a distance of 4 kms. I've my google timeline to prove myself that i never went there. I can also submit them in the court. Please do the needful.

                          Challan of rupees received for my registered vehicle number mh 01 cy 6620
                          I would kindly request you that the challan is invalid as i was not driving the vehicle, but my vehicle was at the side of the road. As i was not driving i was not wearing the helmet. The image attached is the proof for the same. The photo shows my vehicle is parked on side of the road n i am no wear driving the vehicle. Hence the charge levied for not waering helmet is completely inappicable.

                                Kindly revisit challans issued to vehicle no. Mh01ar3306. There are now more than three challans issued to this vehicle and on its record, where no photos are attached for evidence or prima facie wrong vehicle photos are attached. Kindly address this issue as important and urgent as i was informed by tardeo rto that for further tickets, if any, payment of all earlier tickets also have to be made, inconsequential to if these earlier tickets/ challans are by error of the mumbai traffic police. Hoping to get this issue resolved amicably as the illegal demands of the tardeo rto office will not stand good in the court.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I have been issued attached Challan for driving on foothpath. However, the time registered on the challan is morning 9.00am during which I was at my residence. I usually start my journey not earlier than 9.30am.

                                    Further I would also state that I haven't used footpath for riding my vehicle. Additionally there is no firm evidence i.e. Image which doesn't prove my fault.

                                    Request to look into the matter and cancel the echallan.

                                      Today at chembur railway station east, auto rikshaw bearing no mh03 by 3924 refused to ply when old lady requested the said auto driver. When i requested him to consider the request of old lady, he started shouting and became more adamant. I called upon the near by traffic police constable. However the auto driver who was not wearing badge, threatening me with dire consequences.in fact he was following me and threatening me.
                                      Therefore it is requested to take stringent action against the said auto driver
