Dear sir,
I have been issued fine twice for the same error. Challan no - mumcm[protected] & mumcm[protected]. I had parked vehicle in no parking on 17/10/19 near kamgar stadium & i was issued challan no:mumcm[protected].
But i was issued another challan for the same fine i did on 17th ie no:mumcm[protected]. I had not been in dadar on 18/10/19.

Can you please look into same.

I have been issued a wrong challan as my car registration no. Is mh-02-ep-2675 ( honda wrv).

Where as the image (1) in the challan shows registration no. Mh04-fp-2675 . In view of this, kindly cancle the challan and correct the anamoly.

Dear sir,
This is not my vehicle.. wrong challan on my site please check challan no- KOPCC[protected]
In this challan taken picture of bike... this not my vehicle actually its my car please check it.
Kindly request to you this issue taken seriously cancel this challan as soon as possible...

My vehicle number-MH03DA4180, it was charged for "police manual signal" violation, and the image doesn't even show my vehicle at the spot, i was fined with rs 200 under this police manual signal violation, kindly check and resolve the issue as soon as possible, i am uploading the screenshot of this particular challan and the image provided in that challan.

This vehicle was parked next to my car horizontally in such a way that my vehicle couldnt move..i had to wait for the driver to arrive

To whomsoever it may concern,

Today’ dated 21st october’2019, i have downloaded mumbai traffic mobile application and registered my mobile number.

I am surprise to see there were two unpaid e-challan as violation of “not stopping before stop line” for dated 23rd & 24th september’2019, please note, the images and the timelines captured is not belongs to me nor of my vehicle.

While checking the evidences, i found, those images captured by traffic police it was for tvs ntorq grey – mh03 dd 221, whereas my vehicle number is tvs ntorq grey - mh 03 dd 0221.

It seems that because of similar modal, colour and few beginning number of vehicle it is wrongly quoted for my vehicle number which is mh 03 dd 0221 (Tvs ntorq grey).

I request to kindly cancel these two incorrect challans.

I received challan by sms on sep 21 challan no mumcm[protected] on sep 28 no. Mumcm[protected] and on oct 11 no. Mumcm[protected]. The bike image shown is black and grey in colour and the registration number is mh03 bp 0752. My bike is black and red in colour but the registration number is the same as mh03 bp 0752. Somebody is using my number and creating trouble and nuisance for me. That the two bikes have the same registration number. My bike was registered on sep 2013 please look into this matter and do the needful as early as possible

Yesterday i received a challan of rs 200 by sms vide challa no hspco19xlmbah947 for lane cutting at nh 48, ambivali tarf bahare maharashtra 401606, india on 17 oct 2019.
In this regard i wish to state that my vehicle has never ever been driven in maharashtra.in fact, on 17/10/2019 my vehicle was at rudraprayag in the state o[censored]ttarakhand.
It is therefore requested that the wrong challan be cancelled

Mr. Bajirao jadhav the man who tows vehicles from the tardeo police station never announces before towing the vehicles from hajiali.

There have been many people who have argued with him regarding the same. His own men who pick the vehicles say that we also know he never announces now what to do.
We have to unnecesarily pay a fine everytime. If rules are for the citizens they should be for the police also.
Mr. Jadhav is very rude and arrogant and doesnt even accept his mistake and tries to utilise his power in a wrong way.
Pls look into this matter.

Today 19thOct2019 I received SMS from Mumbai Traffic Police that my vehicle was towed away due to a No Parking zone violation. On checking the image, I saw that it was a scooter with MH 02 registration whereas I have a motorcycle with MH 01 registration. Also my vehicle was not in the area mentioned in the e challan. The RTO is required to rectify the error and clear my vehicle's registration that's wrongly listed and send the SMS to the proper person with proper vehicle number.

My activa scooter mh01bx4064 was towed away for no reason even though it was parked in a correct parking zone. I have been parking in the same spot for many months. Challan issued is mumct[protected] on 15oct19.

Photo captured by the traffic police when towing the bike is enclosed. It shows the bike is parked alongside another car and there is no obstruction to any other traffic.

I have actually already paid the fine as i had to collect my bike for daily use. However i request the mumbai traffic police to reverse the fine and refund my money as there is no offence caused by me

I have been wrongly fined of 200/- on 02-10-19 for parking the vehicle in no parking area i have honda unicorn mh01 aq7775 which was parked outside my home where in parking slot in matunga, mumbai and the challan which i have got states address of gautam nagar, dadar, mumbai.

I am still confused when my vehicle is parked in parking slot which it shows in the picture how can i have been fined for no parking violation of some other area. Please resove my issue.

My self rajesh gupta yesterday i am traviling with car but when i cross the signal on time very ruse on the road your police man endicate me to stop but i can't see him but few metres after he came and stop me and he say why you not stop the car on first time on that time i will say sir i can't see you because on time many cars are there so i little bit confused he stop me or any other car any i stopped my car and instantly he use bad words like you up and bihari man you dirty the mumbai city then there little bit argue and he cheat my all paper every thing is ok but after that he charge me 1700rs i think sir just for argue he charge me 1700rs
Sir i request you to investigate this matter and if i am wrong the i can pay otherwise you punished that police man.

I think its typing mistake as my vehicle.nu. is MH03CU5243 Where as bike in photo his vehicle nu. Is MH03CU5246 SO his challan n fine is sent to me by traffic police so plz resolve asap

I have not crossed red signal but it became red after crossed it, traffic police stopped me and charged 1200. Firstly he behaved differently because i am from other state. I politely asked him for what you are charging even i was not aware that i have crossed red signal, but he was saying.
I asked for 1200 penalty even it would be 200 as showing online he explained that o line is not orrwct one.
I want to know why maharastra traffic police is behaving differently for other state ppl. And if they don't know about fines then how can they charge.

I have received an EChallan No. – MUMC M[protected]. I verified the image attached to this Echallan. This EChallan is suppose to be for vehicle UP 16BH 1538 (Honda BR-V)

My car number is UP 16BH 1536 (Maruti Baleno). Therefore please cancel this Echallan of my car.

I live in bkc, i used to take auto every day from bandra east railway station to my home in evening. On 14/10/2019 an auto driver at bandra east railway station approached me and i boarded his auto.in the midway to my surprise i saw the fare which was showing double than the total fare. I asked the driver, how ur meter is showing so much fare even when there is no traffic jam listening to this he misbehaved with me and started shouting. Inorder to avoid public gathering i paid him the full amount.

When I saw the evidence, it contains some other vehicle no instead of vehicle no mentioned in challan details. The evidence contains the vehicle no MH47AN4714 which is not mien. Kindly make necessary correction in challan form.

I have checked my eyes chalan I found that 200 fine I will have to pay and when I checked why it's been charged so it was mentioned mobile using while driving then I checked the image. There is only my vehicle number plate shown no image shown about mobile using while driving. These are false charges on me.

The e-challan numberpghcm[protected] of rs. 1, 000/- that was received by me 27september'2019 is not acceptable by me. The traffic police on duty has charged me without a proper proof. I have a valid license and rc book, e challan-
1) driving without valid license-500
2) permitting driver to drive mv without license owner-500 i have all the documents in my bike and my license

CHALLAN NO. MTPCHM[protected] AND MTPCHM[protected] both dated 10.12.2018 have been issued with a time lag of 20 minutes for the same offence .
The car images clearly indicate the same position, marked as wrong parking

I have received a ticket for parking in no parking area near crawford market on 12/10/2019 under challan no. Mumcm[protected] at 13:27 having vehicle no. Mh01by3689.
We had given the car for parking in parking lot. Since there was not enough space for parking, the parking attendant requested to hand over and he would park the car. So it was just at that time that we were giving the key to the parking attendant and without notice the ticket was issued.in the photograph we are seen right behind the car. We had also paid for parking there. We paid rs. 150/-. It is a misunderstanding that we had parked the car and left from there. Hence the ticket issued to us is not valid. Kindly withdraw the ticket at the earliest.

Sir, there is a truck parked for last two days near our society. The location is Near Brijdham Nanddham CHS, BANGUR Nagar, Link Road, Near Hypercity, Metro Pillar 456. The truck arrived late night two days back, and is there since then.

Yesterday (11.10.2019) i got sms from RTO mumbai, i click on the link to see on maharashtratrafficchallan.gov.in. i seen there is a challan issued to me showing 200 ruppes panalty having date 11.10.2019 - 18:20 time.
Challan Nos.: 1. MUMCC[protected]
above challan attached image which was not mine and I'm leaving here in dombiwali and challan was done on Kurla.
I have honda Unicorn 160 bike red colour and above images showing person who is riding having different number plate and different bike in black colour also no. of bike is different from my bike. Below I have submitted an image of bike in red colour and bike in black which was shown in challan .

so i am requesting you to kindly look in to this matter and do the needful.
