I had order sumsung guru 1200 M with bluetooth on 3 August 2016 at munafa store and received this product on 6 August 2016. but this phone is not work properly and bluetooth also. phone not accepted sim card and volume level is very low in the bluetooth. i m not satisfied from this mobile phone so want to return but company not responding my request. m continuously tried but not responding so i want to return this product and get refund amount.

My self mukesh kumar kannaujiya booked nokia mobile phone and with samsung bluetooth on date 12/07/2016 and product was successfully delivered on 22/07/2016 with cash on delivery but as product shown at the time was booking not received instead i received both different product. Kindly consider about my complain and take action against accordingly so that i can get the product for which i paid. Than you.

Order Number MUN131275, I have received this product on 28/07/2016, as soon as I received this product, I found mobile is not getting on, charger is not working, immediately I called Customer Care, they told they will replace or return my amount. But the send a e mail saying that it was deliver form our vendor so they are not responsible.

I would like to inform you that i have booked 1 laptop bag and chinos pant with the same amounting to rs.659/- on 26.07.2016.

My parcel has been delivered on 29.07.2016 but the bag which was booked is different from delivered bag and chinos pant is not there in parcel.
It was very unexpected.
I tried to contact customer support no.[protected] but it was always busy. And they don't giving reply of mail sent to them.

Kindly look into matter at your end.

Really bad .This idiotic product cheated and couldn't contact them in any way.

I placed a order of power bank and multimedia phone. When I get my order and open, it was in damage condition. Power bank's back panel opened and you mentioned that it is 20000 mah power bank and it doesn't work. I want my refund . my order ID is OID14908

Last week I placed order of Data bank n sony earphone my order no.is Oid153422, Today, I received same order, Product was damaged data bank Port in broken, Earphone is working, n moreover as per your commitment and mentioned on site it's Not original Sony company earphone..it's all fake, , So please look into this matter urgently..

This people have cheated me - they said i should be receiving 3 adidas full pant however i have received 1 half pant and 3 socks. And that to they are not adidas. I have sent a mail to them however have not received any response. I hope you would help us to get this fixed.

Dublicet mal in castmer parches castmer ko fasate ho aap muje aap ka mobile nai chaiye fake id hai aap ka charging aalag campany ki or eharpone redieo ka or mobile sekanhand ...is munafa campany ko band krdo logo ko fasate hai.

It has been requested you, i received one courier (Awb no[protected] & order no mun70894) on 15/07/2016.
After opened up the courier box. I found mobile battery missing and display was damaged.. Checked the power bank found it not hold the charge.

I already send 10 times mail to munafa but till now not getting any response from munafa.

Mene apke site se ek product order kiya tha jiska order no.MUN120025 hai jo mujhe aaj receive huaa hai jime se apke dwara dono product dulicate bheje gaye hai ..isliye product ko return karke mujhe apna payment vapas kare nhi toh mere dwara " upbhokta sanrakshan" me apki shikayat ki jayegi..thank u...

My order was not as per your details provided.. The product was totally duplicate. By seeing physical images customer support were arguing simply. The os was mal function how can i use the product. The bluetooth headset was not of samsung company. I want to return the product.
