I have received an E Challan MUMCM[protected] dated 09thJuly, 2019 for my vehicle MH02 EL5603 Two Wheeler Honda Activa for not wearing helmet.

But the picture shows its not my vehicle. I have a black color vehicle and the rider is not me. It seems there is a wrong number noted.

My echallan number is MUMCC[protected].
On occassion of some event in near ram mandir, the traffic police present there had himself guided us to stop the vehicle at the front point instead of behind the white line. There were three traffic police men manually guiding the traffic. One of the traffic police personnel is even been seen on the photo evidence posted in the echallan. I request the traffic department to withdraw the challan as I was just following the orders of traffic police men present there.

I commute through gen a k vaidya marg to reach office on regularly. I would like to highlight that from onerous mall to infinity tower the roads are so vide that at times5 lane can cross but due to illegal parking at a time only 2 vehicle pass and that to after 30 mins time.
My question is the widen for parking or for transportation.
I request to take stringent action against such parking and that too to regularly. I shall upload photos after your review.

I travel daily from kurla station to bkc and most of the times auto drivers charge more than the meter. This problem happens every day by day with another guy. And everyone complaint to bkc traffic police but no action from our respective traffic police.

Hi,

I have been issued a e-challan of Rs. 2100 on 27th June at around 9:00 PM or 9:10 PM during heavy rain and in traffic jam for dangerous driving, wrong lane driving, causing obstruction to free flow of traffic, disobeying police order, and police manual signal violation.

I am failed to understand when there is a heavy jam in rain and there is manual traffic control then how come it is dangerous driving, wrong lane driving, disobeying police order. This is visible in attached image as well

This had happened at bhumkar chowk in Pune. I was wrongly given challan.
Please help

I know it's my fault. But. One of your traffic constable came and used abused language and told me to not to park my vehicle because it's disturb traffic. After that i start my vehicle in 2 mts but he click the photo of my vehicle and after that i received massage to pay 200 fine.

My only question is this is the rt way or not.

Dear Mumbai Police. I received an e-challan MUMCM[protected] yesterday however when I checked the image on your website it is showing some truck with blur number plate on a white vehicle. I have an Ignis and it is blue in color. I understand this is wrongly issued to me hence request you to withdraw the challan on my name and charge correct owner.

I was stopped and rto asked me the license i given the license and then after he refused to give it back to me and told me that u jumped the signal but somehow i proved him. I didn't jumped it instead it was yellow.. So he agreed but he took photo of bike and claimed me for different things which i have not done at all
I was known that he will do some. Thing like that so i took his photo which i am attaching here.

J.B Nagar - S.B Road - main market road - The car was parked in the middle of the road. The driver was missing. This was causing tremendous inconvenience to people walking on the road and other cars on the road.

Everyday people are coming wrong way to avoid signals specially bikers which are causing a problem to people walking or people who are driving in the right lane.
This is happening between the mtnl bus stop up till deonar depot on the main road. Have complaint and submitted to the police as well regarding it but no action taken. It's sorry to see even police comes wrong way from there as the police station is somewhere near raheja. Inspite of telling many traffic police no action are taken.
Please try to resolve it as soon as possible as there are many accidents happening there.

At shilphata there is daily traffic. It cause inconvenience to daily camuters to reach to respective locations. So if you can arrange for automatic signal to this location and also restrict heavy vehicles to morning & evening office time.

It will be beneficial to us and can save almost 1-2 daily hours of travelling.

Hi my scooter number in MH01DF2775. I've been charged for same fine twice. I paid the fine when the traffic cop charged me. But when i went home back again I saw that same traffic cop charged me again for the same fine and they dont have any proof of it. The image section shows images of a shop but not of my vehicle. Please resolve this issue. Is it some kind of harrassment or fulfillment of some targets?
If you don't have a proper system and educated people to use this system properly then please don't apply this system. I feel harrassed because of this issue. I request you to kindly solve this issue.

Updated by Khedekar Mahesh I've been charged a fine again. My bike stopped working and was at my mechanic. He was working on my bike. Being a road side mechanic, he parked on the footpath. Traffic cop clicked a pic. I was already in trouble as my bike wasn't working. Why will I park my bike on footpath. The mechanic was working on it. Please educate your staff when to give a fine and when to not!

So on 4th July 10.00pm while crossing the road at highway (Aarey signal, Goregaon East), traffic was horribly managed.
I was about to get hit by an auto which was driving from the wrong side of the road. He abused me too.
I complained to Promod Patil who was nearby who rudely blamed that Vijay Salunke (head) told us to do so. So I went and spoke to Vijay.
He promised he would manage but the next day the scenario was the same. SO IRRESPONSIBLE.

The image of the vehicle attached to the Challan is not my vehicle it's an image of auto-rickshaw. We had waited for over one hour on 28/6/2019 for 10.30 am to 11.30 am and there was no traffic policeman to control the traffic and all vehicles were jammed at the signal and openly breaking the signal due to which the traffic was jammed from all 4 sides . Its very bad and stickest action be taken against the deputed policeman.
