Dear sir maine aapke yha s samsung ka e1282 set pasand kiya tha jiska order no mun223696 hai laikn aapne iball ka set bhej diya jo aap jaldi s jaldi return kraye kyuki isse to aapki site or aapka naam dono bekaar ho jayenge maine complain bhe ki the to unhone kha k mail aayegi but koi responce nhi aaya to aap is msg ko jaldi s aage forward kre plz...

I was received Samsung guru 1200 mobile and Bluetooth by munafa.com after order but now when It received then I use it today this is very hanged phone again and again and their back cover is very loose so I want to return to munafa.com but on the munafa website there are no any option of return orders I was tired and they are cheat with me... plz solv my problem...

Miss match your produced. You seen to me LG produced but you delivered to others company so I don't use you produced.

Hi team,

I have ordered combo of qty-2=4 trousers and qty-1=3 shirts worth rs. 1757 from munafa shopping. The quality is worst and even the product displayed and delivered is totally different. Highly disappointed with the product delivered. I have requested to pleasereturns and refund my money. Order mun202878. But no reply from their side even i tried to contact them on call but my call was unattend.

I had ordered Samsung guru mobile and also Samsung earphone but there is problem with both of them. The phone is unable to charge and the earphone is broken.
So I want to return the product and want my money back.
Buying this phone is absolutely waste of money.neither the sound of phone is genuine nor the charger provided so I want to return the phone.
The Bluetooth provided with it is already broken and unable to use....

It has been requested you, i received one courier (Order no mun203664) on 8/08/2016.
After opened up the courier box. I found samsung bluetooth box seal pack brooked and bluetooth device missing and checked the headphone is not working.
I already send complain mail and also call 10 times to munafa but till now not getting any response from munafa.
