I purchased Sony headphone & mi powerbank but powerbank do not working . This is a damage pack.so please exchange this item pack.this product is not working . I am very disappointed to this site (munafa.com) .but at least please solved my problem . &This site product should be not purchasedin my life.

I ordered a Nike Air shoes from Munafa.co.in but they delivered at fake Nike shoes, the colour of the shoes is completely different from the picture shown in the website and with a very low quality. I tried calling the customer care number to which they never response and gives a busy tones but I am sure there wont be that much customer to make the line busy, its just a tone kept for all day long as i tried more than 10 times. And haven't receive the mail which I sent two days ago. In this company only for once the customer will buy things from them. The start up companies like this will shut down soon.

Sir i received my order on 25 aug 16 my order id is mun253758. That is nokia105 mobile phone. When i received this phone box of phone is different and phone is different. When i used mike of phone is not working and charger of phone is not of nokia. It is local. I have complained for return but they refused. Please do necessary action as soon as possible. When i cal customer service no one picked up call. When i have booked mobile phone nothing is mentioned on page about return and exchange.

But I have received a medium size shirts which is not even letting my forearm to pass through And also the colour of those shirts don't matched . so I would like to return the product because paying for the unsize shirts is not good . So kindly accept my complaint n return the money

I have ordered two denim jeans shirt in combo pack of different colour of XXL size dated 20/08/2016 amounting to Rs. 660 also ordered for 3 socks and Rebook watch in combo offer dated 26/08/2016 amounting Rs. 360. I got the delivery in 4 to 5 days and paid the entire amount on COD basis after delivery .

About my first order, the shirts were not denim material (it was some local product) with same colour (blue) and that too of small size.

And about my second order, the watch is in damaged and not working condition.

When I tried to reach their customer executive ([protected]) many times, but it was pre set message coming out that our executives are busy, and no one attended the call. I also put the mail to [protected]@munafa.co.in immediately but not get any response there side.

Also bring to your kind notice that this company is fraud one having no registration with Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Sim is not accepted by handset while i want to operate it but Sim is not installed and mobile has not started working.So the set is fully in operative condition. only power is on and off. I am very much disappointed and unsatisfied with this mobile. and want its replacement.

I ordered a pair of black coloured nike shoes and what i got was entirely different and stupid. They sent us the some neon orange coloured local shoes which are not even worth wearing. From the very next day of receiving the faulty material we are calling and mailing them continouusly but these stupid people are typically fraud and do not resolve the problems. It is a big fake ecomm site and please people beware of it. They mailed us that your order has been delivered and no return/ refund can be initiated. They dont let us talk to any of the senior managers. Customer care people are hell lot rude and do not listen to the complaints. I have wasted 1060 on this stupid pair of shoes and on this idiotic website. Please please take action against it and save people in future from them. As the name is munafa they are only earning that only from cheating people and doing fraud.

Please if possible i need a refund of the amount i have paid. That much would be enough.
