Dear sir/madm,

Yesterday (10.10.2019) i got sms from rto mumbai, i click on the link to see on maharashtratrafficchallan.gov.in. I seen there are 03 challan issued to me showing all three challan 900 ruppes panalty having date 16.03.2019 - 13:01 time.

2. Mumcc[protected]
3. Mumcc[protected]
Above three challan attached image which all are not mine
I have scooter jupiter grande and above images showing person who is riding honda dio scooter having number plate in marathi language also no. Of scooter same as my scooter but fact is that scooter was not mine and i am not driving that scooter that time.

So i am requesting you to kindly look in to this matter and do the needful.

I have been fined for a car which is not owned by me. The fine is for a broken number plate. In the image sent the number plate of the scooter is MH 01 DC 9421 however in the challan the number sent is MH 01 CP 9421. The time of the challan is in the evening at 7.40 at Worli but at that time I was in Juhu.
there has been error from the Mumbai traffic police in reading the number plate. Request you to rectify the mistake. Thank you.

I checked online with Echallan number and checked my vehicle number was right but, when i clicked on the evidence image and found that the challan is issued for Heavy Truck whereas I have Non gear Scooter with mentioned Registered Number (MH46-AA-9792).

You are requested to reverify the vehicle and cancel the above mentioned echallan no MH46-AA-9792 issued against my vehicle.

The e-challan number mumcm[protected] of rs. 1, 000/- that was received by me at 9:08pm yesterday, on the 09th october'2019 is not acceptable by me. The traffic police on duty has unlawfully charged me without a proper proof or a clear photograph. Every single car going in the direction was guided by the cop on duty and has just clicked a random photograph that does not prove anything. This is completely unfair and unlawful. I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and revert back at the earliest.

Have been raising concerns to Mumbai traffic Department regards to illegal rickshaws been parked since Jan 2019. No action has been taken yet. Kindly provide justice to common man as its really horrible to drive or transit from these roads which are blocked sideways.. Here are the areas you need to also look into immediately.

Bus contractors, tourist vehicles are parked sideways making driving pathetic. Have seen many places “No Parking” sign
still all vehicles are parked making the place

Eaze Zone Mall :- From DG Ketan School till Eaze Zone Mall Signal (Completely illegal parking of rickshaws throughout
365 days on both sides. Are they legally authorized ???)

Unnat Nagar Road Number 2 :- Completely illegal rickshaws parked all throughout 365 days on both sides. Are they

Venus CRICKET Academy and Unnat Nagar road] Children's, public unable to walk as rickshaws are parked in between roads, rickshaw repairing done ...100s of rickshaws are parked both ways causing trouble for public to drive.

Save a common man transit safely and smoothly, such illegal parking issues are increasing and traffic clogging is cause of concern to Global warming too.

We are residing at bldg no 13 deonar municipal colony 300 tenaments, govandi mumbai 400043 (M east ward off). We are observing people are from different area or slums are coming to our bldg and park thiere vehicle on bldg road. There is no space available on road, so where we local people park our vehicle. Its really very bad situation.

There is no image attach where it gives a clarity of any law violation and also the car was parked where the road is close due to Metro work.

This is the complaint where in i have received the sms that i have been charged for signal jumping and no helmet against mumcm[protected] where in the pic in the challan shows vehicle mh01dj-7632 and my bike is registered as mh01dj-7662 so it is been charged incorrectly please take this off asap, pfa the snapshot of the challan and the vehicle pic attached to it

An "aveo chevrolet" light olive-green car has been parked in front of our gate (Which has no parking sign boards on gate to dissuade cars from parking right in front of gate) for the last two and a half hours. My son-in-law waited for a long time to see if the owner came back so that he could take out his suv. Somehow, after some jugaad, he was able to take his car out. Can somebody block the exit gate of a house indefinitely? The car is still parked in front of plot a-18, hariniwas, tirandaz rd, powai, mumbai -76.

Vile parle, on the road in front of mishra service center on service road where there is no parking, there is so much motor cycle parked that people living there face a lot of difficulty in coming, and the same bike repairing manic is also kept which makes the bike open on the road

I had received echallan sms regarding fine of rs. 200/- due to parking the vehicle on foothpat via muccm: [protected]. But my vehicle number is mh04dy4051 (Rto shirampur) & as per evidence of photograph vehicle number showing mh04dy 4071.

These means due to typo mistake from concerns persono of traffive control office putting my vehicle number wrongly.

Hence, you are requested please correct the same & cancelled challan on urgent basis.

I have received a echallan via msg where the vehicle in the image is not mine, where as the number on the number plate is register to me. Some one is using my registered number and creating nuisance. I own a activa 125 mat silver where as the scooter in the image is blue in colour.

I have received wrong challan for my vehicle mh 46al 9088 regarding “no helmet”
But my vehicle is a four wheeler and the image in the challan is for a two wheeler mh 47 al 9088 which did not belong to me.
So kindly rectify the challan and send me the confirmation of a wrong challan...:...:...:.:/:..:.:

We have parked our vehicle where there was no any 'no entry' board and no cause of any traffic issue. Someone has purposely or unnecessarily uploaded the image to harasse. The image is also clicked showing only car number plate not surrounding area of the car.
The updated details are not genuine.
Hope to get your kind support in this matter.

My bike number is mh 43 ax 9044. I just download mtp app and i registered with my bike number. There is 2pending challan of year 2018 were i never received any massage on my mobile number for these challans.
1. For no parking - where the photo is not clear and also no parking sign is not there (Photo attached).
2. For without helmet and police stop violation -
I never ever argue with policeman if i am wrong and he caught me. Where this incident happened is not written in challan.
So i am requesting you to please cancel these two wrong challans.

Today i installed mumbai traffic police app and found 2 challans on my 2
Wheeler.in that one challan bearing number mumcm[protected] & another is mumcm[protected]is for no parking & helmet but that mentioned vehicle in the picture is not mine.

I have honda activa 4g blue color but in the picture it is white. Its a
Fake vehicle running on my registration plate. Attached picture of fake

On 02-oct around at 12 i was driving my car and crossing the signal of vashi shivaji chok, when i was crossing the signal in the middle of circle signal got yellow color, as i was in middle so instead of stopping in middle i crossed the road, but did not cross the road when it was red. You can check the cctv footage. This is really harrasment. I have explained the lady officer smt desai on the spot, but was very rigid and arrogant. And were not listening any thing. And asked to pay 500 if dont want to send the licence for suspension at rto. I want legal action against that lady. I also request you to provide me cctv footage of that incident.

As I was passing by mulund, one police man has stopped me and he asked my license I have given him, than he told me do you have insurance, that also I handed him, then he clicked the photo and putted violation of not wearing helmet Maharashtra Traffic Police

I have a white reflector and and additional red lamp at the rear side of my vehicle and if is properly visible in the image evidence image. (a red cloth is attached at end of the goods the photo of which is half visible too)

I do not see myself as voilating Road safety standards and Police manual signal.
